A Savannah Nite Limousine Service

I got married in October 2023. Doug drove my mom and I from the hotel to the wedding venue in a Lincoln town car. We were stressed because we were running late, but he helped relax us by being calm, friendly, and courteous. He opened the doors for us and helped us load and unload items in the car. My aunt and uncle were following in the car behind us, and Doug made sure they were always in our sights. Great service, highly recommended!

Would definitely recommend! Lisa went above and beyond for our bridal party.

We used this company for a shuttle to and from our hotel before and after our wedding. It came with a discount because we booked a certain number of rooms in our hotel room block. The driver was friendly and lots of guests complimented how fun he was! His name is escaping us, but he was amazing! The whole process was very simple! We ended up changing our plans and timing quite a few times and they were always accommodating and understanding. We would highly recommend this company.

Had a great experience with Savannah Nite and our awesome driver Jim for our wedding! Great communication throughout including when we had to alter times/location last minute. Jim our driver was so kind and even wore a tie to match our wedding colors!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Rented this company for wedding shuttle services. When I received the final bill there was an extra $212 charged for “overtime” because our last drop off was at 1:30 and not 1. They said they cannot charge for 30 min time slots. Meanwhile many of our guests complained about the driver being all over the road and many passengers feeling car sick. On our ride we crossed double yellow lines while swerving all over the road. They said they’ll check their cameras to see. So much for satisfaction guarantee.

We worked with the nice people at Savannah Nite for about 2 years as we kept postponing our wedding and they were so helpful. When we finally had the big day we were so excited to get the big beautiful limo bus. Partying in the bus was my third favorite part of the entire day (after ceremony and toasts)!

Great for our party bus for the wedding! We had the bus take the wedding party from the hotel to the venue early for photos (I highly recommend doing this!) then the bus drove back to the hotel to pick up out of town guests and take them to the wedding and this company was the ONLY company that didn’t charge for “downtime”. We had 6 hours downtime and then two trips back. The bus was clean, awesome lights, great driver. Highly recommend!

Savannah was great to work with! She suggested that we get a getaway car for the night, as we already had a bus booked for the transpiration from the ceremony to reception. Having a getaway car was a great end to the night, and made for great pictures! The drivers were all on time and even came early to ensure everything ran smooth.

This company is the way to go! The service was great (Lisa is a blast!), and the price was reasonable for the area. While we didn’t spend a ton of time in the limo, it was such a relief to know that we would have reliable transportation after the wedding ended. I would definitely recommend this company, and ask for Lisa!

The worst experience. The driver was very unprofessional. She hit multiple curbs at a high rate of speed causing a flat tire. It took 2 hours for the tire to get repaired. Everyone didn’t feel safe riding back with her late at night, so we ended up getting ubers back home. They refused to make the situation right.

I had my very first limo experience with this company and it will be my last. Maybe it was just the driver we had? She was so unprofessional. It was for my bridal shower, nothing crazy just wanting to pick up my friends and have a ride to a restaurant and back. Ages 19 to 70. When the driver got to my house, she wanted to use my bathroom which I thought was odd. My stepdaughter and her friends were sitting near the drivers window where the driver kept using the F word repeatedly along with other negative comments. Keep in mind the driver had the window down and wouldn’t put it up. After hitting 3 curbs at a fast speed which caused two loud pops and spilling our drinks everywhere we arrived at our restaurant. As the driver was pulling away she hit the restaurant wall ripping the rim from the tire causing a flat. We had two hours in the restaurant for her to get it fixed but it didn’t happen. The restaurant closed at 10 pm. We sat outside from 9:30 to 11:30. We kept calling the company to see what was happening and they said they were working on it and if we needed to take ubers home we could. At around 11:30 we scheduled 5 ubers costing $450 from Cincinnati back to Dayton. Not to mention the cost for the limo. EST $900. The last person got home at 1:30 am. When we called the company the next day they said the tire was an act of god and we should have requested another driver and they were not going to charge us for getting the limo back late!! What?? Another Driver option was never given to us plus what was another driver going to do with a flat tire? The tire did eventually get fixed after the ubers were called and the driver drove off. None of us felt safe with her. If she was a bad driver during the day we were all confident her night time skills would be worse. At this time, the company is refusing to pay back the cost of the ubers and give no refund for the service. I am shocked that they are not taking care of their customer. Not to mention the other 15 people who were my guests who will be leaving bad reviews if they do not make this right. I am sure that it was just the driver we had. Amazing how one person can ruin an experience for 15. The BBB is my next contact. Hoping this company does the right thing. A very disappointing ride. Since this post they have done nothing. Once the post was made public they called and said since we gave them a negative review they were not going to do anything. I have been a customer service manager for 30 years and never have I heard Of a reputable co calling and saying that to a customer that had safety concerns. If you had taken care of our safety From day one this never would have happened.

We booked a limo for a bachelorette party. The driver was super nice and helpful. When we got into the limo we attempted to connect our phones. We were unable to connect to play any music. Their stereo system would not connect to play our music. The driver attempted to help the best he could. He left the vehicle in park in hopes that was maybe the problem and that did not work. We stopped at two gas stations trying to buy other cords to connect our phone from what the driver had provided and no place had them. We attempted to just play the radio and realized that all of the stereos in the limo besides one were broken. No sound would come out of them. We ended up playing music out of our phones... I called to explain to them what had happened. I called "after hours" at 5:30 even though on their website it says they close at 6:00 and reached the after hours person. He was so unbelievably rude. He told me he was unable to help and I would have to call back tomorrow to get help and would not take down my information for the company to call me back. Finally after explaining to him that he should be taking my information down, he did. The next day I called back and reached the after hours guy again even though again it was before 6:00. He said he had not talked to any one in the building so did not tell anyone to call me. He also stated "sounds like if you want to talk to someone so bad about this you would call during the times I had given you." When I asked for his name he said "Ed." I asked if he was the only Ed that worked there and what his last name was since this was also our drivers name and I did not want it to seem that it was our driver being absolutely terrible. He stated "Ed is the only name you need to know." He also kept saying "oh okay" and cutting me off when talking. I could not believe how rude he was to someone trying to get ahold of someone about a problem with their company. When I called back today and talked to the manager she told me that the best she could do is give a discount on our next service with them.... which there will not be. When I told her about Ed (the after hours guy) she made excuses saying, "well he lives in Florida and that's probably why he did not tell anyone." She also stated, "Ed gets calls late with last minute changes from drunk people so that is probably why." She did apologize for him... how nice. I cannot believe the customer service for this place. Absolutely terrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Highly Recommend!!! We rode on a trolley for our group photos prior to the wedding and it was so much fun! We have so many great memories and photos. I highly recommend renting a trolley!

Savannah Nite was great to work with! We ended up with several different bookings to transport our bridal party as well as our guests to and from the hotel block. Our party bus was AMAZING. We dropped off drinks prior to our wedding day, and they had them chilled in the bus as well as napkins matching our colors. We had several stops and they kept everything on time! Would absolutely recommend them!

These people were SO awesome to work with!! The communication was on point from the day of booking to the day of. We were able to drop off our alcohol the day before to be put on ice and ready for us. They also had my wedding colors incorporated inside the bus! The driver was so patient with my crazy crew. We had unlimited stops for the timeframe we booked. Thanks for everything!!!

We hired A Savannah Nite to provide a shuttle from the hotel to the venue, as well as to take the bridal party for pictures. The vehicles were very modern and clean, and the drivers very professional and nice. Beckie in the main office was responsive and easy to work with, and we felt that we got a good value for our money.

We loved working with ASN! The booking process was smooth for our larger bus for our hotel shuttle, as well as when we added a smaller limo for immediate family later on. We, along with our family and other guests, had such a wonderful time with all of the drivers! Honestly I was not expecting for the drivers individually to be such a large contributor to our perfect day; they were not only punctual and pleasant, but a ton of fun. We used their split pricing option for the bus and a running hour use of the limo, and the value for what we paid was excellent compared to other companies we looked as (some of whom never even returned our calls). Highly recommend!

Horrible service! We reserved two buses for a total of 100 seats for our out of town guests for our daughter's wedding. The week of the wedding they informed me that they only had one 50 passenger bus, but would give us another 20 passenger bus and not charge us more! The buses were newer and therefore more expensive. Fast-talking Becky wouldn't let me get a word in and conveniently the owners were out of town and the manager was not in the office, so there was no one else to talk to. We were very disappointed in the service we received. The number of seats we reserved and paid for was not what was delivered. The day before the wedding I was told that the A/C was out on the 50 passenger bus and they would substitute other buses. • One of the buses that picked up at the Renaissance had no AC. One of our guests went around opening the windows and the ceiling vent to provide air flow. At one point, this bus driver stopped the bus to ask if anyone knew how to get to the church!! All of the guests were from out of town, but they opened up their google maps and directed the driver to the church. How can a driver be so unprepared!?! • Our driver did not take the most direct way to the Renaissance from the church (I knew the roads were open because I drove them Friday, myself) and then got stuck in traffic. It was Oktoberfest weekend. • One of the smaller buses had very bad shocks, jarring the passengers around with every bump on the street. I heard jokes about “school buses would have been better” and “I lost a filling” and “I’ll need a back brace now.” That’s how bad it was. • Pick up at the Residence Inn was late. The guests were considering Ubering to the church. The service was horrible and I am still looking for some type of reimbursement for them not delivering what I contracted for.

We booked A Savannah Nite party bus for our wedding in July, 2018 (over a year ago). 2 days before the wedding they said they could not honor the rate we agreed upon more than a year ago. We were using IMS Barter money which they said they honored but when calling us they said they needed to raise the price. That’s against IMS Corporate policy. They also said they were giving us a military/public employee discount and a bridal show discount. We never received a military/public employee discount. Beckie, the woman that called us was very rude, confrontational and repeatedly threatened to pull audio tapes. When Beckie started contradicting herself I asked her to play that audio tape for us and she never did. With only 2 days until the wedding we had little choice but to use them. Now they won’t return our calls. The driver was polite and prompt and the bus itself was nice. I would not recommend using them but if you do, make sure what you are getting.

We hired a Savannah Night Limo service for our wedding "after party". The entire service was wonderful! We determined a schedule before the day of, they let us drop off a cooler with our drinks a couple of days before and arrived with it chilled right on time. The day of the wedding our driver Sean was there on time, and honestly he was awesome! I got drunk and can't remember much afterwards, BUT my husband says that when they decided to end the night early the driver was understanding and took us home and even waited for somebody to collect an ipad that had been left behind. If I ever need a party bus again I will fo sure hire them!

We rented a bus for our wedding party to be transported between photo locations, the ceremony, and the reception. We originally picked A Savannah Nite based on their pricing. When confirming details shortly before the wedding, it was discovered that they had double-booked our vehicle. As an apology, we were upgraded to a larger bus. The bus was clean and in great condition. Our driver was even better! We had a tropical storm on our wedding day and she was constantly helping everyone get on and off the bus as dry as possible! She went out of her way to ensure everyone had a great experience.

Professional and friendly staff. Our driver was wonderful. I was so nervous when the morning of our wedding a moving trucked showed up on our road but our driver was able to maneuver right around. Our driver helped me on and off the bus each time I had to get off (which happened to be many times). I would definitely use Savannah Nite in the future.

We had a great experience with A Savannah Nite Limo! On our wedding day they worked with us to create an itinerary for taking pictures and the driver, Kathy, executed it to perfection. She called me ahead of time to introduce herself, and went above and beyond by bringing a cooler, snacks, and even practiced the route ahead of time and showed up early at our venue to make sure everything went smoothly. It was a fair price as well. We highly recommend!!

We used a shuttle from our venue to the hotel & Savannah Nite Limo was easy to work with! They let me know what times would work best for the part of town we were in, and let us know our options for vehicles. They arrived promptly and got our guests to the hotel safely and in a timely manner!! Would use again in the future!

We rented the 1937 Buick, and it was a very sleek, cool car. I don't think I have every been in something cooler. Our driver Bussie was amazing. The car did have an overwhelming smell of gas fumes. We rented the car for 2 hours and had planned to drive a few more places and use the full time, to really experience the car and see the sights. The fumes were so overpowering that my husband and I both were getting headaches and feeling sick, so we had to ask the driver to drop us off sooner than we had hoped. My husband said he reached out to the company, but never received a reply. We would use them again. We loved the car and loved our driver. The gas fumes may be an issue with older cars and they always smell like that, but we were caught off guard by it.

A Savannah Nite was a great shuttle for our guests for our wedding. Guests said the large passenger bus we got was beautiful inside (brand new), clean, and the driver was polite, timely, and let them play music and have fun on the way home. The driver called the day before to confirm the itinerary and was happy to be flexible for our situation. My wife and I did not stay in the same location as our guests, so all of the shuttling was done blind to us, and it was never an issue or a cause for stress!

I emailed to request a quote and finally received a generic response to call due to the amount of information requests that they receive. I did call, and the woman on the other line was snappy and sounded like she not only hated her job, but life itself. I tried to not judge the service based on that alone. The turn off for me is that while checking for other quotes, I discovered that ‘A Savannah Night’ and ‘Cincinnati Limousine Services’ are the same company. When I called Cincinnati Limousine, a man answered the phone, “A Savannah Night”. He also sounded as miserable as the first lady that I spoke with. Not a good impression at all. I’m actually very disappointed, because they have a specific vehicle that I was extremely interested in, but the risk of having an employee with the same attitude show up to transport us to our event, has the potential to ruin the feel of the entire evening. I haven’t booked anyone yet, but I have spoke with a few other services that have been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I really wish I could have said the same about A Savannah Night because I’m still wanting to use that particular vehicle. It just isn’t worth the risk.

I called this company today to inquire about the packages offered. The woman I spoke with was short and seemed annoyed to have to explain the pricing offered (since it is not available on the website). NEXT!!!

We are so happy that we went with A Savannah Nite Limousine Service as our transportation for our wedding day! They had the best deal along with a wide variety of limos to choose from. They are easy to work with and our driver, Marc, was great! Our limo was spacious and created the party atmosphere that we were wanting. We would highly recommend A Savannah Nite for any occasion!

We actually rented 3 separate vehicles over the course of the weekend for our son's wedding and were very pleased with our entire experience. I was very uncomfortable selecting a company as I have no experience in this area, but Savannah Nite did an excellent job for us. Each driver called a few days before to confirm and let us know exactly what time they would arrive. Our guests were impressed with how nice the vehicles and the drivers were. In fact, the wedding party didn't want the afternoon to end, they were having such a good time riding around on the party bus.

My mother and I were lucky enough to find A Savannah Nite early on in our wedding planning process at the Wendy's Bridal Show downtown. This was our first time using a limousine service, and we were unsure on where to start with the search... the bridal show was brilliant. We were drawn instantly to the personality and attention given to use by the woman at the booth. The process between booking and the big day was very simple and convenient. Payment: Initial amount down, and then we were able to make payments on our own schedule until a week or so prior to date of usage. Amenities: They provide ice, bottled water, napkins in the colors of your wedding, a VERY clean/new limo, and service that will make you and your wedding party feel special. I cannot say enough about the positives to our experience. I had a few changes to destinations and times during wedding planning, and Mike McKinney (The General Manager) worked very QUICK and ACCOMODATED me. Was such a pleasure to work with him. The Big day: Our limo showed up a few minutes early! Perfect way to start the day in a time crunch! Our driver Donnie was SUPER friendly, and was quick to load the limo up with our belongings and drinks. During our drive to get pictures before the wedding, one of the amps blew in the limo bus we were on (Held 24 persons). At the time, this was not a big deal for us. An hour later, Donnie dropped us off for our ceremony, and mentioned to me that he had been working to get us a NEW limo bus so that we could have music. While my husband and I were getting married, Donnie switched busses (along with all of our stuff), and was back at the church with time to spare! The new bus was AMAZING, Donnie was AMAZING. He made our wedding day experience just so relaxing and fun. Naturally, a day that is so stressful, Donnie and his team were worth every penny! I cannot speak enough words of praise to Donnie, his team, and A Savannah Nite. They will be our limousine service of choice for any needs we have in the future.

A Savannah Nite provided both our limo for the wedding party, and our shuttle for our guests. The vehicles were nice, well-maintained, and clean. The drivers were super friendly and professional. The limo driver even held my umbrella and walked me into the church because it was raining!! We couldn't be happier with them, and would use them again without hesitation!

We had the 24 passenger party bus for our bridal party's transportation. It was nicer than I expected! The driver was absolutely wonderful (Dennis). It is a bit expensive but totally worth it. They were very timely!

I'm a planner that recently worked with Savannah Nite on a wedding - they provided a lot of transportation for our group throughout the day (charter buses, small vans, town car, suburban). Every single vehicle was on time, professional and accommodating. In addition, there were a lot of logistics that went into planning the transportation for this event and Mike (owner) was beyond accommodating. Saundra who works in the office was also so sweet and understanding of our contact emails, questions... etc. I cannot say enough wonderful things about SN. Will definitely be using them again!!

He arrived on time to the venue and shuttled the wedding party to and from the church and reception as well as taking them to a few locations for photo shoots. The price was reasonable, the party bus was clean and they even stocked it with our choice of drinks , snacks and wedding color napkins! I would highly recommend A Savannah Nite!

We had the white Cadillac Escalade limo for our wedding. It was on time and looked great! The driver was wonderful! Our entire wedding party had a great time! The only "problem" was that it was less than 15 minutes from the church to the reception! I wish it was a longer ride so we had more time in the limo!

A Savannah Nite is affordable and made it easy to use them for both my bachelorette party and wedding day. I rented a pink hummer for my bachelorette party and we had Louis as our driver. He was amazing! He was so fun and did a great job driving our group around some narrow country roads in northern Kentucky's wineries. We requested him for our wedding as well, and were slightly disappointed that we got another driver. Our party bus on our wedding day was great too, but it would definitely have been more fun with Louis. However, communication could have been better on our wedding day, as the party bus driver never called us when he arrived to pick us up at the hotel. Thankfully, the church was less than 5 minutes from the hotel, so we were still able to stick to our schedule even with this slight hiccup.

We were on a tighter budget, so we had to cut back somewhere and the limo is where we did it. A Savannah Nite had some fairly reasonable prices for their limos, but still too much for us. We ended up going with the shuttle van to take us from place to place. The initial booking process was fine. I don't remember who I dealt with, but he wrote down everything and made sure it was correct and I was happy, and I was. We had meetings with other venders and found out we would actually need the van longer than what I initially said. I contacted the guy back and he changed my information and sent me the new itinerary via email. About 2 days before the wedding, a woman calls me. Don't remember her name either, but was not the nicest person and was very unpleasant to talk to. She calls me and says she wants to confirm my booking, but she had the wrong information. I said I needed an extra hour and I've already contacted someone about that. She said 'I guess we can let you have the extra hour'. You guess? Who else is renting a shuttle van after 8pm? She then asks me to tell her all the places we need to go. I start telling her and she keeps cutting me off mid sentence to ask me about the next location. Don't you want to hear about the one I was just talking about first? One of the locations was for photos at riverside drive. She said 'what's the address for that?' I said it's just for photos on the street, there is no address. 'But I need an address'. We went back and forth for a while about that. Wedding day comes, the van is clean, the driver is nicely and professionally dressed and a very nice guy. We told him where we were going and gave him the address, which he then put into his gps. For some reason he wasn't following the gps and was going into autopilot. Some trips took way longer because he didn't know where he was going and didn't follow his gps. He apologized to us about getting confused. He always had a step stool waiting for me so I could easily get in and out of the van. He was also either helping me into the van or holding my flowers. Like I said before, very nice guy. Overall, the booking process could have gone a little smoother, but the day of went just fine. If you're on a tighter budget and have a decent amount of people to transport, I would recommend A Savannah Nite.

We booked a bus to take our large bridal party around the city for pictures and to transport everyone from the church to the reception. Our driver was great, knew exactly where to go and even made it all the way up to Mt. Adams for our ceremony. Everything was great, would highly recommend!

I met a few different members of their staff, from visiting for payments etc and everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Even with a difference in the plans, they were fine and very nice.

The drivers were amazing! The company worked with us so that we had multiple vans and cars. Allowed us to stock the limo early so refreshments were available when people arrived.

We were happy with A Savannah Nite. We dropped off drinks the week of the wedding and saw the van and went over the details. The bus picked up the Guys on time and dropped them off at a park nearby. We didn't have a lot of extra time built in but it seemed to take forever for the bus to come pick the girls up, less than 2 miles away. Needless to say we were a little late getting pictures started but everything worked out fine. The only other thing was they were supposed to have cold water on the bus. Our wedding was in May and after taking pictures outside everyone needed some water but there was no water on the bus. The bus driver was going to pick this up during the ceremony. This was frustrating because we could have brought our own, but instead were without. Overall we were satisfied with the service and glad we chose a bus vs a limo to have the extra space.

The last thing on my list was to find transportation for me and my Groom, we both knew we would be consuming alcohol and didn't want to drive anyway. I truly didn't think I could afford transportation or that savannah nite would go the location distance we needed~ I was wrong about both thankfully. We chose the SUV Lincoln it was clean and beautiful and spacious enough for my full dress!

The cost was great and everything leading up to the day of went really well. We did have a snag in that dispatch set our driver to the wrong place so he ended up being about 20 minutes late! It wasn't a HUGE issue but we did have to make some changes to our photography plans and it was in no way the fault of the driver. If you use them, make sure you confirm the location of the initial pick-up to avoid wedding day stress.

A Savannah Nite Limousine was the perfect transportation for our wedding day. Our wedding took place over Memorial Day weekend in the heart of downtown Cincinnati (Taste of Cincinnati Weekend) and anyone who has tried to get around down there during that time knows that it is not an easy task but A Savannah Nite Limousine was able to do it with ease. Our driver was amazing and even with all the traffic he arrived early everywhere he needed to be. He was extremely professional, courteous and went out of his way to make our ride extremely easy. We recommend A Savannah Nite Limousine to anyone who is looking for transportation for an event.

We really only needed the limo to take the girls to the church and the bridal party to pictures but in the short time that we did have him, it was awesome! I had a 16 person bridal party (including me, the hubby and a flower girl) which included a very preggo (8 mths) bridesmaid. He helped her in and out, helped all of us actually and was interacting with us! The limo/suv we got was customized to our colors and the bridal package that was included was great. I was never shown where our champagne was and I never saw the sign but this was because we were rushed and never got a change to see/drink it. Great cost and service!

The staff at A Savannah Nite could not have been better to work with! I had always dreamed of having a Pink Hummer Limo at my wedding, and A Savannah Nite made that dream come true. The chauffeur on my wedding day was Stacy; he was absolutely fabulous! He was incredibly patient, very professional, and true gentleman. I was definitely impressed by him. I'm sure all other chauffeurs are just as professional. Stacy definitely went above and beyond though and helped to make my wedding day perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend A Savannah Nite to anyone!

I wanted an older, 1940's car, and that's what my groom found for us, which wasn't easy. I was thrilled when I saw it outside the church. Our chauffeur was terrific, and the car was not easy to drive. But on the way downtown from the church to the reception, I felt like a queen surveying her land--just like I used to imagine when I sat with my ankles barely clearing the seat as a little girl in a similar old car that my parents had. Though it seems a little extravagant to pay this much money for a ride to the reception, it was a really nice touch and made for a perfect entrance. Thank you!

Savannah Nite has a great selection of cars, but they are very unprofessional. We ended up canceling with them a month before the wedding because they were so terrible to work with. Go somewhere else. Save the hassle.

I am very pleased with the transportation we received from A Savannah Nite. We did a 38 passenger Limo Bus to make sure we had plenty of room for our large bridal party of 26. They were on time at our church and took us to two different local picture locations and then waited during the ceremony and took us all to the Reception with 1 quick picture stop. We had debated about paying the extra money for transportation, but it was definitely well worth the money especially with our large bridal party .It made getting to the 2 different pictures locations very easy and kept us on time. It would've been very difficult to have 26 people in all those different cars trying to find out where they were going for pictures. The driver was nice and got us to the Reception on time! Just make sure you watch your end time and be sure that you planned for enough time or you will have to pay extra if you go over. (you pay an entire hour extra no matter what) They do give I think a 7 or so minute grace period & we did not have a problem with this, just thought it was worth mentioning for those who are planning!
