We also worked with DJ Chad for the booking process. He was so responsive and easy to work with, and was able to answer so many questions during our initial call. unication was great throughout the day; when he was running a bit late to our second location, he made sure to keep the Groom in the loop, which we really appreciated. The limo was spotless, and they even had water stocked for our party, which was such a nice touch. The only thing we would have changed was opting for a party shuttle instead of the Hummer limo. It was a bit tricky getting in and out in our tuxedos and dresses, but other than that, everything was perfect. Kevin was professional, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for reliable and quality transportation on their big day!

The driver was friendly and lots of guests complimented how fun he was! His name is escaping us, but he was amazing! The whole process was very simple! We ended up changing our plans and timing quite a few times and they were always accommodating and understanding. We would highly recommend this company.

Meanwhile many of our guests complained about the driver being all over the road and many passengers feeling car sick. On our ride we crossed double yellow lines while swerving all over the road. They said they’ll check their cameras to see. So much for satisfaction guarantee.

razy just wanting to pick up my friends and have a ride to a restaurant and back. Ages 19 to 70. When the driver got to my house, she wanted to use my bathroom which I thought was odd. My stepdaughter and her friends were sitting near the drivers window where the driver kept using the F word repeatedly along with other negative comments. Keep in mind the driver had the window down and wouldn’t put it up. After hitting 3 curbs at a fast speed which caused two loud pops and spilling our drinks everywhere we arrived at our restaurant. As the driver was pulling away she hit the restaurant wall ripping the rim from the tire causing a flat. We had two hours in the restaurant for her to get it fixed but it didn’t happen. The restaurant closed at 10 pm. We sat outside from 9:30 to 11:30. We kept calling the company to see what was happening and they said they were working on it and if we needed to take ubers home we could. At around 11:30 we scheduled 5 ubers costing $450 from Cincinnati back to Dayton. Not to mention the cost for the limo. EST $900. The last person got home at 1:30 am. When we called the company the next day they said the tire was an act of god and we should have requested another driver and they were not going to charge us for getting the limo back late!! What?? Another Driver option was never given to us plus what was another driver going to do with a flat tire? The tire did eventually get fixed after the ubers were called and the driver drove off. None of us felt safe with her. If she was a bad driver during the day we were all confident her night time skills would be worse. At this time, the company is refusing to pay back the cost of the ubers and give no refund for the service. I am shocked that they are not taking care of their customer. Not to mention the other 15 people who were my guests who will be leaving bad reviews if they do not make this right. I am sure that it was just the driver we had. Amazing how one person can ruin an experience for 15. The BBB is my next contact. Hoping this company does the right thing. A very disappointing ride. Since this post they have done nothing. Once the post was made public they called and said since we gave them a negative review they were not going to do anything. I have been a customer service manager for 30 years and never have I heard Of a reputable co calling and saying that to a customer that had safety concerns. If you had taken care of our safety From day one this never would have happened.

y music. Their stereo system would not connect to play our music. The driver attempted to help the best he could. He left the vehicle in park in hopes that was maybe the problem and that did not work. We stopped at two gas stations trying to buy other cords to connect our phone from what the driver had provided and no place had them. We attempted to just play the radio and realized that all of the stereos in the limo besides one were broken. No sound would come out of them. We ended up playing music out of our phones... I called to explain to them what had happened. I called "after hours" at 5:30 even though on their website it says they close at 6:00 and reached the after hours person. He was so unbelievably rude. He told me he was unable to help and I would have to call back tomorrow to get help and would not take down my information for the company to call me back. Finally after explaining to him that he should be taking my information down, he did. The next day I called back and reached the after hours guy again even though again it was before 6:00. He said he had not talked to any one in the building so did not tell anyone to call me. He also stated "sounds like if you want to talk to someone so bad about this you would call during the times I had given you." When I asked for his name he said "Ed." I asked if he was the only Ed that worked there and what his last name was since this was also our drivers name and I did not want it to seem that it was our driver being absolutely terrible. He stated "Ed is the only name you need to know." He also kept saying "oh okay" and cutting me off when talking. I could not believe how rude he was to someone trying to get ahold of someone about a problem with their company. When I called back today and talked to the manager she told me that the best she could do is give a discount on our next service with them.... which there will not be. When I told her about Ed (the after hours guy) she made excuses saying, "well he lives in Florida and that's probably why he did not tell anyone." She also stated, "Ed gets calls late with last minute changes from drunk people so that is probably why." She did apologize for him... how nice. I cannot believe the customer service for this place. Absolutely terrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

AMAZING. We dropped off drinks prior to our wedding day, and they had them chilled in the bus as well as napkins matching our colors. We had several stops and they kept everything on time! Would absolutely recommend them!

Honestly I was not expecting for the drivers individually to be such a large contributor to our perfect day; they were not only punctual and pleasant, but a ton of fun. We used their split pricing option for the bus and a running hour use of the limo, and the value for what we paid was excellent compared to other companies we looked as (some of whom never even returned our calls). one 50 passenger bus, but would give us another 20 passenger bus and not charge us more! The buses were newer and therefore more expensive. Fast-talking Becky wouldn't let me get a word in and conveniently the owners were out of town and the manager was not in the office, so there was no one else to talk to. We were very disappointed in the service we received. The number of seats we reserved and paid for was not what was delivered. The day before the wedding I was told that the A/C was out on the 50 passenger bus and they would substitute other buses. • One of the buses that picked up at the Renaissance had no AC. One of our guests went around opening the windows and the ceiling vent to provide air flow. At one point, this bus driver stopped the bus to ask if anyone knew how to get to the church!! All of the guests were from out of town, but they opened up their google maps and directed the driver to the church. How can a driver be so unprepared!?! • Our driver did not take the most direct way to the Renaissance from the church (I knew the roads were open because I drove them Friday, myself) and then got stuck in traffic. It was Oktoberfest weekend. • One of the smaller buses had very bad shocks, jarring the passengers around with every bump on the street. I heard jokes about “school buses would have been better” and “I lost a filling” and “I’ll need a back brace now.” That’s how bad it was. • Pick up at the Residence Inn was late. The guests were considering Ubering to the church. The service was horrible and I am still looking for some type of reimbursement for them not delivering what I contracted for.

ar ago. We were using IMS Barter money which they said they honored but when calling us they said they needed to raise the price. That’s against IMS Corporate policy. They also said they were giving us a military/public employee discount and a bridal show discount. We never received a military/public employee discount. Beckie, the woman that called us was very rude, confrontational and repeatedly threatened to pull audio tapes. When Beckie started contradicting herself I asked her to play that audio tape for us and she never did. With only 2 days until the wedding we had little choice but to use them. Now they won’t return our calls. The driver was polite and prompt and the bus itself was nice. I would not recommend using them but if you do, make sure what you are getting.

I got drunk and can't remember much afterwards, BUT my husband says that when they decided to end the night early the driver was understanding and took us home and even waited for somebody to collect an ipad that had been left behind. If I ever need a party bus again I will fo sure hire them!

n confirming details shortly before the wedding, it was discovered that they had double-booked our vehicle. As an apology, we were upgraded to a larger bus. The bus was clean and in great condition. Our driver was even better! We had a tropical storm on our wedding day and she was constantly helping everyone get on and off the bus as dry as possible! She went out of her way to ensure everyone had a great experience.

The fumes were so overpowering that my husband and I both were getting headaches and feeling sick, so we had to ask the driver to drop us off sooner than we had hoped. My husband said he reached out to the company, but never received a reply. We would use them again. We loved the car and loved our driver. The gas fumes may be an issue with older cars and they always smell like that, but we were caught off guard by it.

The turn off for me is that while checking for other quotes, I discovered that ‘A Savannah Night’ and ‘Cincinnati Limousine Services’ are the same company. When I called Cincinnati Limousine, a man answered the phone, “A Savannah Night”. He also sounded as miserable as the first lady that I spoke with. Not a good impression at all. I’m actually very disappointed, because they have a specific vehicle that I was extremely interested in, but the risk of having an employee with the same attitude show up to transport us to our event, has the potential to ruin the feel of the entire evening. I haven’t booked anyone yet, but I have spoke with a few other services that have been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I really wish I could have said the same about A Savannah Night because I’m still wanting to use that particular vehicle. It just isn’t worth the risk.

I cannot say enough about the positives to our experience. I had a few changes to destinations and times during wedding planning, and Mike McKinney (The General Manager) worked very QUICK and ACCOMODATED me. Was such a pleasure to work with him. The Big day: Our limo showed up a few minutes early! Perfect way to start the day in a time crunch! Our driver Donnie was SUPER friendly, and was quick to load the limo up with our belongings and drinks. During our drive to get pictures before the wedding, one of the amps blew in the limo bus we were on (Held 24 persons). At the time, this was not a big deal for us. An hour later, Donnie dropped us off for our ceremony, and mentioned to me that he had been working to get us a NEW limo bus so that we could have music. While my husband and I were getting married, Donnie switched busses (along with all of our stuff), and was back at the church with time to spare! The new bus was AMAZING, Donnie was AMAZING. He made our wedding day experience just so relaxing and fun. Naturally, a day that is so stressful, Donnie and his team were worth every penny! I cannot speak enough words of praise to Donnie, his team, and A Savannah Nite. They will be our limousine service of choice for any needs we have in the future.
