If you’re looking for a coordinator who will genuinely treat your wedding as if it were her own, THIS. IS. YOUR. GIRL. She WILL go that extra mile to make your day absolutely perfect. Megan came highly recommended from one of my bridesmaids(Zoe) that used her for her own wedding. If there’s one thing about my girl Zoe, she does not recommend anybody unless she FULLY stands behind them. Without even doing our own research, we trusted Zoe’s recommendation SOLELY off the way she spoke so highly of Megan. If I remember correctly she quite literally said, “Megan is worth her weight in gold”. And that, she was! From our very first interaction, we could tell Megan would be everything we wanted, needed, hoped, & dreamed of, for our wedding coordinator. She was incredibly organized (I’m organized to the point that I feel like I have undiagnosed OCD, and she even surprised me). She was somehow always one step ahead of us. Megan sincerely blew us away with how meticulous she was during our meetings. She would ask questions we hadn’t even considered before, and truly had our day organized down to the smallest detail. Megan is so attentive when you meet with her, too. We were legitimately impressed with how many random things she remembered about us, especially considering how many couples she meets with. We could tell she genuinely cared about us as a couple, & still cares!! (Thanks for always hyping us up on insta, girl!!). She took the time to understand our vision, handled every challenge with grace & professionalism, and made sure we could actually relax and enjoy our special day. When you start getting into those last few weeks of planning, your head can really start to spin with how many things you’re trying to remember & all the communication that has to happen between vendors, guests, & the venue. But despite this, Megan was so reassuring that ‘she’s got this’!! It can be hard to trust someone with one of the most important days of your life. But the qualities Megan showed us during all of our interactions allowed us to let go and let her take the reins. She knew exactly what our wishes were, which allowed her to communicate seamlessly on our behalf with all the moving pieces that make up a wedding day. We really had so much peace of mind during all of the planning. The dedication Megan has to her career and her couples is so admirable. It’s evident she honestly loves what she does & she loves LOVE! She looked so happy to help us on our big day, & I swear she was always right there when we needed her. You can tell she always kept a keen eye on us during our wedding day. We never noticed her in the moment, but the second we started to look around as if we needed something, there she was! Her presence really kept us calm, but moving along! Megan turned what could have been a stressful process into not only an enjoyable experience, but an unforgettable one. We sincerely feel like it would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her help. We felt completely supported and knew we were in the best hands throughout the entire journey. My husband & I cannot recommend her highly enough (I literally tell everyone I know getting married about her). Megan was an absolute dream to work with and played such an important role in making our wedding day everything we had hoped for and more! Keep being amazing, Megan!!!<3

From our very first conversation with Megan, we knew we wanted her to help plan out our Annapolis wedding. She was our day of coordinator so we started working with her consistently a little over 2 months out from our wedding day. She communicated with us every step of the way, was upfront about everything, and thought through details we didn't even know to consider. What really impressed us was how she let us decide how involved we wanted to be —we could get updates on all vendor communications or just a weekly summary, whatever worked best for us. Her fees are incredibly reasonable for the amount of work she puts in and the peace of mind she gave us - she is soooo thorough. I truly can't emphasize enough how fantastic she is, both as a planner & person. On our wedding day, we could actually enjoy ourselves because Megan had everything handled so perfectly. On the day of - everything was planned so well that it was seamless. All I had to do was have fun. And of course - whatever I needed, Megan had. Gum, mints, chapstick, deodorant, you name it - Megan had it covered. o her with a pretty wild vision: a 60s-inspired vibe that felt more like a Christmas party than a traditional wedding. I wanted to use my own Christmas-themed china and dishware, have full holiday décor, oysters served by waiters at cocktail hour, and so much more. Megan not only embraced my ideas but came back with a stunning mood board that captured everything I asked for—and added her own thoughtful touches that I hadn’t even considered. She has this incredible ability to take big, chaotic ideas and turn them into something cohesive and beautiful. Megan was honest about what would work, what might need some extra effort, and how to make my vision a reality without unnecessary stress. Having a sister who’s a wedding planner is truly the ultimate flex. Honestly, I don’t think I would’ve had a wedding otherwise—I’m both picky and impatient, which is not a great combo for planning a large event. I’m genuinely not sure how people plan their own weddings without someone like Megan. I’d recommend her to anyone (and not just because she’s my sister). She’s talented, organized, creative, and the best partner you could have for planning a wedding—or any big event.

had a fairly stressful venue situation that forced us to switch almost all of our vendors about 3 months before our wedding day. She was up for the challenge and basically planned our entire wedding in about a week. She not only leveraged existing relationships to get us strong deals with reputable vendors, but she also found us new vendors she had never worked with and negotiated on our behalf for our perfect wedding. Megan was our calm in the whirlwind that was our wedding day. She was level headed when we forgot our guest book and through every other little thing that was even slightly off on the wedding day. The hectic journey of our wedding went off without a hitch and we both had the best day of our lives. Honestly, I don't think our wedding would have happened without Megan and we cannot recommend her highly enough to make your wedding more than a tid bit better.

She did everything in her power to make my vision come true. I had a diy photo booth which she set up perfectly, she helped the florist set up my tables to be exactly my vision. It all went so smoothly. She communicated with all my vendors which was such a weight lifted off of my shoulders. Wedding planning is very overwhelming and she just made things painless and perfect. Even when something went not as planned she did everything she could to find an alternative or fix the issue. My neon sign stopped working so she ran out to the store to fix it.
