Planning: Jamie made the entire planning process smooth and manageable. She helped us define our vision, built a custom design board, and gave us curated options for each vendor. She also created a detailed month-by-month planning timeline, helped us allocate our budget, tracked payments, and kept us on schedule. As the point of contact for all vendors, she filtered all the back-and-forth so we could focus on the big picture. Her organization and communication helped take the stress out of planning. Her energy and enthusiasm for our big day helped to keep the momentum going even after a long day of work, and made planning our wedding a truly enjoyable process. We heard multiple times from different vendors that they absolutely loved Jamie, and for those who did not know Jamie before, were impressed with how on-top of things she was and proactive in getting things done. Day-of Coordination: Jamie and her assistant Sarah were amazing on our wedding day. We had ~150 guests and a large vendor team, and everything went off without a hitch. They coordinated a full ceremony-to-reception room flip during cocktail hour in under 45 minutes, kept everything running on time, and allowed us to be fully present with our guests. We weren’t aware of a single issue the entire day—because Jamie had it all handled. Jamie is warm, reliable, organized, and truly goes above and beyond for her couples. We’re so grateful to have had her lead our amazing vendor team - you will not regret hiring Jamie as your planner!

was 2 hours from Jamie in a remote town, we were reserving the entire ranch for a Thursday thru Sunday event. While Jamie's was hired us to plan the wedding day she worked with us to make sure everyday went as planned. She visited the venue multiple times, kept us on task making sure we met with the vendors, reserved everything we needed and gently nudged us when we got behind. If we reached out with a question she was quick to respond. She found us amazing vendors, especially our photographer and DJ. She respected our budget and could interpret my sort of vision and execute in a way I could have never imagined. She even went out of her way to help me find a dress that I wanted by calling all of the bridal shops around me to see who had it. By the time the wedding came I felt like she was family. I can not say enough amazing things about her and her team. I recommend not only hiring her but also making sure you select her biggest package, I can promise you will not regret it. I will forever be grateful to Jamie for making sure our wedding event was everything we could have hoped for and beyond.

I originally met Jamie at a wedding expo that I decided to go to on a whim and now I am so happy that I went because she truly is the BEST! At the expo she was very kind and informative about what she can do and made me feel so good that I went home that night and requested a meeting for me and my husband to talk to her. It was definitely meant to be for us to meet that day. Leading up to our wedding we quickly figured out how personable she is, how kind and easy to talk to she was, which was key for me when deciding who to choose for our wedding planner. I knew that couples work so closely with their wedding planner in the planning process so I immediately knew I wanted to work with her because of this. During the planning process she made us feel like we were her only client even though we knew she had other couples. She was so patient and attentive to our questions/needs during the months leading up to the wedding and we really appreciated it. She was always very quick to answer phone calls, emails, texts and everything you can think of. This was a major plus for us because we had a few issues with some of our vendors leading up to the wedding date and she made sure to smooth it out without any trouble to us. Whenever we talked about issues she immediately let us know that she was going to handle it and all I can say is this is such a nice feeling. For her to be able to handle everything and not have to worry…such a relief for a bride! After our wedding my husband told me on the ride to our hotel that he would give her 1000 stars out of 10. He really enjoyed working with her and couldn’t thank her enough for everything she did for us. We will always hold a special place in our heart for her and how she made our wedding so AMAZING.
