I’ve got a knack for developing trust and relationships with not just my couples and their families, but also with the vendors that come along for the ride. It’s what I value most about this industry and the organized chaos that comes with it. I’ve been event planning now for over ten years, from large corporate events to your backyard elopement, I haven’t seen it all, but I’ve seen a lot. Communication is my strength and designing gorgeous and unique events is my forte! Got a crazy idea you’re ready to make come true? I AM HERE FOR IT! Outside of planning your dream events, I am a mother to my two precious babies and a wife to that amazing guy at the bottom of this page. He’s got you covered…he thinks he’s really funny. But in all seriousness, Joe’s got the skills to be innovative, relentless and a wiz in driving the business forward. Looking for some unique signage options on your wedding day – Joe has the creative talents to construct some gorgeous and personalized pieces for your big day! When he’s not chatting you up at a wedding expo, Joe is watching football, eating some great tacos and hanging out with his amazing family.

the right fit—she was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly experienced. We chose her full-service design package and are so glad we did. Planning: Jamie made the entire planning process smooth and manageable. She helped us define our vision, built a custom design board, and gave us curated options for each vendor. She also created a detailed month-by-month planning timeline, helped us allocate our budget, tracked payments, and kept us on schedule. As the point of contact for all vendors, she filtered all the back-and-forth so we could focus on the big picture. Her organization and communication helped take the stress out of planning. Her energy and enthusiasm for our big day helped to keep the momentum going even after a long day of work, and made planning our wedding a truly enjoyable process. We heard multiple times from different vendors that they absolutely loved Jamie, and for those who did not know Jamie before, were impressed with how on-top of things she was and proactive in getting things done. Day-of Coordination: Jamie and her assistant Sarah were amazing on our wedding day. We had ~150 guests and a large vendor team, and everything went off without a hitch. They coordinated a full ceremony-to-reception room flip during cocktail hour in under 45 minutes, kept everything running on time, and allowed us to be fully present with our guests. We weren’t aware of a single issue the entire day—because Jamie had it all handled. Jamie is warm, reliable, organized, and truly goes above and beyond for her couples. We’re so grateful to have had her lead our amazing vendor team - you will not regret hiring Jamie as your planner!

We worked with Jamie over that last year on planning or April 2025 wedding. We were out of state and not the easiest couple to work with due to work schedules. Our amazing venue...

was 2 hours from Jamie in a remote town, we were reserving the entire ranch for a Thursday thru Sunday event. While Jamie's was hired us to plan the wedding day she worked with us to make sure everyday went as planned. She visited the venue multiple times, kept us on task making sure we met with the vendors, reserved everything we needed and gently nudged us when we got behind. If we reached out with a question she was quick to respond. She found us amazing vendors, especially our photographer and DJ. She respected our budget and could interpret my sort of vision and execute in a way I could have never imagined. She even went out of her way to help me find a dress that I wanted by calling all of the bridal shops around me to see who had it. By the time the wedding came I felt like she was family. I can not say enough amazing things about her and her team. I recommend not only hiring her but also making sure you select her biggest package, I can promise you will not regret it. I will forever be grateful to Jamie for making sure our wedding event was everything we could have hoped for and beyond.

t a single thing and got to enjoy every second and special moment of our day. In all honesty from the minute that we got to the venue to when we left in our exit car everything was PERFECT. I originally met Jamie at a wedding expo that I decided to go to on a whim and now I am so happy that I went because she truly is the BEST! At the expo she was very kind and informative about what she can do and made me feel so good that I went home that night and requested a meeting for me and my husband to talk to her. It was definitely meant to be for us to meet that day. Leading up to our wedding we quickly figured out how personable she is, how kind and easy to talk to she was, which was key for me when deciding who to choose for our wedding planner. I knew that couples work so closely with their wedding planner in the planning process so I immediately knew I wanted to work with her because of this. During the planning process she made us feel like we were her only client even though we knew she had other couples. She was so patient and attentive to our questions/needs during the months leading up to the wedding and we really appreciated it. She was always very quick to answer phone calls, emails, texts and everything you can think of. This was a major plus for us because we had a few issues with some of our vendors leading up to the wedding date and she made sure to smooth it out without any trouble to us. Whenever we talked about issues she immediately let us know that she was going to handle it and all I can say is this is such a nice feeling. For her to be able to handle everything and not have to worry…such a relief for a bride! After our wedding my husband told me on the ride to our hotel that he would give her 1000 stars out of 10. He really enjoyed working with her and couldn’t thank her enough for everything she did for us. We will always hold a special place in our heart for her and how she made our wedding so AMAZING.

ay. She took the time to truly understand what we wanted, offering creative ideas and thoughtful solutions to every question or concern we had. We met Jamie at a bridal show in Austin and could not stop talking about her endearing personality and her meticulous attention to details even after the show. As time passed my now husband and I started to realize that there was way more to wedding planning than we thought. After meeting with Jamie virtually we knew we made the right decision as she contacted vendors for us and even recommended others that we also fell in love with! She created our timeline and was in constant communication with us and the vendors if any changes were made. Jamie also served as our wedding therapist as we relied heavily on her advice and direction! The planning process for us was stress free and seamless with Jamie by our side. We highly recommend hiring not only a wedding planner but especially A Timeless Soiree. Jamie is also bilingual which was very important to me as I have family members that only speak Spanish. On the day of the wedding, Jamie was nothing short of amazing. She orchestrated every detail seamlessly, allowing us to focus on each other and our loved ones without a single worry. Her calm demeanor and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind, and her passion for her work shone through in every aspect of the day especially when our catering could have been delayed by a payment issue which Jamie quickly took care of for us and had our food delivered on time. Thanks to Jamie, we were able to enjoy the most magical day of our lives, and we will forever be grateful for her dedication and hard work. She was even able to capture very important memories for us amongst the chaos and shared them with us. Jamie and her team were not just "day of" coordinators, they began preparing a month before my wedding, contacting vendors, and organizing all things. I had the most PEACEFUL and FUN wedding day. Jamie and team handled everything, the entire day went very smoothly. Both my husband and I were able to enjoy our day, while still keeping up with timelines. I highly recommend this team to be part of your special events. TRULY event experts! This team was always steps ahead, anticipated my anxious questions, helped an overthinking/perfectionist bride calm the hell down and just take everything in. o answer any and all questions I had. She thought about things I didn’t. She was on top of EVERYTHING! When my caterer fell through, she knew before I did because she was in contact with everyone so quickly. I was able to find another caterer, thankfully! This was months before the wedding. When time got closer to the big day, she was verifying everything with my vendors and myself to be sure that everything lined up to what my husband and I wanted. On the day of the wedding, she had done everything such as decorating, organizing the wedding party, and communicating with me about each step of the day. She made a schedule of the whole day down to the very minute. What ever questions/concerns anyone had, her response was “it’s already covered” she was 3 steps ahead. Thank you for everything, Jamie!

Everyone dreams of having a “Perfect event/wedding planner“… One who is genuinely interested in making sure your Wedding/Event day becomes unforgettable, Fully vested to ensure you have nothing to worry about on the day of your event and one who, Regardless the amount of work, stress and constant demands for help from many vendors, Maintains an Amazingly positive, cheerful and professional attitude. ... unfortunately that never comes true for many couples/clients…… But, it can be true for you if you choose to Hire Jamie for your event/wedding. genuinely don’t think I could have had such a seamless and perfect day without Jaime. She was so organized and knowledgeable of the wedding scene and helped me tremendously whenever I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed. I regret not hiring for the entirety of the wedding planning, but even as she stepped in the month before- she took off running and handled every single detail so that I didn’t have to worry. She coordinated with my vendors and the venue and made sure we had everything we needed in order to make this day PERFECTION. We are so grateful that we trusted her with our big day and if I had to do it all over again (which hopefully I won’t lol), I would hire A Timeless Soirée again in a heart beat!
