45 minutes with no answer — so I grabbed what I knew the order was and got on with my day. When I realized I'd taken extra items, I brought them back with the return. They never even knew.
At drop-off, Shelby helped me unload and told me I was good to go, with Jon Heller standing right there. No inspection, no damage flagged. Then I got home to an email billing me $115 + $75 for "damaged" tables — charged to my card with no invoice and no chance to review anything first.
Here's the kicker: the 8' table they charged me $115 to "replace" was sitting in their cleaning pile — the "damage" in their own photo was the world's smallest dent. When I asked Jon to show me which of the nine 8' tables was even mine, he pointed at one at random — a table with no mud on it after a rainy, muddy weekend at my event. When I asked what stopped him from photographing any random returned table and calling it mine, he had no answer.
On the 6' table, Jon admitted there was no way to prove I did it. His answer was "you signed the contract saying it was all good," then "it's subjective," then — to a customer who'd just voluntarily returned extra items — "I can't really trust you."
And the $75 they charged me for that beat-up used 6' table? A brand-new one costs $92.
We even paid $11.57 for their damage waiver. It never came up — not in the email, not in person.
I was honest with these people at every step. This is how they repay it. Rent elsewhere.

Anna was so patient with us, answering all our questions day & night and sending us as many photos as we needed to see everything we wanted to see and make our choices on decor for the day. We started working with her 2 years out from our wedding and as you can imagine, our minds changed quite a bit. Anna didn't mind at all and was so accepting of any and all changes we made and offered so much guidance when we needed it. We mostly rented things for our tablescapes and they were truly the talk of the night! Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the details were on our tables and we couldn't have been happier with the way they turned out. We'd 100000% recommend A to Z, especially Anna, to anyone that asks! They are the best rentals team to work with!

These items really helped make our wedding feel more unique to us, and helped improve our guests’ experiences as well. They were able to work with us to accommodate our venue’s strict drop-off and pick-up times. The staff (particularly Anna) were easy to work with and were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. very responsive to emails, very flexible on changing quantities and even items - up until 2 weeks before the wedding. Payment and contract signing were easy and all online. The items rented were in nice condition and well kept. I had no concern over cleanliness of the china, flatware or water goblets (they were delivered in racks covered by plastic). Delivery was flawless and they even had an option for late-night pickup (11:00PM) at no extra charge. They have a huge selection of items and I loved supporting a woman-owned business. Highly recommend!

So when it came time for John and I to plan our own wedding we had a long list of vendors to consider. We knew we wanted to rent chiavari chairs so we knew we had to call AtoZ Event Rentals. I have worked with AtoZ Event Rental many times over the past few years and they always provide quality items in great condition. They obviously cares about their rental items and take very good care of them to ensure each couple is getting a quality item in good condition.
