A to Z Event Rentals offers so many unique pieces of a variety of styles to rent and elevate any event. We set up a meeting with Johnathan who helped us pick items that matched the theme and vibe of our wedding. We rented tableware including glasses, chargers, flatware and napkins as well as some lawn games for our cocktail hour that were a big hit. Throughout the process Anna was incredibly responsive to our emails and accommodating with making adjustments to our rental. If we are ever in need of renting items for a party again, without a doubt we will be using A to Z Event Rentals.
The products I rented were perfect!! I rented chairs, double door, and double arch. They added the perfect touch to our wedding!! Great customer service!!!
My wife and I booked A to Z Event Rentals for a variety of wedding day rentals and it was honestly an amazing experience! They have an awesome selection on their website and we were able to put together a wishlist and they scheduled a call with us to go over the pricing. They worked with us every step of the way to verify quantities and delivery/pickup details at the end of the night. They even let us pickup a mirror early so we could put a seating chart on it. They handled everything and made the whole process way easier so my wife and I could focus on our big day. Thanks again and I highly recommend A to Z Event Rentals to anyone!

A to Z event rentals took a lot of stress out of my wedding planning. I was able to rent everything I needed all in one place. Not only were they very easy to get a hold of, but they were all very nice and flexible to work with. The weather threw a huge wrinkle in my outdoor wedding and the team at A to Z worked with me through every step of the way. I was even able to make last second additions to my order. I highly recommend A to Z to anyone needing tent rentals!
I used A to Z for wedding rentals on 4/23/22. I rented fruitwood crossback chairs, china, flatware and water goblets. Overall, I had a very positive experience. Ann and Kayla were very responsive to emails, very flexible on changing quantities and even items - up until 2 weeks before the wedding. Payment and contract signing were easy and all online. The items rented were in nice condition and well kept. I had no concern over cleanliness of the china, flatware or water goblets (they were delivered in racks covered by plastic). Delivery was flawless and they even had an option for late-night pickup (11:00PM) at no extra charge. They have a huge selection of items and I loved supporting a woman-owned business. Highly recommend!
We rented gold flatware and amber goblets for our wedding and they completed our tabletop look. They were fairly priced compared to other rental companies we inquired with!
Communication with Ann was great! It was easy to make adjustments as needed throughout the planning process.
Ann was such an integral part of our day helping us design and pick out our wedding linens. She went above and beyond finding us the perfect colors to match our aesthetic. The show room is awesome to actually go and see the rentals, swatches and all the offerings. Ann was quick to respond to all questions and made the rental process super easy.
Ann was so incredibly helpful and responsive!!! One of my biggest frustrations when planning my wedding was how slow some other vendors were to get back to my inquiries and questions, so it was such a breath of fresh air to work with Ann. She would always get back to me the same day and was such a pleasure to work with.
I rented a dance floor, some games, and a lounge set through her for my wedding. The price was very reasonable and all of it was a hit! Thank you A to Z Event Rentals!
Ann was a pleasure to work with. Quick to respond and flexible to work with. We had to reschedule our wedding three times and she didn’t blink an eye. Even when my guest count was reduced she quickly sent me a refund which I did not expect. The chairs I rented were perfect and in good condition. They were also dropped off a day early allowing us to setup early.
Ann from A to Z Event Rentals is amazing!!! She went above and beyond to try to find chairs for me for our wedding. She wasn't able to find the exact ones and I had to go else where for chairs. I did rent farm tables, linen and an arbor for our wedding from her. The tables and arbor were so beautiful! They were all handmade by her husband! Ann was very responsive and let me come to her shop multiple times when I was trying to figure everything out! I would recommend a to z rental to anyone looking to rent anything they have!! I look forward to renting from them in the future!!

I am the owner of Harmony Hall Estate and Karen’s Catering, LLC., over the past 31 years I have had the honor of helping thousands of couples make their wedding day dreams come true. Selecting the vendors for our wedding day was no easy task! I have worked with some of the best wedding vendors in Central PA and a few that are not so good. So when it came time for John and I to plan our own wedding we had a long list of vendors to consider. We knew we wanted to rent chiavari chairs so we knew we had to call AtoZ Event Rentals. I have worked with AtoZ Event Rental many times over the past few years and they always provide quality items in great condition. They obviously cares about their rental items and take very good care of them to ensure each couple is getting a quality item in good condition. Their price is reasonable and their delivery and pick up policy is was very accommodating to our schedule.
