The woman we worked with was very accommodating to our changes before the wedding, but other employees seemed uninformed about what was going on.
On the day of the wedding, the company called me (the bride) at 7:45am to see if I was ready a...t the venue for the tables and chairs to be dropped off, even though we had given them the number to contact of the person who would be there to meet them so that they wouldn't call me--the bride--on the morning of my wedding.
When they picked up the supplies, no one counted what they were taking, so they called on the honeymoon to ask where a table and 2 linens were. We had to coordinate getting the items to them from out of town, and then when we called them back because we couldn't find the linens, they said they had found them (though they never thought to tell us that, so we had someone spend half an hour looking).
Also, they only pick up supplies on business days, so we had to pay extra because the venue would not let us leave the dance floor until Monday morning, and A-Z would not let us pull it up ourselves.
If I am ever in need of rental supplies for an event again, I will not use A-Z.
