A-Z rented us our ceremony chairs for our wedding, and they were incredibly professional and easy to work with! 2 days prior to our wedding, category 4 Hurricane Michael hit the Fl...
orida panhandle. Despite much damage and destruction, the team at A-Z was calm and positive, and they called us the day before our wedding to let us know that they were ready for our big day without hesitation. They were punctual and did not let the hurricane get in their way. Thank you so much, A-Z!!
Stressed about the weather doesn't even begin to describe how worried I was about having to use tents at my wedding. Amazingly enough, it was the only thing I was really stressed a...
bout for my wedding. It made me even more worried that a-z has a 7 day policy to accept or decline the rental of a $1400 tent. However, everything ended up working out fantastically, and A-Z was a big part of that. When the time came, we cancelled the tent. Out of their courteousness, not because it is a policy, they said they would keep us informed if another customer was becoming interested in what we needed and if not, they would keep it for us just in case. This was a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Luckily, the weather was PERFECT and everything else we rented was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I wished my family and friends didn't have to t.ake the time to open every chair and table and break it back down because that is their policy, and they could've done it, but what can you do
My friend advised e use of this company, and though I did not end up using one, I recommend!
A to Z made everything so easy. They has a good selection and the items were good quality, nothing was scratched or used looking. Competitive prices and friendly, prompt service.
Customer service with Susan is great!! She can get the job done and is very flexible and easy to work with. Prices are right as well as quality and items are ordered in time if the...

Good quality but a bit on the pricey side. I could have purchased these for about the same price.
The company I had reservered all my rental chairs from filed bankrupt, and knew they were doing when they took our money anyways. We did not find out this information until 3 days ...
before the wedding and A to Z was a lifesaver and had enough chairs and let us rent them in such a short notice!
The woman we worked with was very accommodating to our changes before the wedding, but other employees seemed uninformed about what was going on.
On the day of the wedding, the...
company called me (the bride) at 7:45am to see if I was ready at the venue for the tables and chairs to be dropped off, even though we had given them the number to contact of the person who would be there to meet them so that they wouldn't call me--the bride--on the morning of my wedding.
When they picked up the supplies, no one counted what they were taking, so they called on the honeymoon to ask where a table and 2 linens were. We had to coordinate getting the items to them from out of town, and then when we called them back because we couldn't find the linens, they said they had found them (though they never thought to tell us that, so we had someone spend half an hour looking).
Also, they only pick up supplies on business days, so we had to pay extra because the venue would not let us leave the dance floor until Monday morning, and A-Z would not let us pull it up ourselves.
If I am ever in need of rental supplies for an event again, I will not use A-Z.
