My husband and I went to A Touch of Class to see if we wanted to have our reception there. Needless to say, it was true to it's name; there was just a touch of class! The room was like a dungeon, NO windows! It looked like the room hadn't been ...renovated since the 80's. We went to look at it when they were set up for a wedding. The room looked pretty nice, but it was just this really long, dark room. The lady told us how they set up the room and we had asked that if we have our wedding there, if they could set some things up differently (like putting the head table in a different spot than they usually do), and she did not seem to want to do that for us. We asked for very reasonable things, and she made it seem like a huge deal to accommodate us. The room wasn't even set up for our wedding and she wasn't willing to listen to our suggestions. A venue should make you feel special and cater to your reasonable requests, and A Touch of Class made us feel silly for asking them to put tables in different spots than they usually do. After we visited them, we immediately crossed them off of our "potential vendors" list. We would not recommend them to another couple.
