Terrible Service! Do not use! Their driver showed up almost 1 hour late for a pickup of a bridal party of 22 following the wedding on hot summer day with little apology due to being stuck in traffic. The dispatcher was hard to reach, they said they didn't have my phone number, and they kept changing the time of when driver was expected to arrive for our pickup. Consequently, the bridal party and parents missed the entire cocktail hour of the wedding reception and also a full hour of the photographer's time was lost. Customer service refused to offer me any discount or credit for their service. Cost was significant without any adjustment offered. Their sense of customer service sucks! I strongly do not recommend them. If zero was allowed I would give that as a rating.
DON'T EVER USE A TOUCH OF CLASS LIMOUSINES! I have never had such a disappointing experience! The bus was not at the hotel for pickup, although I got a voicemail from A Touch of Class Limo saying the bus was there from 5-6P which was incorrect information. I had 40+ people get on the shuttle provided by the hotel because there was no other vehicle at the hotel at the designated pick up time. When I returned the voicemail, I had to tell the customer service rep from A Touch of Class Limousine to have the bus come to the venue. Then when we had both the A Touch of Class bus and the hotel shuttle ready to return to the hotel, the bus provided by A Touch of Class refused to open the doors to admit passengers which resulted in overfilling the hotel bus for the trip back to the hotel. When one of the groomsmen who was left behind asked the A Touch Of Class bus driver for a ride back to the hotel, he was told that it seemed like a waste to drive the bus back to the hotel with only one person on it so he had to find a ride with a guest who had their own car. They charged our credit card for the full amount even though not one person was able to use the transportation that they were supposed to provide to and from the wedding.
My husband and I rented a stretch limo to transport us from the hotel to the church and from the church to the reception venue. The positives are that they were very responsive and flexible when we wanted to extend the service a few more hours and the driver, James, was well dressed and prompt. He even went the extra mile to put a "Just Married" sign on the limo after the ceremony. The other nice thing was that there were champagne flutes, glasses, and ice buckets in the limo. The only critique is that it is listed that the stretch limo fits 12 people on their website. There were 12 people including us in the bridal party. Unfortunately, the limo barely fit 8 people comfortably. We had to squish into the limo...thankfully I didn't have a poofy dress...and one of the Groomsmen even had to sit on the floor! We made the best of it, but we definitely would have been more comfortable with more space.
Had a great experience with our transportation! The driver at the end of the night offered to provide an additional round trip service for a few extra guests and we really appreciated it!
No AC in limo on my wedding day, when it was close to 95 degrees outside & sat in the limo to close to an hour & a half. Surprised no one fainted in the car from the extreme heat. Called the Monday after my wedding, never received a response back. In response to the company's response below: if you listened to the convo did you miss the part where I had to continuously ask him for an apology? When did I continuously curse at Jake? I should have the way he treated me. Don't lie to try & make yourself look better. Did you miss the part in the beginning when I told him I called him on 7/15 to complain about this & never received a response back? Did you miss the part where he kept blaming the weather on why there was no cold air blowing? Did you listen to the part where he told me that he'll do an investigation & then comes to the conclusion w/out doing an investigation that everything was perfect? Did you listen to the part where he put me on hold & agreed that I could speak to someone else, but then gets back on says, "no one wants to speak with you." Did you miss the part where I said we rented another limo that day & they didn't have a problem with their AC & Jake asked what company it was so he can go & investigate it instead of looking in to his own limo? Did you misinterpret his tone, dismissive comments or attitude? Did you miss the very start when I first stated my claim he immediately denied it? Doesn't sound like you listened to the right conversation, b/c clearly you have no idea what you're talking about. Not once did the customer service agent say "we apologize on behalf of the company." Based on my written documentation which you clearly misread, I booked a one-way trip & I specifically asked Jennifer if we get stuck in traffic for an hour do I have to pay more, she clearly stated "no, we do not charge extra for that." Please go back & re-read your correspondence correctly & don't try to turn this on me that I should pay more. If you need me to forward you the correspondence, happy to do so, or even post it on here, more than happy to do that to show everyone what scam artist this company truly is. I did not get anything free. If its that easy to catch this company in a lie, imagine what else they are lying & hiding. Ask the Chauffeur how much he was sweating, dripping in sweat just like the rest of us. As soon as I said the AC was not working not one person believed me from the company. They didn't even know the date that I had the limo and automatically denied it. I even asked Jake, have you followed up with anyone else who apparently used the same limo that day & he said no, the company does not follow up with customers. I didn't receive the services that I paid for. You can sit here & write all day long about your inspections a month later how it's all perfect, but you were not in the limo & didn't experience what we did. Doing an inspection close to a month after doesn't prove anything what happened on that day. So if you were not there your opinion is worthless. Why is it all reviews are negative? The company has some excuse to prove why the customer is always wrong & that it's always their fault? Not once does this company own up to any of their actions, mistakes, how things were handled or how their employees treat & speak to their customers. Employees rather argue & lie to customers than simply apologize to them. Looks like the customer is always wrong in the eyes of this pathetic company. DO NOT BOOK!
Jennifer was amazing to work with! She helped arrange an appointment for me to see the entire fleet of vehicles, which really helped me make my decision.
We hired 2 buses to take the bridal party to the venue, and 1 "getaway car" for the bride and groom at the end of the night. The buses were extremely accommodating and flexible (the girls took a little longer than planned to get ready). The drivers were also very helpful with getting our devices connected to bluetooth so we could take advantage of the sound system!
The getaway car at the end of the night was probably the best decision we could've made. It gave my new husband and I a quiet place to just be together and finally share our "we're married!" excitement.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the girls' bus had no AC :( Totally a fluke, and I definitely still loved the service, but in July, no AC was rough!
If there was a way to give “no stars” I would. Terrible limo service, hired company for a wedding, for starters, they never showed up to pick up the bride. The driver never attempted to get out of the vehicle to greet or open doors for groom and daughter. Finally showed back up after ceremony, driver never got out of the vehicle to open doors for bride or groom. Still in negotiations with company for a refund.
I’m going to do my best to explain just how amazing this company is, but I know it will still come short! Before the wedding, Jennifer was fantastic to work with; she answered my numerous questions quickly, provided additional details that helped in the decision-making process, and guaranteed all needs were met. On the wedding day, the superstar was absolutely our limo driver Jeff; he was incredibly patient, kind, and had a calming presence. He was extremely flexible as our plans kept changing and was willing to go to places not on our original schedule. He always helped me out and helped to make sure the dress did not get caught or messed up on the ground. The bus we scheduled via a different company forgot to show up to transport our guests from ceremony to reception; Jeff then took it upon himself to help and transported guests who needed the ride to the reception in rounds, ensuring everyone got there on time, something he was not scheduled or anticipated doing. Guests loved it as they got to ride in a limo and my husband and I loved it as they were able to get there on time. Jeff came back just in time to transport my husband and I where we had our photographer take a picture of us and our limo hero. A Touch of Class is professional, courteous, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care – my husband and I highly recommend!
Wonderful service they were on time and ready to go! Very pleased with the service!!
Working with this company was super easy! I didn’t have to worry about a thing, I just let them know what I wanted and the limos were there on time. The limo staff were super kind, thank you!
A Touch of Class did a good job with our wedding. Every time I reached out to them, they responded promptly and professionally. Every time I booked something or made a change to a booking, I immediately got a confirmation with all the details from them. Their office staff are highly organized.
I ended up booking two large shuttle buses to get guests there and back, and a van to haul back our decorations, supplies, leftovers, etc. Of all these, I only rode the van. The guests were happy with the shuttle transport -- they arrived on time at the hotels and at the venue, and stopped at two hotels at no extra charge.
There were a couple of things that might could have been done a little better. I would have preferred better coordination with the hotels. Other shuttle companies arriving in the hotel had sign-up sheets in the lobby for the shuttles. If ATOC had those, they didn't get out at either hotel. I had to make sure the hotels put something out, at the very least so people would be aware what time the shuttles were leaving. The hotel staff at both hotels only seemed vaguely aware that we had shuttles, and as a result didn't tell those checking in under our block what time the shuttles were arriving. I suppose this could have been a fault with the hotel staff, except that this was clearly not a problem for other limo companies arriving at the hotel. It was frankly a source of stress for me on my wedding day.
The other thing that didn't go too smoothly was the downright weird van drive back from the venue. The driver turned a half-hour straight shot into a full hour odyssey through backroads, wrong turns, and baffling "alternate routes" while touting her local bona fides and knowledge of the area. It was strange to say the least, and considering we had all the leftover booze in our car for the afterparty, it wasn't really appreciated.
There were relatively minor issues in the scheme of things though. Everyone got to and from the wedding safely, nobody got left behind, everybody who wanted a lift got one, the vehicles were prompt, and their people were friendly. It was not a perfect experience, but at the end of the day, things went pretty well.
A Touch of Class transported myself, my husband, parts of the bridal party, and my guests to and from the venue in a safe and timely manner, which I'm really thankful for! I worked with Jennifer in the planning stages who gave me great guidance in terms of how many seats I would need, the timing of things, etc. She was a pleasure to work with.
Only issue I had with A Touch of Class was that one of the buses I booked broke down a few days before the wedding. However, they were in contact with myself and my wedding coordinator as soon as they had knowledge of this, and resolved the situation by replacing the bus with other vehicles in their fleet. All three vehicles ended up being different, which I wasn't a fan of. I did end up with a few extra seats, which was nice. And again, everyone was transported safely so that's what matters! One of the drivers also got lost on the way to the after-party in downtown. Other than small hiccups, all was great!
We enjoyed using A Touch of Class for our wedding!! We were in their newest limo bus and it had lots of room for all 20 of us, the lights inside were fun, and we were able to hook up to their stereo system and play music for our ride. When I booked, they threw in an hour free which I didn't know about until I looked into their FabNet gift - they said they couldn't give it to me because we already had an hour free (which I confirmed by looking at their online pricing). They were easy to work with throughout my planning stages, and all went smoothly the day of! Oh, and by comparison, SO much cheaper than On the Town...
I've updated my review to reflect a response from Touch of Class - I appreciate their attention and clarification.
On the day of our wedding, we did not have a great experience with Touch of Class and our limo driver. He did wait outside the church as requested, but was quite gruff with our wedding party in trying to get them to hurry onto the bus, and as soon as our photographer stepped onto the bus, he pulled the bus out of the parking lot - no greetings to any of the wedding party or even letting us open some champagne before we were out on the bumpy road. Several of the lights in the limo were out of order, and we couldn't figure out how to turn them on or off, or how to play music. We eventually learned from the driver that we needed an aux cord to play personal music, which as noted below was listed in the terms of service on their website, but I unfortunately must have missed while researching transportation companies. We just drove to our destination without music and were dropped off outside the hotel. We simply felt disappointed that the "Red Carpet Treatment" did not feel as such on our wedding day.
A touch of class limousines was an absolute pleasure to work with from the planning stage to the day of our wedding. We used two shuttles and a wedding party limo; their office staff was responsive and professional in answering our questions and helping us select the right services, and their drivers were very courteous and professional throughout. We would definitely recommend A Touch of Class!
We used a 35 person shuttle to get guests to & from the ceremony location, and a 12 person limo for the wedding party.
Both were great! There was some concern from the limo driver (Greg) about my driveway, but we'd had a limo in our driveway before (from a family member's wedding) and knew it would be alright. As far as I know, everything went well! But if you have a steep driveway, make sure to mention that when you book - I wish I'd thought to warn him ahead of time.
Our shuttle driver was Tom, and while I only briefly saw him, none of the guests had any complaints! The church can be a bit confusing when you follow GPS, so we had some concerns about him finding the location, but we actually saw the bus approaching as we did our first look and knew it had worked out.
SO HAPPY WE WENT WITH A TOUCH OF CLASS LIMO'S. Our entire guest list traveled from out of town and we had 150 guest that we wanted transported to and from the hotel to our wedding venue which was on a military base. This was the only vendor who allowed us to break up our 4 hour minimum into 2 separate trips. So we had 2 hours in the beginning to transport people and 2 hours in the end to take them home. It saved us so much money versus having to rent the bus for 8 hours to cover the whole day. SO GRATEFUL I found this vendor. They were amazing and friendly. Thank you
Great, professional, reasonably priced. Made our trip easy and was right on time! Great service.
A Touch of Class was perfect for my wedding! Jennifer worked closely with me to figure out exactly what my needs were for the day of. I used them for a party bus to take bridal party, then groom party, wrap back around to pick up guests, shuttle bus before and after wedding for guests and the party bus again at the end of the night to pick up the entire wedding party.
My only thing, and this may be industry standard, but I know this annoys a lot of other brides... is I wish they would offer 1 hour minimums. It was very frustrating to know I am paying for a 2 hour minimum when I only need for an hour. This caused me to not pay for a second shuttle bus which probably would have been helpful. This is nothing against A Touch of Class personally, I know each company has to have their standards, but again.. just frustrating when it comes to weddings when guests don't need to be there so far ahead of time... I just think they should work out a better package for weddings. Also the 2 hour minimum cannot be split.
But overall I would definitely use their services again. The quality of the drivers and transportation are top notch!
We definitely should have used a different company for our wedding shuttles. We went with A Touch of Class Limousines (ATCL) to save a few bucks compared to a couple other companies in the area... unfortunately, in our case, we didn't even get what we paid for.
I'll start out with the good. We had our reception, guest hotel, and ceremony all in different locations so we hired three different shuttle buses through ATCL and two out of the three drivers performed well. The driver for the wedding party limo bus (Michael) was punctual and professional. He even called me the day before to confirm scheduling details. Great service. Frances, the driver of the second bus, did happen to be a little late picking up guests from the hotel to go to the reception. But hey, it happens and most importantly she called to let us know. On the down-side I was told by several guests that she complained on the trip back to the hotel (on her cell phone to the caterer) when told she may have to make another trip to get the rest of the guests due to the third drivers inability to do her job-- meanwhile it’s 1045PM and we paid for the shuttle until midnight. In Frances’s defense though, before the third driver stood us up I had told her that the 1045pm shuttle would be the last. No major complaints, she did her job as expected. Additionally, the people on the phone at ATCL when I booked were both helpful and pleasant.
Unfortunately our third driver, Linda, was not so professional. To start things off, when I called Frances and Linda the morning of our wedding to verify they had the correct times and directions, Linda initially told me she was not Linda as if trying to avoid creditors or something fishy like that. I don't presume to know why but VERY unprofessional. She appeared as if she wasnot expecting a call from a client? When I then verified she had the correct route to the reception (there is a low weight limit bridge near Rockland Farms that the buses cannot cross) and asked HER to read me the shuttle times on her contract. Everything was correct and I explained that we needed two buses at the end of the reception so that all guests could make the after-party. She picked up guests from the hotel and took them to the reception as expected... then, SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO GET OUR GUESTS AT THE END OF THE NIGHT! No call, no communication with myself or the two others on the contract. Additionally, when I tried calling her (many times) that night and the following day she never bothered to pick up the phone and her mailbox was full so I couldn't even leave a voicemail. Management at ATCL told me that she said “she was released by a guy in a suit with grey hair” (real specific at a wedding). This was completely bogus since: 1) there was nobody with grey hair on the contract able to release the service and she did not get a signature, 2) she never tried to contact anyone on the contract, 3) SHE ALREADY KNEW THE PLAN FROM BOTH HER CONTRACT AND MY PHONE CALL EARLIER THAT DAY! Absolutely unacceptable!! Management did sound legitimately concerned about our troubles and refunded HALF of the money from her shuttle which, in addition to two good drivers, is the reason I gave ATCL even 2 stars. However, I felt that we should have gotten a full refund from Linda’s shuttle for the inconvenience on our wedding day and where I come from you do not get paid for doing half a job. Not to mention the additional Uber fees, etc., needed to get the rest of our guests back
A Touch of Class Limo service was friendly and good for the price. The driver was nice and knew where to go without problems. The 12 person limo only fit about 8-9 people comfortably, so a couple of our groomsmen drove separately. So keep this in mind when booking. Would recommend.
And Touch of Class provided me with exactly what we were looking for, which was a short ride at the end of the night for the Bride and Groom from the reception to the hotel. The driver was very friendly and I like that gratuity was already added and that I was charged a few days before so then I didn't have to worry about payment that night. They added a "just married" sign which was a cute detail. My only complaint is that they do not have more limos available in the Morgantown area because I was also looking for a vehicle to transport the wedding party. Overall it is a great service especially for wedding packages.
A Touch of Class Limousines provided shuttle service for family, wedding party, and guests. We rented a 25 passenger bus for this service.
We also chose a sedan service to pick us(Bride & Groom)up after the reception.
The company had the best pricing and we were overall satisfied with the service.
We received complaints from guests about the shuttle driver playing loud music and using his cell phone. We (Bride & Groom) also had some minor issues with our sedan driver taking wrong turns and becoming flustered.
I would still recommend this service provider.
Early on we knew that we wanted to give our guests the option of drinking without having to worry about driving afterwards and so we rented a bus for the evening.
Then, at the last minute we realized that we wanted to get away in something a little nice than my Buick, and with two weeks to go, were able to rent a limo to take us back to our hotel.
So first the bus:
Bobby was our driver and he was wonderful. He called me the day before just to make sure I had his number, and the night of the wedding he put up with even the most crazy of our friends. Every time he picked people up, he was friendly and smiling. I also found out that he might have been one of my elementary school bus drivers! Small world!
And honestly for over 12 hours of rental for a 40 person bus (brought people to the wedding, took people back to the hotel at the end, shuttled people into Downtown Frederick to continue partying with multiple pick up times) the cost was incredible.
Limo:
Cathie was our driver, and again she was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I asked if we could make a pit stop up the mountain to take some last minute pictures as the sun was setting, she said it was no problem at all. So my husband, my photographer, Cathie and I drove up to take some absolutely stunning pictures and I can't thank Cathie enough for straying a little from our itinerary.
Overall, working with A Touch of Class was great. They were extremely quick to answer emails and their drivers a joy to work with.
Definitely recommend.
Professional from beginning to end. I had so many terrible experiences and A Touch of Class was such a breath of fresh air. The lines of communication were open from beginning to end. We used the Limo bus and got the wedding package. The Limo bus was clean and looked just like the picture. The red carpet looks fantastic in the pictures, and the driver looked very nice in his tuxedo. I would definitely use A Touch of Class's services in the future for other events.
This would have been a great review had the radio in our limo worked. We only had a limo transport the wedding party from the church to the reception location (approx. 20 min). The only problem was that the radio in the limo didn't work. When we asked the driver if he could fix it, he stated that he would have to get into the back of the limo to fix this. It was a little disappointing as we had just gotten married and were excited to spend the first few minutes of married life celebrating with our bridal party in the limo. Other than the music issue, everything else was great. They were very responsive to correspondence before the wedding and arrived on time.
A Touch of Class provided a shuttle for our wedding that transported our guests from the hotel to the venue, and from the venue to the hotel. They did a great job with timing, with everything running really smoothly! The shuttles ran according to the schedule we set, and accommodated our needs! I would recommend A Touch of Class for your wedding transportation needs!
Very pricey. Some misleading information in their contracts. The air conditioning was broken in our limo.
We were referred to this company by our wedding planners so therefore we trusted their judgement on this type of vendor. Afterall, the name is "A Touch Of Class" and their fleet looked fine from the pics so we didn't think there would be any issues. WRONG. When I walked outside to the limo with my bridesmaids on my wedding day I was completely mortified. The white limo they were to transport me in looked as if it came out of a junk yard. The roof was tattered and paint was chopped all over and it smelled and looked horrible inside. Just despicable! We planned a classy and elegant wedding at a local mansion and to pull up in this trash was utterly embarrassing. We had no choice but to get in and I cried almost the entire way to MY OWN WEDDING! The limo looped back around to get my parents and if they didn't get the message from me that we weren't satisfied they sure did from my father who is retired Army and let the driver know he was not happy and his daughter would not ride back in that car. I had friends who arrived early and they told us they were surprised to see us in that limo because they even HEARD it clunking in to the parking lot and there was smoke coming from it. They eventually switched the limo for our exit but it was not without unnecessary stress. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We spoke to the owner afterwards and he said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and he never got complaints before so clearly he doesn't know or care about quality in his service model. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
I posted pics of the limo on Yelp so you can see for yourself. The proof is in the pudding.

I frequently use car services. I utilized a vehicle that would carry 6 passengers. I am pretty sure they send the prop car from the movie the Wedding Singer. This is the WORST car service I have used in 6 months. Please keep in mind that I use a car service no less than 4 times per month. This was the least professional outlet with the oldest fleet I have done business with in the last 5 years. Do yourself a favor for a small group and hire a DC based provider as they are cheaper and provide better equipment and service.
Nice people and good service.
A week before my wedding it became clear the company double booked- and suddenly we weren't a priority. At the risk of sounding like a Bridezilla, we booked well in advance and were totally miffed that we were suddenly getting our entire schedule changed. They changed our pick up times, and my husband had to arrive at the venue 3 1/2 hours early because the company was worried they wouldn't be able to fit in all of our pick ups (4) and be able to be on time to their next event! They gave us 2 choices: cut off one pick up (my husband has almost 30 people in his immediate family) or add an extra half hour to the beginning and someone gets picked up earlier. After stressing over the details, and unable to change my hair/make up appointments, my husband agreed to get there early. Then, after changing all of the pick up times for our large family, they went back to the original pick up times and missed half our family because of it- including my DAD! He had to jump on the last shuttle for all of our hotel guests and barely made it on time. The limo itself was stunning, and the driver was beyond professional (which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1), but clearly there is a management issue. I was very disappointed, and the company caused us so much stress the week leading up to the wedding and the day of. I would be very clear if using this service to make sure they have enough time to dedicate to your event and don't force you into concessions in order to accommodate poor managerial decision making.
I would not recommend using A Touch of Class Limousines for your wedding. My initial interactions with A Touch of Class were fair – nothing great but not terrible. After booking our limo, we went to see the limo that we would be receiving the day of our wedding. We were given a tour and shown the limo; all of our questions were answered. One question that we asked was “What happens if the limo is damaged the night before?” We were told that they always upgrade if something happens to a limo and never downgrade. When I made my arrangements for the limo I talked with the company and was told based on the number of people that would be in our limo and the dresses we would need a 12 person limo in order for everyone to fit comfortably. On the morning of my wedding, I received a phone call stating that the limo was having mechanical problems and they were going to try to get it fixed in time but if not they could provide me with a white 10 person limo (I had booked and paid for a 12 person black limo). I received another call a few hours later telling me that they had fixed the mechanical problems but then the limo was being backed out of the garage the driver’s side door was damaged. Again I was offered the white 10 person limo or the option of having the damaged limo. Since I was told when I made my limo arrangements that we wouldn’t be comfortable in the 10 person I opted to take the 12 person. After asking , I was told that the manager would call me Monday. When I returned from my honeymoon I called and spoke with Bobby the general manager of A Touch of Class. I was told that he didn’t know who told me that they always upgrade but that information was incorrect. I was also told that the person I spoke to when I booked my limo had provided me with the wrong information about the size limo I needed – they told me that he was no longer with the company. I was not offered a refund or discounted services. The only thing that Bobby said was “If you choose to use us again should you need a limo we’ll give you a good deal.” I found this to unacceptable. The only reason that the limo we used wasn’t a complete disaster was because our driver Josh went above and beyond when pulling into the church and reception to make sure the damaged part of the limo never ended up in photographs. I would not recommend using A Touch of Class Limousines their customer service is deplorable
They are the best!!
Arrived on time and drove very well. The driver just didn't seem to be too happy, which, really doesn't matter in the big scheme of things. Would use them again.
I recommend getting a Limo bus for any wedding party. We had a blast in ours. We were able to hook our iphone up to the stereo systems and play what ever we wanted. There was so much room. Our driver did a great job with putting up with our music and noise. Thank you so much!!!
Our Limo driver's name was Jason. He showed up early and had a red carpet for us to walk into the Limo on. There was complimentary water in the Limo but there was confusion if we could or could not have champagne in the back. Jason was very accomodating, helping me in and out of the limo and telling people at the ceremony that I did not want to be photographed getting out of the limo and not seen until I walked down the aisle. The only negative is that he had a second job that he needed to get to after our wedding and was strict on his timeline. So we felt rushed with photos. We did go over on the time, but we provided him with a tip and hoped that would smooth things over a bit.
My wedding took place on Sunday, 10/7/12. It was a cold and rainy day. Eric the limo driver from "Touch of Class" Limo service came to pick us (me, my daughter, mother & friends) up at the house to bring us to the church. He could not have been more accommodating and cheerful even though the weather was awful. After the ceremony, it was pouring and I was so bummed because I wanted to get some outside key pictures. Eric and my photographer (who he knew) worked it out by keeping us totally covered in umbrellas as we walked to the spots for our pictures. They both got so wet doing this but it was important to them to make me happy. I was so touched by this. It was one of the highlights of my day that they went above and beyond to get those pictures for me. I would more than highly recommend Eric and the "Touch of Class" Limousine service for your wedding!! Not to mention we did research companies and found that they offered the most service for the best price. No other companies offered the red carpet, top hat and just married sign to go with their limo.
The limo arrived on time and the guy was so great about waiting for me to run around and gather all my stuff AND when we had to stop by the house our driver even took a picture of my husband and I walking over the threshold. It was awesome!
We hired A Touch of Class to provide the transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue at the beginningof the wedding and then provide transportation from the venue back to the hotel after the wedding. So we hired him from 4:30-6:30 and then from 9:30 - 11:30. he was early, dressed in a tux, and a wonderful host for our 6 mile ride. We wanted to make sure that no one drove after drinking, so we hired a van. It was fine. Clean and comfortable. Jason was the driver and he was amazing. My 86 y.o. mother had trouble getting into and out of the van, so he just gently asked her if she minded him hugging her. She smiled and laughed and said, "Not at all", so he put his arms around her, lifted her out of the van and put her gently onto the pavement in the parking lot. I appreciated that. We also hired him to pick us up at our apartment a day after the wedding at 4 in the morning and drive us to the airport about 30 miles away to start our honeymoon. He showed up on time and took us there. He couldn't be there as promised 10 days later to take us back home so, knowing our flight number, he had another nice driver show up to take us home. That time we hired a limo and it was really nice. I highly recommend them. In fact, our daughter hired Jason to take some folks to the Renaissance Fair and pick them up at the end of the day, with a detour to the airport and then home. Nice people.
They were very easy to work with.
We ordered one 50 person bus which broke down before our wedding day. They took care of the situation and provided us with 2 limos and 2 smaller buses. We were able to bring more people home than we expected which was great. They never made us worry.
I would advise anyone who needs a limo service to not use this company. I will not get into the details because it upsets me every time, but I will say they do not take responsibility for mistakes that the company makes. Because of a mistake that one of their employees had made I never even saw a limousine on my wedding day. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for giving them wrong information which lead to the limo not picking me up on my wedding day. I was so shocked and upset at the entire situation. My sister-in-law had an issue with this company as well. I choose this place not realizing it was the same place that gave my sister-in-law issues until after I had already paid for their services. When my wedding coordinator found out that I was having problems with them she informed me that the wedding booked at my venue the week before had problems with them as well. Even if I was to blame for the error, the way they treat people is horrible.
We had ordered a stretch excursion that would fit up to 22 people and paid for the 3 hour wedding transfer package. On the day of the wedding, upon the arrival of the limo to our reception site, we were informed that the limo had a flat tire. Within 30 minutes or so, a replacement vehicle was sent out. This obviously pushed back our arrival time to the church. I will commend Touch of Class on their responsiveness to the unexpected emergency, however the replacement vehicle (shuttle) was no where near the quality of the vehicle I had originally paid for. It was extremely hot in the vehicle (on top of the fact that it was already 100 degrees outside that day), it was extremely dirty...there were cobwebs everywhere and the "complementary" water bottles looked filthy, and there were empty water bottles as well. A few days after the event, the manager did offer a small refund, simply for the fact that the timing was pushed back because of the unexpected emergency. I contacted the manager to see if I could get a more substantial discount because the replacement vehicle was not even close to the quality of the vehicle I paid for. He basically told me that regardless of the condition of the replacement vehicle, they still provided us with transportation services, and therefore he was not "authorized" to give us anymore of a discount due to the poor quality of the vehicle. He did mention that he "would be happy to offer you a substantial discount on any future bookings." So in other words, the only way I could get a more substantial discount is if I book with them again in the future, but I can tell you that absolutely will not be happening. They were very nice throughout the entire process, however I truly feel that they should have been able to offer more compensation for the poor quality vehicle that was provided to us.
We hired A Touch of Class to transport us to from the reception to the hotel and I'm so glad we did. They driver was amazing! He was friendly and helpful! He made our drive relaxing and memorable. The prices were reasonable and included a red carpet and just married sign! I'm very glad we chose A Touch of Class and would highly recommend them!
Uorganized, we used touch of class for our transportation. The driver was rude to our guests as well as us on our wedding day. Tried to charge us an extra hours worth of charges for no reason
We didn't have any problems with our party bus being on time, however we were thrown about on the ride the ceremony, so much that one of the open bottles (that the groomsmen had left in there) poped out of the cup holder and spilt beer all down one bridesmaids dress on the way to the ceremony! Also, I'm not sure if this is standard, but we were never informed that we couldn't add additional time onto the limo if needed. Our recieving line ran over and and instead of being able to get more pictures we had to get to the reception site because the limo driver had another booking later that night! We had them reserved until 730! I was upset that we didn't know this before and because our driver was not very friendly!
Since most of my wedding guests were from out of town, and we wanted everyone to enjoy themselves, we used A Touch of Class to provide a shuttle service from the hotel to the wedding, and then back to the hotel at the end of the evening - which I am thankful it's a service they offered. My main disappointment was with the service of the Driver, Kate, was rude to myself, as well as my other wedding guests. She thought she was only picking up the bridal party, and one additional trip; when I told her it would be multiple trips, as per the service I paid for, she was clearly annoyed. I also heard from my wedding guests that she was very rude to them as well. My other complaint was that the A/C did not work in the bus; so the hair/makeup that we paid to have done had to be re-done once we arrived at the venue. I did contact them after the wedding, to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I was told my complaints came as a surprise, as they always receive compliments about Kate, and that the A/C was working. They then sent me a voucher for future services. I was not looking for anything free from them, but simply an acknowledgement and apology. Instead I felt as though they gave me a sorry and freebie to go away, but did not look into my conncerns. So, long story short, if you need a shuttle for your wedding at a reasonable cost, this works. If you expect quality service from the shuttle, look elsewhere
they did their job very well i will recomend them in future time :)
I used them for both wedding and bachelor and bachelorette parties. They were so great. Plenty spacious and good deal for your money. Highly recommend!
We booked a 50 passenger coach bus to shuttle our guests between the hotel and the wedding. We signed the contract in March, and the wedding was in October, so we did this way in advance. 20 minutes before the bus was scheduled to arrive at the hotel to pick up our guests for the wedding, someone from the company called my cell phone (thank goodness my father had it!) to let us know that there was an issue with the bus and that a replacement vehicle of comparable size and quality was on the way. My father was told that the only difference was that it was purple rather than white. SO NOT TRUE! Our "replacement vehicle" was a dark purple school bus used for a day camp. It had less seating capacity than the shuttle promised to us, and it was dirty and there were fumes. (The company says there were no fumes, but my guests who actually rode the bus said otherwise so I tend to believe my family and friends over someone who thinks that an old school bus is of the same quality as a "luxury" coach bus!) This was not the way we wanted to start off our wedding. The vehicles are clearly not inspected in advance of jobs, because if they were, we wouldn't have been notified 20 minutes before pickup that there was a problem. When the school bus showed up my dad asked if the real bus was out on another job - it felt like a bait and switch. And then miraculously, the real shuttle appeared at the end of the night to bring our guests back. However we didn't know that would be the case, so many of our guests made alternative arrangements and crammed into other people's cars to go home, since extra people were planning to take the bus home that night that didn't come on it (i.e. the wedding party). After the wedding there was never an apology for the switch, and I was even told by the operations manager that the circumstances were not as I described them. (Interesting, because I was there and he wasn't.) I got a very minimal amount of money back, only after I called and emailed several times. It really was just awful. I will never work with them again, and I would tell anyone looking for a limo company within any radius of A Touch of Class to go somewhere - ANYWHERE - else. Don't waste your money here. I'm only giving this 1 star because 0 is not an option. (I tried)
We had a terrible experience with this company. They provided us with the wrong vehicles on the day of our wedding, refused to reimburse us for the difference in price, and have treated us like dirt in dealing with the aftermath. A complaint has been filed with the BBB.
we had a town car pick us up from the wedding. Our driver Patrick was great. we needed to make a stop on our way to our destination and he was more than willing to do so. I found out about a week after the wedding that he was about 10 minutes late but he had called me and left a message saying they would be there.
We used A Touch of Class for both a shuttle service for our guests as well the End of Night transportation for my husband and me. The End of Night service was fine, but the Shuttle Buss was terrible. The bus driver did not know how to get to our venue and ended up getting lost and arriving 45 minutes late for our ceremony. Since all of our guests were on the bus, we didn't start until they got there, but then we lost 45 minutes from our reception time and had to pay our ceremony vendors overages charges because it ran long. Guests also said that the the back taillight was out, the bus driver didn't know how to turn on the windshield whippers, and the roof hatches on the bus were open, even though it was raining and the guests were getting soaked. Many of our guests carpooled back to the hotel with the bridal party because they did not feel safe getting on the bus at the end of the night.
After this ordeal, we contacted A Touch of Class and asked for a refund for the Shuttle Bus, because the service was so terrible and we lost 45 minutes of our wedding day that we can never get back. The Operations Manager we talked to was extremely rude and not sympathetic towards our complaints. He fought on the phone with both my husband and me for days until he finally conceded to return 1/4 of the Shuttle bus price.
Save your wedding day, and DO NOT hire A Touch of Class Limo for any services.
Great experience and driver!!!!!
They were on time, the charges began once we were picked up and the limo was perfect! The driver was outfitted in a tux. My hubby and I enjoyed the long ride to the hotel that evening!
Our limo driver was excellent! He sat through our entire wedding and then took us to our reception! He pulled out the red carpet for us and even fixed my dress before I walked down the aisle!
We used A Touch of Class for our transportation after our wedding reception to the hotel. It was not really anything special, but was okay. The driver was very nice, but we were not really told about any thing (i.e. water) available to us in the back... not a horrible experience, but nothing memorable either.
Our limo was on time to my parents house to pick us up to take us to the church. The limo was very clean inside, but one suggestion is to clean up the cups/bottles, etc. from after 12 people got out of the limo, in betweren when me and my new husband got into it. Very efficient and nice limo driver, smooth ride, and got us to where we needed to be!
great service
