A Touch of Lavender

smoothly on the big day. We got a lot of compliments on the florals and several guests told us it was the most well-run wedding they had attended!

make recommendations based on my budget without skimping our on the overall look and feel of the “romantic theme” that I was requesting. This was so appreciated as I feel other florists didn’t take the time to consider these options. The day of our wedding, I couldn’t get over how beautiful everything was! I was so in love with my bouqet which had everything I wanted and more! All florals were fresh & super fragrant and simply perfect. Cindy is so easy to work with, saw my vision from the get- go, and was super responsive to emails. I would highly recommended A Touch of Lavender to ALL couples! She is the sweetest and you will not regret having A Touch of Lavendar as apart of your wedding day!

t Coast, but Cindy made the whole process very easy by being professional, organized, and responsive in all of her communication. Cindy was especially helpful in answering etiquette questions, as well as recommending other vendors such as photo booths and bus transportation, which we ended up booking. Money was something I stressed a lot about during planning, and I really appreciated that Cindy was thoughtful of our budget in her vendor recommendations and her company’s services. When building my floral quote, Cindy was also very open to creating something that fulfilled my vision while remaining within budget - and she delivered! All the floral arrangements at our wedding, from the centerpieces, to cake toppers, to welcome signs were all so beautiful. We originally chose to reach out to Cindy primarily for her floral designs, but I also have to mention that she did an amazing job with her coordination services. When we met with Cindy a month prior, she provided us with a detailed schedule for our wedding day and worked hard to keep us on schedule. I know I tend to overthink and feel like I need to be on top of everything, but I was able to stop worrying during our wedding day as soon as the ATOL team arrived at our venue. Cindy demonstrated such a high level of organization and attention to detail leading up to our wedding day that I felt free to go with the flow. Whenever a potential problem would arise, Cindy and her team were there to ensure our day was perfect - and it was! Looking back, I wish I had booked her extended wedding planning service to have saved myself months of worry/headaches that comes with planning a wedding from opposite coasts.

ous and everything that I dreamed of. The coordination services for both Friday & Saturday events were on track timing wise to perfection. We loved Cindy and really enjoyed working with her for our wedding. We had a big Indian wedding and Cindy and her team were so organized and helpful throughout all of our planning. I highly highly recommend A Touch of Lavender for both floral and coordination services!

e blissful aroma it leaves with the individual guests". We thought she was bluffing but we were wrong. Our venue was filled with the scent of spring. Walking from table to table to greet our guests, the flower arrangements were blooming and glowing with excitement as if a bunch of little children wanting to look their best for the parents. That is what it is to Cindy and those are her children. She made sure they were nicely groomed and ready to impressed. We can't helped but be thankful to that vendor for if it wasn't for her our flowers would not have been ready to say, "We are ready". Thank you, Cindy and your absolutely amazing masterpiece.

on to the day of wedding. I had so many questions and changes before our day and Cindy was so accommodating to all of my requests. What I really appreciated was her working with our budget and letting us know how we could save some money and what we would actually need. We got married at a farm and we want arrangements that would compliment the venue's nature greenery and vibes. Cindy did such an amazing job with the floral arrangements and we loved how everything turned out. The centerpieces, my bouquet, the boutonnières, our sweetheart table runner was exactly what we wanted and came out so perfectly. We had a wonderful stress-free experience and would highly recommend her for your floral needs.

d I had messaged back and forth a few times and I went to meet with her and I brought her our lanterns that we wanted to use in our ceremony and reception so she would have an idea of what she would be working with. Creative I am not. But we sat down and looked at pictures and I showed her what I liked. Over the course of the year right up until the day before the wedding, I had changes that needed to be made. Cindy was great. She never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience and pleasantly worked with me and understood my reasons for these changes. Last minute, I created a sign In Loving Memory of my late father. I had asked Cindy if I could have a single rose to carry with me aside from my bouquet to place on the empty chair and memory sign for my dad. She did not hesitate for one second and made this happen. I find that so many times people can be so set and No is No. This was not in Cindy's vocabulary and she was so sweet and understanding and Yes was always the answer! One of the flowers that I so wanted in our wedding were Peonies. But getting married in August was going to be difficult. Cindy said she would do her best but if not, she would have a flower that would be very close to the peony. To my surprise, when she delivered my bouquet, it brought tears to my eyes that she made it happen!! Again, a last minute decision was to have a white birch arch created for our ceremony. Yes, she made it happen and YES was it gorgeous! Then when we arrived at the reception, I was in AWE over the sweetheart table and the centerpieces and cake and memory table. I probably took a dozen or more photos myself of how absolutely gorgeous the flowers turned out! I didn't have the chance to see her on our wedding day, but while on our honeymoon, I couldn't wait to send her an email to tell her what an outstanding job she did. Our wedding was beautiful! I was a tad nervous thinking I may have scrimped on the flowers and felt that it was going to be lacking. Cindy provided the WOW factor and I had so many people compliment on the flowers and they gave me the props.... nope, that all goes to Cindy! Cindy is professional, she is creative, she listens to what her clients needs are and she makes dreams come true! Thank you again Cindy and A Touch of Lavender!

mony to wedding reception. Cindy created a detailed timeline that helped guide us throughout the day without much trouble. Cindy and her team kept us on schedule during the reception, so that we were able to greet each of our guests and partake in all the events that we had planned. Cindy was also our wedding florists and created beautiful arrangements and personal flowers. I didn't think that we would need a day-of-coordinator, but I'm so glad that we did have one and that it was Cindy. Planning a wedding is so stressful that it is nice to have someone to manage that chaos on the wedding day, so you don't have to worry. She also provided some helpful tips and advice that I would not have anticipated. Our day went off without a hitch thanks to Cindy's expertise.

looking for. After meeting with Cindy at her office, I felt confident I'd found the right person for my wedding. Cindy took detailed notes and asked many questions in order to fully capture our vision. She promptly responded to emails throughout the planning process and quickly made any changes we requested. Everything from the personal flowers to the reception flowers on the guest tables, fireplace mantle, and cake table were beautiful. She nailed the vision that my husband and I had and we could not be happier. I also appreciate her concern for our budget and the way she creatively worked around it. My only regret is that I did not hire her also as a coordinator. After working with her as our florist, I think she would have been the perfect choice for our wedding coordinator as well - professional, creative, talented, and very on top of things.

rs for her wedding, and I couldn't have been happier that I hired Cindy as my florist (my venue already had a planner)! She was not only prompt and professional day of my wedding, but the entire process from start to finish was perfect. She answered every question that I had promptly, easy to contact, easy to work with, and executed my vision flawlessly. We had a circle arch that was a beautiful photo backdrop for my ceremony as well as guest photos afterwards. She has an eye for detail and her prices are extremely competitive. She is willing to work with your budget and never once pushed flowers expensive or otherwise. I explained to Cindy my vision of my wedding, and what I liked and disliked and she made it happen! I loved my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, grooms boutonnieres (with a knot just like I had asked), corsages for MOB and MOG, circle arch, centerpieces (with terranniums)--EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!! I highly highly recommend her and if you need a coordinator, she is the whole package! Not only is her work amazing, she amazing to work with! You will not be disappointed!!! PS: Cindy never approached me or asked me to write this review (as other vendors do) , therefore all of you who are skeptical of yelp with all 5 star reviews, this company legitimately deserved every 5 star review it has received!

of our wedding) and she was able to help us tidy up our wedding details and provide a day of timeline that gave us a lot of peace of mind. Cindy is very responsive and has great emotional intelligence in order to assess the situation and communicate solutions. During our wedding she kept things running so smoothly and was able to speed things up or slow things down depending on the vibe/pace of the wedding. After going to several of my friend's weddings, I have to say it's so different as the bride and groom (of course..I know). The day is much more rapid fire as a bride/groom and having Cindy guide us and corral our rambunctious group of friends and family made it so that we were able to treasure the moments. The other part she did an amazing job on was on our flower arrangements. We came in with a vision of having a rustic/earthly theme to the wedding and had already bought several vases and test flower arrangements (my mother is also into flower arrangement). Cindy was able to look at our pinterest pictures and execute on our vision flawlessly. There was so much detail that went into each flower arrangement and the decoration of the venue - given our venue is just an open venue blank template. Lastly, I also want to give a shout-out to Cindy's team of assistants who helped us through the rehearsal and kept our wedding running smoothly. Cindy's services are first rate and she's going to have a long waitlist of customers. If you're not able to work with Cindy directly given her high-demand, know that her team is awesome as well and you'll be in good hands.

ensitive to my style and suggested beautiful flowers that matched the palette I wanted. Thank you Cindy!

e was always very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions. My only regret was not getting to thank her and her team in person on my wedding day, but they did an amazing job and I absolutely loved my ceremony gazebo decorations! It was so dreamy and better than I could've imagined it. Thank you Cindy for adding the perfect floral touch to such a beautiful wedding!

were breathtaking and I was blown away with how perfectly Cindy brought my vision of a whimsical green wonderland to life. She knows her stuff. As for coordination we hired her for day of coordination. She came on to help about two months out from the wedding. The day of she had everything running smoothly and kept the wedding moving! She made sure that my family and I simply needed to show up and enjoy our day and not to worry about a thing. She is an absolute dream to work with and I am forever thankful to her for bringing my wedding vision to life and giving me the most wonderful day.

r florist. She is professional, friendly and very, very easy to work with. She was up-front about her pricing and when it came to florals, never made us feel like we had to spend a certain amount. She is prompt when responding to emails and was someone we felt like we could really count on during the our planning process. I, as the groom, also was able to work with her to on a surprise for my bride, and despite the jam-packed schedule we had, she welcomed the opportunity for me to do something special and was flexible and accommodating to it. I can't emphasize enough how great a communicator she was in the days leading up. The day of the wedding however I feel was where Cindy REALLY shined. The day went perfectly (as far as we could tell!), and we even had compliments from some friends and family regarding how on point she was during the day. We had a bit of time with the photographer at the venue for photos before the cocktail hour and Cindy was there, making sure things were perfect and smooth. She ALSO made sure we and our bridal party were okay, getting us water when she noticed that it was a little hot outside while we were taking our pictures. The rest of the evening went perfectly, including my surprise song to my wife where Cindy got my guitar and friend's violin ready and good to go on the side to make the whole thing seamless. Post-event we didn't lose any presents, decorations or anything else either! She made sure all of our personal effects got packed away fine. For anyone that can budget it or is considering, having Cindy as a day-of-coordinator is very valuable. It greatly reduced the stress and burden of quarterbacking the day and allowed my wife and I to be guests at our own reception. Best of all, she is such a cheery person to work with, and working with her was one of the highlights of our planning process. CINDY - THANKS TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM FOR EVERYTHING Best. Day. Ever.

ed with Cindy from the day that we met her to the day of our wedding! Upon meeting her, we knew she is the one. She is super sweet, very honest, down to earth, and a great listener to your needs. Her prices are also very reasonable for what you get. On the day of the wedding, the flowers and decor (chandelier and hanging crystals for the ceremony cabana) from Cindy were so breathtaking! The flowers for our ceremony and reception were so gorgeous and so fresh. Guests also love the beautiful manzanita trees decorated w/ fresh flowers, hanging crystals, and candles. Cindy helped to achieve our vision for a timeless, elegant, and classic wedding. Cindy is also very professional, organized, and very responsive. She makes the entire wedding process very easy since we always got our questions answered promptly. I highly recommend Cindy if you're looking for a florist. You can't beat the service, product, and prices! Thanks again, Cindy!

n before you even realized it. She'll plan and run your perfect day so you and the groom can actually enjoy yourselves. Cindy also did our very beautiful floral arrangements for the ceremony and reception.

g the ambiance and beauty of Yosemite (because that was where we were to be married) to our friends and family who were not attending our Yosemite wedding. I also had an unusual design I wanted to use as the centerpieces of our wedding reception, and to combine it with this woodsy feel that I was going for. I spoke with several florists who either had ideas that were close to mine or did not understand at all what I wanted to accomplish. Cindy GOT it! We talked about what I meant by a woodsy, romantic feel, and how we could incorporate it with my centerpiece idea. She also was the only one who asked me to show her ideas of what I was going for. Aside from all this, my groom also has some serious issues with heavy floral fragrances, so I asked Cindy if she had ideas for flowers that would not be too aromatic. At the end of our meeting, I felt that she understood my vision. Boy, did she deliver! You know when you go to a wedding, and it looks like the last wedding you attended? With Cindy's creative help, our wedding decor was unlike anything I've ever seen done before. She found the right colors and flowers to showcase our reception and not set off my groom's allergies. We got the sweet dreamy look of the woods at twilight added with the romantic touch of wildflowers! Our caterer told us that she had never before witnessed men coming into the banquet hall and stopping to stare wide-eyed at the room and exclaimed that it was so pretty they wanted to take it all in before finding their seats. If that isn't a wonderful endorsement, I don't know what is. Cindy was very professional, very punctual, very organized, and very wonderful and easy to work with. Her prices were spot-on to what I had budgeted. Her team decorated our wedding cake with the same eye for detail. Just beautiful! Do yourself a favor, and look no further. Cindy knows what she is doing and she can think outside the box. Total awesomeness!

ooking great. She was also able to manage all of the vendors, family, and bridal party with grace and happiness. She is very talented and comes prepared. She also communicated with everyone throughout the night. I would highly recommend her to any bride.

e just like a true friend to help me out. She answers all my emails very quickly and makes sure my requests are all taken care of in a very tight schedule. She also offer great help in solving the problems that my wedding venue had created. I was almost desperate with my wedding venue-Langham hotel in Pasadena, but she stepped out and help me to deal with the rude event manager and get everything sorted out. Without her, my wedding won't be successful. For the floral service, she did amazing job to satisfy all my little specific requests and took care of my last minute change.Words can not express how much I appreciate her help! I will definitely recommend her to all the bride to be! She not only did perfect job in coordination and floral service, but also fix the mistakes other vendor made, which is very precious! Thank you so much Cindy!

. She found ways to re-use arrangements from the ceremony to put them in my reception too which was great. Cindy knows her flowers well, and helped me pick out what I liked based on my pinterest page, and even recommended look alike flowers that were in season at the time of my wedding. I LOVED how everything turned out. The venue looked amazing as did all the bouquets and boutonnieres. I would recommend her to anyone. She is smart, kind and very professional. I cant say enough great things about her. Thank you for making the wedding look so gorgeous!!

y also offers wedding coordination services, and we were bummed we were already using our venue's coordinator, otherwise we would have hired her in a heartbeat. Very personable, a great resource, and helpful with so many other aspects of our wedding than just decòr. She not only has a great creative eye and sense for design, but is highly organized and great with logistics too. Highly recommend!
