Me and my family have worked with Kerri at A Touch of Vermont for all our floral needs since she opened her business and have highly recommended her to all friends and family! She is wonderful to work with and we have never been disappointed! Kerri goes out of her way to make sure you get exactly what you want. I can not recommend highly enough!

DO NOT USE! Working with Erin for our wedding was a nightmare. She communicated with me solely through text & trying to meet her in person at the shop was impossible. I was hesitant but she did flowers for a couple friends weddings that were beautiful. She filled out a an invoice with exactly what I wanted - styles & flower types & colors & amount of arrangements. I sent her tons of pics of flowers & styles & she assured me she’d use those to create what we’d discussed. The day of the wedding, she was 2 hours late even though I confirmed the time the day prior. She wouldn’t answer our calls & would send the occasional text saying she was in traffic & 20 minutes away. Because of this, I had to do first look photos with my dad without my flowers & we weren’t able to do bridesmaid photos until after the ceremony which wasn’t the plan; we had to squeeze them in in just a couple minutes & I missed out on lots of photos I wanted. It was so stressful standing in a wedding dress knowing the timeline was way behind & there was no florist. When she finally showed up, 20 minutes before the ceremony, she caused it to start late cause she still had to decorate the space. Nothing was what we had discussed. Big arrangements on barrels were skimpy vases, garlands on the table were loose leaves & flowers thrown down the middle, & the arbor had some sparse greenery on one side only instead of big flower arrangements on both sides... nothing was what we had discussed or I’d show her pics of & it was definitely not worth the money. There’s truly no excuse because I printed photos of what I wanted & labeled them all with things like “want flower arrangements on posts of arbors similar to these”. It was a disaster. She later said that her assistant had gotten in an accident on the way there (I never agreed to have her assistant decorate my space instead of her) & she had to go meet her to get the flowers & deliver them. Which doesn’t explain why there were no arrangements made. Plus she said she was in traffic... all one big lie!!! She didn’t even have the decency to tell me the truth. Getting a refund was also a nightmare... she kept saying she’d have the money & then her checks were bouncing & she’d have to push the date back of when she’d have it again. Took me months & a threat to take her to court. I highly advise you don’t use A Touch of Vermont for ANYTHING let alone your special day.

Working with A Touch of Vermont and Erin for our wedding was a wonderful experience. Erin was always available to go over my ideas for the flowers and decorations and offered advice to insure my vision came to life for the big day. All of the flowers were beautifully arranged and she offered to help out with the centerpieces which took a lot of work off my list! Always personable and professional, I would definitely recommend A Touch of Vermont!

DARIA AT 'TOUCH OF VERMONT' HAS CREATED A MAGNIFICENT ARRANGEMENT FOR MY GRAND-DAUGHTERS ANNIVERSARY AND DELIVERED IT PROMPTLY WHEN SHE GAVE ME A TIME. SHE SENT ME A PHOTO ---THE COST WAS SO REASONABLE AND WE ARE THE HAPPIEST LUCKIEST PEOPLE TO HAVE FOUND THIS FLORIST. THANK YOU WITH ALL MY HEART DARIA. EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL AROUND.

We found Erin at A Touch of Vermont totally by chance, and I'm so glad we did! From the first day I spoke with her, I could tell that she totally understood the aesthetic I was going for, which was rustic with a touch of elegance. My colors were burgundy, blush and forest green, and the centerpieces were gorgeous, as was my bouquet. Erin incorporated greenery into the arrangements in a genius, really cool way. She was also so easy to get in touch with and work with and put me totally at ease. I never felt like I needed to worry about my flowers during the wedding planning process and everything was so beautiful. I strongly recommend!

I was blown away by the work Erin and the team at A Touch of Vermont did for the florals at my wedding this November! Just walking into the shop is magical! Erin is so sweet and easy to work with. She is super talented and it is apparent that she loves what she does! The detail that Erin and the team accomplish is amazing and our guests were raving about. I chose greenery and white flowers for my bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and centerpieces. Erin does amazing work picking out greenery combinations and making everything look cohesive. We were so impressed by the garland that was made for our longer tables, and also the collar she made for our dog to wear! The flowers and greenery also lasted SO long! I still have a centerpiece on my table from the wedding that is just starting to die! (It's been 3 weeks!).Their prices are affordable and reasonable, and we were able to rent their vases (they have a great selection of different looking glass vases) to save a bit of money. We didn't use any of their other items from the shop, but they do have great sign and calligraphy work displayed throughout the store that I assume can be purchased or rented. Thank you to Erin and the team for creating such a beautiful piece of our wedding that we and our guests will never forget!

I am so glad we used A Touch of Vermont as our florist for our wedding. Erin was great to work with and was able to capture my whimsical dream for my wedding. All of the floral arrangements were beautiful. Everything was promptly delivered and set up for us the day of our wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! I highly recommend!!

My wedding day would have been nothing without Erin! She is so kind, energetic, and understood my vision from day one with my wedding and bridal shower! She went on and beyond for me and everything was beautiful from the chair swags and gazebo to the boutiques and table pieces. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, that’s how amazing everything was and it was better than the vision I had in my mind!

Everyone at a Touch of Vermont was so easy to work with and accommodating. The flowers were perfect for our wedding! The venue also commented on how easy they are to work with and they will definitely recommend them to other couples!

Kerrie came highly recommended by a friend, and she did not disappoint! Her prices are extremely reasonable, and her flowers are beautiful! My bouquets looked almost identical to the pictures I sent her of styles I liked, and she even matched the ribbons on the bouquets to the color of my bridesmaid dresses. She is easy to work with, responsive to requests, and never tried to upsell me like other florists I initially got estimates from did. I highly recommend A Touch of Vermont Florist!

Kerrie did a great job on my flowers fory wedding! When she was delivering the flowers we had some problems with other vendors.. Kerrie offered to step up and handle the situation. Kerrie went above and beyond to make my day special for me!

Kerrie, the proprietor and floral artist, is simply amazing! She is patient, a good listener, and an amazing artist. I came to her with a theme (hydrangeas) and she built it into a dream come true for a price nobody else came close to matching! Plus, I was able to provide her with the ribbon I wanted used in the bouquets and decorations, which made the experience and the results all the more personal. A visit to A Touch of Vermont is like a visit to an old friend - even on your very first visit!
