Our wedding at A Villa Louisa was beautiful and couldn't have gone better. Michelle was awesome to work with and she even worked with us on a couple of special requests. She was easily reachable and professional. The grounds were perfect (although I wish the tents hadn't been up, as we didn't use them and they blocked a few options for photos). The food was great. I'm so glad we chose A Villa Louisa!

My husband and I got married here on April 22nd of this year (2023), we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful or perfect wedding day. Between the food and service being excellent and our amazing wedding coordinator, Michelle, who made our visions come to light. We had our reception in the ballroom which easily fit our smaller list of around 100 guests. Everything that Michelle had set up (cake table, sweetheart table, place settings, extra decor, etc.) looked amazing. One of our favorite parts was the candy table, which Michelle decorated beautifully! An extra thing that stood out was how Michelle had saved some of the appetizers for us to eat after we were done taking pictures! Overall, we have heard nothing but great things from our guests since our wedding day, and will forever recommend A Villa Louisa to those planning an event.

We just got married at a villa Louisa! We met with Michelle about a year ago and what really sold us was how dedicated and personable she was. The space is absolutely gorgeous but it’s the people who truly bring it to life. Michelle truly cared about us and our special day from the moment we met her until the very end of our wedding. By the time we had our rehearsal she felt more like an old friend than a coordinator. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, the bell room is such a beautiful space and made our smaller wedding feel very intimate. The grounds from start to finish were immaculate. The food was incredible, there was never a line for the bar since the service was so quick, the staff were very helpful and professional, and they really truly took care of everything. We are so so glad that we chose A Villa Louisa for our special day, What a hidden gem of a venue!!

I hosted a 50th wedding anniversary party for my parents at A Villa Louisa, and I can honestly say I was blown away by the venue itself, the professionalism & courteous nature of the staff & the stunning array of delicious food! Our event was in the Sunset Room, which perfectly fit our 50 guests with plenty of room to spare. Gigi (as she goes by) was so attentive to the needs of our family & friends, checking in with my every step of the way to ensure we were full and happy with how things were proceeding. Michelle, the event coordinator, was a pleasure to work with as well, making everything such a breeze in terms of planning and organization. I have been attending events here for years, but had not hosted one myself until now, and without question, they will be my first choice for future soirées I host!

Our wedding at Villa Louisa went perfectly. They were helpful and professional and their list of vendors was very useful. Prices were also more reasonable than other places we looked.

My husband and I were married at A Villa Louisa in 3/11/23, and it was a dream! Michelle made our dreams come true! She was always just a text away, for anything. She answered any and all questions I had, she worked around my schedule and worked around certain dietary restrictions my bridal party had. Everyone loved the food. I cannot any enough about this venue. Don’t hesitate to reach out. Michelle really was my selling point on the venue & I’d book it all over again!!!

We used A Villa Louisa at the Glastonbury Boathouse because they are listed on the preferred vendors list. While the food and service were great the night of the event, we would NOT recommend them for outsourced catering. (Hidden fees, Unorganized, Liars & Missing decorations, Rude Bartender) (1) Hidden fees. A $300 fee was added to stay an “extra” hour. When the contract was signed for 5-10pm a year in advance, this was not mentioned to us. When asked where this was stated in the contract, the coordinator told us it is a "verbal" agreement and offered to show me the email from 2 weeks ago. I am aware of all in/out emails. She stated that this info is nowhere on the contract or website, or that this package was only for 4 hours. Why have a written contract if you are going to add "verbal" agreements? Why not mention this when we first signed the contract? The $800 set up fee and $350 bar set up fee should also be stated in the contract. (2) During the food tasting, we asked about a cake since we are not using a wedding reception package - we used the Dinner Delight package. The coordinator provided me a pamphlet and contact info for a bakery that would be included in the package. I wasted hours driving to the bakery and coordinating with the designer. Two weeks before the event, we found out that this is not included in our package. Why direct me to this bakery, provide me a pamphlet and waste my and the baker’s time? (3) Liars/Uninformed. We prepaid the cash bar and asked the coordinator for an itemized receipt. She claimed there was no wifi so this wasn’t possible. I immediately contact the Glastonbury Boathouse coordinator and she told us that of course there is wifi in the boathouse. I didn’t bother reiterating this info to A Villa Louisa at this point, as I’m sure they were aware there is wifi in the venue. (4) Unorganized. I called ahead to pay for the second deposit AND a food tasting. Over a week later, I get a call from A Villa Louisa that my deposit is due. I email a screen shot of the receipt that I was sent with a phone number and asked that they add the receipt to their files. The following day, I received ANOTHER call that my deposit is due. I asked that they PLEASE add this to their file and confirm that the deposit and food tasting is documented. (I have all this info in emails and phone logs). (5) Missing decorations. Do not expect your personal decorations to be disassembled and returned in full. (6) Rude bartender. Multiple guests reiterated how rude the bartender was and that it was clear she did not want to be there. I can share screenshots of emails and the contract.

My husband and I had an exceptionally awesome experience with A Villa Louisa. We werep originally supposed to do our commitment ceremony a year ago, but with the pandemic, we decided to postpone everything for a year. Also, whenever we had questions, Michelle got right back to us. We went to a few tasting events and got a chance to speak with our bartender, as well as, our servers. Michelle made sure that every last detail was taken care of. We will make certain to recommend A Villa Louisa to any of our friends and relatives eko are looking for an exceptional venue.

What a beautiful day for an outdoor wedding! My wife,Maureen and I, enjoyed "our day" with friends and guests at "A Villa Louisa" in Bolton,CT. Their major attention to detail..made our nuptials "worry free"..that we both could just enjoy our day..and leave it to them in pure confidence!.. 2020..was a difficult year for many engaged couples..and we were one of them..COVID created lots of obstacles in planning..but this venue was very much "up to the challenge" following guidelines within the state of CT..and willing to work with Maureen and I in maintaining structure and dedication to making our Sunday Brunch Wedding..go off professionally..and most of all, Safely. The KNOT app played a significant role in our wedding planning as well as organizing guest lists plus helping putting together our Wedding Registry. The Food at "A Villa Louisa" was raved about by our guests..and my wife loved the Roast Beef..and I enjoyed the Chicken Franchise! The overall day was very satisfying..Michelle,our coordinator helped keep things moving along smoothly.. Kudos to the owner and chef,Asim Etem for fine cuisine! Thank you to Aseim and Michelle and all of their staff for a truly great wedding! I’m the mother of the groom and am grateful and appreciative of all their hard work in making our experience magical. We had the wedding ceremony, reception and rehearsal dinner at AVilla Louisa in June of 2021. The grounds were lush green and spectacularly decorated with full bloom flowers, trimmed shrubs and beautiful trees. The appetizers, food and beverages were delicious and the Viennese table was a show stopper. All of our guests enjoyed themselves and complimented us on throwing such a beautiful wedding. I highly recommend this venue and plan to host future events here.

A Villa Louisa is one of the most amazing places we have been too. Michelle and Asim are so professional and really up to date with their clients. My husband and I first found by accident and fell in love I told him if we ever got married this was our place. 2.5 years later we finally tied the knot. Even through the pandemic They were so helpful and kept us to date with everything going on. The communication was amazing they really know how to plan a wedding. Highly recommend to everyone

We got married there on 9/21/2019 and it was everything we hoped it would be! Lana and Erika were so helpful throughout everything and answered every question we had! They did a great job setting everything up for us that we had brought it. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed it! Thank you so much for being amazing!

My family won’t stop talking about their food! You know how some wedding food just isn’t good at all. Not Villa Louisa!! That food was OUT THE PARK LITERALLY! Lol they catered our wedding at Wickham park and I want more so bad! Lol. They were very easy to work with via phone, email, or in person. It was truly great and we couldn’t have chosen a better company to provide some yum yum for everyone! We chose their Caribbean fling menu HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you Villa Louisa!!

Lana and Erica made everything so smooth and easy on our wedding day! Everything went off without a hitch, and when there was the most minor of issues, it was addressed and corrected immediately. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly, making this whole process incredibly laid back and easy! I would highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a nice wedding at a very reasonable price.

Nelson and I would love to thank Harold and Lana so so much for all their help and assistance planning our big day. The venue is very photogenic and well maintained. The outside gazebo setting was beautiful and perfect for our wedding ceremony and we held the reception in their grand ballroom. They really take care of their wedding party and the food was exceptional; we have heard back from several attendees and they raved about the food. Their entire waiting staff was also very professional.

The crew at A villa louisa was awesome. From the time of booking with Asem to my big day coordination with Harold and Miss Lana. They made the transaction smooth. They handled everything professionally and beautifulmy. Thank you to everyone who partake in the activities on my big day from serving to food. PS. food was delicious.

We did not get married at A Villa Louisa but they catered our wedding at Wickham Park. Lana took the stress off of wedding planning with her easy going attitude. Sal was absolutely amazing! We had a Jamaican/Irish wedding and the food was fabulous. My guests are still raving about the cocktail hour beef patties, mac 'n cheese and quesadillas. The oxtail was so tender and the stuffed chicken was full of flavor. He went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we wanted for drinks and food. There were a few items he did not stock but went out of his way, last minute to make sure we had everything our hearts desired. Our center pieces were included in our package from Jessica and they were beautiful and she was very kind and easy to work with. Our cake was also included from Modern Pastry, it was great that it was included but the service was not up to par. The women was nice but just threw binders in front of us and said "pick." She offered no suggestions and seemed as though we were inconveniencing her by wanting to taste more than one type of cake. And to top it all off, the cake was not what we discussed. It was good cake, but the design was not exactly what we wanted. NOT a reflection on A Villa Louisa directly but with service so good in all other areas, the lack of service with the bakery was disappointing.

Harold and Lana were amazing to work with thought out the entire process of our wedding preparations. Once the day finally came with everything they went out of the way to do it was such a breeze! Even my event staff were happy because Harold made everything run even more smoothly than it was already running! Thank you so much for making everything even more special than it was the night of our wedding! The food was phenomenal many our of guests were greatly please by it, the amount of time and extra care was just too notch. I cannot begin to Express that extra happiness the staff of villa Louisa made me feel.

Amazing venue! They answered my 8000 questions quickly, decorated beautifully, and the service was perfect. Harold and Lana were so patient and kind. I highly recommend A Villa Louisa.

Everything about our experience was excellent. Harold took care of everything personally and our expectations were not just met, but exceeded. The food was excellent. The kitchen is able to produce a wide variety of appetizers so there’s something for everyone. We had a few picky eaters on our guest list but didn’t have to worry about making sure they all got something to enjoy. The entrees were similarly high quality, though slightly more limited on choice. The grounds were well groomed and perfect for pictures. The backdrop of Connecticut countryside in fall is a world of color, and the vistas at A Villa Louisa facilitate that well. The ballroom where we had our reception was clean and appropriately lit. You can choose lighting based on your weddings colors as well for extra ambience. The staff was courteous and atentive. None of our guests went hungry or thirsty. As mentioned earlier, Harold runs the show and did a fantastic job. Finally, the price. We strongly recommend looking into A Villa Louisa in no small apart because their pricing is extremely reasonable. There were several times over the course of our wedding day where we asked each other “How is this place not more popular?!” Again, can’t recommend this venue enough. They should be on the short list for everyone planning to get married in North CT.

A Villa Louisa was amazing to work with and was delicious!!! All of my guests talked about was how impressed they were with the food and service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for amazing quality for their big day or special event. We can’t thank them enough!

Harold and Lana did such a great job with me on my wedding day! I can't thank Harold enough for making my day perfect, he was professional, had a great personality, anything I needed he made sure I got it. The food was AMAZING, the staff were amazing! Thank you A Villa Louisa for everything! I would recommend the venue to everyone!

I booked my wedding ceremony and reception with A Villa Louisa. I trusted that this venue would be nothing short of flawless and that they would be the best to deal with. My experience was the complete opposite. I was bounced around between the owner Asim, Harold, and Lana. No one was on the same page in regards to my big day. Myself, the coordinator, and my mother had confirmed with the venue on numerous occassions with email threads as proof our scheduling for for the ceremony rehearsal, setup time and date, and wedding date. The only thing it seemed like everyone was invested in was the money and not the outcome and success of my special day. Upon arrival for my ceremony rehearsal, not only was the grounds in horrible condition, flowers were literally dead or dying, flower pots were in the middle of the walk through aisle which elimated a thorough rehearsal that was planned and discussed with the owner, and no one was there at the premises to greet us. When I called the owner he mentioned that he left at 6pm when we have email threads and text messages confirming 7pm. Still with contacting the owner he did not come or have anyone show up to make the accomodations. This was not only embarrassing to me, but to my bridal party as well. We asked the owner if we would be able to set up the day prior and his exact words were "yes, no problem". Upon arrival of setup the ceremony area was in even a worst estate than imaginable. My mother and those who came to assist with setting up couldn't get a single thing done due to the condition of the ceremony area. There were no chairs, plants and filthy dirt on the ceremony stairs and walk way, gazebo had branches and stems all over it. The staff that was there knew nothing about my mother coming and stated that the owner never mentioned anything to them. These issues caused so may discrepancies and heartaches for my wedding day and family. I reached out to the venue with attached email threads, text messages, and ceremony photos and the owner failed to make it right by stating that he felt everything went smoothly (when he wasn't even there). I will never return to A Villa Louisa nor recommend this venue to anyone.

I would HIGHLY recommend A Villa Louis for any event! You are going to be in very good hands with ALL of the staff. They really know how to make your special day all about you. From start to finish they were there responding to all of my emails and voicemails and always willing to meet with me in preparation to our big day. They were very flexible and understanding when little issues would pop up and were helpful in trying to help you out with their expertise and experience. Our guests were very impressed with the venue and the service, and we are still getting compliments about the food and desert. We are planning on going back to A Villa Louisa for Sunday Brunches and for any of our future large parties. We wouldn't have changed a thing. Except maybe the weather, but with their expansive grounds and pretty gazebo we made it work AND the staff came out and got our drink orders in the rain and everything. We can't say enough good things about A Villa Louisa, but we are so happy that we chose this venue to host one of the biggest days of our lives and they did so spectacularly.

We got married on 6/23/18 at A Villa Louisa and would not have changed a thing! The food was SO good and the venue was beautiful. Harold was our coordinator and we could not have asked for anyone better. He was very attentive, helpful, had great ideas, amazing attention to detail and very accommodating to our high maintenance needs. I would highly suggest this venue!

As the parents of the bride we were incredibly impressed with the service at A Villa Louisa. Harold was amazing! He was attentive and worked so hard to make our daughter and her husband’s day special. He was professional and always accessible through the planning process. On the day of the wedding he did a masterful job of coordinating the evening and kept everything flowing without a hitch. The staff was courteous and professional. The setting for the outdoor ceremony was beautiful. The landscaping and plants added such a romantic touch to the ceremony. The food was fabulous! Our guests raved about the food and continue to comment on how wonderful the appetizers and dinner were. We wish we were able to meet the chef to personally thank him for putting together a fabulous menu!! We would highly recommend this venue.

First off, I would like to say that I write this review with 100% heartfelt gratitude to A Villa Louisa. We were married at A Villa Louisa and they did an outstanding job with every single aspect of our wedding and exceeded our expectations. Lana and Harold were there to answer each of our questions and concerns along the planning process and always returned our emails if not right away, it was always within a day. Harold was our day of coordinator and he was AMAZING! He made sure that everyone was where they needed to be before the start of the ceremony, When the ceremony was over he brought the wedding party unlimited drinks and appetizers during our photos. During the reception, he made sure that everything went smoothly for us and was there for whatever we needed. I honestly cannot say enough good about him. Our guest raved about the food. They said that "it was excellent and kept coming and coming". We chose to serve our food family style and are so happy we did. The guests said they loved to be able to get more of what they loved and even found themselves trading dishes with the table next to them with their leftovers. Our wedding cake was included with our package and we had our choice of two different well known bakeries, which made it a seamless process for us during the planning. Our cake looked and tasted amazing! I will no doubt recommend Villa Louisa to anyone who wants a perfect wedding day like we had. We are so happy that we chose them for our day!

A Villa Louisa thought of everything allowing us to simply enjoy the day. They even boxed a piece of cake for my grandmother who couldn’t attend. The venue was is beautiful and the wedding brunch was well received by guests. Can’t say enough about Lana and Harold.

We were recommended this place by some friends that got married here. We are so grateful that they did. The prices are excellent and their service is even better. Lana and Harold are amazing. They are so accommodating, friendly and made us feel that they wanted our day to be great, and they truly did. Every conversation was about what we wanted for our wedding and not what they could or could not do. The food was fantastic, the bartenders were friendly, the dinner service was quick and efficient and we were able to get people on the dance floor quickly. Everybody had a great time. I can't wait to have my second wedding here! Just Kidding :) Thank you Lana and Harold for making our day so amazing!

We had our wedding in the Sunset Room on 10/21/17. Absolutely perfect! Food was amazing. Harold was exceptional, took care of everything for us and made sure everything went smoothly. I can't say enough great things about him and the staff at A Villa Louisa.

A Villa Louisa was a fantastic place to get married. It's a quiet area, so for the outdoor ceremony, you don't have to worry about traffic noises! Harold was absolutely wonderful throughout the process! Unfortunately, the woman that we worked with up until a month before our wedding left, but he did a fantastic job meeting with us and making sure everything we planned went off without a hitch! The food was great! Everyone is still raving about it. It was such a great night, and he really made it! They made everything seem so seamless, and weren't pulling us away every 5 minutes. He made everything flow perfectly! Our experience was so wonderful!

Having my wedding at A Villa Louisa was absolutely amazing! The food was great. Along with that, the help with the staff was the best part. I didn't have to worry about anything and Harold who works there is so great at his job and is tremendously amazing, he helped me throughout the day and night and even before the wedding he came up with great ideas that I didn't even come across and he made everything organized and come along just how I planned. It was a wonderful experience having our wedding at A Villa Louisa. The grounds and venue are absolutely beautiful, the food was superb, and the service was fabulous! The staff was great and very accommodating. The food was excellent and the venue very relaxing and family friendly. We had a fantastic time at our wedding. We highly recommend this venue to others who are planning their wedding.

My husband and I got married in Aruba in July 2017 and chose to have our CT reception at A Villa Louisa. We worked with Angela and Lana throughout the planning process to ensure that our reception was low key and a fun celebration for everyone who could not attend our ceremony in Aruba. We had heard rave reviews about the food so we decided to book our CT reception there since it could accommodate larger parties. We had about 180 guests in attendance. The food was excellent and we had guests telling us weeks after the event that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding venue! All of our guests had a great time and loved the venue. We can’t wait to go back to try the brunch!

Your beginning to end it was a great experience. When it came down to the wedding. Everything was perfect. The food was amazing. We asked all of our guests what they thought. They said it was absolutely beautiful and the food was superb! I thought this place had the best deal out of everyone which was a plus!

My new wife and I were struggling to find a venue for our wedding as we were trying to put everything together in 4 months. Then she attended a bridal expo at A Villa Louisa which was a game changer. The banquet hall was perfect and spoke for itself needing very few decorations. The waterfall in the “lobby” area was beautiful. The outside patio area (with another waterfall) looked gorgeous and the gazebo area where we had the ceremony was picture-perfect and located very close to the reception which was needed as we had many elder family members; some in wheelchairs, in attendance who had no difficulty getting from the ceremony to the reception. Additionally, the venue offered quite a few areas for some amazing pictures. The day of the event went flawless much to the credit of Harald who I believe is the event coordinator. Harald was always there for us prior to the event to answer any questions and when it came time to deliver he exceeded all expectation. The entire staff was friendly, professional and accommodation which I feel is a product of Harald’s leadership and work ethic. There is no doubt in my mind A Villa Louisa will be at the top of a short list for any future event.

We had a terrific wedding at A Villa Louisa! There are a lot of beautiful places in New England and some of them even have good food. Villa Louisa definitely has both, but the part that made it really great was the staff. Our "coordinators" were very helpful with the planning, and was both willing to accommodate us when we wanted something done in a particular way and to offer reasonable defaults when we didn't have strong feelings. On the day of, Lana somehow kept everything running smoothly, without being pushy or impossible to find. Based on friends' weddings, I expected to be a lot more frazzled, but everything went perfectly and we had a blast. The chef/owner was also very accommodating and helped us develop a menu that met everyone's diet.

I can't say enough great things about A Villa Louisa. Everything is amazing, from the food to the staff. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful coordinator or staff that is looking to make your day magical.

It's 2 weeks later and I still have guests coming up to me telling me how much they enjoyed the food, the staff and the venue. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and so well maintained, I didn't have to add any of my own decorations outside for the ceremony or really inside at all. As a bride there is a lot going on leading up to the final day, after our final meeting the week prior to the wedding, I can honestly say, I had no worries or concerns with anything. Lana and Harold are a pleasure to work with and made it such a wonderful experience that I will never forget. The entire night went as smooth as possible and I could not be happier. The staff was amazing and always making sure we, as well as our guests, had everything we needed. I had a few odd requests and when I asked if they could be done, there was no hesitation. I wish I could host a party here every weekend :-) I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

A Villa Louisa was the perfect place for my husband and I to get married. We got to work with Harold and Lana both of who we so nice and so very easy to work with. The food was fantastic. Want to go back and do it all over again just to eat. My guest couldn't get over the food and how much we had to offer them. They set the room with my truck load of decor perfectly. Everyone loved everything. Still hearing from people saying it it truly is the best wedding they have attended. Harold was truly with best banquet manager/bride best friend I could ask for. He was there for every need and silly question. Any bride would be so lucky to have him at her side. I really don't have one negative comment to say!

Our wedding took place at A Villa Louisa in Bolton, CT on August 18, 2017. They did an incredible job. We were thrilled. We had a brunch style wedding. The ceremony was on sight, the food was delicious, and the staff was amazing. Harold helped us with every detail. I would highly recommend A Villa Louisa to any couple looking to get married . They also hosted my 40th birthday party . Another amazing job, which is why we chose to have our wedding there. For brides and grooms who think they can't have a wedding because of their budgets , you are so wrong. The packages are all so affordable and offer so much more than you would think. We also planned our entire wedding there in less than a couple of months because we were going to elope originally. Until we talked with A Villa Louisa! Many many thanks to them again for making our wedding a day we will never forget!!

We got married here Saturday, August 26, 2017. The ceremony was held by the waterfall, it was beautiful. We had such a wonderful experience!! The staff really worked hard to make our day extra special , Lana and Harold went above and beyond to assure that everything went according to planned. The food was delicious, the servers kept checking on us asking us if we needed anything. My guests had a wonderful time and are still ranting and raving about how much fun they had. I didn't even have to set up decorations/party favors, etc. I dropped everything off in a box at the final meeting, and they set it up just the way I wanted it!! I couldn't express enough how happy I was with A Villa Louisa. We also took pictures on the grounds, they came out beautiful!! I would definitely recommend this venue for any occasion!! They made my dream come true. Everything I envisioned as a bride on my wedding day, they made it happen! Thank you!! Special thanks to Lana, she is awesome!!

A Villa Louisa hosted our wedding in June of 2017. Angela (and the rest of the team) were awesome to work with from our first meeting through execution of the event. They were willing to do as much or as little as we needed, but most importantly allowed us to avoid stress and truly enjoy our special day. The ceremony was on site. The outdoor area / gazebo were done up very nicely. Despite a quick rainstorm, everything went as planned. There are several good areas for pictures - we did all of ours on site before and after the ceremony. We opted for a daytime (Saturday) brunch reception from 12-5. The brunch buffet options all turned out very well - actually exceeded expectations. We definitely enjoyed the food and our guest also provided very positive reviews. Overall - we would highly recommend A Villa Louisa to host a wedding ceremony and reception. The grounds are well manicured and making for an ideal setting for both pictures and ceremony. The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. They offer a great price point relative to other options we considered. Last but not least, the food was great!

We could not be happier with our wedding experience at A Villa Louisa. We had a smaller wedding with about 100 guests on a Sunday. Angela and Charlene exceeded our expectations and were amazing throughout the whole planning process and also on our wedding day. Their professionalism and attention to detail was very impressive! I especially liked that A Villa Louisa has relationships with trusted local vendors and some of their services are included in the packaging pricing. It made it very easy for me! The catering staff and bartender also went the extra mile for us and our guests. One of the reasons we originally chose A Villa Louisa is because we had heard that the food was great and it absolutely was! We heard nothing but great things from our guests. We wanted to have our ceremony and photos onsite in their garden area and I am so glad we did! It was beautiful! Not only would I absolutely recommend A Villa Louisa to anyone looking for a wonderful wedding experience, I would also recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or bridal shower, a birthday party, or a corporate event as they can accommodate all of them. You will not be disappointed with this venue!

We had our wedding on 6/17/17 and it was perfect! All of our guests have said they had an amazing time and that everything was wonderful, especially the food! Angela and Amy were FABULOUS with helping the bridal party stay on track and were so helpful with the whole planning process. Right before it was my turn to walk down the aisle, I realized that I didn't have my bridal bouquet; left it in the bridal suite!! Amy must have seen the distress on my face and took off running to retrieve my bouquet just in time! She's a lifesaver!! And although my hubby and I didn't really have a chance to sit & eat, the staff made sure to pack up our meals for us to take home so we could eat later. Thank you to everyone at the venue for making my wedding day so magical!

Our experience at A Villa Louisa was nothing short of amazing! Throughout the entire planning process Angela was so helpful in answering any and all questions we had. On the evening of our wedding, everything went perfectly. The entire staff was so helpful in making sure our and our guest needs we're being met. The venue itself is beautiful, and the food was DELICIOUS, our guests loved it! Overall I would absolutely recommend A Villa Louisa to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with great food and an easy experience, there was no stress involved at all.

We had our wedding reception at A Villa Louisa on May 27th 2017. We could not have asked for a better venue. Everything about our day exceeded all our expectations. All the staff were wonderful throughout the entire planning process, and treated us and our guests amazingly on the big day. All the inclusions on the price of the reception was a major plus. It made the planning and budget of our wedding reception much more manageable. The grounds are lovely and we got some beautiful pictures on site. We are so grateful to the entire A Villa Louisa team for all their hard work in making our day fabulous!

They are not willing to work with you, only to their advantage and they will take your money but will work with you if you pay again... Very disappointing.

I got married on April 22 at A villa Louisa. For my husband and I, it was a great experience working with Angela!! She is very knowledgeable, extremely dedicated and always willing to listen to our requests and questions! We loved our ceremony and reception, the venue is beautiful. Our families have only good words for the food, the service and the venue in general :-D!!! They keep mentioning to us how delicious the food was!! I think this will not be the last time Angela hears from us, there are a couple of quinceañeras getting close in my family, and they are already thinking of A Villa Louisa. We can't thank Angela enough for all her hard work to make our wedding a memorable event!

This venue is beautiful and the staff are so helpful and wonderful. I must have emailed them 100 times before the big day and they were always more than willing to answer any of my questions, and so accommodating. Very affordable too with a wide range of packages. My daughter's wedding reception was at A Villa Louisa on 7/30/2016. Everything was absolutely wonderful! We had researched quite a few venues and were so happy that we chose A Villa Louisa! The owner, wedding coordinator, and staff were so accommodating and helpful to us throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, everything went very smoothly and my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything. We were able to thoroughly enjoy our daughter's wedding reception!!! Well needless to say, after visiting numerous other venues around CT we came across A Villa Louisa and were blown away at how much better they were than the rest. They have a recently renovated the whole place with beautiful landscaping around the whole building as well as updated the interior. Your jaw will drop when you pull up to this place, and the same goes for your guests when they arrive. There's plenty of parking and easy handicapped access which was very important to us since we have a big family with a few older relatives who we wanted to make sure could easily join us on our special day. We chose to have our ceremony as well as the reception there to make it a one-stop event. The gazebo offered the perfect location with a beautiful backdrop. We had a May wedding and there was a chance for rain, but Gigi (our wedding coordinator) assured us they would be able to flawlessly move it all indoors if needed. One thing we wanted in a venue was to be able to tell them what we wanted and be able to stand back and let them handle it. There is too much stress involved in planning a wedding, so it was a great relief knowing we didn't have to micromanage our venue. We picked our package (Italian Feast), picked our entrees, picked our appetizers, picked our colors and just showed up for our rehearsal dinner with our centerpieces and party favors and everything was beautifully set up for us on the big day. I can't stress how important it is to just trust in the people at A Villa Louisa to do their thing and blow you away. Now it's time for me to be honest and tell it like it really is. We have all been to great weddings and crappy weddings. What do you remember from every wedding? Do you remember the colors of napkins? No. Do you remember quirky mason jar centerpieces off Pinterest? Absolutely not. We remember the food and booze! Let me start off by saying the food at A Villa Louisa is amazing! The hardest part of our wedding planning was picking the food because everything we tried at the tastings was phenomenal and we couldn't narrow it down. Now lets talk about the booze. There's nothing worse than weak watered down drinks or getting cut off. A Villa Louisa will keep the drinks flowing and make sure your guests stay hydrated. I have a large Polish Family and we don't mess around when it comes to open bars, and the wait-staff and servers were on the ball all night with how well they kept everybody full and kept the drinks flowing. So many guests told my wife and I that our wedding was the best wedding they've ever been to. They said that the food was amazing and they had plenty to drink, so we were happy to know our guests enjoyed themselves and were well taken care of. So long story short, lose the phone numbers you have for all the other venues out there. Go to A Villa Louisa and book your date now. You won't regret it. Wedding of my dreams!!! My husband and I got married at A Villa Louisa in September 2016 and it was magical. It was the greatest fit in my budget (their price is unbeatable), the place is amazing with different settings on the outside and a classy beautiful inside. The view and settings on the outside were amazing for the wedding pictures... the inside is even more beautiful. I recommend the place to anyone looking to host a wedding like mine (small ceremony) and also to a big party. They are in every possible way understandable and flexible. The food was OUTSTANDING, their staff was the best people to work with. When I was leaving the hotel in my wedding dress in the morning of my weeding I met the family that had their wedding at AVL the night before and they also had really nice things to say about the place, food and staff... which made me feel more secure about my decision to book AVL. My husband and I got married at A Villa Louisa in August of 2016. We decided to look at the venue because the prices were so much better than anywhere else. When we had our first walk-through, we both clicked with Lana and decided this would be the place we would get married. A Villa Louisa was by far the best choice we made about our day. The food is amazing (my guests are still talking about the creamy pasta dish), they were so willing to customize anything for us and the space was perfect. Amy and Lana helped us so much throughout the crazy wedding process. They answered all of the questions immediately and were always willing to have last minute face to face meetings. We highly recommend A Villa Louisa. Such a gem.

We were married on September 9 at A Villa Louisa. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our guests raved about all the food - from appetizers to dessert - absolutely delicious!! Amy was very attentive and accommodating all night and the staff didn't miss a beat. The venue was beautiful and many of our guests asked how we found this beautiful place. My day was perfect thanks to A Villa Louisa! They were one of the more affordable venues in the Manchester area, and they simply have the BEST food, service, and flexibility. We first met with Lana, who was very understanding, flexible, and professional. She worked with us to tailor the package to our needs to fit our budget, which was very much appreciated, and made it possible for us to afford other small details for the wedding. There were many changes in package prices and staffing happening in the company after our first meeting - (we had Lana, then GiGi, then Angela as our coordinators). However, we were kept informed about the whole process, there was continuity with all our details, and the price on our contract was honored and did not increase. I think you can judge a lot about a company by how they perform under pressure, and A Villa Louisa completely met all my expectations even when going through these changes. The ballroom is very traditional: lots of old gold - beautiful chandeliers and ornate gilted scrollwork and drapery on vaulted ceilings, big stone fireplaces at each end, comfortable gold chairs, 2 bars, and uplighting with a good-sized wooden dancefloor in a spacious room perfect for about 175 people. The food tasting was extremely helpful, and they make all the dishes you would ever want to try by special request - amazing service! The food is out of this world - we got so many compliments on it all night, and the cake came included through Modern Pastry and was delicious as well. The whole staff worked closely with us and even let me come in and do some decorating the week before the wedding so I could take pictures of the set-ups for the staff to replicate on the big day. They also have beautiful flowers, a gazebo, a little footbridge, and a great view of the sunset on the grounds so you can take all your wedding photos right there! I would highly recommend them to anyone, thank you A Villa Louisa!!

My husband and I had an AMAZING reception in the Sunset Room at A Villa Louisa on September 03rd 2016! Our reception was greater than all of our expectations and it was everything we could have imagined! The food was absolutely incredible, from the appetizers to the entrees... our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was! We had never heard of A Villa Louisa before we checked out the venue and didn't know anybody (personally) who ever had gotten married there so you can understand we were a bit reluctant to be the "first" to give it a try. After meeting with Asim & his staff though, we were VERY impressed. Things were so smooth & easy going I had secretly wondered whether this was "too good to be true". I had my son's wedding here and I couldn't say enough about the venue. From the owner , wedding coordinator, wait staff to the bartenders everyone went over and beyond to make the reception amazing. The appetizers , meals , and desserts were delicious and so many all my guest are still talking about the quality and quantity of food they had. We also had the ceremony at the venue, thechapel is beautiful and everything went off beautifully. While talking to the owner of A Villa Louisa we mentioned we were looking for a location for the rehearsal dinner, he suggested having it right there in the smaller room. Not wanting the rehearsal dinner to be anything like the wedding reception Esim tailored a menu to exactly to what we want. I have no problem referring anyone to A Villa Louisa as a amazing venue for any bride and groom.

Throughout the whole wedding process, Asim (the owner) and Amy (the day of coordinator) were incredibly accommodating, professional and really made us feel like family. We had our ceremony up at their gazebo on-site, which we loved. Everything ran smoothly from the beginning to the end. Every one of our guests loved the food, atmosphere and energy of the wait staff. My husband and I got married on 9/12/2015 at A Villa Louisa, and it couldn't have been a more perfect day! The food was excellent, our guests are still raving about it. The venue was beautiful, inside and out. And their wedding coordinator Lana, is truly the best! She helped me pin my dress up when my bustle broke, and was available every step of the wedding planning, even coming in on her days off to meet with us. The best part of this venue was that everything was included, no need to worry about flower centerpieces, wedding cake, guest name cards, etc., because they provide all those. All you have to do is show up and the A Villa Louisa staff make sure the day is magical. In terms of price, quality, attention to detail, and organization, this beautiful ceremony and reception site deserves 5 stars!!

A Villa Louisa was absolutely wonderful! Planner and coordinator Lana was so helpful and made wedding planning super easy and relaxed! The food was top notch, my guests kept saying how the food was never ending and so delicious! Married March 28, 2015. Our ceremony and reception both took place a Villa Louisa. We split the ballroom and used half for ceremony and the other for our reception. We had a beautiful intimate ceremony in front of a fireplace and the reception was magical. Lana was there every step of the way and the staff was exceptional,flexible and attentive. Great place to get married!
