We were not going to have a wedding planner, but realized that it would be too much on our plate without one. Hiring Marie-Danielle meant going from “having too much on our plate” to “nothing on our plate” on our wedding day. She absolutely owned our wedding and we did not have to worry about anything on the day of. Marie-Danielle is absolutely fantastic to work with. Her commitment to her job is just unparalleled. We had a very long day with Church Ceremony, an Austrian themed Extravaganza in the afternoon and a wedding reception at another venue, but her team was absolutely professional all day and handled the coordination seamlessly. During the planning process Marie-Danielle kept focusing on our requirements and expectations, was responsive 24/7 (I really mean this) and went out of her way to make our day perfect. Her technical knowledge of vendor requirements became very obvious when she got involved in power/generator requirements for the band in the outside tent, pointing out power outlets the venue didn’t even know about. Marie-Danielle was always honest and has great advice and experience, a characteristic I immensely appreciate on her. Marie-Danielle with her florist team created the most beautiful and extraordinary centerpiece I could have asked for. She was very focused on creating exactly what I was looking for and did not give up until she nailed it. I was looking for something elegant, delicate and almost fragile and this is exactly what I got. Despite the unusual design and the inherent difficulty in creating, there was no question for Marie-Danielle and her team to not make this happen for me. She is a master of her profession and I can truly say our wedding day would not have been as wonderful and relaxing for us, if it wasn’t for her. We would absolutely recommend Marie-Danielle for any occasion.

When I first spoke with Marie (the owner of A Votre Service Events), I started the conversation out skeptical. I was already really frustrated with the process of finding a planner as I had been talking with another planner (who was also a TV personality) for the past two months and she was always too busy to make time to work with my fiance and I. I ultimately decided to move on as I wanted to feel like I was the only wedding that the planner was working on (even though I knew it wasn't). From the very first conversation with Marie, I became reassured that not all wedding planners were "divas". Marie listened to me describe what I was looking for in a wedding planner and reassured me that she was dependable and that I had her undivided attention. She also did not set a limit on the number of vendor appointments she or her staff went on with us. Marie seemed dedicated to each couple from the start and had personal stories about the different couples she'd worked with in the past and details about their weddings. She also tailored our planning package based on our personal needs (instead of a generic package). I didn't need someone to hold my hand as I tried on my wedding dress, but rather I wanted help with things I didn't have time to do myself. These factors helped my fiance and I reach our decision and choose A Votre Service Events to plan the most important day of our lives and we have not regretted this decision! In the two months we've been working with this company, already we have booked almost all of our vendors. The process has been seamless and I am a stress-free bride (not the bridezilla I thought I would be). Whenever I have questions/concerns, Marie is always accessible and provides email or telephone responses within seconds-to-minutes. She is the ultimate professional. She even went with us in the freezing cold to 4 different venues in one day ranging from Staten Island to NJ. When we still wanted to see venues the next day, she scheduled an impromptu appointment with another venue so that we could pick our venue in 1 weekend!!! We ultimately secured the venue of our dreams and thanks to Marie's relationship with this venue we got 1/2 off the catering cost per person. In fact, if it wasn't for this relationship, we would not have been able to have our date at this venue - another couple was interested in our date and as a professional courtesy to Marie, the venue offered us the date first. We have saved a significant amount on our photographer, videographer, and wedding band due to Marie's connections and negotiation skills. In only two months, she has more than paid for the cost of her full service package in savings! My fiance has even commented on what an easy process its been so far. I am so glad I chose A Votre Service Events for my wedding planning. I can't wait to continue to be amazed by this company and I am excited about how amazing my wedding is turning out!!! Marie Danielle was amazing. Initially we were unsure about the added expense of a day-of coordinator, but in the end it was the best purchase we made. She took care of all the details and coordinated our many many vendors. Most important, my mom was able to enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about all of the things Marie Danielle took care of. I absolutely recommend A Votre Service Events. My husband and I decided to reserve Danielle and her team at A Votre Service Events after meeting with several wedding planners in the area. We loved that Danielle was so down to earth, genuine and had her act together for our first meeting. It’s true FIRST IMPRESSION do make a lasting impact! Danielle was very prompt to answer to emails and always provided her honest opinion. Danielle has tons of good contacts and that helped us with our wedding prep. I became engaged in February. I have no family who live in NJ and knew I wanted a wedding planner to assist me in planning my wedding. I did a search and A Votre Service Events was first on the list. I called on a Sunday and Danielle, the owner, answered. We had a great conversation and I was immediately sold without even meeting her. Her passion she expressed through her voice about planning weddings was apparent and the fact the she answered on a weekend was impressive! The other wedding planners I called did not answer and when they returned the call 3 or so days later I did not get the same response. Danielle's service she provided for me was amazing. Simply said, Marie Danielle from A Votre Service Events did a phenomenal job with my wedding! There were 400 people at my wedding, and everyone was amazed at how organized this event was. More improtantly, Danielle made my money go far, and everything just turned out to be classy and stylish. Somehow she created what truly resembled a platinum wedding, but stayed within my budget which was very impressive. I think this was the key to the success of my wedding. In addition, it is obvious that she carefully handpicks the vendors she works with, because their work and products were outstanding. Would refer her to anyone in a heartbeat...
