We rented chairs, tables, table cloths, and tableware for a 60 person even this weekend and while the ordering any payment process was easy, actually getting the items was a nightmare. Everything was delivered the day before our event and the tableware came wrapped in plastic. It was left in the containers until the day of but every plate, fork, and knife had dust and most plates had some sort of residue on them and had to be hand washed.
I wasn’t expecting to have to wash plates on my wedding day but everyone chipped in to get it done before our guests arrived. We didn’t have time to wash salad plates so those went completely unused.
You would think a company that’s been in business for so long would do the bare minimum but you’re not going to get it here.
We rented tables, chairs, and a dance floor from AA tents and events for our outdoor wedding and reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. The delivery, setup, and pickup went seamlessly and the guys were great! The prices were very reasonable. The only negative aspect was the condition of the tables and chairs. Many of the table tops were very damaged, scratched, and rough. Luckily we planned on covering all of them with linens so this wasn’t really an issue. The chairs were a bigger problem. About 1/3 of the 180 chairs we rented were missing screws on the chair backs. They were still usable but made them feel flimsy. Overall, we were satisfied but wouldn’t hurt for the company to do a little maintenance and upkeep of their products.
They were easy to work with on short notice.
Pretty awful. This is my first wedding experience ever in any capacity. The salesperson was rude and annoyed at every question I had. He put me off for months because it was the height of the wedding season then the week of my wedding he was rude because he was busy with the state fair. My event was clearly not a priority. I was promised a dance floor could be put anywhere for an outdoor wedding then when they finally came out for a site visit, I was told that is not the case which meant entirely changing plans for the dance floor. While trying to sort this out with them my salesperson refused to return my calls or emails. 3 days later after talking to a manager, I got a condescending email telling me there was no communication error, that I needed to be patient because he was busy with the state fair. Again this is after he kept refusing to work with me because he was busy with wedding season. He did say he was trying to work out an answer but instead of saying that he just ignored my requests for information. This was 3 days before my wedding. Then they created this swag design for my dance floor canopy that was nothing like what I wanted. On the day of my wedding, a friend called to ask why that had not been communicated to me and was told that it was. Now, I did receive emails with some sort of design for poles but no other information. Maybe it would have made sense to someone in the industry but it did not to me. On the day of, they brought out the wrong dance floor, forgot table clothes, forgot the lights for the dance and a few other things, and then did not show up when scheduled. My wedding was a Saturday, scheduled to pick up on Monday. Instead, they came to pick up at 9 pm on Sunday to my elderly grandma's house. She, of course, was asleep. The only saving grace for this company is that the men who delivered and picked up everything were very kind, understanding and did everything they could to make it right for me. I made sure to tip them both and thank them for their time repeatedly. It's unfortunate that this company has a majority share in this city because their customer service was terrible. I will not recommend them ever and I will tell everyone I know it is worth spending more money to have a better experience. It has taken me months to write this because I get so aggravated every time I think about it.
We rented dinnerware and a dance floor from AA Events and Tents. They delivered on time and made it easy for us by picking everything up afterward. They are reasonably priced and their delivery and set up of the dance floor was very helpful! They also had lots of options for dinnerware and were very flexible in picking dinnerware as we finalized our guest count, which was appreciated. We would recommend them for renting items for your wedding!
We used AA Events for our wedding dance floor. They are reasonably priced, pleasant to work with, and met all timing expectation. We'd definitely recommend them!
We had trouble getting a hold of anyone when we had questions. The price was pretty reasonable. However, we rented a PA system and one speaker and the microphone were not working.
The over all experience was as expected. They showed up early to put my tent up but came pretty late to pick it up. We got one broken chair out of a hundred, the tables were old and warped/coming apart, the nacho cheese dispenser was dirty, and the hot dog warmer and cheese dispenser didn't come with instructions. The tent was in good shape. One out of five interactions with staff was very unpleasant.
My wife and I used Garcia's tent rentals for tables, chairs, and linens for our wedding. On the day these items were supposed to arrive, we requested delivery between 8am - 12pm and were told this would not be a problem. After setting everything else up at our venue we realized it was 1pm and the table, chairs, and linens had not been delivered. We called Garcia's Tents and were informed they would be arriving shortly. The items were not delivered until after 4pm, which left us little time to set up before the rehearsal dinner. We were also under the impression that the tables and chairs would be set up upon arrival, especially after the late arrival. This was not the case and we were informed an additional fee would have to be paid for setup.
After having rehearsal dinner guests assist with the setup, we immediately noticed the table cloths and tables were in poor shape. The linens were stained and some had dirt on them, while the tables and chairs were flimsy.
Overall our experience with Garcia's tents was less than desirable. The customer service was poor as well as the quality of their products.
We will be sure to advise future wedding couples, friends, and family to look elsewhere for rental services.
I had wanted some beatiful wooden tables, but at $64 a table, decided no one would be the wiser with cheap banquet tables. I was right! Garcia's took them where I needed them. They were on time, and hastle free. What else could you ask for?!

This is definitely a place to get a bunch of party rentals for the big day! We got tables, chairs, linens, and tents. The only downfalls were that we had to set up all the tables, chairs, and linens on our own. Also, when they came to set up the tents, they came at the wrong time, got stuck in the driveway, and busted an irrigation pipe when they staked down the tents, spraying mud and water everywhere... Not perfect, but it didn't ruin my day!
The day of delivery (day before the wedding) we were told they would deliver between 1 and 3. I also had made a special note on my account for a phone call to know they would be arriving at the destination. We did not get a phone call. After I called several times they finally said someone would be there shortly after 3, that they were on their way. Needless to say about an hour later they showed up, around 4 pm. My husband sat and waited for them to arrive. Also, for pick up they went to the wrong location and had to drive back across town to come to where we were (also noted in the account). Again we waited for them. One positive is that 2 of my table cloths got left out of the pickup. They gave me a grace period and allowed me to get them returned with no fee yet. We worked it out and they had another delivery in my city, I ended up meeting with the delivery guys and giving them the last 2 tablecloths.
They were really nice to us I changed my order like 5 times on them but yet they still gave me a great deal. Also when our hall lost some of our napkins they didn't charge us for extra days well we made sure they were lost before we had to pay for them
The people who work with you to set up your rentals at Garcia's are really nice and great to work with. However, when the people sent to set up the lights at my venue showed up, they did not seem to know what they were doing. After me and my party explained what to do, they did a good job. I was disappointed that I didn't rent a different style of lighting- I didn't know that they they offered different styles of string lights until the guys hanging them mentioned that to me and at which point it was too late to do anything about it. But all in all, it was ok.
I went with Garcia's because they had a wide selection for a good price. They were the least expensive of all the rental places I researched. Everything was great with them, the service, the selection, and the price. However, when I went to pick up my rental supplies, we were missing one linen, for the head table! The day of the wedding we had no time to go back and get another linen. Thank goodness my reception venue had some on had that we could use. The head table was a different color but at least it had a linen! There was no problem when we returned the linens, glasses, and napkins. Just make sure they aren't the only ones counting when you pick up your supplies.
It was very easy to work the people at Garcias. I got exactly the tables and chairs that I wanted. They were delivered and picked up on time. The delivery men were efficient and friendly.
