We rented chairs for our outdoor ceremony. Docked 1 star because the chairs came dirty and after setting them up day of, we had to wipe them all down. Otherwise, easy to work with!
Super easy to work with, had exactly what we needed, and wasn't expensive! 10/10 recommend for weddings but also any other parties!
All of my linens were clean, together and easy to find. Easy to contact and very flexible with making changes to your order. I had to circle the block to find where to pick up my stuff, but I understand with COVID needing to have people pick up their rentals in the back lot instead of in the front office! Would definitely rent with them again for another event.
Would not refund our deposit, its been 60 days!!!
Friendly staff, but the not great quality of equipment. The chairs came dirty and two of them broke on our guest. We ordered two tents. One tent was perfect, but the second was dirty and had holes. Nice staff and easy to communicate with.
Do not use this company!!!!!! Absolutely the most terrible service. I don’t even know where to start. First of all, if I could give 0 stars we would. The experience with AAA party rental started off pretty normal. We had a wedding of 125 people and were looking to get tables, chairs, plates, linens, a tent, a stage for the band, a dance floor, etc from AAA. We booked all of these items (which was crazy expensive) months and months and months and months before the wedding was ever to come around. A few days prior to the wedding we called and wanted to touch base with AAA. We asked what time they would be coming to set up the tent, stage, dance floor, tables and chairs. “WE AREN’T SETTING ANYTHING UP FOR YOU??? YOU DIDN’T PAY FOR THAT!!”- was the response from AAA, Karen was that employees name. Confused and baffled. You aren’t setting up the tent for 125 people???? You think we know how to set up a very large tent???? They said “you had to have paid extra for set up and it’s too late now there’s no one available on that date.” ????? If we had known that was an extra thing to be added, we would have added it. What bride wants to spend her wedding morning or night before her wedding setting up a tent???? This was the most unnecessary stress to be put on a bride a few days prior to her wedding. The next day we called again and they said they could try and get someone to go out there and set the poles for the tent up the night before, but all the sides of the tent, tables, stage and chairs etc set up was up to us. So the night before the wedding, we spent at the venue setting up chairs and tables and a stage and the tent sides. The delivery/“set up” team for AAA was the most disrespectful and vulgar group. One man in particular spent the whole time setting up cussing us out and telling us to “GET OUT OF MY WAY”. We were in utter shock. He is the most embarrassing, disrespectful joke. He cussed and yelled at us the entire evening while we tried to help. So after about 6 hours later of setting up chairs (which were filthy and covered in mud and we had to find towels and clean them off), tables (thank goodness for table cloths because these were pieces of crap), stage and the sides to the tent, we still had no dance floor. They said the ground was too uneven and they hauled away the dance floor WE PAID FOR. Gone. We were lucky it didn’t rain on the wedding night because the amount of holes in the tent was a joke. We would never ever ever recommend this company. I have no idea how they are even in business. What an absolute joke!!!!!
Save yourself from poor and unresponsive customer service. Weddings are more than enough stress so don't let AAA Party Rentals add to it. They avoided emails and phone calls when we needed them to resolve problems. There are plenty of good vendors in KC. Do yourself and your wedding a favor and choose someone else.
Do Not Use AAA Party Rental
The large delivery truck drove off the driveway in multiple places creating large trenches in the yard that will require repair. The company refused to fix the issue or give any credit. They claim their contract releases them from any damage they do to property. It's unfortunate when a someone won't take responsibility when their employees break or inflict damage.
In my opinion, AAA Party Rental is a company that you should stay away from. They are not worthy of your hard earned money.
We used AAA Party Rental for our china and linens and were so please. Not only do they give fair prices, but they were so easy to work with. When our caterer forgot to pack some of our dishware for return, AAA went above and beyond, picking it up while we were on our Honeymoon and just taking care of it. Use AAA Party Rental, you won't regret it!
We rented tables, chairs, linens, tent, and bar for an outdoor wedding from AAA. The prices were reasonable and the people very good to deal with. I added some items at the last and they accommodated my requests easily. The delivery crew was prompt, professional, and very personable. They even helped us move some picnic tables away from the staging area so we could set up their tables. The only negative is that some of the chairs had dried mud on them and we had to wash them off. Except for this issue, I would definitely give them 5 stars! I would definitely use them again.
We desperately wanted gold charivari chairs at a decent price. AAA was still fairly expensive but far and away more reasonable than anyone else I found. I would recommend having friends and family set them up and put on the cushions as I did vs. paying AAA to do it just due to the cost. But otherwise they made my life easy in terms of drop off and pick up and their chairs were beautiful. I'm so thankful I was able to afford to have these lovely accents because they made such a difference in my reception!
When we booked our venue, I knew I wanted to rent chairs for our wedding as I hated the cheap plastic chairs that came with the venue. I priced around and AAA had the best deal. They could be a little difficult to get ahold of, but usually if I called Vicky's line I got right through! Delivery was prompt and the delivery driver was so helpful with getting the chairs stored for the next day. I would use AAA for events in the future.
AAA was easy to work with when I add to add items to my rental. They dropped off and picked up when they were supposed to and were pleasant to deal with. They had MANY different options for the things that I needed which made picking out the chairs and table cloths easy. I would highly recommend them.
We didn't need much from them, just a couple of tables and tablecloths for the church to put 2 large floral arrangements on. But we were able to call just a few days before our wedding in July, they had what we needed, and we were able to pick them up. I will be using them in the future.
Great working with them. When my wedding location and needs changed 3 days before the day they we easy to work with to make the necessary changes.
