Professional service! It was so simple to get on the phone with their team, receive a quote, and move forward seamlessly. The day of, we were impressed with the shuttle that was provided, and it gave us and our guests peace of mind to have a good time at our wedding! Would highly recommend.

I used Advanced Limousines for my wedding day transportation from the hotel to venue before the ceremony, and then after for the bridal party to take photos at a difference location. Some of my extended family had booked them for a different event that was cancelled due to Covid and they were very accommodating letting me use their cancellation credit towards my payment. Their staff was super communicative and easy to work with. I wish I remembered our drivers name, but he was great as well!

Aadvanced Limousines ruined my wedding day. I am absolutely disgusted with this company’s business practices and would not recommend this vendor to even my worst enemy. Just two hours before the 32 passenger bus was supposed to arrive and take our wedding party around Indy to different photo locations, they called and cancelled our service because they said the bus wasn’t working. They were completely unapologetic and simply told us we could get an 80 percent refund and use the 6 passenger SUV that was available (still leaving us to scramble to find 3 other cars that could transport everyone else). When we insisted on a full refund, they said they would only give us a full refund if we didn’t use the SUV. We let them know that was unacceptable and that we should receive a full refund as well as use of the SUV as a courtesy for cancelling our reservation less than 2 hours before it was scheduled to begin. They then proceeded to try haggling with us and offered to do an 85 percent refund. Mind you, this is all going on while I’m trying to finish my hair and makeup, so I don’t have the time or energy to be going back and forth with them over price. We told them we wouldn’t be paying them a dime and so the SUV sat in their lot the whole afternoon, unused, while we scrambled to make new plans. Aadvanced Limousines was unprofessional and did absolutely nothing to try to make things right for cancelling our service on the day of our wedding, causing us to spend a half hour making calls to find alternative transportation and ruining the entire photo schedule. ZERO STARS!!

My wedding day was June 27, 2020. Although we had short trip from our hotel to the venue, the communication ahead of time and understanding of our service was exceptional leading up to the big day. With so many things up in the air because of the pandemic, there were quick responses by emails and a follow up call to make sure everything was going on as planned. The vehicle was clean and Brian was nice. The Bluetooth capability helped me as the bride keep calm as we took our drive to venue as well. Thank for everything.

Aadvanced Limos was great for our wedding day. Punctual transportation, great driver, they even helped keep us ahead of schedule. The only issue I had was that I was contacted at least 3 different times the week before the wedding to confirm everything was correct, were we still good, etc. This may just be a COVID thing, considering the timing of our wedding, but given all the other details we were trying to iron out that close to the date, the repeated calls and emails were a little inconvenient. However, day of service was beyond perfect.

Aadvanced Limos was exactly what we needed for our wedding! Our wedding was in December so we weren't sure if we would even be able to get any outdoor pictures, but I decided as the event got closer to book some transportation for our wedding party just in case! I am so glad we did as Jack was great to work with and we ended up having 60 degree weather and had a blast taking the shuttle around for pictures! The driver was professional and timely and we are so happy we decided to get transportation!!

Aadvanced Limos was the perfect transportation for our large wedding party. Communicating with them before our wedding day was easy and they made me feel so confident in our day-of plan. They were timely, professional, and made our day so much more fun. We highly recommend them for any event!

We were really satisfied with our experience with this company. There were some miscommunications closer to the wedding that we had to work through, but they were very flexible and willing to help as much as they could. They let us drop off drinks beforehand that we wanted to have in the limo so we didn't have to worry about transporting them day-of. The inside was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a little hot for June but they can only do so much about that. Our driver let us play the music we wanted, was very kind, friendly and drove safely. They had a great value for the price we paid & overall we would definitely recommend them!

We hired Aadvanced Limousine to take our entourage from the ceremony, to photos downtown, to the reception. They showed up on time with a friendly driver that got us everywhere we needed to be. Our transportation was comfortable and clean. We definitely recommend their services!

We had an awesome experience with Aadvanced Limousines! They called the day before the wedding to confirm all route details, were on time, friendly, and the shuttles were pretty nice! Only downside was that there was no hookup for music on the shuttles, but we weren't on them for too long so it didn't matter too much. Would overall highly recommend!

My husband and I cannot recommend Aadvanced Limousines enough!! From the very start of the process, Jack Gambs was professional, quick to respond, and so easy to work with! One of the most important things for me during wedding planning was to find vendors that were friendly, organized, and easy to communicate with, and Jack was that and more! Diane was our driver on the wedding day, and she was so polite and right on time! We are so thankful that we had such an easy-going experience with this company, and I would recommend them to anyone that needs transportation for a wedding party! Thank you for making our wedding day flow so smoothly!

We hired them for our wedding on October 27th, 2018 for them to pick our guests up from the hotel and bring them to the venue. Then they stayed there for the whole reception to take our guests back to the hotel at any time they wanted to. It was a gorgeous shuttle and had tables and lights. My guests were very pleased with how clean it was and how friendly their driver was!! I would highly recommend them

We had a limo pick us up from a cabin out in the middle of nowhere in Trafalgar, Indiana at 4am after our wedding the night before! They took us to the airport and it was the perfect way to kick off our honeymoon! We highly recommend them!

We worked with Linda on arranging our wedding transportation. She was instrumental in getting all our arrangements made. Easy to talk to and was able to answer all my questions. The drivers were very professional. They were all dressed appropriately, friendly and knowledgeable of the downtown Indy area. We needed multiple vehicles to multiple events and everything went perfectly. I received texts when the drivers were on their way including a picture so I knew who I would be greeted by. Over the course of a weekend we used a sedan, a SUV, a shuttle van and a bus, all the vehicles where clean and ran without problems. A great service with fantastic people.

This was by far the WORST vendor I encountered. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding. When I booked in February it was stated in 5x the normal size, bolded & highlighted font that you must have a credit card form on file for payment of service. I filled this out and sent it in with a question about 10 days before our wedding. I had to follow up with them because the person was on vacation and didn't respond for 5 days. THEN, the day before you receive an email confirmation. I quickly responded to these; however, I still received a call from a representative to confirm. I also had to authorize this for my credit card. I thought this was odd since I had already authorized it through the credit card payment form. This call was extremely inconvenient since I was walking into our rehearsal. Little did I know, they weren't using the credit card form I filled out but used the credit card I used in February to pay the deposit. Luckily, this worked out. Next, the day of was extremely memorable due to this vendor. We had booked 2 separate reservations. The first one ended right at the start of our ceremony. The driver was running behind on his last shuttle from the hotel, instead of telling someone he was stopping service early, he just left. OUR WEDDING STARTED A HALF AN HOUR LATE BECAUSE OF THIS VENDOR. The shuttle was MIA and my wedding planner & venue couldn't get a hold of him; no one knew where he was at or if he still had guests with him. We held the gratuity due to this. THEN, for our 2nd shuttle reservation, my husband and I are getting off the bus with our guests and the bus driver asks us where his gratuity is. We told him we would be calling in on Monday to discuss the situation and we wouldn't be providing any this evening. LASTLY, on the Tuesday following they called me to ask how our service was (because we didn't tip). I told her what happened and she said she would get back with me. Here we are 6 weeks later, still no call back. Do not recommend. I hope no one else has to experience this on their wedding day.

Let me just tell you about my experience with Aadvanced Limousines. This is not something you want to spend your time and money in renting. We had booked the white hummer stretch limo and paid over $600 to be transferred from our Wedding Ceremony to Downtown Indianapolis with three stops on the way to take pictures (a total of 2 hours). The Limousine's air conditioner was barely running- and when it did, it blew out less than cool air. It actually felt better to be outside on a 85 degree day in humid Indianapolis than the limo felt. This was just the first MAJOR problem. Going from our first stop to our second stop for pictures, THE LIMO BROKE DOWN IN THE STREET and the doors were locked so no one could get out! My brother had to climb through the window to let the driver know what was going on and that we needed to get out as there was no air circulation at this time! We ended up not stopping at our third destination and got less pictures that we wanted because of it. Fast forward to today, after contacting them about our issues- it took them over 2 weeks to respond with the manager about what had happened. The manager failed to call me back after talking and had one of her employees call back to off me a $200 credit off a future rental or $120 off what we had previously paid for. As we asked for a FULL REFUND, and this was as good as they could do, to say we are extremely disappointed is an understatement. You do not expect the transportation to be the worst part of your wedding day.

Had a great experience with this company! even with technical difficulties on their end the morning of, they did not skip a beat to upgrade us, and make sure everyone got where they needed to go on time! The drivers were awesome, helpful, professional, and fun! We could not have been happier with their service!

They were great !! We booked them for our wedding exit transportation and they did amazing !! I had a last minute change to the timeline and they didn’t give me a hassle and arrived early!! They made our sparkler exit perfect !!

Booking the limousine was easy and they allowed me to make changes prior to the event as our timeline shifted. Our wedding party rode in the limo from the ceremony, to pictures, then to the reception. The driver was on time and safely transported is the our destinations. We had some issues with A/C in the back of the limo and my bride got pretty warm, but it was only a slight discomfort. I worked with Linda to book everything and she was very helpful and accommodating.

I ran into a couple of issues with booking (I wasn't aware that we weren't supposed to decrease the time needed after completing the reservation), but customer service was willing to work with me on the adjustment. The driver arrived early and was kind, and didn't push us to stay on any sort of timeline. Very happy!

We were really disappointed with our service for our wedding. We asked our driver to take us on the highway and just drive us around for an hour before we were due at our reception. Instead, he drove us through 3 gas stations and some other random places through town. Even hit a couple curbs on the way out. :( Our limo had no air conditioning and we couldn't get the radio to work. When we asked the driver for help, he didn't do anything about it. So we ended up rolling down the windows and turning music on from our phones. We expected a little more for our wedding day and a little better customer service. The driver also had no idea how to get us to our reception venue and one of my bridesmaids had to pull up GPS and get him there. All in all we were pretty disappointed with our experience, but it certainly didn't ruin our wedding day! It would be nice if they would have followed up with us after to see our our experience was a good one, but they didn't do that either. I'm sure they are a really good company in general and we just had some bad luck!

We had rented the party bus for our wedding party, however when my wedding planner called to confirm the rental the week of the wedding she discovered the bus was in the shop and would not be available for our wedding. We were instead upgraded to the Hummer Limo which was beautiful. It was a little harder to get in with my dress but overall worked out well. The only issue I had was that while my wedding planner was listed as the contact person, the driver for the afternoon photos and the driver for our ride back to our hotel at the end of the night both called my cell phone. I did not have my cell phone on me so I think they waited for quite some time since my wedding planner wasn't notified they were there. Overall excellent service by all of the drivers and beautiful vehicles.

We used Aadvanced Limousines because even though they were not the cheapest car service available, they by far had the best customer service of the several we talked to and were still competitively priced. We had a black SUV pick us up from our reception and drive us the 30 min to our hotel. Our driver was courteous and the SUV was clean and very nice. We were pleased with our services!

We had a horrible experience with Aadvanced Limo. Our limo driver was VERY rude, the limo leaked from the rain, and the air conditioning was malfunctioning. The limo driver was completely unapologetic for the leak and seemed very irritated to be working. While we did receive some money back, we have decided to never use this company again and would recommend that others look elsewhere.

We rented the pink limo for my bachelorette party in May - it was a great experience! The limo actually blew a fuse while we were at the winery in the afternoon and they drove another pink limo to us with time to spare! Our limo driver was great - he carefully transferred our stuff from limo to limo, and the new one was even nicer than the first! We had Kevin - definitely worth requesting him! Great experience! We also rented the black Cadillac limo to drive us to the hotel after our wedding in May. This experience was also good, but the driver took a few wrong turns and I actually had to tell her a light was green when we were sitting at an intersection. She was kind, and it was very late, so she might have just been tired. In the grand scheme of things it was still a great experience!

The limos are nice, and our driver was amazing BUT corporate has got to get it together. I talked to them over 5 times and I'm not sure why?! I paid for our limo service when I first called. Then 10 minutes later they called to have me pay, I assumed this was to verify the CC I gave them. NOPE! They ran it again. So, then I had to call back to have them reverse it. What was that 48 hours before our wedding I get an email about making a payment? Come on guys?! Get it together. The driver was amazing (ask for Brock), and everyone has been nice but whenever I talked to anyone at corporate they seemed a little confused and unorganized.

Aadvanced Limos booked my wedding a year in advance, honored coupons that my friends shared via email and checked on me multiple times leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day the driver was punctual, polite and made sure our ride was safe but fun. My only complaint? One of the speakers in the back didn't work so only half of the limo had music. But, we made the driver aware and are realistic that sometimes technology fails.

We used Aadvanced Limousine for both our vehicle and to shuttle our guests back to the hotel. We rented the 33 passenger shuttle bus as the nearest hotel from the venue was 20 min away. We definitely do not regret this decision as the venue was kinda in the country and windy roads. We did not want people driving after drinking so this was the best option. They were the most reasonable in price and the service was great!!

Would use this company again. Janell was our driver and very good. Prompt and always was thinking of us she had everything ready. Our night was great. Limo was nice and clean. Would recommend this company and request Janell.

We actually had reserved another company and then last minute switched to this company. We used this company for both our personal limo for myself and my husband and during the reception we had the limo shuttle the guests back to their hotels. This worked out great for us. They're a little pricey but I shopped around and they pretty much charge the going rates. I was happy with our driver and the service. We did end up going over our time and had to pay extra but it was worth it for the experience for both myself and my husband and our guests.

I was impressed by the service of the driver, but the amount of money we paid should have bought us more time to use the limo. We were very limited on time to take pictures in between the ceremony and reception.

The limo we rented was great. It was really fun to ride around town in and fit our wedding party perfectly. Our driver was a little confused about what he was supposed to do but everything else went well. They were very helpful when we called and even though we booked last minute,they gave us a great deal.

The limo service was amazing. The staff were all very professional and the vehicles were perfect for our occasion. They were able to split our time so that we could have a ride to our church and then a larger vehicle picked up the entire wedding party to the reception. I was really impressed.

Aadvanced Limousines was great to work with. I booked a 6 passenger limo for the groom and I to do our getaway. I ended up changing the pickup time a couple of times and Aadvanced Limousines made it really simple and never got confused. On the wedding day they showed up on time and actually upgraded to a much larger limo without us knowing which was awesome. The driver was super nice too.

We rented two different vehicles: a stretch hummer limo for the entire bridal party and a towncar for our send-off at the end of the night. Both vehicles were extremely clean and classy on the inside. Both drivers were excellent, accomodating and friendly. We popped champagne and rocked out to music on the way to our reception. Everyone had a great time celebrating in such a spacious, well-kept vehicle. They were timely and professional and affordable! The whole package.

We booked Aadvanced Limos for our wedding party transportation. We made reservations for a van to transport the Groom and his men from the hotel to the church and come back for the Bride and her girls. We had revised our pickup time in advance (online) and somehow there was a little mishap in which this information wasn't shared. After the event Aadvanced Limos was very apologetic and the manager personally called me to talk over the issue. After the ceremony we had a 20 passenger Hummer take our bridal party around for pictures. Our Hummer was in excellent condition and our driver was extremely helpful and courteous in every way. He was on time and made stops as needed. Even though there was slight communication issues on the first van, I would recommend Aadvanced Limos and will be using this company in the future for any events!

Our Limo driver was very nice and punctual. The limo was clean and they provided cups and water for our bridal party. Our driver was just a little unsure of where we were going when we told him, and it was Monument Circle downtown. Otherwise everything was good.

Aadvanced Limo's did a fine job for us on our wedding day. Their price was by far the best. The only issue we had is that the driver went to our house, called to see where we were, only to learn that he needed to be at the church. He called my husband not too long before the ceremony, but he was there waiting for us for our 'getaway'. Incredibly professional and kind, we'd use this company again for a special occasion.

I had actually been recommended this company by a friend who loved them so I am sure there are good stories however mine was not one of them. The limo was not late! The outside of the black limo looked as though he had gone off roading in a field and was soooo dirty my photog refused to take pics anywhere near it! The inside was clean. The driver had no idea how to get where we were going and I figured he would either have some idea or have a GPS so he ended up following my photographer in his car! Then when we stopped multiple times he had a very bad attitude as if this wasn't his job! All I can say is that Thank goodness the rest of my wedding day was amazing so I the limo didn't ruin the rest of it! Hopefully you get a better experience...

I had read good reviews about this company but was sadly disappointed. Both the website and link I was sent showed I would be receiving a white hummer limo for my wedding but much to my surprise a blue one showed up. I am not sure why one would assume someone would want a blue limo for their wedding but I definitely did not. The limo was also not well air conditioned. From the minute we got in to the minute we exited it did not cool down one bit. Needless to say the entire bridal party was quite sweaty and unhappy on a 95 degree day in June! The driver was at least nice.

This company typically receives strong reviews, so I was surprised and disappointed by our experiences with Aadvanced Limousines. I fully paid for their limousine services two months before our wedding and had received confirmation messages from them that indicated I had fully paid them. However, on our actual wedding day, the driver insisted that we owed him over $200 (which we did not) in front of the wedding party. As a bride who had already paid for the limo services, I did not have $200 with me. Thankfully, my maid of honor had a credit card and offered to pay the company the money. It was extremely embarassing and took a lot of extra time that we could have used to take photos, celebrate with the wedding party, etc. The following business day, I called this company and they apologized for the mistake. A representative from the business admitted that they had made an error in their paperwork-- and that I had actually paid prior to the wedding weekend. I appreciated their sincere apology. Nonetheless, it was a negative experience on a very special day. Second, I recommend brides-to-be to carefully ask the company about their limo wedding packages before booking with them. On their website, they stated that their Getaway Plus service "allows a two hour block for the wedding that requires additional time for family, friends, pictures, etc." By "service," I assumed that we would have access to our reserved limo for 2 hours. However, this was not true. This package simply meant that the company would pick us up in one place and pick us up 2 hours later. Unless you upgrade, this package does NOT include any transportation EXCEPT a one-way trip to a location and a one-way return trip. You will NOT have access to the limo between the initial drop off and return trip. This was problematic for us, because we used the limo services to take wedding pictures in a beautiful outdoor space. Unfortunately, it began to rain-- and the limo was not around to keep us dry or transport us to a different location. In short, my wedding party and I had a bad experience with this limo company. However, the people who run this company seem like very caring people with a bunch of experience in the Indy area.
