We understand that we have failed you, but please do know that this was an issue that was unforeseeable and unavoidable. Our vintage trolleys do receive regular upkeep, maintenance, inspections, the whole nine yards... but vehicles do still break down unexpectedly, and replacement parts for these vintage vehicles are not always readily available, even under the best of circumstances (and it can be doubly challenging these days, with COVID and labor issues impacting the supply chains). We always strive to take care of all of our clients the best we can, and we are sincerely sorry that we were unable to take care of you as we had planned.

h an important day. We truly appreciate your support. In response to the over-communication, I am sorry this was an issue. We never want to create friction, but we strive to deliver perfect service. Since March 17th 2020, we have facilitated 300+ cancels, reschedules, and vehicle changes. While planning, some details may have been forgotten to be shared with us, so we do like to check and recheck that we have current info. We will revisit our communication processes and ensure we are delivering the best service possible with the least impact on the client. After several attempts to reach you by phone, it is unfortunate that we were not able to speak to you directly regarding your transportation on your wedding as we always strive to meet and exceed all our clients expectations and wish we could have gotten the opportunity to attempt a satisfactory solution. If a client is not satisfied with the services rendered, we can appreciate the opportunity to rectify the situation. We certainly cannot take back what happened on your big day, however we would have done our best to make it right, as that is not the vision of our company. We attempted to reach out to you directly to see how we could make it up to you the best way possible. As discussed on the phone, with a large fleet and operation, we have mechanics on staff that work around the clock to do as much preventative maintenance as possible and prevent any mechanical failures that would put our passengers at a safety risk or cause services to be terminated. We are more than embarrassed for the weather stripping leak on the rear window and apologize, as this vehicle is kept inside of a garage, it was simply something that had not previously occurred, but was immediately repaired upon your reporting. 95+ degree days are a hot mess no matter where you are in the world, and unfortunately AC units are only designed to about cool for about a 30 degree offset (cooler than ambient temperatures); it can be quite challenging to feel cold once in the beautiful dresses and tuxes, after baking in the sun for photos and then putting that many overheated bodies into such a compact space of a limousine. Our mechanics did a pre-trip and post-trip inspection on the Hummer Limo that serviced your event and the AC was operating at full capacity just as designed from the manufacturer. Finally, no amount of money can "redo" that day, nor can we make excuses for the attitude portrayed by our team member, as she has been an outstanding member for quite some time, so this complaint has taken us by surprise, but has since been addressed, as well as the partial refund for the discomforting situation on your big day. In addition we offered a complimentary ride home from the airport from your honeymoon to help regain your confidence in our vehicles, chauffeur team, and operations. All in all, thank you for reading this and please be reassured that this is not the norm of how we conduct business, and no one is perfect, but here at Aadvanced we do hours and hours of maintenance to ensure the safety of our passengers and take ownership of the issues that do arise. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to show you the true Aadvanced Limousines experience in the future.

I would like to apologize for any mis-communications our customer service team may have had with your reservation. It is our goal when booking a reservation to obtain all the information needed to ensure you are provided with the service you are requesting. From the time you speak to a customer service representative to the time the vehicle arrives at your door we want to verify and confirm that all details obtained at the original booking of reservation have not changed. You will find that this is done in several ways, We do an initial read back at the time of booking, this is followed by a confirmation email,and a payment receipt, you will then receive a 48 hour notification, and if changes are made you will receive a modified confirmation each time a change is made or the reservation is altered. You will also receive a confirmation phone call 24 hours prior to this allow our team to answer any last minute questions or address any concerns.
