Aaron and Jillian were absolutely incredible!! Every wedding photo was beautiful- it is almost impossible to pick out which ones we want to print! Not only are they amazingly talented photographers, they are the most genuine, fun, and passionate people. They made my husband and I feel so comfortable throughout the whole day and we can't thank them enough! We would absolutely recommend Aaron and Jillian as your photographer!! They are truly the best there is.

Aaron and Jillian are THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!! From the first email, to getting to know them through the planning process they were both so incredibly responsive, helpful and just warm hearted amazing people who made us feel so comfortable and excited for the big day! The moment we met them they felt like family! We could not have picked a better photographer duo for our big weekend and they truly made our big weekend that much more special + memorable!! :) Besides being just amazing people, their work is absolutely breathtaking! Each picture truly captures the emotion and detail of our wedding from the Welcome Party and the Wedding Day! They are so timely and arrived early to get stunning photos of the venue and decor details while not missing a beat with SOOO many great candid shots throughout both nights of our friends and family. They have incredible attention to detail and made sure every aspect of our wedding was captured! Jillian also is BEYOND TALENTED when it comes to Bridal hair! I had my hair down during the ceremony and by the reception I was ready to put my hair up and Jillian was able to step in and do the most incredible “Up Do” for my reception look! TRULY there is NOTHING they can’t do! They were our #1 pick for our wedding photographers and we are still to this day so incredibly lucky we got them! I would book them 1000 times over again and recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing photographer for their big day!

From the moment we met Aaron and Jillian, we just knew they were meant to be our wedding photographers. Every single step of the way they were incredibly personable, responsive, and professional! On our wedding day, they made us feel comfortable and blended in seamlessly. I sometimes forgot that they were there while they were capturing each moment because they were so agile and respectful of our wedding. When we received our album, everything was absolutely beautiful! Our wedding day was incredibly special and every time we look at our pictures, we feel like we are reliving those moments. They truly captured every emotion and as we look back on them we can feel that same joy as if we were in the moment again. After the wedding, they promptly sent us sneak peeks, and before we knew it our full album was delivered to us! As a gift from my parents, we designed a 12x12 album with them. 20 beautifully laid our spreads, covered in midnight blue leather. Jillian spent so much time getting the album perfect in design and was so thoughtful in what images went together. Arriving a few short months later, our jaws dropped as we looked through our album together. It is something we will have forever and cannot wait to show our children. We will cherish our wedding photos forever and will also remember how amazing it was to work with Aaron and Jillian. We are so thankful that they were a part of our day and cannot imagine it without them! They are such amazing people to not only work with but to also know!!

OH MY GOSH! AARON AND JILLIAN ARE THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHY TEAM AROUND. They made the wedding day feel so relaxed and they truly feel like family. I can not recommend them enough. From the first introduction you will feel like you are their friend, they are so warm and welcoming. They work so fast and got our sneak peaks to us 2 days after the wedding. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. If you are looking for your wedding photographers you HAVE to go with Aaron and Jillian, they are the best team there is. After my wedding my entire wedding party said they are going to have Aaron and Jillian photograph their wedding, even the guests were asking me for their information. By far the best decision I made when choosing vendors.

Photography was a major priority when we began selecting vendors and let me say...... Where do I begin with how INCREDIBLE Aaron and Jillian are- from our initial contact to finally meeting in person for our engagement photos, Aaron and Jillian were AMAZING to work with! They had quick response times, always flexible and understanding- and were beyond willing to work with us to make our wedding photography package everything we were wanting! They went above and beyond to make our engagement session work with logistics and weather as we were chasing to beat rain! They picked us up- knew beautiful spots in downtown Charleston to shoot, and did whatever it took to make sure the shot was PERFECT! We are not picture people per say, but they made us feel comfortable right away! From helping with angles, to hand positioning and even fixing my hair mid shooting- there was nothing they missed in the details! We both couldn't believe it was us in our photos (which we got in under the expected turn around time)!! We will cherish these forever and can't say thank you enough for making these pictures everything we hoped for!! We can't wait for the wedding to hang out with Aaron and Jillian again!!

YOU NEED AARON AND JILLIAN!!!!!! Not only are they the BEST people, but they are also AMAZING, JAW-DROPPING photographers. They honestly may be angels on earth. They were the very first vendor we booked (15 months out from our wedding because they are a Charleston favorite, clearly for a good reason!), and the moment we spoke to them on the phone -- we were so excited to meet them and have them be a part of our special day. Aaron and Jillian took our engagement photos less than two weeks ago, and the images are ALREADY DONE! SO FAST! We spent two hours with them and had THE BEST TIME with them! They are absolutely wonderful and genuine people. Ok - now let's get to the photos...I cried, and am still crying as I write this review. They are more beautiful than I could have imagined. They really captured my, and my fiancés love for each other perfectly. I can see our personality in each photo, which means the world to us. It shows they care. I made a rash decision to get bangs a week before our picture ( trust me, I know...call it wedding stress, lmao). Jillian made sure to fix any stray bangs before taking pictures...she didn't have to do that, but she did! She even had hairspray and bobby pins at the ready. I honestly can't get over how beautiful our pictures came out. I could go on and on and on about Aaron and Jillian. You won't regret having them there for your special day -- and if they aren't available for your date, consider moving your wedding date to align with their schedule - that's how AMAZING THEY ARE!!! I am so excited for our October wedding knowing we are in the best hands!!!

Jill and Aaron are incredible! I have nothing but amazing things to say about both of them. They are a dream team couple to work with. We first met them for our engagement photo session a year before the wedding and we immediately felt extremely comfortable being our true selves, and they helped us feel natural being in front of a camera. Jill and Aaron photographed both our rehearsal dinner + welcome party and our whole wedding day. We spent most of the day with them and they were two of the most genuine and kind people ever. (especially saving the day with some last minute water and a power bar!) I'm so lucky to have had them as our photographers and am grateful to have gotten to know them throughout this process. Their photos and creativity are incredibly beautiful and they capture the most special moments. They've created lasting memories for us that we'll cherish forever and we could not be more thankful. HIRE THEM. HIRE THEM. HIRE THEM. When we first started wedding planning, we aligned on 2 areas we wanted to be super picky about-- our photographers being one of them. I searched the internet, reviews, insta, etc. for months and then found Aaron & Jillian. When I say it was the BEST decision we made, I totally mean it! For starters, we got our sneak peeks super-fast which was so appreciated. The pictures are STUNNING. But that's just the start-- They are the most adorable couple who made the day SO fun. I loved their personality via email so much and I knew we would adore them during our weekend! They were SO helpful in making sure our poses/angles/etc. were perfect so we would love our photos at the end. They were so energetic and literally ALL over the place capturing EVERYTHING. The craziest part is we didn't notice it at all, but in all of our pictures that our friends sent, they were always somewhere in the back capturing. They were so seamless, amazing to work with, and overall, just an incredible couple! They are so in sync with each other being married and you can tell so in love which is so fun on your big day! EVERYONE has raved about how insanely talented they are and my two little cousins told me they are hiring them the second they get engaged! Our photos are STUNNING and something I will cherish FOREVER! From a picky bride who cared deeply about my photos, don't even think, just HIRE THEM! Sincerely the best people ever!!!

I can't say enough good things about Aaron and Jillian! They were absolutely incredible to have with us on our wedding day. My husband and I aren't photo people (we rarely take photos) but the two of them made us feel at ease in front of the camera. They both gave us tips throughout the morning to help make our photos that much more spectacular and we had an absolute blast taking photos! They were both very organized and friendly throughout a stressful day to keep everyone happy and on schedule! Our friends and family were even commenting throughout the night on how amazing they were and when we shared our photo album afterwards we received glowing remarks on how stunning the photos are. We can't wait to have some of them framed!!

Aaron and Jill are without question best in class and masters of their craft! The duo complement one another perfectly. It could not have been more ideal to be able to have Aaron spend time with the groom and Jill spend time with the bride, before coming together to showcase the perfect poses for us so they could capture the best shots. I could tell you how beautiful they are, how they capture every single beautiful moment of your day, how they are true professionals and beyond skilled... but I don't need to tell you that because you can see it in their work. What I do need to tell you is that this dynamic duo will have a bigger impact on your day and lives than you're ready for. Aaron & Jillian are more than our wedding photographers, they have become our friends... they are SO kind, compassionate, intelligent and hardworking. From the moment I spoke to Jillian on the phone I instantly felt like I was talking to a long lost friend. Truly could not have had a more positive experience than working with Aaron and Jillian. From day one Jillian helped coach me on exactly what I had in mind for my wedding day. She planned out my first look, my pre and post wedding photos and let me tell you- if you are worried about chaotic families for family pictures- this girl takes the cake for how to handle that. She kept everyone so calm and rolled through them like a true champion. Not only that but we got our photos back in just WEEKS, unheard of. And every single one of them was just to die for, we can't pick favorites because we love them all. She rallied our group, she got down and dirty for the good shots, and the photos of my husband and I are once in a lifetime looking. She really captured the true beauty of the city and made us feel so comfortable in our own skin. We all got along great and they really delivered on what we were looking for. They have a true talent and eye for what you want to get as a result and we are so thankful for them!

Honestly, I've been procrastinating writing this review because I don't know how to adequately and eloquently summarize how incredible Aaron and Jillian are!! First of all, they are genuinely kind and caring individuals. We went through covid postponements and a venue change and Aaron and Jillian helped coach us through so much of it (which is not their job at all!!). They are true professionals and were always quick to respond to any emails, texts, or calls. Furthermore, the way Aaron and Jillian work together is absolutely seamless. We were attacked by nats on our wedding day, fought through humidity, potential storms, and wind; however, you would NEVER know by the way Aaron and Jillian worked and how our photos turned out. Speaking of, our engagement and wedding photos are more than we could have ever asked for! Aaron and Jillian's style is timeless, and I know we will cherish our photos for a lifetime. They also turned around our photos so quickly and provided an abundant selection of photos, making sure to catch every single little detail and moment. I genuinely could go on and on, and this truly does not do them justice, but the net of it is that they truly are the best of the best!!

Aaron and Jillian are the pro’s pros of wedding photography. They had incredible social media, were immediately responsive when we inquired with them, and were detail-oriented and organized (my husband and I are both doctors and are quite particular). But their secret talent lies in their incredible personalities. First, they will make you want to be friends for life. Second, they are calm, collected, and reassuring on your wedding day. Through their A&J magic, they will help you relax in front of the camera and show off your best selves. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that they are an adorable couple who will also model poses for you! Finally, the actual shots they prepared were beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Their turn around time was also insaneeeeee (under 2 weeks). We loved them and happily, strongly recommend them to you.

Wow, I don't even know where to begin - Aaron and Jillian are not only the most talented, thoughtful and skilled photographers, but they are also the kindest, most fun and genuine couple that you hope will be your friends. The only way I think I can try and bottle up my admiration and gratitude for them is by saying that honestly if they hadn't been available on our wedding day, I would have worked around their schedule! They do such an incredible job making sure that you feel comfortable and showing you how best to pose - our engagement and wedding photos were more than I could have ever dreamed of! Aaron and Jillian are hands down the best wedding photographers in the business!!!! What is more, they are such gracious, lovely, and kind human beings. First, it must be said that they are unbelievably talented and hard-working. They delivered our wedding gallery full of 1442 frame-worthy photographs within 3 weeks of our wedding – yes, you heard that right, 1442 stunning, immaculate, glorious photos mere weeks later! These photos truly tell the story of wedding day and capture so many subtle moments that went by in such a blur. In addition to their talent, they are consummate professionals. From the moment we booked them, they were already thinking about the timeline – sunset, the golden hour, and how to document every last detail. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, they were extremely engaged, receptive, and responsive. When I was conflicted about bridesmaids' dresses, Jill immediately responded to my inquiry and helped me determine what would look best with the vision I had created. On the actual day, Jill functioned seamlessly as the "master of ceremonies" (in concert with our wedding planner) because she helped keep everything on schedule from a photos perspective so that we could actually savor each moment. She and Aaron managed to wrangle my very large family, an impressive feat in and of itself, and I was particularly impressed how Aaron handled multiple ring-bearer toddlers melting down and diffused the situation so that my three-year-old nephew not only was calm enough to pose for a photo, but eagerly wanted to pose for one. Jill and Aaron were gliding around our venue, managing to somehow be in multiple places at once, while also simultaneously blending into the party (they even looked like wedding guests, matching the attire of our wedding). At the end of the night, Jill sprinted from the upstairs balcony into the street to get multiple angles of our exit because that is who she is - someone who will go above and beyond for you. And I just love that they are a husband-wife duo because they work so effortlessly with each other that you forget you have multiple cameras on you. They are the ultimate hype squad and make you feel so comfortable and beautiful. By the end of our portraits, I was halfway convinced that we were seasoned models thanks to their praise. Seriously, I cannot say it enough - they are PROS. Beyond that, they also care so much and are so invested in helping make your wedding day the most magical day possible! And most of all, they are genuine, kind, and fun people, who celebrate your happiness like the oldest of friends would. We feel extraordinarily fortunate to have had Aaron and Jillian as our wedding photographers and will cherish the photographs and memories for decades to come. It has taken me way too long to write this review because I knew I wouldn't be able to do them justice, but I will try! Aaron and Jillian were one of the first and best decisions we made for our wedding! From my first phone call with Jillian, it immediately felt like we had somehow been friends forever. Both Aaron and Jillian have an incredible way of making everyone so comfortable in front of the camera, which translates to beautiful and natural pictures. When we go through our pictures from our wedding day, it is almost like we are reliving all the moments, which is so important when the day itself goes by way too fast! It rained almost the entire day and my biggest concern was not getting the pictures I wanted, but Aaron and Jillian quickly shifted gears and utilized areas inside of our venue to still give us all the pictures we could ever want. And in case you need an up-do in the middle of your reception because you are sweating with your hair down, look no further because Jillian is your girl!! She pulled me away off the dance floor for a couple minutes and I came back with a whole new look! Lastly, as the rain derailed our boat exit, Jillian and Aaron offered to drive us to our hotel in their brand new beautiful white SUV. They are wonderful photographers and humans. Where to begin!?!? I truly don’t think that words can adequately describe just how fantastic Aaron & Jillian are as photographers and as people. From our very first conversation, we knew we made the right choice, but little did we know just how awesome working with them would be. Our engagement session felt more like a double date than a photography session! They made us feel so comfortable and relaxed, and it felt like we were hanging out with two longtime friends the whole time. We are definitely NOT naturals in front of the camera but Aaron and Jillian made it so easy. They gave us such clear directions and would often model the poses for us which was SO incredibly helpful! We were absolutely blown away when we received our engagement photos. We loved every single image and they all had such a light and airy feel to them. We couldn't have been happier! When our wedding was postponed twice due to the pandemic, we absolutely knew they were the one vendor that we couldn't live without. In fact, we were prepared to change our wedding date if they hadn’t been available for our new one!! Our wedding celebration ended up being 13 months later than originally planned, but it was so worth the wait! Throughout the entire day Aarron and Jillian were professional, efficient, detail oriented and so much fun to be around. Multiple wedding guests commented on how Aaron & Jillian seemed to be everywhere, capturing absolutely everything, but without the paparazzi vibes (lol) and we totally agree!! We are still in awe of our wedding photos. Every single image is stunningly beautiful and they truly captured the genuine joy and love that we felt throughout the entire day. There is absolutely no way that we are ever going to be able to choose just 100 photos for our wedding album. Our photos are just that good y'all! We love them ALL! In conclusion, we hope it is clear by now that we are absolutely OBSESSED with Aaron and Jillian. Book them ASAP. It will be the very best wedding decision you make.

To say Aaron & Jillian are incredible is an understatement. From our first email I knew they would be our wedding photographers. HIRE THEM and here's why. They are the type of people that you instantly connect with and feel comfortable to be around - this makes for fantastic photos! Their romantic, light and bright photos are the type you're going to want to display in your home. We got married March 19th, 2021 and I have no idea how we are going to choose just 100 photos for our album - all of the photos are really THAT GREAT! They are 10000% worth the investment. This review has taken us way too long to write simply because we’ve never felt like we had the words to do it justice. Simply put, hiring Aaron and Jill was the BEST decision we ever could have made for our wedding! While Aaron and Jill are incredibly talented (I mean just look at their albums are you even kidding me?), they are far more than wedding photographers. From the minute we started working with them, we felt like we had made two new great friends! They genuinely want the very best for their couples, and do everything possible to make your special day incredible. We would have been perfectly happy with great wedding shots to look back on and remember forever, but what we got with Aaron and Jill was so much more. From the minute they showed up to the bridal studio on the morning of my wedding, I was immediately relaxed. They have this infectious joy and lightheartedness that radiates throughout a room and makes everyone from the hair stylist to the MOB calm and excited. Jill made the getting ready process so much fun and gave amazing advice that made the rest of the day a breeze (and kept my hair from blowing in it!). They carried that calm and joyful attitude through the entire rest of our special day and were there at each turn to anticipate and capture every wonderful moment. They bring so much joy to what they do and it shines through in their work - Our wedding photos are unbelievable! If you have the chance to work with Aaron and Jill, don’t even question it! Just call them and if you’re lucky enough to book them for your wedding, it’ll be the best decision you could possibly make as a newly engaged couple!

Aaron and Jillian shot our November wedding at Lowndes Grove in Charleston. It was truly a blessing to have found them – A&J are professional, extremely fun, and a dynamic duo and it’s amazing how seamlessly they work together. They seem to be able to read each other’s minds when shooting and both have a strong knack for anticipating and capturing special moments. You really are hiring two “lead” photographers with A&J, so every image is exceptional. The fact that they’re a husband and wife team really works to their (and your) advantage and results in a fun, laid-back environment where they’re bouncing ideas off each other, demonstrating poses when necessary, and making subtle adjustments to make sure they don’t miss a thing. They had to deal with several challenging circumstances during our wedding, including rain, a wedding dress zipper malfunction during our first look, and a few unique subjects (namely our dog and our two year old nephew) and regardless managed to adapt flawlessly and capture exceptional shots. I’d imagine they have worked at nearly every venue in Charleston and know how to get all the right shots to make the venue / setting shine regardless of the conditions – that was certainly true at Lowndes Grove! Beyond their skill as photographers, Aaron and Jillian are really great, down to earth people. Because of COVID, we never actually had a chance to meet in person before the wedding, but as soon as they arrived on wedding day it was like we’d been friends with them for years. They’re extremely easy to work with and make you feel very comfortable while being photographed. Given their great personalities, they blended right into our wedding and got every shot we could have asked for, from formal portraits to candid reception photos. We got compliments from almost every guest we talked to afterwards about how fun and professional our photographers were, which speaks volumes about them. A&J are very passionate about what they do and that clearly came through in their interactions with everybody at the wedding and in the photos they created. They also showed up extremely prepared, having worked with us to put together shot lists well before wedding day so that we didn’t need to think about anything on the day of – A&J managed it all and didn’t miss a thing. Aaron and Jillian are kind and caring people that the Charleston wedding community is very lucky to have and we can’t recommend them more highly.

If you are reading this review, please stop and go and BOOK THEM IMMEDIATELY! Seriously, if you are a bride, groom, or parent and worried about how you are going to capture your wedding day, look no further - Aaron and Jillian will do just that! It poured, I mean poured lol, on our wedding day (our entire wedding was outside due to COVID) and while I knew we would get photos, I still had a little voice that was slightly nervous the weather did not cooperate enough for all the portraits. Aaron and Jillian delivered our album and I cried at how perfect every single photo was and how they captured EVERY PHOTO I could have wanted. All of our guests said they could not believe how you couldn’t even tell that it rained on our wedding day. They are not only the most down-to-earth couple, but they are true professionals. The two of them take the time to get to know you as a couple and they capture every single moment of the wedding day. My mother was so upset she could not have a cookie table and she had to put her homemade cookies into a box instead as a favor. Aaron and Jillian took the time to take every single cookie out of the box and take a photo of them, without us even asking. I cannot perfectly articulate how amazing they are as wedding photographers. They even defended my wedding dress from muddy sheep - not even kidding. Trust me, you would regret not hiring them because your wedding photos are a lifetime memory and we are so thankful our photos were with Aaron and Jillian. Now to just figure out how we can hire them again! ☺️❤️

After we got engaged and chose our wedding venue, I spent a great deal of time saving wedding inspiration photos on Pinterest and Instagram to share with my wedding planner. When I noticed that all of the photos I LOVED were taken by Aaron and Jillian, I knew I HAD to have them as our wedding photographers! I was absolutely overjoyed when they were available for our wedding and we immediately booked them. Since they weren’t available for our engagement photos the weekend we would be in Charleston (from Orlando), I was a little nervous that we would be meeting them for the first time on our wedding day. However, my planner (Samantha Anderson) assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue and she was right! Jillian kept in touch with me via email and social media in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding, to the point where I felt like I had already met them when our wedding day arrived. When we did finally meet in person, I knew instantly that if we lived in Charleston, we would be friends. Aaron and Jillian not only took amazing photos, but they fit in so well with our family and Guests and everyone loved them! They made taking our photos comfortable and easy and gave us plenty of direction to make us look our best! When we received our wedding album from them (in less than two weeks!), I honestly couldn’t believe it was us in the photos. Aaron and Jillian are hands down the best wedding photographers, but most importantly they are two of the best people you’ll definitely want to have with you on your wedding day!

I searched for a long time for the perfect photographer for my wedding day. One that had the right lighting to their photos, one that made their clients look the most natural, one that got all of the right shots throughout the day and most importantly, one that I vibed with. Aaron and Jillian hit all of those points, and then some! Even when I called other wedding vendors, they all said "Aaron and Jillian are the best." There was no doubt that I wanted to spend my whole wedding day with them. They were the first vendor we hired! Now skip ahead a couple of months to our wedding day and to say that they exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. They are the perfect duo- professional, kind, fun, efficient and genuinely great at what they do. We got our photos back super quick and they are stunning! They captured EVERY SINGLE MOMENT! Our family and friends are still telling us not only how much they loved our photos but how much they enjoyed being around our photographers...of all things to say about our wedding. We cannot say enough great things about Aaron and Jillian. I can't believe we have these amazing photos to look at for the rest of our lives. They are truly talented and we just love them. Aaron and Jill are absolutely fabulous. We first met this duo when we came down to Charleston to do our tasting and design meetings. Being the sweet southern couple that they are, they invited us for drinks at their lovely home. We chatted with them for hours and knew then that we made the right choice in hiring them for our wedding day! We knew that we liked them, but we realized that we LOVED them after our wedding day experience with them. First of all, they are pros. They are absolute professionals and are super detail-oriented. Secondly, they are lovely to be around and bring an upbeat, positive, can-do attitude to your wedding day. My recommendation to any couple would be to consider your photographers' personalities when hiring them, in addition to their work. Your photographers will be with you, your spouse and your closest family and friends all day - so you want to make sure that you get along with them! I can't imagine anyone not getting along with these two. My bridesmaids wanted to be Jill's best friend immediately. Lastly, their pictures are amazing! I am a very tough photo critic and I loved every shot they sent us. They take beautiful portraits, lovely decor shots and plenty of candid photos for a perfect gallery blend. Aaron and Jillian are absolutely amazing!!!! From our initial contract over a year before our wedding they were beyond excited to be apart of our big day and made us feel so special. Aaron and Jillian photographed our wedding at Middleton Place and they were both wonderful! We cannot imagine our wedding day without them! A huge benefit of working with Aaron and Jillian is that you have the pleasure of working with two amazing photographers who are both true pros. They were able to tag-team our getting ready shots with Jillian photographing the bride and bridesmaids, and Aaron photographing the groom and groomsmen. Throughout our wedding day, they made sure that we were comfortable and having fun in front of the camera, which resulted in so many beautiful and stunning photographs. Middleton Place is a sprawling venue, and thankfully, we had Aaron and Jillian’s help to guide us to the best places to take photos during our first look and to keep us on schedule for getting all our special moments captured during the day. Aaron and Jillian seem to have a sixth sense that puts them in the perfect position to take a great photo. Every time anything happened and I thought, I hope someone gets a picture of this, Aaron and Jillian were already there cameras at the ready. We loved working with Aaron and Jillian and cannot praise, thank, and recommend them highly enough; they are true professionals and wonderful people to have around capturing memories on your wedding day.

Aaron and Jillian are the best possible people you want following you around on your special day! We were lucky enough to meet Aaron and Jillian when they photographed my sister’s wedding and we just wish we had more siblings so that we could keep working with them! My whole wedding adored them! They are the epitome of a “power couple” that you also want to be best friends with! They are a dream to work with and helped make us, as well as our friends feel comfortable in front of the camera! They are so loving and made us feel so special and beautiful before, day of, and after. We even noticed some of their tricks and tips really stuck as they snuck into some photos we took on our honeymoon! They are perfection!

Aaron and Jillian are the absolute best photographers to work with. Right when Ben and I met them for our engagement photos we felt like we had know them for years. This review deserves way more than 5 stars! Aaron and Jillian were nothing short of amazing! They are a true dynamic duo! In fact, 2 months later and ALL of our wedding guests are still talking about how awesome our photographers were! From the moment we met them at their house in West Ashley, we immediately knew they were the perfect fit for us. Coming from New Jersey- we browsed photographers online and Aaron and Jillian's photos just stood out to us. They are vibrant and bright and just soak up every moment! I immediately sent them an email to meet with them on my next trip to Charleston. My husband was not able to come with me to this initial meeting so I brought my best friend/bridesmaid. Y'all- we spent TWO hours at their (beautiful, pinterest perfect) house ooing and awing over every single photo they showed us, mesmerized on their organization, sipping on coffee and treats, feeling like we knew them forever! My bridesmaid and I left that morning knowing exactly what my decision was going to be. They are extremely responsive via email and answer all questions/concerns so promptly- even when they have their "out of office" email they still respond letting you know when they will be back! They blended RIGHT in and took the most natural and candid pictures ever. Jillian gives the best tips on how to make the photo better - popping a leg or leaning in closer etc. - Our entire wedding party, family and friends had a blast with Aaron and Jillian. We had a pretty big wedding party, six kids in our wedding (yes, six- lots of nieces and nephews!) and our precious pup and they got the most amazing pictures of every single person and they did this with ease. They truly captured every moment. They take the most INCREDIBLE photos anyone has have ever seen and really take the time and effort to make all of the photos come to life! I am sad that the day has come and gone but am so grateful that we have these photos to relive the moment over and over again. We can not thank Aaron and Jillian enough! They made our wedding day 100x more special than it already was. They are beautiful people inside and out and we would highly recommend them to ANYONE getting married in the Charleston area!

Aaron and Jillian were the ABSOLUTE best all around. They were so fun, positive and upbeat- they literally light up a room... The bridesmaids and groomsman couldn't stop talking about how great they were and we received SO many compliments from the guests on their behalf. I'm not one who typically loves having her photo taken but they made me feel so comfortable and photos turned out AMAZING!! They didn't miss a detail and every moment was photographed!! Highly recommend for any shoot or event!!

Aaron and Jillian took our engagement and wedding pictures. They are truly talented and incredible at what they do. My husband and I tend to shy away from being the center of attention and wouldn't consider ourselves 'naturals' in front of the camera. Both times, Aaron and Jillian put us at complete ease, to the point we almost forgot they were snapping away. They are complete professionals. We had an army of a bridal party, a dog in our ceremony and some serious rain and they handled everything with ease. They bring such a positive energy to every situation. Plus they're organized and keep everyone on schedule, but with the kindest demeanor. The pictures they took are unreal. You would've thought there were ten photographers because they capture every moment so perfectly from all angles. We are thrilled that we'll have these memories documented, to share and reflect on for a lifetime. From helping me get dirt off the train of my dress, to intricately photoshopping the guests out the background of our bridal party images (we had to move to Plan B and take pics under the Lowndes Grove tent due to the rain) -- they truly go above and beyond for their clients. Aside from being amazing photographers, they are also two of the most genuine people you'll meet. We are forever grateful they were a part of our special journey and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Aaron & jillian nailed it! We started our adventure with Aaron and Jillian a year ago when we booked them (upon recommendation from our epic wedding planner: S/O Brooke Southern/Miller @ Boutique Planning) for our December Wedding. We knew we had picked the right people from day 1 when Jill asked for our love story and wanted to follow us on Instagram - it felt like they truly wanted to get to know us and understand our relationship. Our engagement pictures were included with our package and they were able to squeeze us in (during what was likely a crazy wedding season! ) for an October afternoon while we were in town for some planning. For two people that get a little “awkward” in front of a camera, Aaron and Jillian made us feel so at ease. We thought it would be so weird being all lovey-Dovey in front of other people, but they made it so fun for us and we just so enjoyed spending time with each other, and them, perusing the streets of Charleston. Jill had even reached out beforehand to check what kind of vibes we were going for - I told her cute greenery/alleyways and historic charming homes (always enchanting) and they took us to the perfect spots! We were so happy with how our engagement pictures came out and how “easy” they made it, that any anxiety we had about our pictures for the big day fell to the waist side. Fast forward to our wedding, these two really made our day so freaking special. They somehow perfectly managed to balance being completely invisible at times (capturing every image without ever interrupting or intruding), while also directing us and helping create a seamless flow for the entire day. (small side note, but I should also mention, that both Jason and my parents are divorced, so their direction during family pictures was invaluable and made our stress dissipate. ) So many guests came up to us exclaiming how wonderful our photographers were - and to think that was BEFORE they even saw the actual pictures! That was just based on their energy and personalities. Having Jillian and Aaron part of our big day was not only a joy, but sincerely a pleasure. And arguably most importantly, the pictures below speak for themselves, but between the poses, color, editing, and scenery... ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS - these guys totally crushed it. The perfect mix of candid and classic shots. We are so thankful to have these pictures to relive the memories of that special day forever. On a personal note: Aaron and Jillian, THANK YOU TWO! We know you see lots of clients, but you made us feel so special. From the small moments like chatting with Jill before the pictures of me getting into my dress with my mom/aunt, to the pictures all across Lowndes Grove plantation and downtown Charleston - we loved having you two be the ones to capture our love in hundreds of small snapshots. I quite literally can not put into words how much I adore Aaron & Jillian. They not only produce the most jaw-dropping photos you will ever see, but they are also truly wonderful people. My wedding planner highly-recommended them! A team made up of husband and wife, we were very happy that we chose Aaron & Jillian. They made everyone feel at ease. My guests raved about them. We are very happy with the end product as well! The pictures were absolutely stunning.

We truly don’t even know where to begin with writing this review. It is such a bittersweet feeling because this review means the wedding is truly over but the sweetness lies in not only the amazing photos that last forever, but the people behind the camera who captured those sweet moments. The very first impression we had from their online presence, we thought, “Wow, their photos are incredible, fresh and vibrant - AND they are husband and wife?! It can’t get better than that.” Aaron and Jill - from the MOMENT we spoke on the phone, we knew you’d be the ones taking our wedding photos! Jillian was super organized from the first conversation and explained how her and Aaron photograph a typical wedding day. She was so positive and upbeat about her passion for photography and weddings. Both my husband and I are the most indecisive people ever but we knew we were 100% certain on having them as our photographers the moment we hung up the phone! Since we are from out of state, we asked Aaron and Jillian if they’d be open to grabbing a coffee this past December while we were visiting town to get to know them before the big day. We were honored and truly humbled when they invited us over to their famous #homeonhickory for coffee rather than meeting us out (ONLY in the South would that type of hospitality happen, am I right?!) When we arrived, they greeted us with the warmest welcome, as if we’ve known them our entire life! We were so lucky to sit in their kitchen eating pastries and sipping coffee as we got to know the people who would be taking photos of our big day. They are the real life Barbie and Ken but even more beautiful and kind! I truly could chat with them for hours about all kinds of topics! As the wedding date got closer and closer, I ran a TON of silly questions past Jillian as I greatly valued her opinion. She was always super quick to respond to me, even when traveling! She always provided me with an honest answer, and her answers were never short, which just shows how much she cares for her clients. As the wedding day FINALLY arrived, I was so excited to see Aaron and Jill! They were extremely professional and calming during a very emotional day. Jill wore a dress similar to my bridesmaids dresses which I thought was so kind as it made her blend in more with the crowd - and many of my guests brought this up thinking the same thing! Aaron looked very professional as well! They truly are the definition of a power couple and work SO well together! They helped guide us in certain poses and you could tell they bounced their talents and ideas off of each other, in the most positive and professional way. They handled big groups of families of all ages very well and made everything feel so seamless. We’ve already received 2 “sneak peaks” of our photos and tears immediately filled our eyes. Aaron and Jillian know what they are doing and my advice for their future bride and grooms is to just trust them because they are the BEST! We couldn’t have asked for better photographers than Aaron and Jillian. They were the perfect duo to guide us on day one of marriage and for that I can’t thank them enough!

was unsure of how to start this review because everything from start to finish with Aaron & Jillian was a whirlwind romance. What first prompted me to choose A&J was there portfolio, but it only took being around them for 2 seconds to realize that I had made the not only the right choice, but the best choice. I am not photogenic, nor do I like being in front of a camera. Jillian made me feel so incredibly comfortable. My bridesmaids are still talking about how they want to invite her to photograph our whole lives... and when I say that I mean hang out with us every weekend. She has a way of becoming part of the group and all the while capturing EVERY SPECIAL MOMENT. Aaron was with the boys for the first part of the day and they had a blast laughing with him. My husband told me there were times he forgot that Aaron was the photographer, it felt like he was just one of the guys. Fast forward to getting all of my pictures.... LET ME JUST SAY.... I saw the album as a whole and it took my breath away. I am not sure how they managed to capture every single moment, but they did... and MORE. The pictures are something I will cherish forever and I, without a doubt, had the ABSOLUTE BEST, POWER COUPLE/PHOTOGRAPHERS. One thing that stuck out to me was how well they worked as a team. Not only are they one of the sweetest couples I have ever met, but also I consider them to be friends. They were one of the most integral parts of the most special day of my life. If you choose A&J you will not only be blown away, but rest assured that you will have the most amazing photographs and memories to last a lifetime. Aaron and Jillian are all around amazing! We were planning our Charleston wedding from Atlanta so we did a lot of research on different photographers. Immediately after looking through their portfolio, blog and social media, we knew they were EXTREMELY talented! Not only were they extremely talented, they were so organized and professional throughout the entire process... Always so quick to respond to any questions, concerns, suggestions, and were always honest in their responses! We were able to fit in our engagement session at Middleton Place a month before our wedding and that turned out to be one of the best days! They truly helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera and we were able to be ourselves, laughing the whole time. It honestly felt like a bunch of friends just hanging out in an incredibly beautiful place! The pictures turned out phenomenally and they were able to truly capture who we are as a couple! Where do I even begin? From the first time I spoke with Jillian on the phone for an interview as a possible photographer for our Charleston wedding, she put me right at ease. Her excitement over our upcoming wedding was contagious. There was no question when I got off the phone with her that day that they would be our photographers! Aaron and Jillian shot our engagement photos, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. Both my fiancé and I were nervous about being in front of the camera, but they both made us feel so comfortable and such a fun process. We got back our wedding pictures last weekend and were blown away with how they turned out. We will forever have such beautiful photos to remember our day by! I wish we could have a wedding every year, just so we could use Aaron and Jillian!! Choosing them was definitely one of best decisions in the whole wedding process!!

If you’re looking at reviews, I’m sure you’ve seen it before but Aaron and Jill are the best. They were able to make everyone so relaxed on such a long day. During our family photos, Jill somehow captured the only photos we have of both my husband and I’s grandparents smiling! That is a gift you can’t put a price on that our whole families will be forever grateful for. I’m not a girl who does her hair and makeup most days but Jill took care to remind me to throw on some lipstick and fluff my hair “just right” to make my photos better than I could have ever dreamed. Lastly, they don’t often post “Dance Floor” photos so I was a little concerned that once the lights went down our A+J quality photos might be done for the day, but I can promise you that is not the case! One in particular is of me, my bridesmaids, and our dads... I remember thinking after we lined up and they snapped the shot that we should’ve gone off the completely dark dance floor to where there was more light. I have no clue how they did it, but the pic is awesome and one we will cherish! The other “dark” picture they got for me was of the full moon we had! They were so careful to fulfill every request we had. This is a day we will reminisce on forever, and I’m so grateful for the photos to remember it by.

If you are looking for the sweetest and most genuine photographers to capture your special day, you found them! From the moment I first spoke to Jill on the phone I knew they were going to be the perfect match for our wedding day. We knew from our engagement photos (they are incredible) that we were in the best hands when it came to our big day. I am a bit of a ham in front of the camera so I knew I'd have no problems taking photos but my husband on the other hand takes a little more coaching. Crazy thing is we both felt so comfortable with them the photos were taken with ease. They captured everything we could have asked for and all of the small moments when you think no one is looking. If you are even considering Aaron and Jillian...hurry up and book them. When you get your photos back you will feel the same way we do and will be beyond happy. They far exceeded our expectations and we feel fortunate to have had them with us to capture our wedding day!

S-T-E-L-L-A-R and every other synonym sums up Aaron and Jillian ("A&J"). A&J are a true dream team! Our wedding photos are amazing! I wanted romantic, light shots and A&J over delivered. They made us very comfortable (most friendly couple ever) and gave terrific direction (made us look like we had been modeling as a couple for years). They knew all the good spots at our venue. I provided a list of special shots to A&J and they captured every single one perfectly as well as a few extra special ones that were not planned. They provided all of our photos three weeks after our wedding (give or take). I went over my budget to lock in A&J to shoot our wedding. They are worth thousands of dollar more than we paid them to shoot our wedding (seriously). Our dog was in our wedding. A&J are great at shooting dogs and rolling with whatever the dog does (and making it look great in pictures). Quality: Exceptional - Most perfect photos Responsiveness: Almost Immediately Professionalism: They have it! Value: Would have paid more Flexibility: Yes! We were so lucky to have Aaron and Jillian as our photographers for our September wedding and our engagement session in March! Their ability to put their subjects at ease is invaluable. First, they made us forget about our nerves and our engagement session turned out to be enjoyable! We were elated when we saw our photos a short time later and there was no evidence of our normally "awkward in photos" selves! Then, on our wedding day, we became even more aware we hit the wedding photographer jackpot! They were at the house where the bridesmaids were getting ready bright and early. They were organized and calm and their attitudes helped make everyone less nervous. They helped keep us on schedule, had light hearted conversations that made everyone laugh and got photos of all of the moments I requested simultaneously. Then they REALLY worked their magic at the ceremony and reception. They are so comfortable with each other and the way they joke and interact with their subjects and each other makes the smiles in their photos look VERY natural and because they ARE natural! There are a good number of our family members who make it difficult to take their photos. Without naming names, a certain family member of ours who is known for being a huge pain in photos, told me on three different occasions how great our photographers were and, I'm quoting, "the fact that Jillian isn't bad to look at helps, too." It is true that she is very pretty, but I think it's her jovial attitude and infectious smile that won over our most difficult family members. The reason, I'm focusing on Jillian is because she took a majority of the posed family photos. I'm not actually positive which photos were taken by Aaron and which by Jillian because they are both super talented and all of the photos are equally exceptional! I think Jillian told me that day that Aaron was taking the detailed shots of the venue, which were also gorgeous! I've tried to take photos of decor details without a human subject and those are often just as difficult as getting a photo of one of my cranky family members! It's not like other photographers I've seen that have an assistant with them that you aren't sure if their work will be as good as the main photographer. You get two "main photographers," both of whom are great at what they do! Also, I have to mention, Aaron and Jillian send out a questionnaire before the wedding asking for specific photos that are "must haves." After my sister's wedding photographer got about 4 photos of my mom and 2 of me, my mom and I REALLY appreciated this thoughtful questionnaire! Then on the day, they had a copy of our answers and they checked off each photo as they got it! So they definitely got every possible combination of family members we had requested plus they got so many other photos that we hadn't even thought to request. Long story short, if you want two extra guests that make your wedding more fun for everyone and they happen to be the all around best photographers - book Aaron and Jillian! You might want to check their availability before you set your date and then choose based on the days they have- they are that good! Your wedding photos are so important and you can trust Aaron and Jillian to deliver everything you imagined and so much more!

We LOVED Aaron & Jillian! Choosing Aaron & Jillian was one the BEST decisions we made in our wedding. Not only are they great photographers, but they're really friendly and nice people that you want to be around, which is so important on your big day! We chose the package with 10 hours on our wedding day + an engagement picture session. I'm so glad we did - our engagement pictures were amazing. We wanted pictures downtown in Charleston, and they know the city so well, they took us to a bunch of cute spots. Our friends & family loved our engagement pictures. Our wedding was last week, and we were blown away by their day of management. We know the pictures will be great, but we really appreciated how they managed both time & all of the people on the big day. We had some last minute schedule changes, and some oopsies (my dad went to the venue instead of coming to where I was getting ready, and I forgot the wedding bands and we had to go back and get them) and they were very calm and helpful in adjusting and letting us know what we did & did not have time for. Any time we had to make a decision because we were short on time, they let us know what our options were so we could make the choice for what photographs we wanted. One thing that we never thought of but were extremely grateful for on the day of our wedding was Aaron & Jill's ability to communicate how to get the best poses. If we were posing, Jill would tell me exactly how to turn/tweak my arm and I felt like I was in great hands knowing my pictures would come out perfect. I would hate to get pictures back and think my arm looked weird or something, and with Jill giving direction, I had no worries that was going to happen. We really can't say enough good things about Aaron & Jillian. They're photos are amazing, and just as important, they are wonderful to work with. They also travel for weddings - we would highly recommend booking them no matter where you're getting married!!

Aaron and Jill photographed our engagement session (Charleston) and dedtination wedding (Santorini, Greece). I have put off posting this review because I can't even begin to articulate how amazing these two are!!! My husband is all for camera posing - I on the other hand am not yet they managed to make me feel comfortable and captured the most beautiful pictures I have EVER seen!!! They are so sweet and fun that it truly didn't feel like a photo shoot. Our pictures could not have turned out any better! We had over 700 pictures from pur wedding alone and LOVED every single one! We would choose them again and again! Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!
