We found out a month away from our wedding that our ceremony space contract did not include chairs. This close to your wedding, the budget is not friendly for last minute add ons. ...
We reached out to a few companies to find 140 chairs available this close to the date, with a comfortable cushion, and for a reasonable price. Abbott was so quick to respond and accept the job, we were so thankful! And their price was the most competitive and pocket friendly. The chairs were delivered the day before our ceremony so no one had to rush around the day of. The white chairs looked beautiful outside and all our guests were comfortable!
Abbott Party Rental was the perfect place to rent all of our items for our outdoor wedding. They had everything we needed. We rented a tent, white garden chairs, tables, linens, li...
ghting, a stage for our band, a generator, and a trailer bathroom. We worked with Bob who was absolutely incredible. He went over the order multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed to make our day perfect. Not only was he thorough, he was also honest. We originally had an air conditioner and side walls on our invoice. He kept track of the weather and convinced us that we didn’t need those things looking ahead at the weather. This saved us a lot of money. In addition to this, he gave us other tips to help us save money and gave us suggestions that could make the experience for the guests a lot better. We appreciated his advice and loved the chance to work with him.
Setup went smooth. Doug and his crew were amazing and got everything set up in two days. We had a giant tent and a lot of equipment, so it was impressive that it only took them two days. We did have an issue with one of the tables being broken but Doug made sure to get that fixed right away by sending us a new table.
Overall, we loved our experience with Abbott Party Rental, and we highly recommend them!
Abbott Rentals was suggested to us by our caterer and they were amazing to work with for our wedding. Mainly worked with Valerie and she was always personal and easy to talk with d...
iscussing details. Even when I had to change things 2-3 times. There staff delivered everything a day earlier than we expect but between the venue coordinate & Valerie they were able to get things figured out. Valerie have good ideas for table linens based on our colors. So our cocktail linens were sage with a lavender sash and our cake table linen was lavender. They were a wonderful little pop of colors. Would definitely use them again.
Once again Abbott Party Rental provided outstanding service. We hosted a wedding in our back yard for 100 people. Bob and his team performed flawlessly. Massive tents were setup d...
ays before the event. All of the tables, linens, china, etc. were spotless (and sealed in plastic for sanitary reasons). Pickup and tear down was effortless.
Bob and his team are professionals to the core and know how to make large events stress free.
What a nightmare we had going before Abbott came along and rescued us!
Less than two weeks before my daughter's wedding, the company she had already hired, booked and PAID in adva...
nce called my daughter and told her they were going out of business and having to file bankruptcy and unfortunately they could no longer make their OBLIGATED apoointment for her! How in the world they didn't know this until 2 weeks before they were supposed to host my daughter's big event is beyond unbelievable (but I guess that is for the judge to figure out!)
Anyway, they have their own review (although what's it matter now, right?) so enough about them... let me tell you about how Abbott saved the day!
We called around in a panic...obviously...and no one could help, until we called Abbott. They understood our situation and immediately started working with me and my daughter's MOH to set everything up less than two weeks before the event. Because of them, we were able to still have everything stay as scheduled and everything went off without a single issue!.
The equipment was all beautiful and well maintained. Most items looked brand new, and the sound quality of their sound system was good enough to almost make up for the karaoke. Everything was set up and ready before the caterers arrived. The staff couldn't have been nicer, more professional or better trained.
Considering the circumstances of the situation, Abbott receives an A+++ from us just for being able to rescue my daughter's big day, but even with such short notice, they really were a high class and very professional company.
Highly recommend!
I was doing a FRANTIC search for rental place that has serving pieces. Who would have know that the platters, pitchers & serving bowls would be so hard to find? Rebecca was great t...
o work with and they had plenty of options to choose from.
We were able to rent all our stuff via emails & phone calls as they are located 120 mi from me, and it worked!
The only "snafu" came on pick up day and somehow there weren't enough platters in the right size. One phone call got the "issue" fixed to our satisfaction, and all was good!
The quality of the pieces is excellent, I especially loved the square platters!
No disappointment from me!!!
Use them with confidence!!!
We met our contact, Val when looking at a wedding location that we would ultimately pass on for another (That was suggested by Val). She became our go to on questions about local v...
endors as she's be in the business for 15+ years. We researched other companies prices and found Abbott to be the lowest on average.
Abbott Party Rental is a great company. They have a lot of colored and textured linens to choose from so you don't get stuck with just white tablecloths and they have everything yo...
u could possibly need, especially if you're having an ala carte wedding like we did where our outdoor venue was a gorgeous blank canvas. I was able to create the rock and roll wedding of my dreams thanks to Valerie and Abbot Party Rental.
I recommend renting the party lantern package; you get to choose the colors you want and they provide twelve lanterns in different sizes that really make your party pop. Ours were red, black and teal and our guests just loved them. You can also rent tents, plates, coffee urns, champagne flutes, games, dance floors and much more from them at decent prices.
You will work with Valerie, who is a pro at being a site coordinator. She can give you ideas or she will take your ideas and make your vision come true. She was always there by text, phone or email if we needed anything at all.
The only problem we ran into is when we needed to lower the price for the rentals they kept coming back with more add-ons or things they forgot. We never got down to a price that we could actually afford, and I took off one star for that, but trust me Abbott is a great company!
The rentals were the most expensive thing in our wedding and we honestly had to skip a few bills to pay for them. But such is the nature of the wedding beast. My advice is to plan to spend at least a third more than you budgeted for rentals.
When I look back at the pictures all I can think of was how it was so worth it! My wedding rocked!
I heard their prices were good, and they were! The people who work over the phone could have been more friendly, but they were accomodating, and thorough, and that's what counts! ...
We rented a HUGE tent, Tables, Chairs, Water Pitchers, Glasses, & Fans from Abbott, and they were in pretty good condition. Set-up was pretty fast considering the equipment, and the men working were friendly!
I found this place online and I’m glad I did. They were very helpful on suggesting ideas how I could save money and still have the event I wanted.
We rented lovely white chairs, wine glasses, champagne flutes and an old fashioned popcorn machine & stand!!! They delivered the day before and picked up the day after our wed...
ding. They were kind and patient and very very helpful in helping us figure out everything we needed.
