I found my dress on the second trip. You have the whole shop to yourself during your appointment, and I never felt like I was being pushed or persuaded to make a decision. They don’t have in-house alterations but they made great recommendations and even gave me a discount card for the place I ended up going for alterations.

My only critique is that we were told we should order the custom sizing for an extra $200, and when the dress came in it was not fit to me as it had been implied. I understand this is not their fault, and falls mainly on the designer, but I would recommend it not be suggested if it does not come in fitting. Besides this, I absolutely loved that it is a small business and that you are the only bride in there, it made the experience so special.

person! My dad was very ill when I was starting to look at wedding dresses, and I was unable to go to boutiques to look at dresses. Abigail Bride not only let us try on dresses at home, but they also came and helped me try on the dresses! It is something that is unheard of in this industry. I made sure that when I was going to buy my dress, I had to buy from them because of this amazing gesture. They gave me the greatest gift - I was able to try on dresses with both of my parents there and my dad got to see me in my wedding dress. There are no words to describe what a special experience this was.

veil for my 3rd daughter, she ended up with a beautiful customized veil, by Emily (the Owner). Emily has an eye for fashion and is very artistic... Because of such a great experience, my 4th daughter wanted to purchase her dress there. Both Emily and Gail were there at the appointment, and it was the best experience ever! We could actually look through the dresses!!! Yesterday we went to pick up her Wedding Dress, and yet again, another great experience with Gail and Bridget. I will tell you that Abigail's service, communication, promptness, easy-going attitude, great advice, and no pressure was 100% seamless. My heart was fulfilled when I saw how happy my daughter was, knowing what her 3 sisters went through at other bridal stores. They all got to experience the vast difference in Abigail's Bridal. I want to share my experience with everyone I know, because Abigail's are worth coming in for. They have a lot of offer!

u want to kick off your shoes and relax and enjoy the moment. When I accompanied my oldest daughter to her bridal appointments, they seemed to rush you and made you feel you are just a number. My youngest is getting married in seven short months. This could be a bit stressful. To add to this, she did not have a clear vision on what silhouette dress she was looking for. I though for sure she couldn’t find a dress in one night. I didn’t realize the appointment was ninety-minutes. Most salons only give you an hour, so it was a pleasant surprise. Emily and her staff are very patient and so accommodating. My daughter tried on the different style dresses until the decision on the silhouette was made. Once Emily got my daughters vibe, she nailed it!!! Emily found her the perfect dress! She gave us ideas without being pushy in any way. You could tell they love what they do, and they do it well! The happy tears and champagne were flowing. I would highly recommend Abigail’s. Thank you, Abigail’s, for making one stressed out mother of the bride a lot less anxious! Also, a girl that I work with on another floor came up to show us her wedding gown. The picture was of her in one of the gowns that my daughter tried on and I recognized the room. It was from Abigail’s. She also loved her experience there!

I would absolutely recommend them, and I'm already trying to figure out a reason to go back in and do some more shopping (anniversary dress???).

ess. But, that quickly turned around when I went to Abigail Bride! The vibe is so relaxing, the space is beautiful, and the staff is so welcoming. So many of the dresses fit my vision of a unique bohemian look. I immediately fell in love with the Made With Love line they carry there. My dress consultant, Lex, was so helpful and let me walk around the shop picking as many dresses as I wanted to ensure I was happy with my choice. In the end, I did go with a MWL dress and couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

a similar negative experience. However, Emily & Gail were WONDERFUL. They let me come in (after having to cancel prior due to a family illness) with my MOH and friend. I was able to shop around, try on stunning gowns and felt so special. I explained that my mom was sick with cancer and recovering from a very invasive surgery. They knew I wanted to look and come back with my mom when she was able to. They helped me find the one and allowed me to come back with my mom so we could have that experience together as well. They were attentive, listened to what I was interested in and helped me navigate something I never thought I would experience. I would absolutely recommend Abigail to anyone looking for dresses that are not as traditional, but absolutely stunning. I found my dream dress there, and my wedding song played when I tried it on for the first time - talk about a sign! When I went back to pick up the dress with my friend, they were just as excited and just as helpful as the first time I met them. I honestly can't say enough lovely things about Abigail & I love my dress!

re were many people around that I felt like I was being watched. Abigail bride has dresses that are completely unique and hard to find and that totally fit my vision. While I was there my crew and I were the only ones in the shop. We didn't feel rushed, I felt understood, and it seemed like Emily joined in my experience not just to make a sale but because she truly cared. She made me feel so comfortable even though I was nervous about my body in some of the dresses, and when I found my dream dress, I truly felt like she was genuinely excited for me. They talked me through everything, and kept me updated on the progress when there was a delay in production, and even though the pandemic they were gracious and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I could not recommend anyone else!
