About Thyme Catering

I can't begin to express how beyond amazing About Thyme is. They catered my wedding in Beverly Hills for 150 - my family and closest friends. This group knows the best, and I now feel we hired the best, our coordinator to the florist, but everyone talked about the food and how did this Catering Company pull this off? Nobody does menus like this for a catered event. I have been smiling for weeks, just got back from my honeymoon, and had to write this review! We had a served dinner with choices of Grilled Rib-eye with a Blueberry, Bourbon Glaze, or Sea- Bass with a Saffron Orange Glaze BOTH WERE PERFECTION! Fresh Pea Risotto - perfection! I don't know how they did it for 150 guests, very difficult. I wanted Brussels Sprouts charred with garlic- and it was the best i have had! They even did a Champagne Sorbet Course with lemon poached berries- OMG! My favorite passed appetizer was the Pistachio pesto- Ricotta Crostini with a red onion jam- where do they come up with this stuff? My deepest Thank you to John, Michael, Rojika, Jill, and everyone at About Thyme, I will never forget you, and look forward to when I can use you again.
