Working with Selina for our wedding on April 24th at Giracci Vineyard was an absolute pleasure. From our first consultation through the final moments of our celebration, she demons...
trated the qualities that make her company name so fitting.
Selina was thoughtful in every interaction—she listened carefully to our vision and preferences, and genuinely cared about bringing them to life. Her attentiveness to detail meant nothing was overlooked, and her clear communication kept us informed and confident every step of the way. She made what could have been overwhelming decisions feel manageable and even enjoyable.
What really stood out was her willingness to go the extra mile. When we met with her at the rental company for our design appointment, the process was seamless—a testament to the strong relationships she's built in the industry. And when we discovered on the day of the wedding that they didn't have enough chairs for our guest count, Selina didn't hesitate. She solved the problem with the same grace and professionalism she'd shown throughout the entire planning process, ensuring our day flowed perfectly.
My husband and I both loved working with her. She made what could be a stressful process feel like a partnership, and our wedding day was better because of her expertise and dedication.
I highly recommend Selina and Above and Beyond Events. If you're planning a wedding, you're in excellent hands!

day.) She handled confirming all the vendors beforehand, the rehearsal, and made everything go smoothly on the day of our wedding. Since she was in charge of our catering as well, it was a seamless day. We cannot recommend Selina at Above and Beyond Events enough!

ream wedding was executed flawlessly.
Selina is incredibly detail oriented and followed up on all tasks that came from our various check ins leading up to the wedding. A month before our wedding she took over a vast majority of all dealings with the vendors. I felt incredibly at ease knowing that she was on top of everything, and provided sound advice when we felt lost or had questions. If I listed our everything she did that impressed me this would be a 20 page review.
I did not encounter Katelyn until the day of the wedding, but we were quickly impressed. From setting up wedding decorations to fixing groomsmen boutonnieres and everything in between, she went beyond our expectations to make sure the wedding party had what they needed and the venue was transformed into our vision.
Words cannot express how truly grateful we are for all the effort Selina and Katelyn put into our wedding. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but it would not have come together without their guidance and expertise. All of our guests had so much fun and we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding to the fullest with Above and Beyond running the show.

s respond in a reasonable amount of time, so that wasn't an issue for me. Selina was able to resolve all the logistical hiccups quickly and efficiently on our special day. We were able to rest easy and enjoy our day knowing that she was taking care of everything, and several of our other vendors even commented on how amazing she was. Selina is also very sweet and easy going, making working with her even more enjoyable. I would definitely hire her again to coordinate another event!

x up with my seating chart and Selina assured me they would figure it out and handle it not to worry and they honestly did. When we got to the reception Ashley and the girls were literally the best. My new husband and I both agree they were the best investment we made on our wedding day they were absolute angels. They made sure our day went so smooth. They helped keep my anxiety low and helped me have a great time. After our first dances they made sure we got to have all the food we paid for and the drinks. They constantly checked in bringing us drinks and food being sure we got to experience it all. They did a great job handling both sets of parents when issues arose. I honestly had no idea if anything went wrong. They were constantly reassuring and handled everything. They helped out wedding be the best night of our lives. If you're planning a wedding...hire them! I can't drive it home enough that you won't regret it. They helped decorate my reception so I could enjoy my day. Kept track of my timeline, my gifts, everything. My dad went so so smooth. I highly highly recommend!!!! And Selina is so easy to work with when I first inquired with her she helped me find a package that worked for my husband and our budget for what we needed. They are awesome.
