everything was beautifully done down to the tiniest details. The staff was attentive and it was a wonderful event thanks to the venue. The getting ready rooms for the bride and groom were stocked with beautiful snacks and it was delightful. I am grateful for the Hilton Garden Inn as it also provided hotel space for all our out of town guests.

Lory, our Sales Manager, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and did everything in her power to make sure our vision was executed exactly as we had hoped. The staff was both professional & attentive and we haven't stopped receiving texts from friends and family in regards to how beautiful the room looked and most importantly, how good and plentiful the food was. Hosting a party at Above was seamless and to say that it exceeded my expectation on many levels would be a tremendous understatement. The hotel and ballroom are absolutely gorgeous, and the food was plentiful, beautifully presented, and delicious. What truly makes Above an exceptional venue, however, is the staff. From the front desk to the catering and restaurant teams to housekeeping, every single person was attuned to guest service. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and whenever something unexpected arose, it was handled seamlessly and graciously. We could not have been more pleased and are deeply grateful for the role the Above Ballroom and Staten Island Hilton played in making this day so memorable. Highly recommend.

very personable and accommodating to every aspect of our party. She answered every concern with utmost professionalism. All my guests from New York, New Jersey and even Florida said it was a " Top Notch" affair. The meals - beef short ribs, salmon and chicken Bruschetta were all very delicious. The antipasto platters were plentiful. Mike, our maitre'd was very accommodating. We wouldn't have had our party anywhere else. incredible team. Our bridal attendant, Jackie, was absolutely amazing. She made sure everything was taken care of on the day of, from ensuring I had food between the ceremony and cocktail hour to sending us home with every meal from our wedding so we could enjoy it again the next day. She went above and beyond and made me feel so cared for throughout the day. The bridal suite was another highlight—it provided ample space for my family and makeup artists to get ready comfortably, and ABOVE made it available to us even the night before the wedding. That level of thoughtfulness and flexibility is uncommon compared to other venues we looked at, and it made the entire experience even more special. The planning process with Alessandra, our coordinator, was just as wonderful. She kept every detail organized, ensured all vendors were in the loop, and made sure we could relax and actually enjoy the lead-up to our big day. The food was outstanding—our guests are still talking about the abundance of options during cocktail hour and the delicious dinner. The staff at ABOVE was also incredible. Guests shared how bartenders remembered their drinks and had them ready at the bar, and the wait staff went out of their way to make sure everyone felt taken care of. They even prepared takeaway dessert bags for older guests who needed to leave early, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, ABOVE completely blew us away. The food, the staff, the beautiful suite, and the planning support exceeded every expectation and made our wedding day absolutely unforgettable. We opted for the "Rooftop Rendezvous" package, and it was just brilliant. The concept of passed food throughout the evening, instead of a traditional sit-down formal dinner, was not only unique but also really engaging and fun for everyone. The food itself was absolutely delicious, with every bite a treat. Our family and friends have been calling us for over a week, praising the "fun and unique concept" and, of course, raving about the fantastic food and everything about that bar! They provided everything we needed, from a bridal party room to get ready in to a private space for the bride and groom to enjoy a meal together. They also went above and beyond to accommodate all of our cultural and religious needs, making the day seamless and stress-free. A special shout-out to Jennifer, the amazing wedding planner who guided us through everything from start to finish, and to Matt and Jackie, the attendants who were always nearby to make sure we had everything we needed. ter the weekend we got engaged, and I dealt with Jennifer. SHE WAS WONDERFUL! She made me feel like planning my wedding for four months down the road was no sweat! It was like we hired a wedding planning without actually hiring a wedding planner! Jennifer made the whole experience enjoyable! The day of the wedding, the team was FANTASTIC! Shout out to Jackie, our bridal attendant. Anything we needed, she made happen! The guests were extremely impressed with the venue, especially the food. One guest recently said "the only thing wrong with your wedding was that there was too much food at the cocktail hour!" I'll take that kind of "negative" feedback any day! Overall it was an amazing day, with fond memories, all thanks to the team at Above. Book your wedding on Staten Island, at Above!

hat more can a parent ask for in response to the first thing said when the Sweet 16 was done. I also recommend partners in sound, the house Dj as they were amazing as well. The food is still being complemented on as I’m getting calls and texts after the party Venue. The Photos, slideshow of my daughter from when you walk in, to the elevator, to the huge screen made the night great as well ! Loved cocktail reception. Loved the outdoor fire pits. Loved they accommodated our Adam Sandler theme. The ABOVE rooftop Hilton, WAS top notch!!! Mr. and Mrs. Nicotra even popped in as a guest appearance, and I complemented them on their staff and party as well. I can’t say enough about this venue and all we worked with.

She brought our vision to reality. She helped us every step of the way. We can not thank her enough. We lucked out with gorgeous weather in December and were able to take advantage of the beautiful grounds the Nicotras created here. We would like to thank the entire team that helped make our day perfect. Jenn, our bridal attendant, became family that day. She is a gem and was there for anything we needed. She made sure we were able to enjoy cocktail hour and even eat! Matthew, our Maître d', was exceptional. He was attentive and ensured that everything ran smoothly. we made the mindful decision to postpone our wedding; not once, but twice. We worked closely with Jennifer Finch through all of the changes to ensure our day was as magical as possible; and that it was. There wasn't a single request that Jennifer, Jackie (Bridal Attendant), Tom (maître d') and the staff of the Above did not meet. My husband and I were treated with the utmost hospitality. We did not have to worry about a single thing, the team had everything covered. The staff at the Above work beautifully together and truly create unforgettable experiences.
