I can’t say enough great things about Lulu and the Above the Rest team and the absolutely stunning arrangements they created for my son and daughter in law’s wedding! Every bouquet, centerpiece, and floral detail was a work of art – they truly captured the vision we had in mind and then made it even better. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly arranged. Their attention to detail was incredible, and everything came together beautifully. The team was professional, easy to work with, and really understood how to bring our ideas to life. They helped make our wedding the most magic night of our life! The attention to details was unmatched. From florals, to decor, to vendor handling — Not a worry in the world as I approached the wedding. Where to start with this business. Lulu, Lauren, and Amanda are not only fantastic people, they are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their job. I did one of the more expensive packages, which they adjusted to what I already had done and didn’t need, and added on what I did. I threw a lot of curveballs at them since April of 2023. They were with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. The relationship I formed with them felt personal and like they really devoted time and effort into my event. I never felt like they were too busy with other clients or like there was something more important than ME. They kept me afloat the entire time, and especially the last 5 months before the wedding. I can be very intense and anxious, but they never made me feel like a “bridezilla”. They made me feel confident and on the day of the wedding, I didn’t have to worry about a damn thing. Everyone had instructions on what to do and where to go. I wasn’t rushed due to a changed timeline (weather pushed things back) as they worked with other vendors to adapt with the changed in a flawless manner. It was so easy working with these three and especially Amanda who was my main planner. She is so sweet and truly made my wedding the best day ever! I cannot recommend this crew enough if you want assistance on what to do. They are up to date on everything and are literally an email/text away! They work with other vendors very well and don’t nickel and dime you into debt (this is SO IMPORTANT to be weary of)! They charge a fair price for what you receive and edit the invoice accordingly. I truly couldn’t have asked for better and have no regrets spending the extra money on these ladies. Last pitch is that they support Law Enforcement!! They get being busy and helped me as much and as little as I needed. I also used them for décor and florals which was perfect! These ladies truly care about YOU and YOUR PARTNER and show so much professionalism handling events. Fantastic business and fantastic people.

Lulu and Lauren’s professionalism, timeliness in responses, and knowledge were nothing short of impressive! We were so happy to have them as apart of our wedding team and especially appreciated their involvement on the day of our wedding! We couldn’t have coordinated it ourselves. They helped us with everything from start to finish and it truly made our day run so smoothly! I highly recommend them for wedding planning. They are great!!!

My flowers and centerpieces were gorgeous! This is a full service company, they went above and beyond! I highly recommend them for your wedding, I was greeted by them at my venue, they put my mind at ease, absolutely fabulous! I messaged them last minute for last minute details and they delivered!!!

From the first phone call, they are excited to help plan your event and this excitement continues throughout the planning process until they see it through to success. They always have great ideas and inspiration to share. They are pleasant, positive and professional every step of the way. Above the Rest Events can connect you with great vendors, answer your questions and help keep you on track. They provide honest guidance and direction for any bride-to-be and/or mother of the bride. With Lauren, Lulu, Amanda and Alexis on-site at my daughter’s wedding, I could relax and enjoy every moment, confident that they had every detail covered. They work so well with the vendors and the venue to assure that everything moves smoothly from start to finish. Lulu is also a fantastic florist! The bridal and bridesmaid bouquets were so pretty! She included the colors and flowers that my daughter had requested and they were perfect for her spring wedding. The table arrangements she designed were also fabulous. Lulu designed a beautiful flower wall, which was a terrific backdrop for the bridal table and perfect for photos, too. They are wonderful in every way! But I already knew that because I had used Above the Rest Events to help plan my older daughter’s wedding several years ago. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them then, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them for the past year. They are awesome!!!

Above the Rest Events was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. Leading up to the day, they were there every step of the way. The day of the wedding... wow! It was so great to have them by our side the whole day so my husband and I didn't have to worry about assigning tasks to our family and friends. From having them hold my train on my dress while we were walking to each photo location, to making sure everything was running smoothly and on time, to making sure my husband and I were fed and had a drink in our hands, they covered all bases. We were able to enjoy our day to the fullest thanks to Above the Rest!

I could go on and on about how amazing these ladies are. From the moment they stepped in, I felt relaxed and supported. Our dream wedding came true and we couldn’t have done it without Lulu and Lauren! Their passion truly shows in their work. They managed to support and resolve a dress drama the day before the wedding while busy with many other things. On our wedding day we didn’t have to do a thing but show up and have fun. Lulu and Lauren checked on us throughout the night to make sure my husband and I were having the best day ever! They are fantastic and some of the kindest ladies you could ever meet. Our entire family loved them. We would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel taken care of, wants to work with someone extremely professional, and wants their dream wedding to come to life! I hired ATR events for month of wedding planning and my only regret is that I didn’t hire them sooner for the full planning. Lulu and Lauren were such a delight to work with throughout the entire process and were easily accessible during the critical weeks up until my wedding. They truly care for each individual bride and whatever needs they may have. With a guest count of 200 I always thought that on my wedding day something was going to go wrong and it never did. There is no way the day would have run as smoothly as it did without Lulu there putting out fires and making us feel so at ease. Our day was perfect and magical and it was all thanks to this wonderful team! My husband and I both agree that hiring them was the best purchase in our wedding planning. We are so beyond thankful!! If you’re still looking for a planner I can 100% guarantee that ATR is the planner for you. You won’t regret it :)

Lulu and Lauren were absolutely incredible. I do not live in the keys and they were able to help me out with so many suggestions about everything wedding. They always stayed on top of everything and kept it all organized. They also were great at staying in contact with the vendors at all times. The day of the wedding they were just amazing. They treated my family and I like there own and they kept the wedding going so smoothly. As the bride I was able to relax and enjoy myself and they always made sure I had a drink in my hand! These ladies did such a phenomenal job with my youngest daughter's wedding in January 2022 that we could not even think of hiring anyone else for my oldest daughter's wedding in November 2022. They know how to handle all of the details so effectively and efficiently and always with tremendous grace and charm. They are really fun to work with, very responsive and always remain calm and reassuring throughout the process.

Lauren and Lulu get things done! We worked with Above the Rest for our month of coordination. We had a TON of timeline changes, but Lauren and Lulu took everything in stride and made sure all of our last-minute desires and changes were accounted for. Above the Rest Events was such a pleasure to work with. I had my venue selected already and Lauren and Lulu helped me with everything else! They gave me such helpful guidance and made all of our meetings and calls fun. My mom and I felt so comfortable working with Lauren and Lulu and on my big day they were there for me in every way possible. My wedding was beautiful and exactly what I envisioned. I used them for my florals and rentals as well which helped streamline the process. My florals and table-scapes were SO STUNNING. Lulu took my inspo photos and made them even better than I could've imagined! They are truly experts and keep the entire experience low stress. Their team is amazing too and I have already referred multiple friends to the Above the Rest team.

Above the Rest Events (ATRE) hit every mark for our daugher's destination wedding. I can't thank Lulu and Lauren enough for everything they did to make it "the best day" of my daughter's life. Living out of state, we had to put all of our faith in their hands. They are professional, kind and reassuring...always available for questions. We told them what we had in mind for our florals and they were exactly as I had envisioned. The wedding day went smoothly with their timelines and everyone had an amazing time at the reception. Lulu and Lauren were great! They were very flexible and patient with me and my type A personality! The day came out absolutely amazing! The way they handle themselves and how they put everything together perfectly blew my mind! I not once went unattended as they were with me every step of the way making sure I was taken care of! My fiancé and I were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner but we knew on the day of we wanted to be able to enjoy our special day with our friends and family instead of worrying about the logistics. And we did just that! We decided to hire Above the Rest Events and we are SO glad we did. Everything went SO smoothly! If there were any issues, we were never made aware and they were taken care of unbeknownst to us. Lauren and Lulu were the dream team, coordinating everything with all our vendors. They were so sweet, we felt 100% comfortable with them, and they were so easy to work with. Anything we needed or any questions we had - they were there. Our families were so impressed how smoothly the wedding went and how organized the planners were with the entire event from start to finish. I highly recommend them! Lauren & Lulu were incredible to work with. They did a great job of navigating contracts, working with the vendors, and offering invaluable opinions/ideas when making decisions (and were 100% on board with any decision we made). They also did our flowers, which came out absolutely GORGEOUS. I can't imagine going through this without them. They not only understood our vision, but they improved on it. Lulu and Lauren were the absolute dream team. I can’t imagine the month before my wedding or the actual day without them. They made sure everything ran smoothly, they were so organized and they allowed us to just relax and enjoy the day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, this is your sign to hire above the rest. My entire family was impressed with them both and we got soooo many complements on just how great the day went. We couldn’t have done it without them. I had a destination wedding. They handled and picked all my vendors (who all were amazing), handled details, decorations, everything! They listened and were super responsive. I had a few hard requests that they got super creative on and made it happen! They truly gave me & my husband our dream wedding, it was perfect! We got everything we wanted and more, we are beyond happy!

Lulu & Lauren were so fantastic to work with! We postponed our wedding two times due to covid and they were SO accommodating to work with our schedules. We used their services for the day of event planning which includes 30 days leading up to the wedding! This service is so useful if you’re already very organized, clear on what vendors your want and just need help during the wedding. They immediately took over all communication with our vendors and made it such a seamless transition. They were available to text, call and answer any of my concerns the month leading up to the wedding. I had no idea how much I needed their help until they started. They are both extremely organized and really great at making sure the night runs smoothly. The wedding could not have happened without them and we are so grateful for all their help and kindness! They had a smile on their face all night long and even took our dog out on a walk during the reception! Truly above and beyond any help we could have ever asked for. I cannot recommend their services enough from full event planning to day of, they will have you covered and then some!

I don't know where to start. I'm not sure if I can even put all my gratitude into this review! Lulu and Lauren were nothing short of amazing! They made sure I got exactly what I wanted and helped my special day to be perfect. They stuck to my vision, dealt with all my stress and craziness with a breeze, and even made sure I was given appetizers in between my photo sessions! Besides from their great customer service, they both are genuinely beautiful people inside and out. I'm so honored to have met them. I feel like I knew them all my life! It's crazy because just from that one day, my wedding day, they will forever hold a special place in my heart. I literally love these two and will recommend them to any and everyone I can. I hired Above the Rest Events for day-of coordination, and I could not be more thrilled with the work Lourdes and Lauren did for my wedding. Not only were they incredibly kind and caring—going as far to ensure my wine glass was always topped off during the reception!—but they were extremely professional, organized and communicative, too. Where do we begin with Lauren and Lourdes....wow! Do not get married without them on your team!!!! We hired ATRE for month of coordination. This means that you find and hire all your vendors, and hand over the reigns during the month before your wedding. When it was time to get rolling, we had a seamless transition over to them. They just hit the ground running setting the timeline and expectations for the wedding day with all the vendors. We also hired them for floral services, and everything was GORGEOUS. On our wedding day, we only had one thing to worry about - taking it all in! Lauren and Lourdes made sure every detail was as we envisioned, kept in contact with our Best Man and Maid of Honor, and even made sure we had drinks in hand for our cocktail hour photo session. They were simply a dream and our wedding would not have been the perfect day it was without them. We felt like we have known them our entire lives and that they were not vendors but VIP guests. Thank you so much for making our day perfect!!!

WOW, ok, where do I start? These ladies were sent from wedding planning HEAVEN! I didnt think I needed a planner and wow was I wrong! I started the process on my own and then quickly realized I wasnt going to be able to make this as perfect as I wanted it to be. This is where the ATRE team stepped in and took over. I live out of state and was able to hire them for planning AND as my florist and they helped me with linens and specialty chairs and just made everything so gorgeous and perfect and took care of everytihng for me so I didnt have to worry about hiring so many different companies! It was better than I could have ever imagined! They helped me with everything from wording on my invitations, created the most amazing timeline, kept me calm when things got rough, answered every question I had all the way to fixing my dress on the dace floor to making sure I had a drink in my hand the whole night. I literally cannot say enough about these amazing ladies! Thank you sooooo much for caring about us and our families and for making our wedding day BEYOND PERFECT!! We owe it all to you!!

My husband and I are from North Dakota and had a destination wedding in Florida. Planning a wedding is stressful, but it can be especially stressful when you don’t live in the same state! The second we found Above the Rest Events, our stress went away. We used them for our wedding planning and our florals/decorations. For the wedding planning, Lourdes instantly made us feel at ease, and it felt as if we’ve been friends for years. She was so willing to take our late night text messages, emails, and phone calls. Their organization and attention to details swept our worries away. Every recommendation they made for our other vendors were incredible. We honestly wouldn’t have changed a single vendor. Lourdes and Lauren took care of all the details with the vendors which allowed us to be fully in the moment for the day of the wedding. For the decorations and florals, we were absolutely blown away. We told them our colors and our style, and we trusted them with the rest. What they created was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. The venue decorations were exactly what we were hoping for (and more!). The flowers were delicate and beautiful. They made sure every little detail from the wedding arch to the table centerpieces were perfect. Our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful it was. Lourdes and Lauren were there the whole day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our wedding was the most incredible day of our lives, and we have Above the Rest Events to thank for making it a dream come true!!

Lulu and Lauren are top notch- Lulu was our florist and OMG...the flowers were breath taking. She worked with my budget and we tweaked things along the way to fit my vision. Other florists charge at least double what they do. All I had to do was send her pictures and she matched it to a TEE! She is the sweetest person to work with, always answered any questions quickly and made my special day breathtaking. You can't go wrong with these two sisters.

Tips for hiring a wedding florist.. Hire Above the Rest Events! It is such a relief to have wonderful vendors during a stressful wedding planning process. Above the Rest definitely was one of them. Lourdes and her team was beyond accommodating, and patient! She took her time, she took my vision and executed it perfectly. I was blown away by my floral on my wedding day. She has the sweetest personality, and I felt like I had gained a new friend by the time our wedding happened. I would recommend her to any of my family or friends with no hesitation. She was so understanding, and she was the only one who would work with me wanting to do some of my own floral projects. I was denied by others who told me "It wouldn't be worth it" for them to take on my minimal needs. I was so happy to have found her as I started to get a little discourage. She was completely fine with me wanting to keep my floral budget down. Above the Rest Events is an amazing company that really understands what it means to be a bride, and the stress that comes along with it. I appreciate everything they did. Thank you a million times!

Lourdes and Lauren are a bundle of calmness, excitement, fun and business all in one. They are honest, they are experienced and they really know what they are doing when it comes to helping make a vision come true.They helped plan our wedding and made our dream become a reality. Seeing everything the day of and not having to worry about a single thing is the best feeling. I would recommend these girls to anyone getting married. They also do floral so it was literally a one stop shop and went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. They were in contact with us anytime we needed and they worked amazingly with all of my other vendors. My husband and I would do our wedding all over again and not change a single thing about that day. It was literally a dream come true.
