I can’t recommend Abram Event Venue enough. My husband and I got married here in August 2024 and everything about this venue was perfect. Suzie is AMAZING to work with. She made the whole wedding process so much easier with her advice, knowledge of vendors, and tips on how to have a smooth wedding day! The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL! We only had minimum decor because the venue is decor within itself. We had been concerned about air conditioning with having an August wedding but all of our guests were very pleased with having such a cool and comfortable space for the reception. This venue has a perfect balance between freedom to create your own dream wedding but also rules to help the day run smooth. Our coordination company has worked hundreds of weddings and even said this venue sticks out in their mind as one of the best. You won’t regret getting married at Abram Event Venue!

Suzie was so helpful throughout the entire wedding process! The venue was beautiful. Couldn’t recommend this venue enough. We are so lucky we got to use it!

I would recommend Abram Event Venue to anyone and everyone! I got married there 1 week ago and I could not have asked for a better venue or venue owner. Suzie was extremely accommodating and was very efficient when getting back to me when I had a question. She’s very knowledgeable about the wedding business and was able to make my day run perfectly! We did not have a single hiccup and I give Suzie all the credit! She is the kindest, sweetest soul who genuinely cares for her guests and it shows. We had 8 bridesmaids and 8 groomsmen and there was still plenty of space in the brides and grooms suites for loved ones and hair and make up. Suzie is AMAZING and I recommend Abrams to everyone looking for a beautiful, clean, updated, yet rustic feel wedding venue!

Cannot say enough great things about Abrams! Suzie is very helpful from initial booking interest to after the wedding, very organized and detailed. Their venue is gorgeous on its own but they also provide additional decorations and assistance to make the event even better. The inside area is lovely but having the porch added so much space for guests with the weather being nice that day. Their staff for the night of was also very easy to work with and accommodating. We booked our caterer separate & when I mentioned the location they were thrilled because of the wonderful kitchen setup Abrams provides. Suzie also did our day of coordinating and made the day a breeze. If there were any issues or hiccups I never knew! Worth every penny!!!

Abram Farm was the venue my wife and I selected for our wedding, and we could not have been happier. Upon our first meeting with the owner we could tell that she genuinely loved what she does and wanted us to have the best experience possible. She more than proved this to be true as she was always quick to communicate with us if we had any questions or concerns, and was always willing to work with us to make our day as special as possible. Our situation was unique and the owners showed their willingness even more when the pandemic hit, and we thought we would never have the day we had wanted. However, Abram Farm allowed us to have a sooner date and experience a truly amazing day with our families. Every service provided was 100% top notch

Abram Farm is an amazingly beautiful venue that has everything all in one place! We really loved how beautiful the ceremony site was, and how it overlooked a lake and was surrounded by trees. It was also really nice to have a place that the bride and groom could both get ready that was spacious for both groups. Suzie, the owner, was extremely nice. She also made the bar portion of our wedding very easy as she had everything we needed on site.

Beautiful barn venue close to Bloomington that has AC, high ceilings, large outdoor area with a lake, and a lot of items that you can use including tables and chairs. I was able to have the wedding of my dreams here. Easy communication with the owner. I would recommend highly but know that it will be very hands on and expensive planning process as you'll have to order your own bartenders if you want more than 2, catering, glassware, cleaning, bar backs, extra tables, alcohol, etc. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the extra cost and effort required to have our wedding here, although it was worth it in the end. Note that you will have to order alcohol through the vendor which was very expensive as well.

Suzie was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Abram Farm is definitely a one stop shop - we wanted one venue for both the ceremony and reception. We loved being able to get ready up in the lofts, one designated for the bride and the other for the groom. The grounds where we did our outdoor ceremony were beautiful and everyone loved the inside of the barn. The air conditioning was definitely a plus as it was a very hot and humid day when we got married. You are able to pick your own caterer and DJ. Abram Farm does have their own liquor license and we were able to do kegs of beer to cut down on the cost. We would definitely recommend this venue for your special day!
