Absolute was amazing! We had Kevin as our MC and Sal as our DJ. We were happy that Sal was so excited to play my husbands EDM playlist. Both guys were fun, kind, and kept the party going! Couldn’t be happier!

We had Gordon from Absolute Entertainment and he did an AMAZING job!! Highly recommend him. Everyone had a blast and the night went perfectly.

DJ wasn't very responsive to email. The Day Of he was just OK. Not the best DJ I have experienced at a wedding.

Absolute Entertainment was amazing! They were willing to work with me from the beginning and I got demos from 3 different DJs before deciding to go with Gordon and I'm so happy that we did! He did an AMAZING job, he listened to everything that we wanted and easily filled in any vague gaps we may have given by just saying "love songs". The reception was awesome and nobody wanted to get off the dance floor and Gordon was more than willing to keep the party going. If anyone is looking for a great affordable DJ, Absolute Entertainment is the way to go.

Ken was excellent in all aspects of the planning and execution of our wedding. From making sure that he had the exact version of specific songs to guiding us through song selections, Ken kept the focus on us and what we wanted. He was friendly, honest, professional, and responsive. Ken did the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and the music for every part was exactly what we wanted. Ken kept the dance floor packed from the time it opened until we were literally kicked out of the tent! I would highly recommend hiring Ken and Absolute Entertainment for any event.

DJ Peter was awesome!!! He was a great MC and kept everyone on the dance floor. He worked with us before our wedding to help us choose songs for all the events (procession, recession, dances, cake cutting, ect). He made sure everything was set up perfect so music was enjoyed all over the large outdoor venue. My husband loves mashups and Peter is very good at them and has a large collection. I highly recommend DJ Peter at Absolute Entertainment!

Gordon was amazing! Our dance floor was packed the whole time and we got so many compliments. he made our night so much fun and we are very thankful for AE and Gordon!

DJ Kim Brannan did an incredible job from start to finish! Working with Absolute Entertainment was so easy and they kept us organized throughout the planning process. Kim played exactly the right music at the right times, made sure we stayed on schedule, and kept the energy going on the dancefloor all night long (just like we asked her to). She checked in with me throughout the night to make sure things were going well and I was satisfied with the flow. Our guests loved the music and the party atmosphere. I would highly recommend Kim and Absolute Entertainment!!

How Absolute Entertainment almost ruined my wedding. So, I should start by saying how I was lured in by the personable phone conversation I had with Gordon Thorn in May. My fiancé and I went to the building in Hanover and were so impressed by his demeanor and sound test. He told us that he had availability for our wedding date and we signed a contract with Absolute the same day! He even gave us a discount because we were both teachers. Then the nightmares started. About two months later, we received a phone call from Gordon notifying us that he was not going to be able to play our reception, but he assured us that he had another DJ who was available. Once again, we drove out to Hanover to hear the other DJ. We got another contract for the same price and were finally content that everything would work out. We were told that we had until August 29th to pay to receive the "pay in full" discount. We sent our check in on August 24th and noticed that it had not been deducted from our account by Sept 1. We called to make sure that they had received our check; they had. Apparently, they were waiting to deposit the check because THE DJ HAD BACKED OUT. ONCE AGAIN, WE WERE WITHOUT A DJ FROM ABSOLUTE. By this point, my ceremony date was fewer than 30 days away. My biggest concern is not that we were without a DJ but that no one from the company had bothered to call us. We called to inquire about our check and were given this information. Absolute told us that they would have the problem resolved by the end of the week. Labor Day weekend came and went with no response from them. I called and left messages last week and received no call backs at all. Finally, this evening, we received a call from them. I have no idea what they wanted. The $1300 check we sent them has long been cancelled. My wedding is in 19 days, and I can't imagine what they could have had to say. This could have been a nightmare. They obviously didn't want my business. Don't give them yours.

I had Ryan from AE and he was great. Played some great throwbacks that everyone loved. He made the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception great. The only complaint I have is that I told him not too many mash ups and he played quite a few. He didn't really take song requests even from me the bride. Overall, our dance floor was pretty full until the last song. Overall consensus was great music just wish we got to hear more full songs and a few more requests.

I cannot say enough good things about DJ Ryan Walburn from Absolute Entertainment. He seriously is the best wedding DJ I have ever experienced, and I have been to a lot of weddings. We had some obscure requests (like I love mashups and also Disney music and my husband is a rap fan) and he somehow satisfied all of these requests while ensuring there was a full dance floor all night. I couldn't believe it. I barely remember anything from the night except being on the dance floor. Ryan will meet with you in the weeks before your wedding and get to know your taste in music and any requests you have. I think probably the most popular request for a wedding is that the DJ play music that suits everyone, young and old. This seems like a tricky task but Ryan nailed it effortlessly. He even gave us a CD at the end of the night highlighting some of the music played to commemorate the evening. What a guy! Hire Ryan for your wedding - you won't be disappointed!

John Paul was fabulous. He worked well with our other vendors. he knew exactly what songs to play and when. He was professional, flexible, and responsive. We had an awesome time with him!

I was happy with my DJ. Was a little on the high side but overall happy.

Ryan from Absolute Entertainment is wonderful! He really helped me and my then fiance with finalizing our reception time line and great advice on how to run everything. On the day of the wedding he took care of everything so we did not have any worries.

Jacob at AE is AMAZING. Hands down best wedding and party and dance floor EVER. Couldn't have dreamt of a better DJ. Book him now!!!! LOVED visiting for a sound preview and we had a ball. Literally danced my butt off on my wedding night -- exactly how it should be!!!!

Jason did an awesome job helping us plan the music for our ceremony and reception. We were somewhat indecisive about some of our musical choices, but Jason was able to suggest a variety of songs/musical styles that reflected our musical taste and ceremony needs. Everyone had a great time and loved the music. Jason did a great job "reading" the crowd and playing songs that kept people on the dance floor. The songs seemed "woven" together, transitions between songs were seamless and there was never any downtime/waiting for the next song to come on. Jason did a great job handling special requests from us (the bride and groom) and the best man at the reception and helped facilitate special events (cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.) at the reception. I would absolutely recommend Jason and Absolute Entertainment for any upcoming event!

One of our main things for our wedding was our music. We love to dance as well as our friends and family. We attended a wedding that had Jason Wallace as their DJ. We knew then we had to have him do ours. Jason was very helpful when we were unable to decide on a few songs, very talented and will have your guests on their feet from beginning to end! BOOK JASON WALLACE for your party/wedding or any event!!

Ed ZAruba was great! The music was awesome throughout the night. We got so many compliments on the DJ! Very happy!

We met with Jason very early in our planning and were convinced of his talent and professionalism. We had a great discussion of music and expectations, and the demo provided in their offices really convinced us that he would knock it out of the park for our big day. I don't think that I can adequately convey how much was riding on this interview, because I'm a big music person, and considered just about every song that would be played in the evening based on mood and words and tempo. The ability to use a website to submit songs was really handy, and I appreciated separate lists for songs that must be played, would like to be played, and then must NOT be played. There were a few songs played that we didn't ask for, but they were in the right party mode, so we didn't mind. The only omission was a song my husband specifically wanted to dance with his grandmother to, that we never heard (our suspicion is that it was played during the cocktail hour when we were doing photos outside). For the reception though, the music started right at the beginning and didn't let up until the event ended. Some people were skeptical that we would have people dancing that long, and I think Jason is partially to thank for a successful party atmosphere! The only thing we took off a star for was the DJ's assistant. We have some really great pictures of him because the photographer must have thought he was a guest for as much time he spent on the dance floor. I could understand him dancing a bit at the beginning to get the crowd going, but he certainly seemed to be on the floor all night.It didn't cause a problem at the wedding mind you, but we have many pictures of a stranger at our wedding. All in all it was a great wedding, with a great DJ, just a little surprised by "surprise" guest!

We got so many compliments on the great vibe and mood at our wedding -- I attribute most of that to Jacob, the skillful DJ we were lucky to secure. I was shocked when even the retirees got down on the dance floor. It was one of the highlights of the evening to see my 66 year old, conservative Thai Dad boogie down -- the first time in my life I've ever seen him dance! Jacob did a great job of making everyone happy and really keeping the party moving. I saw him in action at another wedding last year where he did a fantastic job. Even though the music tastes at that event were very different from ours, I was confident that I was placing our wedding in good hands. Absolute Entertainment is not cheap, but if Jacob's performance is any indication of the skill level of their other employees, it's worth every penny.

Jacob at Absolute Entertainment was great and it's awesome that they spin for you when you get there. The only complaint I have is that the online planning form closes pretty close to your date. We tried to change some songs and we couldn't do it, so my husband and his mother had to dance to the same song she danced with her other son's wedding, but not too bad. Also, our DJ, Gordon was very hard to understand and butchered my maid of honor's name (more than once). Other than that, the music he played was good and kept people on their feet. He did have a hard time finding which generational music to play (going from Marvin Gaye to Justin Timberlake) in the beginning, but once he got in the "groove" of things, all was well.

Ken Rochon was the DJ for our wedding on 06/29/13. He was absolutely incredible!!!!! We met with him twice before the wedding and he listened to exactly what we were looking for! He played samples for us and had an ear for the music that we wanted! He gave us feedback and helped us with some of the choices we had to make. He was an incredible MC for the wedding as well - I could not imagine having a better DJ!!!!

We used Absolute Entertainment for our wedding, and Ken was our DJ. Ken did an amazing job, kept the party going all night, and kept us on track throughout the wedding. He created a mix using our favorite songs and created a great environment so we could dance all night! We recommend Ken and Absolute Entertainment to everyone we have met!

We worked with John Paul Berry, the VP. My fiance/husband and I were both very particular about music, but John Paul made us feel at ease. At your first visit, you have a long discussion and then the DJ gives you a demonstration in their studio. It was great service and an opportunity to really hear what they can do (and why it beats an iPod). Everyone loved the music during the reception and the dance floor was never empty. We had such a great time.

We went with absolute entertainment for our DJ on the advice of some friends of ours. They were very professional, were ok with our slow schedule and were great at keeping people on the dance floor for the whole wedding. I was thrilled.

We found Absolute Entertainment after our first DJ backed out and it turned out to be the best thing ever! Absolute Entertainment provided our music and uplighting. The staff was friendly, helpful, responsive to our emails/calls, professional, and easy to work with. Our DJ (Adam) and his assistant were incredible. All the guests loved them! I recently got married at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Washington DC/Crystal City. The wedding took place on February 2, 2013. I began my journey of finding all my vendors within 5 months of booking my wedding. I have worked in the industry for over 18 years, and keeping this in mind I knew what I was looking for in a vendor for my special day. There are a lot of people I work with, network with and talk to on a regular basis and normally, I’m the person helping everyone else. I know a lot of wonderful people in this industry but this was the first party I was throwing for myself. I knew that I wanted it to be special but at the same time felt like my brides when making decisions and picking my talented vendors. Right around the time I was beginning to look, I went to the August DC NACE event at Nationals Park and the photographer, Ken Rochon, took a picture of me and my fiancé. It was the first picture of the two of us that I thought was not only good, but stunning! I feel that I’m a hard person to photograph and in that moment…right there I knew I wanted him. Little did I realize that he actually heads up an enormous company Absolute Entertainment and The Umbrella Syndicate. I basically knew automatically that I was going to use him. When I called him … the first few words out of his mouth… ‘Don’t worry, I’ve got you’ and he did. What an amazing job! He had me drive out to his warehouse just to chat and go over what I wanted. I didn’t even know what I wanted. But he really just talked to me and the next thing I knew… we were listening to music and I had tears in my eyes. I didn’t even realize how much he knew … and knew of my style without me even saying anything. I have worked with Ken in the past, but never for myself… so it was much harder for me to explain, but good thing I had him… because he didn’t even need me to. He’s so experienced… he literally made it happen. The day of my wedding comes and the music, the pictures… really the production of the music just flowed. It was seamless! It seemed effortless, but I know FOR A FACT that that is only done with experience. Ken and his Umbrella Syndicate/Cupid’s Arrow/Absolute Entertainment Team made me feel like the happiest & luckiest bride! If you EVER need music/photography/entertainment … you only have one place you need to go … The Umbrella Syndicate! They aren’t just your average company… they won’t just book something in your budget… they will get to know you … walk you through what you need and help you in any way they can. Jason Wallace made our wedding the amazing dance party that it was. He was a ton of fun during the planning session so we knew right away that we wanted to book with him. He is so passionate about his skills so you know right away that he is a professional who loves his work. He took the few ideas we gave him as far was types of music we liked and he turned it into a perfect playlist for the wedding. There was never downtime during the reception because he played music that kept people dancing all night long. He mixes music so it's a ton of fun to see which song he is going to mix next. Thanks for everything, Jason! You honestly exceeded all expectations!

Highly, highly recommend Jason at Absolute Entertainment! He was so helpful through the planning process, and was awesome the day-of. He stuck to our "do not play" list, and played the songs we asked for. Jason was also great on the microphone to let people know what was going on (i.e. time for the cake cutting, don't forget your wine glass favor, etc.).

Jason MADE our wedding reception. From the moment we stepped in the door, the music was lively, on point, and kept ALL of our guests happy. When we spoke before the wedding, I could tell he just got it. He understood where I was coming from, helped me pick out songs for absolutely every part of the night, and made sure our timeline was perfect, down to the minute. I didn't have to worry about anything that night. My only complaint? I wasn't able to leave the dance floor because not ONE bad song was played!! Thank you Jason!!

Absolute Entertainment definitely lived up to their name - they provided absolute entertainment at our wedding! From the moment we met with them, experienced their unique approach, and spoke with their incredibly knowledgeable and experienced staff, we knew they were the way to go for dj entertainment at our wedding. They knew our venue well and exactly how to set up for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner/reception perfectly. Jami Grandt was our dj - and she was GREAT!!! She kept the dance floor packed all night! We didn't really provide much of a must play or do not play list because we felt the reception was really about our guests and ensuring they had a fantastic time, not necessarily about what our taste in music was! We just asked Jami to play a big mix of everything and feel the crowd, and that is what she did! So many of our guests commented on how great the music selection was, and it was all her! Outside of the music, the actual mc-ing of the wedding was great! There was no microphone-hogging or strange comments that I have seen by djs at other weddings. Jami, and Absolute Entertainment, was a joy to work with for our wedding! Completely professional, very responsive and very experienced! Definitely trust them to provide the entertainment at your wedding!!

Jacob from Absolute Entertainment was fantastic! During our first meeting he did a demo of music for us which was a great preview of his style. He helped us out with the planning and did a run through of the evening's events. The Absolute Entertainment website was also really helpful in planning. It helped us pick out songs for each event throughout the night, including things we wouldn't have thought of (like a cake cutting song). Jacob listened to what we liked and made the most awesome mash-ups that kept our dance floor packed all night long. They had a great list of songs and Jacob even catered to our bizarre music requests and found songs that were not already on the list (like "Friends Forever" from Saved By The Bell). At the end of the night he gave us a CD of songs from our wedding which was such a nice surprise. Thank you, Jacob, for making our wedding the best party ever!

I used Ken Rochon as my DJ and he was amazing. Before your wedding date, you meet with your DJ and he sets you up with an account on the absolute website which enables you to timeline your event and instruct the DJ when certain songs should be played. Through this site you also list the songs you do and absolutely do not want played at your wedding. Ken did the ceremony music for me as well... I was clueless about music to use for my ceremony as I wanted to be somewhat traditional, but also somewhat unique (I did not have a church wedding). He not only gave me song suggestions, but also invited me into his studio to play around with some ideas until I found the perfect songs. Ken was a very fun and patient DJ to work with. My ceremony and reception went smoothly thanks to Ken, and the guests were full of compliments about the music and DJ. Ken made sure that guests were always dancing and having a good time (which is not always easy during a daytime wedding). My husband is Greek and his family requested some traditional Greek music to be played- Ken was open to any and all ideas and was just excited to provide a good time at our wedding. I would recommend DJ Ken and absolute entertainment to anyone- this group will make you're wedding planning easier and your wedding day will go incredibly smoothly!

John Paul Berry is AMAZING! He was highly recommended to me and I'm so glad he was able to be the DJ for my wedding. He completely understood my vision, the broad variety of music that I love, and the way in which it should flow. He catered to all guests, was open to requests, and kept the whole event moving smoothly. These guys are beyond awesome and completely worth it!

My wedding DJ was Eddie from Absolute Entertainment, and he was fantastic. They were more expensive than other DJs I looked at, but in my opinion it was totally worth it. There was a horrible accident on the bride to my reception venue, and the entire reception was off by over an hour. Eddie was on top of everything and made sure the reception flowed seamlessly, even though the timeline we made was now useless. Eddie contacted me several times during planning and was very professional. I highly recommend Eddie and Absolute Entertainment.

Ric Brown was great! He played the music we wanted and handled guest requests wonderfully. People danced and everyone had a great time. I couldn't be happier!

Take if from us -- on the day of your wedding you need to be surrounded by vendors who are low-drama team players and who seem to effortless pull off the most amazing work without a hitch. When it comes to DJs, that person is Jami Grandt. While the bride and I were having to deal with some minor (but still frustrating) annoyances at the pre-reception, we were really heartened to see how professional and prepared Jami was. She was exactly what we needed--a flexible, low-drama purveyor of good beats and high energy that compelled our guests to get off their butts and onto the dance floor. I must also take a personal note to express my fervent appreciation for her willingness to work with my rather unusual desire to emcee parts of the reception......I specifically recall when I was introducing the wedding party that I was taking a little longer than anticipated; her quick thinking to put the intriduction song on repeat prevented an awkward pause/silence during those intros, which kept the energy going. Jami did an all around amazing job -- five stars!

Our DJ, Brian Starkloff understood the music and tone the bride and groom wanted for their wedding reception. We had to extend the reception because everyone wanted to keep dancing. Great company, great DJ!

Absolute Entertainment is a fabulous DJ company to work with! We knew they were the perfect choice right from the initial consultation. Ken met with us and went over our options and gave us an awesome demo based on our taste in music. We were impressed with his demo, but even more impressed with the value for their service! We were expecting the cost to be much more than we were quoted, but were very pleasantly surprised! Jami was our DJ and she did an AMAZING job! She was very responsive during the planning process and was very flexible with last minute changes. Many of our guests commented on her great selection of music that kept people dancing all night! I would very highly recommend Absolute Entertainment to any couple looking for a DJ that delivers the exact product you are looking for at a very reasonable price!!

Our DJ was JP and he was fantastic! My husband was his main contact and he was in constant communication with him. We did mostly email, but JP would always respond very quickly. The website they have to help you plan out all of your playlists was pretty helpful when it came to brainstorming, but I found it restrictive. I decided to make up my own packet of all the music we wanted. It was extremely over the top, but JP rolled with it and gave us exactly what we wanted. He also did a follow-up for the packet a few days before the wedding to make sure he understood exactly what we were going for. We also had one of our bridesmaids sing our first dance song with another one of our friends playing the guitar. JP offered to do a sound check with both of them before the ceremony to make sure everything ran smoothly. A wedding reception is nothing without music and JP delivered. I highly recommend Absolute Entertainment. Go with JP and you will not be disappointed!

Ken was an amazing DJ. My friends are still talking about how much fun they had at the wedding. We really felt like Ken was easy to work with and went out of his way to be sure that we were having fun. Definitely worth the money.

Overall I had a great expereince with Absolute. Ken did our initial demo and knocked it out of the park. He understood my husband and I's style and spent a lot of time with us. He made sure we got a great deal with the pricing and gave us flexibility with our payments which was much appreciated. I also had a couple email communicaitons with John Paul and he was always prompt with his responses and courteous. The DJ that was assigned to our wedding, Peter, did a good job at our event. We were bummed becasue he forgot to play one important song...we asked him to play "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" right after we got married and were walking back down to isle but he most have forgotten. Other than that, he seemed to read the crowd well and was friendly and out-going during the wedding.

John Paul and the team at Absolute Entertainment were consummate professionals. The team really guided us through the process and we found the perfect DJ (Chris Uhl) for our reception. Our dance floor was NOT empty the entire night and he did an amazing job blending my husband and my different music tastes. We had a great party and Chris was the reason why!!

THE BEST!I had heard many friends and family members tell me how great this company was.I knew it from our first experience of talking to them. When we went to meet them they gave us a trial there on the spot in the studio. Just the two of us for a 1/2 hour. Ken was amazing. The quality is worth every penny. Jason was fantastic at our wedding. He is seriously talented, and my husband (who is very into music) actually commented on how great he was. We were very happy, and got exactly what we expected. He even made us a little CD with all the wedding songs on it - he gave it to us as a "the reception is over" gift. :-) We actually had some friends that were also engaged at the wedding who said they were gong to fire their DJ and hire Jason -- too bad he was booked on their wedding day. Jason really listened to our tastes and the music that he chose really reflected our style. I remember eating dinner and hearing a song and thinking "that is such an awesome version of this song" and I just looked over and smiled and nodded at him. Great! He really paid attention.

We hired Ken (the owner) of Absolute to DJ our wedding after seeing that he was recommended by the wedding coordinator. He was enthusiastic and excited for our first meeting and my husband immedietly was impressed and ready to sign on the dotted line! The follow up meeting that we had however was not impressive. He was not enthusiastic and gave off the impression that he was annoyed he had to meet with us again. We had sat with Ken and went through songs to be played (bridal party entrance, bride and groom, ect...) but the day of the wedding he forgot and didnt play the right songs! The father of the bride and matron of honor requested a song be played in honor of an aunt, but the song was never played. It was disappointing and seemed once the bill was paid, he didnt care anymore. Nothing was said at the wedding, and the only people who noticed were the ones who made the requests and our parents. We put time and effort into selecting song with meaning. I haven't and wouldn't recommend them.

We had a good meeting with our DJ prior to the wedding and he called us a few days before to go over all the details. We were very excited, because it seemed like he knew exactly what we wanted. On the day of, however, there were several issues. We had three major problems: 1- our first dance wasn't announced, so there were not many people in the room (our venue had separate rooms for dancing and dining). 2- he announced my dad's speech way before my dad was ready to give it and before we said it would happen. 3- we VERY SPECIFICALLY requested NO MASH UPS and that was all that was played. Overall, however, people had a good time and he played most (not all) of our "must play" list. Many people commented on the "good music." These were details that we noticed; but probably no one else did. I would recommend Absolute Entertainment only if your requests are not so specific.

We had Brian Starkloff for our DJ and he did a great job for both the ceremony and reception. All I wanted was for everyone to be up dancing the whole time, and he definitely accomplished that. Every person, every age, was up on the dance floor all night.

Brian did a great job helping us pick out music that fit us for our wedding. He played a perfect arrangement of music during the ceremony and reception. Only concern was the lack of clear announcements during the reception.

My groom and I chose John Paul Berry from Absolute Entertainment to DJ our wedding and from the moment he gave us a sample of his work I was sold! I couldn't believe I had a DJ booked before a wedding ceremony and reception location. Throughout the entire event, I never worried about my guests (or myself or the groom) not liking the music. I even got reviews from my guests afterward raving about how awesome he did. He got a lot of people out on the dance floor that I never thought would get out of their seat. It made our special day that much more special. John Paul Berry was willing to play any song we (or our guests) requested.

Our guests could not stop talking about how great our DJ was. The dance floor was never empty and the energy kept up the entire wedding. What a wonderful, professional team of DJs who will work with you to make sure you get the music selection you want that reflects you and your preferences. The attention to detail and personal touch made Absolute Entertainment a great vendor.

I really enjoyed working with Jami of Absolute Entertainment for our wedding day! I had a very good idea of what I wanted for music for my wedding reception and Absolute Entertainment did a great job of matching my fiancé and me with Jami for our wedding day. She was everything I wanted in a DJ. She was great at introductions and interacting with the guests but not over the top; she listened to our music requests and created a playlist based off of our tastes that was perfect for the evening; she politely interacted with guests and handled requests when people made requests for music on our “do not play” list; she was an active participant in the schedule planning and song selection process when we needed help; she was able to track down songs for the first dance and father-daughter dance that are not traditional and were not in the online planning system; and she made sure the reception ran smoothly by consulting with me throughout the evening. I highly recommend Jami and Absolute Entertainment!

and Absolute Entertainment did a FANTASTIC job! They were there for us and incorporated all of our changes we made at the last minute. Our DJ Gavin was wonderful to work with and kept the dancing going at the wedding all night! I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a DJ for any occasion because I have complete faith in their performance! They even gave us a CD with all of our wedding songs at the end of the reception!

We had Eddie Zaruba as our DJ, and he was amazing. Most of our guests were up on their feet and dancing for the whole night, and we had a range from 2 years old to 80s. Everyone enjoyed the music.

We used Absolute Entertainment for our wedding, and we received quality service from the day we walked in the door. They were reasonably priced, and the DJs here are not your typical wedding DJ. They are creative and talented, and we were very happy! Jacob Jensen rocked the dance floor all night long, and we thank him for creating the best dance party of the year! It was a night to remember!

JP Berry is fantastic! He is super knowledgable about music and what will keep people dancing. He played all of our favorites! Jason Wallace is also FANTASTIC, but attended my wedding as a special guest :) Both are HIGHLY recommended and extremely talented DJ's!

We met with Jason Wallace after seeing (well, more like hearing) him work a friend’s wedding. Though he was already booked for our wedding date, he did a great job matching us up with Brian. These guys were always responsive and so easy to work with. Brian played everything we asked for and, maybe just as important, avoided everything on the ‘do not play’ list! During the planning stages, he helped us work out the flow of the evening so everything would run smoothly since the layout of our reception was slightly out of the ordinary. As emcee, Brian was great at moving the party along without taking over. His timing was spot on and he made sure we were always ready for announcements and transitions. Once it was finally time to dance, he threw in some mixing and occasional scratching to keep things a little funky and different. He kept the dance floor full all night, managing to work in a little something for everyone without the flow seeming disjointed. All in all, he was a fantastic and professional party master and the dance party he gave us was the perfect way to finish off our celebration!

John was an incredible DJ. We had guests of all ages at our wedding and he managed to appeal to everyone. From perfect cocktail music, to great music for our grandparents parents and their friends, and music our friends loved to dance he captured the spirit of the wedding perfectly. It takes a very special DJ to make sure that everyone dances all night long! John is that DJ. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

From our first meeting with John Paul Berry at Absolute Entertainment, we were hooked on the company! Eddie ended up being our DJ for the ceremony and wedding, and he did an incredible job! We keep looking back and laughing about how there was zero coaxing needed to get people on the dance floor. The very first song that Eddie played lured everyone out there and I don't think they sat back down the rest of the night! This includes my husband's 97 year-old Nana! I got so many compliments on the music selection, and since I can only take credit for the 5 or 6 songs that I requested, hats off to Eddie! Thanks for doing such great work!

JP was awesome, our ceremony and reception was a very quick three and half hour event, and JP was able to keep everything flowing perfectly throughout the evening. The music selections were completely perfect.

We used Jason Wallace from Absolute Entertainment on a recommendation from a friend. When we met with him originally he truly impressed us - even brought us into a studio and dj'ed for us, playing snippets of music we discussed for each part of the ceremony, to give us an idea of how it would all sound and show us additional songs/artists we hadn't thought of. Our goal at the wedding was to have the dance floor full at all times and Jason did a great job of ensuring that happened. He played such great music, blending each song into the next so there was never a break, and there were always people up dancing! I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone who is getting married!

The music was great all night long, but i do think they are priced a bit high.

We could not have been more happy with our DJ, John Armetta. He met with us a number of times before our wedding to go over all of the things that we wanted to include. During the reception he kept everyone on the dance floor and we received so many comments on how he kept everyone entertained!

Our wedding was perfect, in no small part thanks to John Paul Berry at Absolute Entertainment. He really listened to what style of music and entertainment that we wanted, and he made it happen. From the cocktail hour to the reception, the music made the party. Thanks to John Paul for making the night special for us.

Rob was an amazing DJ! He got all of our favorites played, kept the flow organized and going all night long!

;We chose Absolute Entertainment because they came highly reccommended to us. They were much more expensive than any other DJ we interviewed, so we figured 'they must be the best' and hired them. We even paid extra to have the president and founder of the company DJ our wedding. We met with him 1 week prior to our wedding to finalize all music requests, the flow of the reception and name pronunciations. Our DJ pronounced names incorrectly (one being the groom's last name), played the mother / son dance at the wrong time, neglected to play the anniversary dance, and neglected to play a special song that the bride planned on dancing to with her brothers.

I loved the manager Jason. He was fabulous and knew exactly what we wanted. He was not available so said that he would send his next best guy that was available.;The guy that the manager set us up with was not able to understand what music we wanted from our taste. We had to go back and forth many times. I finally had to contact his manager so he would get a better handle on things. He was going through some personal issues which I sympathized him on but that should not effect his professional life.

John Paul Berry was the DJ for our wedding and he was wonderful. He knew exactly what to play at what time. Our guests started dancing and never stopped ... we had to ask them to leave. He was a true master of his profession and a great person to MC our wedding. He is the only DJ I would ever use for such an important event.. They say the music and food are the two most talked about parts of any wedding.;There is nothing... John Paul Berry is a true professional in every sense of the word.

He had a great feel for what we wanted - very contemporary and great for dancing!!

We booked Jason Wallace actually while at another wedding. He was great! He provided the entertainment for our wedding but was not the entertainment. A lot of DJs like to steal the show but he was not like that at all. He listened to everything that we wanted and what we did not want. He gave lots of suggestions on songs to use for different parts of the wedding. And gave us a lot of insight on other vendors to use and who to stay away from. I trusted Jason completely and actually had him help me out with a lot more then just the music. The staff helping out at the reception was getting on him about the schedule and he handled it very professionaly. I let the reception staff know that Jason was in charge of the night and what he says went. The only thing that I felt bad about was not letting Jason have the freedom to pick more of the songs played. He said that it was fine but I still felt bad!

I LOVED my DJ from the first meeting we had together. He let us put our own music together and was a joy to work with. Our guests talked about how much they loved our music.;There is nothing to be warned about. We would go back to Absolute Sounds in a heart beat!

Our DJ really took the time to work with our musical tastes. Everyone had a great time dancing and John Paul really helped keep the event moving. He was superb!

We hired the president of the company because he was really in tuned to our style of music. He even made us a romantic cd of some of the songs played during our reception which was a great reminder of the music played during our reception.

;He did not play the type of music we wanted, despite meeting prior to the event. He play the wrong wedding march song!

We worked with Jason and he did an incredible job! He really took the time to get to know us and listened to all our requests. We had so much fun with the introductions and the special dances. The dance floor was packed all night. The young and old raved about the music and a great time was had by all.

Excellent across the board - music choice professionalism as an emcee willingness to work with the venue owner etc.;They book up fast!

We loved our DJ Ken. He's the president of absolute entertainment and we specifically requested him b/c our friends referred him. He listened to what we wanted and had great suggestions. He was fun and had a great personality. It was VERY important to both of us to have a great DJ who would play music that we and our family/friends would enjoy. He did that. He's very experienced and has a huge selection of music and if he didn't have it...he searched for it. He always had the newest music also. We wanted everyone to have a great time. We got so many compliments about the music and that EVERYONE was dancing and having a great time...EVEN my grandparents were up dancing with their health ailments.;Don't settle for any DJ with this company. Our friends had a disappointing experience with a DJ through thsi company. You fill out a survey for the DJ of what music you like and DISLIKE. Well the DJ played songs that they did not want played AND it didn't flow very well and he wasn't a good emcee-very awkward.They wanted Ken but he was already booked for their wedding day. My only warning- make sure your DJ has experience with weddings they make or break the mood of your recetion.

Kept the mood going throughout; made announcements without being obnoxious or obstrustive. Great music selection creatively put together.;Had to ask for the volume to come down a couple of times.
