APC was helpful from beginning to the end! We initially worked with Sarah who helped with the initial quote, menu planning, centerpieces etc. She then went out on her own maternity leave and we had the assistance from Josh. Josh did a wonderful job with last minute changes we did not anticipate. Patty, Heather and the day of team went above and beyond!! My wedding day it monsooned... Seriously was so rainy and wet with terrible conditions at the venue however this team did not stop. They did what they had to do and then some. Heather helped with holding the umbrella right before I walked down the aisle, the team helped me find a bobby pin, and they helped when my dad took a tumble out in the rain. After things settled down, the bartenders ensured my cup was never empty and my guests said their drinks were the best mixed drinks at a wedding they had ever had. Thank you to those at APC that yes "made and served the food" but also took moments to just help out their fellow humans and treat people with care and kindness on such an emotional day.

Lori was great from the very first email. She was quick to respond, adjust and answered all my questions. We were blown away by the food at the tasting and it was served perfectly again on the day of to almost 200 guests! I would highly recommend!

Sarah and her team provide the best wedding service I have ever experienced. From planning to day of they truly seem happy to be there. The appetizers were amazing and the dinner was standard wedding food. My husband and I did not do any major upgrades to food or drinks and my guests all enjoyed everything. APC lets you provide your own alcohol which is awesome! The service is truly amazing- our parents never had to go to the bar the entire night because Sarah and her team were so on top of everything! The tenderloin blini and tuna poke spoons are a must!

We believe Absolutely Perfect offers the best balance for wedding catering in the DMV area. I say balance in reference to cost, menu offerings, easiness to work with, etc. Are there other caterers that could beat Absolutely Perfect in one area or another? Probably – but only at the sacrifice of something else on the list. The team at Absolutely Perfect is really on your side to make sure you are informed every step of the way, and avoid these kind of offsets. Trust us when I say TRUST THEM!! They want you to have a good day, and they know what they’re doing to make that happen. We were engaged in 2019, to be married in Fall 2020, but for obvious reasons our wedding didn’t happen until Spring 2022. We had originally planned with a different caterer, but when we tried to change out venue (to one even closer), that caterer tried to double our price for reasons still unexplained. We saw the red flags, got out of that contract, and were initially discouraged that we had to start from scratch again. However, we were so luck to find Absolutely Perfect and how they came to our rescue and absolutely saved our day! The price was comparable to other vendors in the area (including our original). However, the amount of food and VARIETY we received far exceeded our expectations. I swear I walked around on my wedding day and found bonus food I didn’t know we were serving :) They also provided advice throughout the entire planning process. They were patient when I wanted to ask every question and hammer out all the details. And overall they were beyond helpful for making decisions about alcohol offerings, table setup / floor plans and event flow, and sharing experience about what has worked for previous events. And on the day of I truly felt prioritized, but not smothered, and have heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests as well. For reference, our planning coordinator was Sarah, and our day of coordinator was MaryAnne. I fully recommend! Try the crab bruschetta!

We hired Absolutely Perfect Catering for our May 2022 wedding before we even tasted their food, just based on a recommendation from a family friend. We’d reached out to a few caterers on our venue’s list and were immediately impressed with Sarah’s detailed info about APC’s offerings. From our first conversation, we knew we’d be in good hands with APC, and Sarah guided us through the wedding planning process from start to finish. We appreciated APC’s flexibility as we had to reschedule tastings and ultimately postpone our wedding a year. And how fun it was to finally meet in person to sample the incredible entrees, appetizers and desserts! The crab cakes and short ribs were both excellent, and the only tough part was narrowing down the appetizer selections because everything we sampled was so delicious. At the end of our second meeting where we finalized our menu, event layout and other details, I realized there was nothing left for me to stress about — Sarah and her team had everything under control. Sarah and Patty (the event manager), in coordination with our other wonderful vendors, truly made our wedding day awesome. We were delighted by the platter of appetizers and signature cocktails awaiting us after the ceremony, and we appreciated how Danielle checked in on us throughout the night to make sure we had a drink in our hands or enough food. The food tasted just like it did during our tastings, and we heard compliments from our guests all night, not only about the food itself but also about how fabulous the event team was. Thanks Sarah and APC for making our wedding vision come to life, for being so responsive over the last two (!) years and for offering so much great insight throughout the whole planning process!

We had a wonderful experience working with APC for our April 2022 wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation! Our venue had a list of caterers, and we reached out to all of them. APC was super responsive and clear on what we could expect from them. We primarily worked with Sarah, and she was friendly, professional, organized, and we felt very well cared for. The day of staff was amazing and we received a lot of compliments on the food. I had the salmon, Ryan had the short rib, and everything was just as good and fresh as the day we had our tasting. They made sure that our bellies were full and that we always had a drink in hand. Sarah worked so well with our day of coordinator in getting everything set up just like we visioned. Absolutely amazing. Don't bother looking for anyone else. Their communication, organization, professionalism was beyond perfect. The food was the best ... everyone commented on how delicious it was. The staff was the best! Working with them was a dream. They made our vision come true.

My husband and I are so happy we chose Absolutely Perfect Catering to cater our wedding. They were so helpful throughout the entire process, and we received so many compliments on our food from our guests! They helped us create our dream reception. We wouldn’t have changed a thing. APC is amazing. The food, the service, the bartenders……this company lives up to its name. Everyone is professional & personable. Hire this crew. They know what they are doing. They showed up on site, on-time & had it ALL under control. My husband & many of his friends work in the hospitality/restaurant industry & were truly impressed. I am trying to figure out an excuse to host wedding 2.0 just so I can repeat this amazing day with all of our vendors. Oh….I almost forgot, my husband had a last minute clothing emergency & was still shopping for his attire 2 days before the wedding. And, who told us where to go to find a dress shirt? APC. We booked APC because they made everything so easy for us. They worked with our budget, our schedule, our rescheduling, and were responsive throughout. Not to mention, the food was amazing. We have been receiving compliments non-stop since our wedding. Working with Sarah was amazing. She had great suggestions and advice, and was so accommodating of everything we needed on our wedding day. The entire staff was wonderful. Our day of event manager was kind and welcoming, and made every moment of our wedding wonderful. We could not have asked for a better catering company to facilitate our rentals, open bar, and catering needs. Do yourself a favor and book them now!!

Absolutely Perfect Catering lived up to their name for our entire experience! From day one, looking over their menu and talking with Sarah we knew we wanted to book with them. Quality of food and presentation was a priority for us and they delivered! Sarah was fantastic to work with. She was always responsive, kind and knowledgeable, and detailed. Our tasting was a wonderful experience and made us feel confident about our selections. On the day of Donna, our on-site coordinator stayed in communication with us and assisted in decisions with the weather. We heard nothing but amazing feedback from our guests who enjoyed all of the food. All of the stations were a hit! We hope we can work with APC for a future event!

Josh and his team at APC are the BEST!! There was a problem with our original caterer that meant we had to find a new one with only 3 months until the wedding, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we found APC (who were better than our original caterers!). Josh was very understanding about our situation and worked with us to develop an accelerated timeline, get through all the milestones we needed to, and answer our numerous questions. Josh was also extremely responsive every step of the way! All of the food was amazing!! Our guests loved all of the appetizers, entrees, and mini desserts. If you like crab, you must get their crab cakes! The service was also incredible. All of the staff were attentive and respectful. Our "captain" (Mary Ann) was so great! Her and the staff made sure my husband and I got to eat some of the appetizers after photos and before the official start of the reception, served us dinner, and made sure we always had a drink in hand. They also are very reasonably priced! I really cannot recommend APC highly enough!

Our experience with this caterer was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Absolutely Perfect catered our wedding and they were fantastic, even during a pandemic! Our wedding venue and guest count, among other details, details, changed throughout all the COVID restrictions and the team at Absolutely Perfect helped us navigate it all. My family hosted 3 weddings this year with different caterers, and this catering company was by far the best of all. Stacy was incredibly responsive from the moment we began wedding planning all the way through to the wedding day. Stacy and her team were so flexible, helpful, understanding, and eager to make our day the best -- no matter what the circumstances were! The food selection was outstanding and so many guests raved about the quality of the food throughout our night and in the following days! It brought us so much joy knowing that everyone was enjoying the night with delicious food. Everything else from food displays, rentals, arranging the floor plan, linens, and bar service was perfection too. All of the staff members were attentive, polite, clean, extra helpful, and you just had a sense of feeling that they were all there for the newlyweds to make it the best night possible - and it sure was! I highly recommend everyone consider Absolutely Perfect Catering because you'll quickly see how they operate with class, they will far exceed expectations, and live up to their name! 10/10!

Throughout 2019 and early 2020 we worked closely with Absolutely Perfect Catering to plan our wedding. We had read great reviews of Absolutely Perfect and were not disappointed in any way once we started working with them. Sarah and her team were enthusiastic, fun and extremely proactive in helping us plan our day. Her attention to detail put us at ease that our wedding would happen smoothly and her active suggestions were greatly appreciated as we reviewed plans and selected alternatives. We decided not to hire a day-of coordinator, as we had been considering, because of all the detailed planning Sarah and her team were doing for our event beyond just the catering. The team worked with us to find creative ways to make our day unique while remaining within our planned budget. We especially enjoyed the food tasting meeting when Absolutely Perfect shared their wide range of delicious offerings. Unfortunately with the COVID situation, we were unable to have the large wedding that we had planned. We were crushed that we were not able to ultimately have Absolutely Perfect deliver the event that we had planned for so long. In spite of the disappointment of not having our reception, we strongly recommend Absolutely Perfect and would welcome the opportunity to work with them again.

Absolutely was a preferred caterer of our venues and I am so happy they were! Lori was very responsive and they were able to accommodate some customize menu requests and pricing was very reasonable compared to other caterers I spoke with. They day of the servers were wonderful - attentive and kind, they checked in with me regularly and were happy to help with anything we asked. The food was DELICIOUS! We never got to sample anything prior to the wedding as we live states away so I was a tad nervous about how everything would taste but I need not have worried. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious - guests especially loved the mini cheeseburgers, candied bacon and mini grilled cheese. They also raved about the salad, mac and cheese, pork and chicken/waffles we had for dinner. We also had a hot chocolate bar with dessert that was such a fun touch that many guests enjoyed. Overall it was a wonderful experience working with them and I would highly recommend.

Absolutely Perfect Catering was just that: absolutely perfect. Our wedding had to be completely re-planned after our original venue canceled 3 weeks before the date, but APC made that transition seamless. Stacy was so helpful in making sure we didn't forget anything and she was SO fast at responding. APC goes above and beyond as a caterer and works out your entire timeline with you, all of the details surrounding floor plan and decorations, and they even provided decorative touches to their buffet display. I just can't say enough about how well they pulled off catering our wedding. And with only a few weeks to prepare! The food and execution of the service was impeccable- everyone complimented us on how great everything tasted and how friendly the staff were. We couldn't have kept our original wedding date without their help and for that we're very grateful.

Everything was truly Absolutely Perfect While looking for a wedding caterer in the beginning stages of our planning (pre-covid), I found APC (Absolutely Perfect Catering) to be the best price and they asked all the right questions from the first phone call. Being a catering manager myself in my career, I knew they were experienced simply after 1 phone call. I am so glad I hired them. I worked with Stacy the entire time and she was able to help and guide us through the whole process!! During our planing, we would've had our menu tasting, but Covid happened. APC came through and was able to offer a delivery-tasting. They delivered the food pre-cooked and with heating instructions. Even after reheating our menu selections, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food. Throughout the entire planning process, Stacy with APC was always extremely responsive and informative with details. They were also accommodating when we had a big guest drop because of Covid. APC worked with us and our budget and allowed us to provide our own alcohol to keep costs lower. We were also able to provide our own wedding cake. APC is able to help arrange tents, vendors, etc if needed. While I arranged my own vendors and tent, they were helpful when it came to last minute changes and updates from my end. During the day-of the wedding, we had an amazing time and could not have asked for anything to have happened differently. Everything was truly Absolutely Perfect!! The staff was very friendly and attentive and while we were both able to enjoy the day, their great service was noticed. Coming from a catering manager myself, it was very great to see such wonderful staff who were always working and working with a smile. Bartenders were friendly and service staff and manager on duty were excellent as well. The food was great and we're still hearing guests talk about the buffet and how delicious everything was over a few weeks after the wedding. We will definitely recommend APC to any friends/ family looking for a caterer for any events/weddings and will be a repeat customer if we have any catering needs in the future.

I can't rave enough about how incredibly awesome Absolutely Perfect Catering was to work with. The food – we had a taco bar with numerous proteins and fab veggie options – was a total crowd pleaser. But honestly, for my wife and I, the best part of APC was the staff. They were so helpful and definitely held our hands through questions and decision-making. They made it so that we didn't need a day-of-coordinator, which saved us a TON of money, and they were incredibly accommodating to our last minute requests (we changed linen colors two weeks out). I absolutely recommend! AND to all the queer couples: They were incredibly LGBTQ-friendly, it was never an issue.

Not a single complaint, they live up to their name. I hired APC just for service staffing, which was not their norm. To make it worse, I had an issue with a previous company so I hired them just three months out. They were flexible and willing to do what I needed to make my day... perfect. They even were amazing emotional support throughout difficult conversations with my venue. APC feels like family and I'll miss working with them, until next time.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Sarah & Heather for our September wedding. The event took place at Great Oak Manor in Chestertown, and days before, we hit concerns with what effects Hurricane Florence might have on our event (potentially shifting our plans). APC was extremely accommodating to honoring both our sunshine and rain plans, and stayed in constant communication prior to the big day. The morning of our wedding we woke up to sunshine and blue skies! We had guests RAVING about the food & wait staff - we even had Sarah & Heather bring my husband and I food during cocktail hour so we could take a ‘moment’ before socializing with the rest of our party. APC constructed and delivered a beautiful event that went off without a hitch, and we absolutely recommend!

Absolutely Perfect Catering is a company that without a doubt lives up to its name. From the very moment I met the staff at APC, I knew they were the caterer for our 11/11/17 wedding. We worked primarily with Leslye, Morgan, and Andrew and they were all the absolute best. APC did the catering, rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc.), and even provided a day-of coordinator for our wedding. I think I emailed Leslye about a million times the week before the wedding and she was always quick to respond and answer all of my questions. My husband and I had a Harry Potter themed wedding and these guys ran with it - it was amazing. Down to the finest details, our reception was set up to look like Hogwarts. We made all of the center pieces on the tables ourselves, but APC helped set up and also went above and beyond to provide extra details and decorations that we didn't even know about until the reception (they set up a freaking gargoyle on the hors d'oeuvres table!). We didn't have a wedding cake, so they made us a tower of donuts to sit our cake topper in which we used as a cutting cake. We had mousse shooters for our desserts which were stuck on a wall to look like they were floating and they made Harry Potter themed signs for us. The bartenders and servers they provided were excellent as well - they even made sure we had drinks waiting for us at our table after our entrance! I was blown away by the effort they put in and would recommend them over and over for any event!!

APC was amazing. Everything really was absolutely perfect. My husband and I are vegan, and they worked with us through a variety of menus to create exactly what we had envisioned. Tyler, the chef, even made seitan from scratch! On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything. The service was excellent. They accommodated a last minute change in set-up plans because of rain with no problems. The guests loved our food and didn't mind at all that it was an entirely vegan meal. Thank you so much APC for making our wedding catering exactly what we wanted.

We used APC as our wedding cater and guests were super happy with their food! Overall these guys are great, super attentive to detail and they triple check every possible box. If I had to find one thing to be critical of it would only be their pricing structure. We had a discussion with their owner to negotiate a not to exceed price. We then signed the contract based on that price. After having paid a large deposit the overall price continued to climb, exceeding our initial agreed upon amount. The unanticipated price increases were often tied to various items that we thought should have been included in the initial negotiated quote. Despite this, we were definitely happy with their service and our review is that they did a fantastic job catering our wedding.

APC is amazing! They catered our St. Patrick's Day wedding and made our vision come to life. The food options are great - so many to choose from to make your day special. If you are looking for a caterer look no further. Absolutely Perfect Catering did our wedding, and we couldn't have been more thrilled. Not only do they do food and drinks, but they helped us with linens, design, plates, and everything else food related. Sarah helped us through the entire process and she is a huge blessing. From our first meeting with Sarah, we knew that APC was perfect for us. She helped us to craft a menu that we wanted and had an incredibly flexible bar option that allowed us to buy our alcohol from a specific dealer and then return anything people did use. This helped us to keep the cost down. The staff the day of our wedding were amazing. From the welcome drink of prosecco to the charcuterie board to the place settings, they enabled us to have a beautiful and fun wedding. Sarah helped us find the perfect color linen for the table after I couldn't find what I wanted in their samples. She brought in samples and let me look at lots of options. The chef even prepared a few recipes that I wanted that weren't on their menu suggestions! ABC also makes desserts and cakes. We ended up going with another company but ABC created a beautiful cupcake display for us and cut our cake for free. They are extremely flexible and can make or do anything you ask. Pick ABC and you won't regret it. They make everything so easy and are there throughout the entire planning process and day of!

Absolutely Perfect Catering lives up to their name! They helped make the entire process, from early planning, all the way through day-of services, an absolute dream. Sarah was with me along the entire journey and really helped plan my entire wedding! They asked all of the right questions to get me thinking about my vision for our big day and made sure everything was covered. Calling them a caterer makes it sound like all they handle is food (and boy, do they know how to handle food!), but they covered so much more—our bars, rentals, linens, set-up for our ceremony, flipping for the reception, servers, etc, etc. They were really a one-stop shop for our biggest wedding needs. The menu tasting was super helpful and all of the food they made was delicious! I was so excited about our menu and our guests LOVED it! They even fit in my favorite—mac and cheese! Sarah, Stephany, and Amber made sure that our day was magical and every little detail was taken care of. Even when there was an unfortunate medical emergency during our reception, they handled everything with compassion and professionalism. I honestly could go on and on about how amazing their service was and am incredibly thankful they were a part of our wedding day team! Thank you, APC!

APC lives up to their name! Everything they did was perfect. The presentation was gorgeous! Their staff is friendly and professional. They are so helpful with planning! Leslye, Steph, and the rest of the Absolutely Perfect team were amazing! We used them for our recent wedding and they couldn't have been more helpful and the food couldn't have been anymore delicious. During the planning process, they were quick to answer any questions that we had and were very helpful in organizing the day. During the wedding, they made sure everything ran smoothly and we are still getting comments about how delicious the food was. I would highly recommend them for any wedding!

They were able to work with us on price and they astounded me by their quality! The guests raved about how good the food was, and the welcome drink was a huge hit! They displayed the food so nicely i included a picture of it in my wedding album. I highly recommend them!

Buffet style were there were NO lines, AND we got compliments all night on how crazy good the Food + Bar was? Absolutely Perfect Catering delivers, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the Start, from early e-mail and phone communications to seeing our first suggested menu, Sarah Lynch and APC were a dream to work with. APC was the first caterer I had spoken with that actually left me feeling confident to proceed from the get-go. Sarah really understood the vibe we were going after for our Friday Night Wedding, and made perfect suggestions. Contract and Pricing was very transparent and honest from the start, and I appreciate that they actually itemized cost on the price review. APC would also make dishes not on their immediate radar (as we had them make our candied brussel sprouts), which, hi, real chefs! During Planning, Sarah Lynch could not have been easier to work with, but where APC probably shined the most was during their Preview event in February that allowed you to go to their kitchen, meet the staff, see the decor, taste a ton of food, and really experience their brand of catering, all in their decked out warehouse.. If my husband hadn’t been on board from the menu, he was really excited and pleased after the open house. APC also created our Event Layout, for both good and bad weather, and provided very detailed and helpful planning documents! Day-of, they were prompt and quick to setup tables, and also made sure our outside seating was ready to go for our short rehearsal time window. They cleaned-up even faster, somehow. Both of which were important as our venue (the Museum of Industry) has limited setup/clean-out time. Their Decor is truly a step-above with arrangement and props. They blended right in with the Dock-vibe behind their buffet tables, and our guests commented on how seamless our tables flowed. Everyone loved our food! We had people who wish they could buy tubs of the Spinach Artichoke Dip, and lots of raves for the Pizza Dip! Our menu was a more “Summer Modern” plate featuring Pretzel Chicken and Marinated Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce, Mesculun Salad with Granny Smith Apples + Goat Cheese, Candied Bacon, and Jeweled Rice. We had compliments all night about the food and service. APC Servers were friendly and fun, which is a weird note, but you wouldn’t believe how many weddings I go to with dead-pan staff. Our guests really warmed up to everything quickly, and the bartenders were THE BEST. We heard compliments all night on the bar staff, who served our 2 signature drinks like bosses, and were ready to pour or sampling Whiskey. I just couldn’t believe how customized we could create our bar menu and how well the APC bartenders performed. Unexpectedly Awesome: We provided our own alcohol but the APC staff was amazing and separated our leftover liquor into 2 containers: 1 with open bottles, 1 with unopened bottles + unopened cases. They were NOT stingy with pouring and were completely on top of their game. The Servers also set aside a piece of Candied Bacon for us for our main plate, as well as basically all our menu items so we could get a taste! We basically had a dedicated server who was always sure we had a drink in hand, AND water for after the ceremony for our party (that was amazing and very appreciated). We got to dine first, followed by our table. NO LINES! Everyone ate in a timely manner and our Vegetarian/Vegans loved their Plate. A++ To Sarah Lynch and the APC Team!

I was married 5/7/16 with Absolutely Perfect as our caterer and DO IT ALL team (Sarah Lynch was AMAZING). Without being totally cliche' their name lives up to the title. From beginning to end they covered every detail and made sure we were well taken care of. Looking back things went wrong, my florist was to set-up something they didn't and without missing a beat Absolutely Perfect stepped up. Someone fell and I had no idea, the catering staff bandaged him up and he hung out the rest of the night. They brought drinks to the wedding party while we did photos and most of all ... MADE SURE WE HAD FOOD AND DRINKS. Everyone raved about the appetizers (go tuna!), entrees, and the dessert assortment (milk and cookie shots were gone seconds after they came out!). The atmosphere they created along with the food and service made my wedding day run perfect.... absolutely perfect.

My suggestion, have a lawyer review the contract before any signatures or money is exchanged. We attended Absolutely Perfect Catering’s (APC) open house and were impressed with the presentations and the food. We had already contracted with the Baltimore Museum of Industry (BMI) to hold the Wedding reception. At that time, BMI only had normal folding chairs for the event. APC said they would include the subcontracting of a better chair and linens in our contract. Our initial estimate was for 150 guests but was told that APC would work with us if the numbers changed. What the owner should have said ‘if the number of guests increase’. After revisiting the BMI with our own planner, BMI said they bought new chairs and we could use them for $300. When I contacted APC 7 weeks before our event to cancel the subcontract for the rental of chairs, I was told, by the APC owner, that the subcontractor would still charge me full price as a cancellation fee. I just stayed with the APC chair rental at an additional cost of $300+. After meeting with the APC owner to select the linens, we were disappointed with her attitude and linen selection. This was my daughter’s email,’ But it's just something else that doesn't make me feel important to the company ’. Our own planner provided us with a better linens selection that was an upgrade to what APC showed us. Deciding to use the better linens, I contacted APC 6 weeks before the event to cancel the linens from the subcontractor. APC said that the original contract was for linens to service the 150 guests, and again I would have to pay the full fee, around $600, to cancel that order. Having personally cancelled other rental equipment well before I need them, there was never a 100% cancellation fee. Since you are usually arranging this about a year in advance, in general and for sure for APC, know what you want, put the minimum in the original contract because the caterers are always ready to add additional guests and services. I will say that the actual catering of the wedding reception was very good. I had many compliments on the quality of the food and the responsiveness of the servers. Since the guest list grew to over 180 guests, dinner service was a little slow but I would say close to acceptable.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Sarah and Juliet for our wedding on 10/4/15. They listened to all of our ideas and concerns to make our day perfect. They were so responsive and helpful with everything along the way and even provided me with their phone numbers as it got closer to our wedding day in case I needed anything! Our guests RAVED about the food!! The decor was spot on what we wanted and was even more beautiful than I imagined it would be. What a magical night! I would definitely recommend APC!

We were super impressed with the display of all of the food tables; the hors d’oeurves, buffet, ice cream bar, everything! APC put our wines into the hors d'oeurves display, which was awesome. We were really very pleased with how everything turned out. I’ve never been to a wedding where all of the food tables were decorated so tastefully and it fit our theme perfectly. It was such a nice touch and made it feel so unique and personal. No boring table with silver buffet trays lined up in a row. Hah! We received so many compliments from everyone on display to the actual taste of the food. The food was delicious and several people said it was the best food they've had at a wedding and how they didn't have to go home hungry for once! We had an ice cream bar, which everyone loved... especially since it was near 90 degrees that day. It was such a fun alternative to the cake and there were tons of toppings for people to create their own sundaes. APC helps with SO much of your planning leading up to the day from the food and decor (obviously) to a timeline. Very helpful! My husband and I did gripe about the cost at times, but after seeing how flawlessly and beautifully everything came together, it made perfect sense. Would highly recommend APC!

My event coordinator was amazing. She made sure she understood my vision and had me fill out an extremely detailed bridal worksheet so she could ensure that everything was the way I wanted it to be. The presentation was AMAZING. They brought so many props and items to glam up the displays - they really looked great. The service was great, too.

I have attended many weddings. I can honestly say I did not enjoy the majority of the food. All our our guests who I have spoken with have raved about our food! Sarah will help you from beginning to end and with a very friendly personality. The decor and set up was everything we imagined!!!

Leslye and her staff were fantastic. Leslye personally responded to each and every one of the emails I sent her within a few hours of me sending it. The food was phenomenal. Everyone raved about our food and the service. Everyone was very helpful and set up our reception exactly how I wanted it. My biggest complaint is that we didn't get too eat as much as we wanted.

APC was absolutely amazing!! The food was excellent and the service was steller. Our main contact Sarah Lynch was very helpful during the whole process including the wedding. My husband and I would hire them again in a hear beat :)

Kimberly was very easy to talk to, had wonderful ideas, and was very skilled at turning my vision into a reality. I would definitely recommend her to a friend with a few reservations. It would talk pages to describe everything she did right, so in reading this review bear in mind that I was happy very happy with my experience, but I'm going to cut to the thick of it and just list the food for thought (let me emphasize one more time how beautiful the food was!!!). The main thing I was unhappy with is that the original quote they give you as the amount you owe is misleading. I was told that the original statement would be the cost of my catering as long as my guest count remained unchanged and I made no changes. This is not the case. The original quote will be a low-ball for the number of staff you'll need and will also not include many of the rentals that are standard at a wedding (ex: the head table...) That would be fine...except they wait until roughly 1-2 months before your wedding (after you've already paid your initial balance and what you thought would be the total...) This bumped my total up roughly an additional $2500-3000. We also had several complaints that the food was cold. To this we felt wasn't THAT big of a deal because it was a buffet. Food on top of the dishes does tend to get a little bit chilled. Our final issue was that during our champagne toast, a guest found a piece of foil in their glass from the top of the champagne wrapper. He presented it to a server and asked for a new glass. The server poured the champagne out, fished the metal out, and refilled the glass partially. It would of been nice (and more sanitary) for them to get a new glass and refill it to the original amount (especially since the wedding ended with 7 bottles of champagne remaining, so there was not shortage). We chose to upgrade our menu to an Asian-fusion style menu not commonly seen at weddings and 99.9% of the dish ideas were all Kim. She really thought outside the box and the taste, presentation, and uniqueness of the spread was something that countless guests have commented on. Kim really goes above and beyond from her communication with you to pulling for you to get changes made when you need them. There was also a "bride's assistant" staff member who was absolutely AMAZING. (Stephen?) He was fun, helped my friends and I relax, fixed my bustle when it broke, ran to the bridal suite when I forgot my bouquet (seconds before I walked down the aisle), and arranged flower petals, candles, snacks (including fruit from my buffet and wedding cake) in the bridal suite before my husband and I got there at the end of the night. I cannot express how good this guy was at his job.

I use this company and they where great. The food the staff everything. My catering rep was Sarah and she was the best thing that could happen to me. I call Sarah so many times and ask for her help and she always help me no matter what. She was always made sure that I was never stress out and made sure I had everything I need. She was not sure if she would personal be able to be at my wedding on June 30 but she was. I was so surprise to see her there. Anything I needed on my big day she was right there to make sure I had it. If I ever have another big even I will make sure I use them again.

Absolutely Perfect Catering. They really aren't just a Catering Company. They should call themselves Catering/Wedding Planner/Guaranteed to make your day perfect, so you don't have to worry about a thing on the biggest day of your life Catering...probably too long of a name... but still :) If you want to do something fun and creative. Not the standard meat and some potato/veggie side dish. These are your people!!! They are incredible. I wanted a country chic style wedding with sliders, chicken/mozzarella sliders, strawberry salad, mac and cheese, etc.... and I got it. You can tell them what every you want, and they will create it. Everything was seriously delicious and incredible. Kimberly, who was our event coordinator, was out of this world. Ask for her if you can! She is the best, so quick to respond, so fun, and so professional, she knows her stuff! Even when I got a little crazy with ideas, she was right on the same page with me. I can't say enough good things about her, shes just amazing. If you are in search of a Caterer, seriously set up a meeting with these guys. You will not regret it. We talked with a few caterer's before we found them, and no one came even close to them. When you go to your first tasting with them, you will feel very special. The prices were actually very impressive as well. Most Caterer's were about 50 something a person, they are about 30 something a person, and the kiddos were alot less. :) They will set up everything for you and clean up everything for you. They got it down to a science. Your event coordinator will make sure everything runs exactly how you hope it will. Even if you want appetizer's in your limo, just you can try them.. Kim came over outside, in the pouring rain and gave us the best crab dip we have ever had. Amazing, just Absolutely Perfect! Good Luck with the Wedding!

Absolutely Perfect is a professionally run organization. They answer phone calls, answer emails, they met us on Saturday (and offered us a complimentary glass of wine) and were available to do a Saturday min-tasting. Our problem with Absolutely Prefect was that from the moment we met, they made us feel like they wanted us to agree to use them. This was not a "soft push" like you get from an automobile salesman, but a "hard drive," including pointed questions about our plans and whereabouts that weekend (in an effort to sniff out the competition). They really made us feel uncomfortable. When we tried to deflect the questions about their competition, they pressed harder. They would not provide us with a tasting menu of the food we requested unless we paid them $50 but they were willing to give us a small sampling. We didn't taste that much of their food, but what we tasted was very good, met our dietary requirements, and their chef was very nice. However, as an example of the pressure to sign, their price quote was only valid for four hours after the tasting. When we negotiated for more time to compare with other vendors, they countered with the day was filling up and they needed a decision within three days. Although the date was presumably filling up for all the caterers in Baltimore, it was only this caterer that tried to use that fact as leverage. All in all, we felt that they would have added a lot of unnecessary stress to out wedding day and we decided to go with another caterer who was fabulous.

I was very pleased with Absolutely Perfect and their catering. They appointed a young lady named Sarah to be my coordinator. We spoke multiple times over email and she was extremely helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, my guests told me they had never had such good food at a wedding, the filet was perfectly cooked and juicy and the crab cakes were to die for. One of my guests managed to walk around and get his hands on three more crab cakes from guests that did not eat shellfish! (That's how good they were.) Throughout the wedding, Sarah was there to help me. She wasn't hired as a wedding planner, but she sure acted like she was. She made sure everything was set up and ready, she worked with the DJ to make last second changes to the timeline to make things run more smoothly, and she brought food and wine out to the groom and me as we had our pictures taken during cocktail hour. She had a smile on her face the entire time and she was wonderful to work with. I will be recommending this caterer to anyone I know ever catering an event. On a day fraught with problems from the weather, and the venue (see my other reviews), Sarah treated us like we were special and the most important people at that moment in time. Thank you!

Everything went so smoothly on my wedding day thanks to the hard work of our wonderful caterers. Always professional, Absolutely Perfect Catering did an amazing job at our wedding. Our guests were thrilled with the food and complimented the caterer all night. They made sure that my husband and I always had a full plate of food and full glass of wine/beer so we didn't miss out on anything. Easy to work with, experienced, and professional, I highly recommend Absolutely Perfect.

Kimberly worked with us and was always ready and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. She made the entire thing so personalized, special and unique to us. EVERYONE raved how this was the best food they've had at any wedding they've ever been to. The steak was cooked PERFECTLY and the crabcakes were the best I've ever had. The Hors D'oeuvres were AMAZING. Shawn took care of us the entire evening. He made sure we were always comfortable and happy. I can't say enough good things about them. I would recommend them hundreds of times over.

Excellent! Service/Customer Service me and my husband felt like king and queens. We were catered the whole time during there services. I would definetly recommend this vendor and would use them again. Very responsive and will work with you on your budget to make it nice and reasonable for you.

Absolutely perfect did a fantastic job for my wedding. We are still getting compliments on everything. From the tables looking exactly how I wanted them to the personal touches of having someone by your side all day I couldn't have asked for more. The dinner and cake were amazing. I gave them a photo of the cake I wanted and they nailed every detail of it. If you want your even to run smoothly and not have to worry I would pick Absolutely Perfect.

They helped with planning, all catering, decor and all service. We had 70 guests to our home and everyone raved about the food, the house and the service. My husband and I were free to visit with our guests and to enjoy our wedding.

They were the same vendor that did the catering. We didn't even know they MADE cakes but decided to ask. It was inexpensive and came out absolutely gorgeous (and it even tasted great!).
