We had no idea what flowers would cost us, but somehow managed to come up with a budget. So when we started our search, we were a little surprised to find out how much flowers cost.... Not wanting to go with silk or some other variation of "not real", and realizing that "diy" was not really an option for us, we contacted Kanani (who was recommended by our venue). She was honest, but still perfectly willing to work with us and our budget. She told us what she COULD do--not what she couldn't. Kanani was friendly, and easy to work with. And, despite our budget (that another vendor turned her nose up at), we had really beautiful flowers that our guests continue to offer compliments on, weeks after the fact.
Kanani also completely saved the day when we decided very late in the planning process that we wanted candles, and had to obtain a fire permit to do so. She gave us advice and help with the candle holders knowing what would work to pass the test (and get the permit).
