The service we received from Ace Limousine at our wedding was phenomenal. This was my second time working with Ace Limousine for an important event, and I will continue to return to them in the future. Ace Limousine transported myself, husband and wedding party to and from multiple locations on our wedding day. Our driver was professional, timely and a lovely guy. We had a limo for the bridal party and 6 airport pickups. Ace was extremely organized and professional. We had a couple of flight delays and Ace did not require us to be involved. They kept track and showed up at the new arrival time. all the drivers were professional and courteous. While maybe not the least expensive, their professionalism and promptness was worth the little extra in cost

For our wedding, we hired two different drivers/cars from ACE Limousines. They were extremely attentive to sending us reminders throughout the week before the wedding, which was a great relief to know that they were on top of their game! My wedding was Jun. 29, 2024 and I couldnt have been happier! I have witnessed firsthand other limo horror stories so I was nervous when I started looking; but ACE really came through! Their communication was awesome. Email was prompt and then a few days prior to the big day a phone call to touch base and make sure logistics were all on the same page. The day of- not only were they on time, they were a half hour early!! Ellyne, our driver, couldn't have been nicer (and so patient with our bigger group)! She was so professional and an excellent driver. We had an hour commute to the ceremony and then 45 minutes to the reception and she made it seem easy. Avoided high traffic areas (especially the Roosevelt Blvd) and managed some tight streets like a champ! She took care of not only the driving but also checked in to make sure the air was enough and made sure we knew how to use the music! I am very grateful for an awesome experience...I would definitely recommend ACE.

He built a rapport with every guest that entered the shuttle. Throughout the entirety of the night, Dom ensured the safety of our guests. After walking out of our venue as husband and wife, Dom greeted us and was just as excited as we were! It honestly felt like we knew him for years. Not to mention, the shuttle itself was spotless. I highly recommend Ace and both our families will be looking to use Ace for future events!

The vehicle was spotless and the bride and groom were so pleasantly surprised at the gift from the driver for them. We used one of Ace's party busses to transport the wedding party back and forth from the Church to the venue. The process leading up to the wedding was seamless, and I was contacted a few days prior to confirm the timeline. The driver arrived early to the first location which was wonderful. The driver Ellen was professional and so friendly. The bus was clean and large enough to fit our whole wedding party. She helped us get on and off the bus, helped us hand out waters and drinks to us on the bus when we were parked, and even helped fluff my dress before I walked down the aisle. Ace gave us engraved champagne glasses and a bottle of champagne for the ride as well which was such a nice touch. We had a wonderful experience with Ace and I would recommend them to anyone!

We used Ace Limousine for our wedding in Devon, PA this past weekend. It all went down without a hitch and the guests all felt taken care of. They safely and efficiently transported our guests from the hotel to the venue and back again in a 24 person shuttle bus. I also experienced quick responses and reliable communication with the office leading up to the day, as well as a follow up email to see how they did. Very professional and well run business!

My husband and I had a great experience for our wedding this December! There was great communication with us and we felt like we knew what was going on every step of the way! We booked a Party Bus for our Bridal Party to get to the venue, and a shuttle to get our guests to and from the hotel for our 11/03/2023 wedding. Ace Limo was an amazing part of our wedding team, and they made transportation a breeze. We met with a representative a week prior to the wedding, and they helped us solidify a schedule to provide to our party/guests. They were prompt, and the drivers were very polite, which is huge for a Bride-To-Be when navigating such a busy day. The driver also gifted us with beautiful wine glasses! Booked a 14-passenger van for hotel to wedding venue 6 days prior to the event. Reservation people were pleasant, efficient, helpful and didn't make us feel guilty. Day of event transportation person was kind and calm throughout, despite construction and other road blockages, it went off without a hitch. Would use them 100% for any event needing professional and courteous transportation services.

I was very pleased with Ace Limousine and the party bus they were able to provide us for my wife an my wedding. They provided a bus that could hold up to 29 people with no issues, and even provided us a bottle of complimentary champagne for the event. The driver was on time, and was able to drop the wedding party at the desired photo spot and final destination with ease. Weddings produce a lot of stress and Ace Limo took a lot of that worry away. Communication prior to the big day was excellent as it was the day of the wedding. For my son’s wedding, they did the bridal party to the venue, the grooms party to the venue then round trip from a local hotel to and from the venue. Two drivers, Josie and Dom, and both were prompt, professional and friendly and their vehicles were clean and well maintained. It was clear they had done this before and they made sure everyone received the service and attention they required. Our experience was really an unexpected and pleasant surprise. I did not list the cost as this was a gift, but the rates were competitive with all the others I contacted, and they also gave me advice on which vehicles and what schedule would be most cost effective.

Drove elderly mother to rehearsal dinner. Driver was extremely compassionate and helpful. She moved slow, so it took a while at the end of the night. The driver was very patient with her. Party bus for the wedding was great. Fully stocked with Ice and water bottles. Had a few cases of champagne glasses for our us as well. Sound-system was great. We will definitely use Ace again.

Book all of your transportation needs through ACE! ACE was our key source of transportation that we used for all wedding things. They provided us a limo for the groomsman and groom, a party bus for the wedding party, and three coach buses for our guests. Throughout the planning process something went wrong with our hotel and plans changed. ACE was so accommodating each time I called to adjust somethings. They were on top of anything that may have changed, I 100% trusted them and they made me feel like everything was going to be fine and workout for our day. When it came to our wedding day ACE transportation was seamless and everything worked out perfectly. I cannot thank ACE enough for their hard work and getting everyone from point A to point B to point C! It was a large wedding but they made everything perfect!

We booked a party bus along with three shuttles for our wedding day. ACE did an amazing job at nailing down our itinerary to coordinate shuttling all our guest to and from our venue to two different hotels. The staff from ACE reached out to us about a week prior to go over all the details. The day of the shuttles / party bus we’re clean and staff was friendly. The shuttle arrived and departed on time. Our party bus included a complimentary bottle of champagne and personalized champagne glasses with our names on them which was a very thoughtful touch!

June 2023 Wedding: Ace was so fantastic to work with! They have a variety of options for your needs do the day. We used a 36 person shuttle which made 2 loops before the wedding and after for wedding guests. Then, about 2 weeks before the wedding, I found out my hotel no longer did shuttles I needed for the wedding party. Thankfully, Ace had availability of a 6 person van in the short notice to make a few loops to the venue. I definitely recommend looking into them for your wedding or other transportation service!

We had MANY shuttles/limos booked for our wedding day. We had two limos for the groomsmen and bride to the ceremony and multiple party buses for guests to and from the hotel/venue. All of our shuttle drivers were safe drivers and very nice! We had enjoyable rides. Customer service with Ace is very easy, you just call or email and they are able to answer all questions. My only recommendation would be an easier method of booking/seeing what is booked. I did all of my booking through email, so everytime I wanted to look at what I had booked I had to sort through emails. For a lot of shuttles like I had, this quickly got confusing. I wish there had been some sort of portal that I could access everything in one place. However, when I emailed to ask for a list of every shuttle I had booked and what I needed to pay (so it was all in one place) they easily and quickly gave me the info I needed, so 5 stars to Ace Limousine and I would highly recommend for anyone.

Ace was fantastic on our wedding day! We had 2 school buses picking up guests at multiple locations and a 12 pax sprinter limo for the bridal parties. They were flexible as we worked out our #s and routes, and were able to adapt night of and do an extra loop when had more people than expected attend our after party. From what I heard from our guests, transportation was smooth and clean, and drivers were professional!
