Both of our drivers were pleasant, professional, and helpful when it came to getting us on and off the bus at the various locations. We received nothing but compliments on the comforts and cleanliness of the busses we had, how easy it was to connect via Bluetooth to play music, and just the overall experience. The prices were more than reasonable, and personally, we appreciated having gratuity included in the billing – it’s one less thing to worry about during a crazy wedding weekend! Should my family or friends need any limo / transportation services in the area down the road, Ace is going to be considered first.

sic and they is fun lights inside also and the seats are great. The only downfall is that they really were not organized unfortunately. I wish it wasn't so. The van never showed up to pick us up after our reception ended at 11:00PM. We emailed and talked on the phone so many times about the day of schedule for our wedding so I'm not sure how they messed up the timeline. We had 2 venues, The Arts Ballroom for our ceremony and Cairnwood Estate for our reception. Our Hotel was the Radisson in Trevose. They transported the entire wedding party between all 3 places throughout the day after getting ready, going to the ceremony and reception. But sadly, after our farewell send off at Cairnwood after our reception ended at 11:00PM the van never showed up and went to the wrong location. They went to the Arts Ballroom by mistake and the wedding party had no ride back to the hotel for the night. The next day I did get on the phone with them and they were professional about the mishap and refunded me a part of the amount we spent thankfully. I'm sad it ended that way.

They helped me decide on appropriate shuttle times to get all guests there on time for the ceremony and sent me a text message when they started picking up guests. The shuttle driver at the end of the night even helped to load our stuff onto the shuttle from the wedding.

With other companies, it was difficult to speak to a representative on the phone but Ace has fantastic customer service. They also have a wide selection of vehicles, and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality of service that they provide. 24 hours out they confirm your reservation and itinerary, and I had full trust that they would execute the plan flawlessly. I booked a 44-person bus for 10-hours, but they have time blocks and vehicles to fit any need. The bus was extremely clean and the driver was punctual, smooth, and safe. After the initial trips, the bus was staged where we requested all night and the driver followed the itinerary perfectly. Many other companies that I researched had reviews accusing drivers of leaving early or not following directions, but Ace drivers are committed to doing what you hired them for (even if it’s waiting outside the venue for hours in case guests need to leave early). Hiring Ace gave us peace of mind on our wedding day, and I will use them for future events. Ace is a reliable, customer-focused company that will make your wedding day (or other event), stress-free!

Months later, Ace made sure to check up with me and the week before my wedding, I was panicking, as I was unsure if I had enough transportation. A gentleman by the name of Ryan gave me his expert advice and told me that I'd need a second vehicle and calmly explained to me the reasoning behind it and why he thought it would be best both forms of transportation pick up and drop off my guests at the same time. It was no sales gimmick - he was absolutely correct and I knew that when I saw how the night played out. The drivers were extremely professional and courteous. They were patient and kind and congratulated me and my husband and helped us unload everything we had to bring back from the venue. Any time I'd call, I would get a live person on the phone who could answer all my questions and relieve my anxiety and stress about how the day would work regarding the transportation. The vehicles were so clean and fit all of our guests perfectly. These days, having personal interaction seems to be rare and I love how Ace does not lose that touch about them. I recieved emails, phone calls, notifications, and alerts. It was wonderful and I will definitely use them again in the future if I ever need a service like this. On the day of our wedding, the shuttle was prompt to transport the guests to our venue on time. For the return trip, Ace Limousine was accommodating to provide 2 return trips back to the hotel so that any guests that wanted to leave later could make the last shuttle back. Everything turned out great and the guests really appreciated the service to and from the venue. Furthermore, they even commended the driver for providing exceptional service.
