Wow wow and wow!  The Ace shuttles we used for my daughter’s wedding were outstanding - all the drivers were so helpful and very friendly!!!  Joe was outstanding!!!!

Ace Limo came through 2 days before my sons wedding when i found out Yellow Bird Bus company went out of business. They were extremely helpful and professional! The Vehicle they provided was a definite upgrade from what we were going to get from Yellow Bird who by the.way took my deposit. We were lucky enough to work with Ace to provide bus transportation for our wedding party and guests to and from our venue. Ace offered a number of different sized vehicles which helped us plan for a complicated event with a lot of moving parts. Once we figured out our exact timeline for the wedding day, Ace allowed us to change our reservation by several hours which greatly helped with all of our planning for the day. On our wedding, the drivers were all on time and very respectful. We could not have asked for things to go more smoothly.

Ace limousine was absolutely AMAZING for our wedding day. We used their 31 person party bus for our bridal party, and shuttle service for transportation to and from our hotel to the venue for our guests. It could not have gone more smoothly!! We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Ace team throughout our wedding process. Transportation was an aspect of wedding planning that I was concerned about, as we had multiple guest and wedding party needs and a venue ~25 minutes away from our hotel block. We booked an Ace limo suv for our wedding and it was a very seamless and straightforward process. I wanted to take pictures at several locations around Philadelphia, then get dropped off at our venue. After that we needed them to pick up our family at the hotel and bring them to the venue. Everything logistically went smoothly. Josie was the sweetest, a professional and a great driver. The vehicle was spacious, comfortable, clean and had bottled water for us. Ace was very easy to work with and very reliable.

I could not have asked for a better limo service. They were professional, punctual, and so kind as well. Our driver Elizabeth was so sweet and drove so well we couldnt tell we were driving in center city! The fact they provided us complimentory champaign and engraved champaign glasses for me an my husband made the day that much sweeter. I would recommend them to EVERYBODY! Great communication before our event! I had to change a some things after booking and they were very accommodating. The drivers the day of were very professional and the limo was clean. We hired a van to transport people with mobility issues and there weren't any problems. My grandmother said it was the smoothest ride she's every had!

Ace Limousine was exceptional! From the time i reached out until our final destination they went above and beyond. Our driver Ellyne helped us way way WAY more than she needed to! She did it without question. I booked with them because everything was easy and straight forward. They made sure to let me know before they charged the rest of the bill and went over the plan. They also called one more time before the wedding and asked for someone other than myself and my husbands number so they were able to communicate with them. They had beautiful Champagne flutes with our names engraved in them. The price for the largest party bus was amazing and the ride was as smooth as smooth could be! The driver came on time and hung out until we were ready to head to our different destinations. I could NOT recommend them more!

Ace Limo did an amazing job getting myself, my wife, our wedding party and our guests safely to and from the wedding! My wife and I felt extra special when our driver (Calvin) picked us up and presented us with the personalized glasses and champagne that we were able to share with our bridal party! Calvin was so sweet and inviting for our quick drive to the venue and helped us get the party started! It really was a great trip to start the rest of our lives together! And even at the end of the night - our 10PM pick up was patient with us as we gathered ourselves and the guests going back to the hotel which we greatly appreciated! We had a limo for the bridal party and 6 airport pickups. Ace was extremely organized and professional. We had a couple of flight delays and Ace did not require us to be involved. They kept track and showed up at the new arrival time. all the drivers were professional and courteous. While maybe not the least expensive, their professionalism and promptness was worth the little extra in cost

We had the best experience with Ace for our wedding shuttle. They were responsive from the start, were beyond amazing on our wedding day, and flexible when we were running off schedule on pictures with waiting for us. And got everyone where they needed to be safely. Highly recommend!

For our wedding, we hired two different drivers/cars from ACE Limousines. They were extremely attentive to sending us reminders throughout the week before the wedding, which was a great relief to know that they were on top of their game! Everyone was friendly and very efficient getting us exactly where we needed to be. Duke, especially, was terrific! He was friendly, thoughtful, attentive, professional, and made our special day even better.

They were professional, timely and our driver actually gave me tips on how to get in and out with my wedding dress. We had a hiccup and I couldn’t leave on time and they were so accommodating. The driver waited until we were ready and came around and picked us up. I would use them again and again for any travel needs!

My wedding was Jun. 29, 2024 and I couldnt have been happier! I have witnessed firsthand other limo horror stories so I was nervous when I started looking; but ACE really came through! Their communication was awesome. Email was prompt and then a few days prior to the big day a phone call to touch base and make sure logistics were all on the same page. The day of- not only were they on time, they were a half hour early!! Ellyne, our driver, couldn't have been nicer (and so patient with our bigger group)! She was so professional and an excellent driver. We had an hour commute to the ceremony and then 45 minutes to the reception and she made it seem easy. Avoided high traffic areas (especially the Roosevelt Blvd) and managed some tight streets like a champ! She took care of not only the driving but also checked in to make sure the air was enough and made sure we knew how to use the music! I am very grateful for an awesome experience...I would definitely recommend ACE.

I used this company for my wedding and highly recommend them! We rented the limo bus and it was so spacious. The staff answered all of my questions and made the process so easy. The driver was very professional and had a great personality. I definitely will be using this company again.

What a fantastic service. The people at ACE were excellent at helping us plan our service. the drivers were wonderful, right on time, and kept in touch by text the whole time. the limos were clean and comfortable, and our guests kept telling us how wonderful the ride was. And they really appreciated having a ride back to the hotel. Truly top notch service - wish I could give them 6 stars!!!
