They were punctual, patient, fun, and safe! We had an amazing time on this party bus for our huge wedding party!!

Great communication before our event! I had to change a some things after booking and they were very accommodating. The drivers the day of were very professional and the limo was clean. We hired a van to transport people with mobility issues and there weren't any problems. My grandmother said it was the smoothest ride she's every had!

Ace Limousine was exceptional! From the time i reached out until our final destination they went above and beyond. Our driver Ellyne helped us way way WAY more than she needed to! She did it without question. I booked with them because everything was easy and straight forward. They made sure to let me know before they charged the rest of the bill and went over the plan. They also called one more time before the wedding and asked for someone other than myself and my husbands number so they were able to communicate with them. They had beautiful Champagne flutes with our names engraved in them. The price for the largest party bus was amazing and the ride was as smooth as smooth could be! The driver came on time and hung out until we were ready to head to our different destinations. I could NOT recommend them more!

My wife and I felt extra special when our driver (Calvin) picked us up and presented us with the personalized glasses and champagne that we were able to share with our bridal party! Calvin was so sweet and inviting for our quick drive to the venue and helped us get the party started! It really was a great trip to start the rest of our lives together! And even at the end of the night - our 10PM pick up was patient with us as we gathered ourselves and the guests going back to the hotel which we greatly appreciated! We had a limo for the bridal party and 6 airport pickups. Ace was extremely organized and professional. We had a couple of flight delays and Ace did not require us to be involved. They kept track and showed up at the new arrival time. all the drivers were professional and courteous. While maybe not the least expensive, their professionalism and promptness was worth the little extra in cost

For our wedding, we hired two different drivers/cars from ACE Limousines. They were extremely attentive to sending us reminders throughout the week before the wedding, which was a great relief to know that they were on top of their game! Everyone was friendly and very efficient getting us exactly where we needed to be. Duke, especially, was terrific! He was friendly, thoughtful, attentive, professional, and made our special day even better.

They were professional, timely and our driver actually gave me tips on how to get in and out with my wedding dress. We had a hiccup and I couldn’t leave on time and they were so accommodating. The driver waited until we were ready and came around and picked us up. I would use them again and again for any travel needs!

My wedding was Jun. 29, 2024 and I couldnt have been happier! I have witnessed firsthand other limo horror stories so I was nervous when I started looking; but ACE really came through! Their communication was awesome. Email was prompt and then a few days prior to the big day a phone call to touch base and make sure logistics were all on the same page. The day of- not only were they on time, they were a half hour early!! Ellyne, our driver, couldn't have been nicer (and so patient with our bigger group)! She was so professional and an excellent driver. We had an hour commute to the ceremony and then 45 minutes to the reception and she made it seem easy. Avoided high traffic areas (especially the Roosevelt Blvd) and managed some tight streets like a champ! She took care of not only the driving but also checked in to make sure the air was enough and made sure we knew how to use the music! I am very grateful for an awesome experience...I would definitely recommend ACE.

We used one of Ace's party busses to transport the wedding party back and forth from the Church to the venue. The process leading up to the wedding was seamless, and I was contacted a few days prior to confirm the timeline. The driver arrived early to the first location which was wonderful. The driver Ellen was professional and so friendly. The bus was clean and large enough to fit our whole wedding party. She helped us get on and off the bus, helped us hand out waters and drinks to us on the bus when we were parked, and even helped fluff my dress before I walked down the aisle. Ace gave us engraved champagne glasses and a bottle of champagne for the ride as well which was such a nice touch. We had a wonderful experience with Ace and I would recommend them to anyone!

They safely and efficiently transported our guests from the hotel to the venue and back again in a 24 person shuttle bus. We used ace for our wedding in Oct. Hellen was our driver and she was amazing. She went above and beyond. She helped my dad hold my dress and veil as I walking and helping with loading/unloading the car. She was just so kind and friendly. We are so happy that we chose ace and had her as our driver! We booked a Party Bus for our Bridal Party to get to the venue, and a shuttle to get our guests to and from the hotel for our 11/03/2023 wedding. Ace Limo was an amazing part of our wedding team, and they made transportation a breeze. We met with a representative a week prior to the wedding, and they helped us solidify a schedule to provide to our party/guests. They were prompt, and the drivers were very polite, which is huge for a Bride-To-Be when navigating such a busy day. The driver also gifted us with beautiful wine glasses! Booked a 14-passenger van for hotel to wedding venue 6 days prior to the event. Reservation people were pleasant, efficient, helpful and didn't make us feel guilty. Day of event transportation person was kind and calm throughout, despite construction and other road blockages, it went off without a hitch. Would use them 100% for any event needing professional and courteous transportation services.

I was very pleased with Ace Limousine and the party bus they were able to provide us for my wife an my wedding. They provided a bus that could hold up to 29 people with no issues, and even provided us a bottle of complimentary champagne for the event. The driver was on time, and was able to drop the wedding party at the desired photo spot and final destination with ease. Weddings produce a lot of stress and Ace Limo took a lot of that worry away. Communication prior to the big day was excellent as it was the day of the wedding. For my son’s wedding, they did the bridal party to the venue, the grooms party to the venue then round trip from a local hotel to and from the venue. Two drivers, Josie and Dom, and both were prompt, professional and friendly and their vehicles were clean and well maintained. It was clear they had done this before and they made sure everyone received the service and attention they required. Our experience was really an unexpected and pleasant surprise. I did not list the cost as this was a gift, but the rates were competitive with all the others I contacted, and they also gave me advice on which vehicles and what schedule would be most cost effective.

Drove elderly mother to rehearsal dinner. Driver was extremely compassionate and helpful. She moved slow, so it took a while at the end of the night. The driver was very patient with her. Party bus for the wedding was great. Fully stocked with Ice and water bottles. Had a few cases of champagne glasses for our us as well. Sound-system was great. We will definitely use Ace again.

Book all of your transportation needs through ACE! ACE was our key source of transportation that we used for all wedding things. They provided us a limo for the groomsman and groom, a party bus for the wedding party, and three coach buses for our guests. Throughout the planning process something went wrong with our hotel and plans changed. ACE was so accommodating each time I called to adjust somethings. They were on top of anything that may have changed, I 100% trusted them and they made me feel like everything was going to be fine and workout for our day. When it came to our wedding day ACE transportation was seamless and everything worked out perfectly. I cannot thank ACE enough for their hard work and getting everyone from point A to point B to point C! It was a large wedding but they made everything perfect!
