In October of 2024, The Sixpence Wedding and Event Center in Whitestown, had the pleasure of witnessing the professionalism and talent displayed by Ace employees, for a very special event at our venue. I am a Manager at The Sixpence and watched the team during set up as well as during the event. They were personable and professional! I heard many favorable comments throughout the evening about how beautiful the stage and draping was! Both were perfect for the aesthetics of our evening!! I highly recommend their company!

Everything was a breeze for our wedding rental! We were able to come into their showroom to pick out exactly what we wanted for our table linens & charger plates. This was super nice because we ended up liking the tablecloths that I would not have otherwise considered without seeing them in person. It was a little pricey, but it was nice to be able to pick them up and drop them off with an extended period of time instead of having to do it all on the actual wedding day. Everything was exactly as ordered and worked out great!

Working with ace was the best thing we did to create the backyard wedding of our dreams. They worked carefully with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed on time! The tent, dance floor, chairs, linens etc were all beautiful and Id recommend them in a heartbeat!

We needed chairs for an outdoor wedding. Many vendors had only two options, flimsy metal chairs or expensive, fancier chairs. We found a middle of the road option at Ace which was perfect for our situation. They were easy to work with over the phone, delivered on time and picked up as well.

Ace Party Rentals were great to work with! They delivered and picked up quickly! I had no issues whatsoever.

They were a great decision. Our rentals were not only the best priced we could find but they were delivered and picked up on time. They only negatives we found about them. We got married on a Saturday. They would not tell us for certain if they would be delivered on Thursday or Friday prior. The woman my husband spoke to told him that she could guarantee a Friday delivery for an additional $75.00. Our venue would not allow us to deliver the rentals on Thursday. With irritation, we decided to press our luck and see if we could get a Friday delivery anyways. When we called to confirm the order & delivery information, my husband was speaking to someone else from the company who agreed to guarantee our Friday delivery with no additional charge. We were happy with that. The only other thing was that we rented 51 chairs. When they picked up the rentals, there were only 50 chairs. The "missing chair" was no where in the building and we just dont see how we lost one chair. We had to pay $31.00 for the missing chair but we want to still know if it showed up or was actually misplaced?! The mystery is still unknown! In closing, get the date of delivery guaranteed and count all of your items when they are delivered and picked up.

We rented chairs and a tent from Ace Party Rental. The tent was supposed to be delivered one place and the chairs another. They got that right. However, the tent was for a Friday night event and the chairs were for a Saturday event, and they delivered the chairs on Thursday morning and the tent on Friday afternoon. It freaked me out when we didn't have a tent early, so we couldn't set up early. When I called about it, they said there wasn't anything they could do even though I had asked if it could be set up a day early...
