Meagan Artega, this company’s founder, has participated in the organization of over 5,000 events, giving her priceless knowledge on every aspect of wedding planning. She can take a front or back seat in the organization process, working with you to provide the exact services you need for your big day.
Acetra Affairs works with each client to find their ideal wedding planning package. Along with servicing weddings in the local area, she also caters to destination weddings, allowing her to help you celebrate your union in paradise. Among many other services, she also offers budgeting, honeymoon planning, decor design, venue selection, and contract management.
We are one of the ONLY coordinators that stay for the ENTIRE event and leaves after the reception is over.

Meagan helped coordinate the perfect wedding from meetings with vendors to the coordination for the day of. She was extremely response and quick to respond with the utmost of knowledge. Throughout the process Meagan gave unbiased opinions to help us create the wedding of our dreams. Would absolutely recommend 10/10. Thank you for everything Meagan!!!
Meagan was the best decision I made when planning my wedding. We hired her as a day of coordinator for my backyard wedding and she knew EVERY detail to address, then broke everything down into a big itemized list. That list was broken down by total list, and then ceremony, reception, etc.. She was on top of the vendors and ran our wedding like it was a high end catering hall. We couldn't have done it without her. 10/10!
I threw a baby shower for my sister in law back in the winter and Meagan really helped take some of the stress off. She quickly wrote up a proposal of the vendors and schedule. Hearing our diet concerns and allergies, she worked with us to find another vendor. With her efficiency and attention to detail, it was stress free and we were able to enjoy the parents to be!
Meagan was absolutely amazing. Anything I needed from beginning to end she was there. She even came to my dress fitting to learn how to do my bustle. The day of the wedding she helped organize all my vendors, putting on boutonnieres for the men, ensured all pictures were taken timely and kept me happy with drinks as it was a very hot day! I cannot say enough great things about her. We are so appreciative of everything Meagan did to make sure our Wedding was the best day ever! I would highly recommend her to every bride and groom!
We hired Meagan to be our “ Day-Of” Party Coordinator. She was professional, efficient and
extremely pleasant to work with. She followed the wedding time line efficiently , interacted with vendors, caterer and as a result she helped make our daughter’s wedding a perfect day!! I would happily recommend her to anyone making a wedding or any other special event.
We booked Megan for our day of wedding coordinator, she took care of everything pertaining to the reception and my only regret was not hiring her for the ceremony as well. From our first meeting over lunch and drinks Megan was professional, welcoming, punctual, and let me know from the very beginning that she was there to make our day special in anyway possible. When my initial reception venue canceled she helped in finding another one. She made sure everyone stayed on the time schedule on the day of the wedding, handled tips, reached out to all the vendors the week of the wedding, she helped set up and break down the room, literally made sure every one and thing was exactly how I pictured it in my head. And still while doing all of that she made sure my husband and I ate which from what I’m told the bride and groom rarely get to do at their own wedding. The entire day was flawless and a huge part of that came from all the hard work and effort she put into our wedding. While I will only be getting married once if we ever host another venue of this magnitude she will absolutely be the first person I call. I can’t thank her enough or stress as a bride how helpful and beneficial it is on your big day to have her. Thank you again.
Unbelievable service and professionalism from start to finish everything was planned perfectly!!! They really made our special day amazing. I highly recommend them!
