Out of everyone we’ve communicated with (across both competing catering companies AND other vendors), Act3 has been the most caring, thorough, swift, and knowledgeable throughout the whole timeline, consistently. We both felt deeply reassured, partnered with, and invested in because of how you worked with us and the quality of work they did. And when we met in person for the first time at the tasting, every interaction only reaffirmed the correspondence we had over the phone and over email; they not only treated us so kindly, but were also very warm and respectful to our family there with us too. They were gracious and so on top of every detail the whole way through. Truly, working with them has made a huge difference in the wedding AND in the planning leading up to it. Especially Roslyn!! Work with her if you get a chance. The whole Act3 team is deeply impressive. Their services carried us through the reception of our wedding (and beyond)! The food was amazing (those sliders are the best thing ever). Execution blew us away; they set up the floor plans exactly to spec AND were quick on their feet to adapt to the plan B when the weather conditions were poor. Neither of us had to think - we trusted the team and they all delivered. Everyone was professional and enthusiastic. Even with the leftover food at the end of the night (which we lived off of for the next day and a half) - we felt cared for.

ACT3 was a great addition to our wedding day. From the start we had an amazing experience working with Roslyn. She was quick to respond and had all the answers to every question during the tasting and planning process. Their services are well worth the money and made our wedding day even more special. ACT 3 is truly a do it all catering company. We loved using them for our linen order, food, bartending, and cake cutting. Their food and bartending services were incredible and exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and we got many compliments from guests! When planning our wedding, great food was at the top of our list! We attended five tastings, including two at ACT3, to find the perfect caterer. From the beginning, ACT3 was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. They worked closely with us to create a custom menu, truly valuing our input. On the day of the wedding, the food was beyond amazing—everything was flavorful, and our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say! The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. Devi was fantastic, following up with us to make sure every detail was ironed out ahead of the big day.

Food was absolutely delicious! We had a buffet style for about 100 people and the food was warm and fresh the entire time. We got so many compliments on the food!! Highly recommend!

Act 3 catered our wedding, and the food and service were incredible. We chose them for their extensive vegan and allergy friendly options. Their website didn't show these menus by default, so definitely ask if this applies to you! We chose an all vegetarian menu, and the guests especially loved the cauliflower steaks. Roslyn was great to work with: professional, timely, and organized. The team was willing to make adjustments to their recipes based on our preferences from the tasting (I.e. reducing the sweetness in the brussels sprouts, substituting arugula for lettuce in a salad), and the parts of dinner we didn't modify were even better than at our tasting, too. The service staff at our wedding were so courteous and efficient. We would absolutely recommend Act 3!

I had a fantastic experience with ACT 3 as my wedding caterer. Roslyn was incredibly helpful, guiding me through menu selections and patiently answering all of my questions. Her responsiveness and expert advice were invaluable throughout the planning process. On our wedding day, the crew arrived promptly and set up the venue exactly as I had envisioned. The staff was friendly and always wore a smile. We had a buffet dinner for about 60 guests, and the buffet table was beautifully arranged with clear labels for each dish. Our guests loved the food, and the catering staff thoughtfully packed up the leftover food and wedding cakes for me, which I appreciated since I forgot to eat the wedding cake! Their top-notch customer service left a lasting impression. At the end of the night, the crew efficiently cleaned up the venue and left us a heartfelt card signed by all the staff, which was a wonderfully touching gesture. I highly recommend ACT 3 for anyone seeking exceptional catering.

We were so impressed by Act 3 Catering for our summer wedding. Our specific venue only allowed us to choose a caterer from a list of 3 options, and from day one we were blown away by their exceptional customer service and delicious food. The portions during our tasting appointment were generous, and the staff was always willing to help us with any and all questions we had. I worked very closely with Roslyn leading up to our wedding day, and no stone was left unturned. She was attentive, flexible, collaborative, and overall wonderful to work with. They seriously made our wedding day SEAMLESS. Our guests RAVED about the food. Two weeks later and we are still getting compliments! They took my gluten allergy seriously, and made sure I was served special gluten free items. Our wedding dining experience felt like a Michelin star restaurant, seriously! We weren't expecting to be so catered to. One of the staff members at Act 3 followed by now husband and I around all night, giving us water, offering us drinks from the bar, and made sure to pack us a to go box to bring with us to our hotel after the reception. Seriously 10/10 recommend! I have a couple of wedding day regrets (naturally), but hiring Act 3 will never be one of them!

Act 3 catered my recent May 2024 wedding and I could not have been happier with our food! We have received an outpouring of positive remarks from our wedding guests about their meals, and surprisingly, my wife and I were able to sit down for a delicious meal too! We so appreciated Act 3's diligence to make sure we ate day-of as well, from the changing room appetizers, to the expertly served brides' dinner plates by their staff - what a game changer!! The Act 3 staff was exceptional from start to finish of planning our wedding food, and they made sure that our every need (including oddly specific dietary restrictions!) was accounted for. Their food is genuinely SO good that I might just have to stop by their office for a snack haha. I highly recommend Act 3 to anyone looking for a fabulous, creative, and accommodating caterer!

ACT 3 catered our daughter's wedding in June 2023. I can't say enough about what a terrific experience it was. We received compliments from so many of our guests on how delicious the food was. The service they provided was great as well - smooth, pleasant and efficient. We highly, highly recommend ACT 3!

Working with ACT 3 was a dream. Throughout the entire process, they have been responsive and professional. Day of the wedding: the food was delicious, the catering staff and bartenders were fun, friendly and attentive, and everything was beautiful and timely. Our guests gushed about how delicious the food was. Very, very pleased. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The food was spectacular! The staff did an amazing job during the service. They were very helpful and thorough leading up the our wedding to ensure they provided just what we wanted. We had an unexpected emergency during the event and the staff stepped up and gave us extra assistance when they weren’t expected to. They went above and beyond for us. I would 100% recommend this catering company!

We cannot say enough great things about Act 3. The entire process was fantastic. They were very easy to work with, clear on services, and prompt communicators. The catering was everything we could have ever dreamed of. The quality of the food and service was top notch. As someone who does not live in the Seattle area, they made our wedding exceptional, going above and beyond our expectations and helping us when needed. A big thank you to Act 3 Catering for helping to make our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding go so smoothly. From the first tasting to the wedding day, they were communicative, helpful and professional. We were still having photographs done in the secret garden at Thornewood Castle, and staff members made sure that hors d’oeuvres were circulating amongst us too. Dinner was served efficiently with generous portions. A big shout out to Kiry, our Act 3 coordinator and Stephanie, our “Day of” operations manager. A perfect wedding day!

I was honestly really worried that something was going to go horribly wrong at our wedding, because ACT 3 seemed too good to be true! They were professional, super affordable, and their food was delicious - there had to be a catch right? Nope! The wedding went perfectly, they were fantastic to work with, and we got so many compliments on the food. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

We're so happy we chose Act 3 for our wedding! They were significantly less expensive than other caterers we reached out to, but the food was all delicious, and they helped us with our table and linen rentals as well. They were very professional throughout. We did have one snafu where they didn't have our food when we came to pick up our to-go tasting order, but they generously comped the meal. Thanks for helping to make our wedding stress-free and special!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Act 3 was the first and only caterer we reached out to for our West Coast wedding and they did not disappoint! We were blown away by the tasting - first of all, the portions were HUGE and that wasn’t expected - we both thought we’d be sharing bites of food but we left FULL. We had enough leftovers to take home and enjoy later on as well. Mao was our coordinator who worked closely with our wedding coordinator to make sure the day-of was perfect. The guests from our wedding are still raving about the food quality - we opted for a buffet style and everyone LOVED having the option of both the short ribs and salmon for entrees. Victoria was the sweetheart table personal server and she was the real MVP! She always had our drinks refilled, brought over appetizers we missed while taking photos, and had second plates ready for us from the buffet, and made sure we (the couple) were completely full & satisfied. Act 3 even prepared a leftover bag for us to take home for a late night after-wedding snack - which was amazing even reheated. If we could do the wedding all over again, we would in a heartbeat!

We were completely blown away by the service we had from ACT 3 Catering. We selected them because our venue required we go through one of their preferred vendors list and ACT 3's prices were in our budget. On the day of the wedding, they were so kind and attentive to our needs throughout the evening, bringing us food directly (our guests had a buffet service). It was also very helpful that they ordered any rentals (linens, plates, flatware, etc.) directly through CORT so we didn't have to coordinate anything ourselves. The food was also even better day-of than when we had our tasting (which was also wonderful). We received many compliments and I highly recommend this company for incredible service, great food, and a seamless experience!

We had a wonderful experience with ACT 3 Catering. It was listed as a preferred vendor through our venue and they definitely delivered. The tasting was so fun and we were able to take our time while enjoying some wine. In the midst of crazy wedding planning, Stephanie was always there to answer my questions extremely quickly. Can't say how helpful that is while planning your own wedding! Highly recommend ACT 3.

ACT 3 Catering was a pleasure to work with! They went above and beyond to make our wedding reception perfect! ACT 3 was very organized and helpful during the planning process. The menu selections were very accommodating and the had lots of options for allergies. Pricing was very reasonable and the food was delicious! During our event the ACT 3 staff was extremely attentive! The staff personally served the bride and groom and regularly checked in on all the guests to ensure they had everything they needed. ACT 3 also packed a post wedding dinner and dessert box for the bride and groom too! We would highly recommend ACT 3 Catering for your special day!

We were thrilled with the catering that ACT 3 provided for our wedding ! Everyone loved the food and the service throughout the event was amazing. The setup and cleanup went flawlessly as did the entire event. We would highly recommend them for your event!

We had our wedding this December 2021. I heard nothing but great things about ACT 3’s food from all our guests! The steak and salmon were amazing. The tasting went great as well, and they were very accommodating about all our requests and changes throughout the planning. The communication was easy. It was a bit difficult to get a hold of them during the first two months, but that is totally understandable since it’s around their busy season (summer). I got a chance to talk to 3 of their coordinators throughout the 6-months of our planning. The servers during the reception were extremely helpful and made sure my husband and I got a chance to eat and drink during the night. We highly recommend ACT3.

This is not a negative review, it is an honest one. Things started out well with this caterer. Prices were reasonable, and the tasting went well. We were assured that this business could handle the variety of dietary needs we expected at our wedding. This business was also flexible through the pandemic, and we had no trouble re-scheduling when that needed to happen. But in the weeks leading up to our event, we had serious communication issues, and I had trouble getting in contact with this office. I had to initiate important communications - we were not communicated with at key dates, or followed up with consistently. Our final contract had multiple issues, and I went back and forth with the office in the week (days!) leading up to the wedding to correct them. They did let us make adjustments to our totals during that time since the contract wasn't finalized anyway because of those errors... so I guess points for flexibility? Personally I would've preferred to have had things finalized before that. At our wedding, there were mistakes made with specialty items not being marked correctly/ put out when they shouldn't have been, so earlier guests going through the buffet were taking multiple main dish items, assuming they were sides. One side dish ran out altogether, and main dishes for special diets were not available to those who had ordered them. One issue is that we were not aware that our buffet would not be served. We were told afterwards that would've been an additional charge, which we would've gladly paid for COVID reasons alone, but also to control portioning. Again, communication issues. In the end, the guests at our last four tables had to take food from the children's buffet. Really embarrassing for us! When we brought these issues up to Act 3, the response we received was disappointing and unprofessional. Staff accused us of "coaching" our guests to say there wasn't enough food, accused me of not communicating with them enough, and our guests of taking too much food. They were insistent that the majority of the blame was on myself and our guests. They also haggled with us over

I was very impressed with ACT 3 from the start! The tasting was personable and enjoyable. The staff made it feel like we were on a date night and less like it was food tasting for the wedding. All the options were awesome and tasted great! Communication was clear between Amber and my wedding coordinator, and things seemed to go smoothly the day of the wedding. People loved the food and had good things to say about the staff! I probably ordered too much food, but they reassured me that the leftovers would go to local charities in the area. Highly recommend ACT 3 for your wedding!

Communication with Act 3 was wonderful, they respond quickly to emails and are always happy to help answer any questions. The food and service was great! During my wedding, I had taken longer to get ready for dinner than I had originally planned, so our plates of food got cold. The Act 3 team at our wedding got us fresh plates of hot food for us to enjoy. They were on the higher end for pricing out of the 5 caters we had to chose from (our venue told us we had to go through certain caterers). But, they were well worth it since they offered food that everyone would enjoy and they helped keep our wedding guests happy.

One of the 3 vendors our venue allowed. Was a little higher proposal compared to another we received, however the food and service was outstanding. Worked with us to find a good menu that fit within our budget. We had the "We buy it" alcohol package , but they provided excellent servers for our bar. Buffet menu was delicious, received many comments from guests. Did have some staffing changes with a few difficulties with communication but otherwise very professional and a great vendor.

ACT 3 was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding - from the incredible customized asian-fusion menu, to the event and bar staff who went above and beyond for everyone the entire night, they really helped bring our dream to life. Our friends and family were overjoyed and having the time of their lives. Understandably, they are not cheap, but it’s true when they say you get what you pay for and ACT 3 was worth every penny. We are the second couple in our family to use ACT 3 and they continue to delight and surprise us.

We hired ACT 3 for our September 2021 wedding and we have no regrets! The service was excellent and the food was better than we could've asked for. Great variety of menu selections and we even did a tasting months before the wedding. They were easy to work with and adapted to changes leading up to the event. You can't go wrong with this vendor!

Catering was by far the largest wedding expense but Act3 exceeded all of our expectations. We still have people talking about how great the food was at our wedding. They were great to work with - super accommodating and made the whole process enjoyable. Would highly recommend for any wedding!

Act 3 Catering did a great job for our wedding! Everyone commented to us how delicious the food was at the event. They also did an extremely diligent job about the details. My husband is allergic to nuts and when they got us our individual plates, they made sure his salad did not have any nuts on it. I would definitely use them again!

I am SO glad we chose Act 3 Catering for our wedding day! Catering is so important for a wedding day, and Act 3 definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Our food was amazing and we had many wedding guests tell us it was the best wedding food they’ve had! The sausage stuffed mushrooms appetizer and cous cous at dinner were a guest favorite. Right after the ceremony they had waters ready for us which was very much needed after standing at the altar! They also brought us appetizers to enjoy while signing our paperwork. They always made sure we had a drink and water when needed in our hand the whole night. My parents even said how much they appreciated the staff always asking if they needed anything. Their entire staff was extremely friendly! They definitely are there to take care of you and your guests. We were given a huge a bag of food and desserts at the end of the night to take with us, which we really appreciated. Thank you Act 3 for making our wedding day so special!

ACT 3 Catering went above and beyond for mine and my husbands big day. While navigating through a pandemic ACT 3 never forgot to keep me updated and check in while we waited to see what would happen and then through the process of postponement they handled the whole movement of dates and guests counts smoothly. The food was amazing, it's exactly how it was when we had our tasting and was a huge hit with our guests! They loved the Mac and Cheese!! During the day of the wedding I've never felt so taken care of, the staff made sure my husband and I were fed and even had a whole bag ready for us in our room for after. They offered their compliments and helped us with anything we needed. I can't recommend ACT 3 enough. You wont find another company that cares more about you and your day like they do. If you need a sign-- THIS IS IT.

ACT 3 Catering are absolutely wonderful! They have catered one of my previous birthday parties and now have catered my wedding! Special Events Coordinators, Markelle F. and Emily S. were so helpful, answering my crazy amount of questions! The amount of taste testing choices are great (prepare for leftovers!). And I cannot express my gratitude for all the staff the day of! They treated us like royalty and that made our day feel much more special! Thank you so much!!

Act 3 was a phenomenal cater ! Highly recommend for any event! From the begining they were super helpful with me planning from out of state. I was able to fly up for a tasting and Im so glad I did so I could have their food twice ! Everything was delicious ! Their staff went above and beyond in helping out. Very attentive to everyone. During cocktail hour they're was always a new plate of food to try! We had a buffet styled dinner and they made sure everyone had fresh cold water. They kept bringing my husband and I refills from the Bar. Even carried our plates from the Buffet to our Sweetheart table. Made us feel like royalty! They had everything cleaned up super quick, they even took down the chairs from our ceremony. Everything was super easy with them! All of my guests kept raving about how the food and staff was amazing which makes me super happy knowing everyone had a great time. I think my favorite part was that a staff boxed up food for my Husband and I to take. We were so hungry from all of the events of the day, so it was the best to be able to eat more of their delicious food and share just the two of us. We used ACT 3 Catering for our wedding and it was honestly the best decision EVER! During our food tasting, we ended up switching out a few of the dishes so on the wedding day, I was a little worried because there were some dishes I had not tasted. But during dinner, so many of our guests were grabbing seconds at the buffet and I kept hearing people rave about how good the food was. Thank you to Markelle, Emily, and all the other staff that gave excellent service and made sure our wedding guests were happy and satisfied!

Finding a catering company for your wedding can be a very stressful thing. It seemed like every vendor we were considering was trying to nickel and dime us and charging excessive amounts for "services". We found Act 3 to be the most reasonable and are very glad we went with them. They were flexible and were very accommodating to the constant changes due to the challenging pandemic. Communication was fast a reliable. The food was amazing, service was attentive and friendly, decorations were on point, and all our guests had nothing but good things to say. We were truly fortunate to have picked Act 3 as our vendor for our wedding and would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough about Amy Lewis and her colleagues. Amy photographed our wedding on March 27th and she made the whole process so fun. You can tell she's experienced. Posing my husband and I can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, and she was more than up for the challenge. She made us feel so comfortable. After seeing a sneak peak this week, I can't wait to see the rest of the pictures! Amy you are an artist and a photography master!

The food was amazing! We did a pasta bar with a few different sauces, chicken, veggies and a Caesar salad and dinner rolls. I was happy my husband and I had time to actually sit down and enjoy dinner for a bit because it was delicious. The only bummer about this catering service is that we couldn't have a staff member stay for the dinner due to covid so I was constantly stressed about making sure the food trays weren't empty as people go through the buffet line. But all in all, great food, reasonable price.

Act 3 really came through for our micro wedding this past Monday! Delicious meals, helpful linen suggestions and absolutely superb service the day-of; our guests felt so taken care of at every turn! We’re so grateful to Act 3 for giving our tiny wedding 5 star service. Just because the wedding is small doesn’t mean it can’t be special!

Wow. I cannot recommend ACT 3 Catering enough! We'd been searching everywhere for a place that had inexpensive options for dietary restrictions. Markelle worked tirelessly with us to create the PERFECT menu. We had our tasting a couple months ago, and I rolled out of that place delightedly stuffed - everything I could have hoped for! We are having a gourmet ravioli bar with 3 different flavors of stuffing and sauces and honestly, I wish I could have this meal on repeat at least once a week for the rest of my life. Another important detail! I had previously put in my deposit before I even had a chance to taste (this was way back in 2019 before COVID was in our lingo). I was worried I wouldn't find another place with such bountiful vegetarian options so I wanted to lock them in, and they didn't disappoint! So for all you newly engaged couples trying to plan amidst all this craziness, you can trust you are in good hands when you book through ACT 3! We had to postpone our wedding due to the current climate, and they made rescheduling a breeze. Literally took not even half an hour for an email response & contract with my new date on it. ACT 3 will work their hardest to get the customer what they need every time, and you should DEFINITELY book them. Also, if you need ANOTHER reason to book them, they're incredibly well-priced. Couldn't find a better deal anywhere!

ACT 3 was the best decision ever!! The service, the food, and the staff were all amazing. My husband and I actually went in for a tasting late August, but didn't book until almost a month before our wedding date (ahhhh, I know - we had so much going on and somehow that decision took us forever haha!) Markelle was amazing throughout everything. She took the time to check up on us before we even booked. Bless her heart for her patience, organization and professionalism. I had a bridezilla moment and she handled it so well! Victoria was our main girl the day of our wedding and she was so on point with making sure we were fed and enjoying ourselves. The bartenders and the staff serving dinner were all great as well. THE FOOD. The reviews I read prior to booking all talked about how amazing the food was and that is no lie! We had 3 tray passed appetizers during cocktail hour - veggie baked stuffed mushrooms, bulgogi beef skewers with kimchi and coconut prawns and all of our guests LOVED it. We did a family style dinner for each table and I was very impressed at how organized the staff were when serving the food. We still receive compliments on how yummy the food was at our wedding. The champagne chicken was cooked perfectly! ACT 3 has amazing service and they are very affordable! We had a guest count of 270 + feeding our working vendors that night! THANK YOU, Markelle & team!

ACT 3 was amazing from the time we met them at the Puyallup Wedding Expo to the day of services provided by all of the staff. Emily helped us plan everything from the food for our appetizers and dinner to our linens and table settings. She was so helpful with any questions we had, even when they were outside of services she normally provides. We also loved working with Marla day of. She made sure we had drinks all night and would check in periodically to let us know their timeline and make sure we had whatever we needed. The food is also delicious! Our wedding food was just as wonderful as we remembered from our tasting. Our guests are still raving about our passed appetizers and dinner three weeks after our wedding! The entire ACT 3 team is amazing. The staff really went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. They are friendly and accommodating, and made sure our guests were taken care of, which was very important to us. The services we received include buffet style dinner, passed appetizers, and full bar services. ACT 3's display of our buffet was also very beautiful and elegant, contributing to the look and feel we were hoping for with our decor. We highly recommend ACT 3 Catering and wouldn't change a thing about the services they provided for our wedding.

ACT 3 Catering was the perfect choice for our special day! The food was absolutely delicious; I know for a fact many of our guests went back for second and third servings. We had guests attending who are vegan and they absolutely loved the options available for them. They even had to-go boxes of food prepared for us on the way out, which was perfect because we definitely did not eat as much as we wanted during the reception. Emily especially was a dream to work with. She really worked with me to get the perfect menu put together and was so on top of all of the little details. My husband and I were so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail this company brought to our big day. Act 3 was absolutely incredible to work with and the food was amazing! Markelle was incredibly organized, helpful, and very kind and made the entire process so easy. All of the guests at our wedding kept raving about how wonderful the food was and we were very impressed with the level of service from the Act 3 staff. Act 3 was even nice enough to give us (the bride & groom) to-go boxes at the end of the night full of our delicious dinner. We loved working with Act 3 and truly could not recommend them more!

ACT 3 went above and beyond what I could have imagined for our wedding caterer. The process of selecting and ordering our menu was seamless, and Emily always responded to our questions as quickly as possible. We were able to go down to their tasting room and try out our whole menu, plus a number of options that we were on the fence about. When we selected ACT 3 as our caterer, the cost of the tasting was put towards our final balance, which was nice compared to other caterers who would only do so for extremely large events. The food was amazing. Our wedding venue didn’t have a full kitchen, so the food was made in shop and reheated at our location. I was worried about a couple of items holding up during the transport from Tukwila to Bellevue, but I was blown away; everything held up great. Their staff was very attentive and friendly, which was noted by us and mentioned to us by a number of our guests. The wait staff offered to get us extra plates of food while we were making the rounds to converse with our guests. When we returned to the head table, the sides and desserts we requested were there waiting for us! They even created us personalized wedding meals at the end of the night to take home. During our bar hour we were so busy saying hello to our guests that we completely missed our cheese table before it had been picked clean. When we opened our take home meals, we discovered one of the boxes was a sample of everything from the cheese table. It was the small things like this that made our experience so great with ACT 3.

Act 3 has an incredibly responsive, thoughtful and overall stellar team that takes the time to make sure every detail is just right. Plus the food was amazing! Our guests were thrilled with what we served thanks to the folks at Act 3. As a bonus, my husband and I were given "goody bags" full of leftovers that we ate happily in bed after getting into our hotel after the big night. Just a nice personal touch that shows how much thought and care goes into every event they cater.

We did several caterers’ tastings before we made a final decision. We are so glad that we chose Act 3! My wife and I got married August of 2019 and Act 3 was everything we expected and more. We had the ribs, BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, baked beans, and dinner rolls. Everything was exceptional. What really sold us were the BBQ ribs. At the tasting they were amazing, absolutely delicious. They tasted as good or even better on the day of our wedding when served to 150 people. My family complimented that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Along with the great food, they had excellent service. They had plates ready for us as soon as we sat down for our reception. Many couples complain about not being able to eat at their own wedding, but Act 3 made sure we got our fill. Also, throughout the night, they would bring us our favorite drinks so we didn’t need to stop socializing. They were also attentive to our guests. They were quick to clear plates and there was never a line at the bar! We are so thankful for Act 3 and would highly recommend them to anyone asking.

Both Troy and I were highly impressed with Act 3 and here is why! They are thoughtful, when we came around the corner after our ceremony, there was a nicely dressed waiter with two waters waiting to congratulate us! They are prompt, Markelle is incredibly talented at what she does and the chef, wait staff and bar tender were top notch! We took advantage of their private tasting, where they served us our choices off their menu. It was so hard to choose everything was delicious. They truly made us feel special when the chef came out to personally talk about the food we had chosen. It was a really nice touch. We are so happy we chose them, they served our guest a delicious meal from tip to tail. They were attentive and professional from planning to service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Act 3 Catering! We had a flawless, spectacular wedding reception at the Historic 1625 Building in Tacoma largely due to their catering services! They were on point, professional and the food was SIMPLY AMAZING!! Can’t say enough about them other than we will do all we can to spread the word on this catering company to keep them rolling on! Again, many thanks for taking care of the bride and groom, it was greatly appreciated!

Act 3 was an incredibly easy vendor to work with! They were very communicative, accommodating, and friendly! On our wedding day the staff doted on us and made us feel so cared for. They even thought to pack two plates of leftovers for us to enjoy the next day! Everyone loved the food, a big hit! Highly recommend.

We used ACT3 for our catering, linens, and bar service at our wedding and everything was great! They were super organized, attentive and the food was great. We got tons of compliments on how great the food was. They were also very attentive to us as Bride and Groom ensuring we had what we needed, bringing us drinks and even packing up a little care package of a meal, cake and wine for us to have after the wedding. They also were cost effective and very professional!

Wow, where do I begin...... from The Amazing food, to the first class setup to the first-class top-notch servers and bartenders who were seamless, pleasant, cheerful, attentive and quick. I there's not enough adjectives to say how amazing this operation is. They were excellent and I would absolutely recommend them.

The team provided excellent service and food for our daughter's wedding. Thanks to Emily, entire process from initial meeting and food tasting and to the end of the event was enjoyable. Highly professional team, provided good suggestions and were flexible to incorporate all customization we requested.

Act 3 was amazing! Our guests raved over the delicious food, especially the mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The caterers also check on my husband and I all throughout the day to see if we needed a drink. Even while we were taking photos and setting things up they would offer us water, beer, and wine! They also made plates for us to eat during the wedding and to-go containers full of food to eat that night.

I wish I could give Act 3 more than just 5 stars because they were absolutely phenomenal! They catered our wedding on the first hot day of May a couple weekends ago and while the taco bar was delicious on it's own, the service was outstanding! I have a dairy allergy and brought my own sour cream to have with the tacos which they promptly placed in it's own nice bowl with the other food so that it didn't look out of place. They also made sure to point it out to me as I was going through the line, which was addition because everything was clearly labeled-- so great! My husband and I have never felt more regal and more attended to than on that day! We got our food and the lead waitress took our plates and put them down at our table while we greeted guests. They then made sure that we actually got to have time to relax and eat our food, AND when our plates were empty, they asked us if we wanted more and went to refill them with our requests! They also had wine waiting for us after the ceremony, refilled our beverages during dinner, AND got us dessert and refills while we were on the dance floor. I mean, could it have been better? I think not. The whole day went off without a hitch and Act 3 was a huge part of that.

My interactions with Act 3 were nothing short of perfection. I worked with Emily to put together a menu, staffing, and other needs (water service, desserts plates). She was incredibly responsive and detailed oriented. She even helped me accommodate onion and gluten allergies. Emily often apologized for asking several questions, but it put me at ease knowing that I wasn’t the only one thinking of all these things (as I am a control freak). She was so thorough and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about working with her. On the day of, the staff showed up early/on time (unsure as I was off taking pictures) and immediately got to work. Then, as we were taking a brief break from pictures, Marla, the event manager found us and served us water. She did this half a dozen more times throughout the event- it was so amazing and helpful! That level of care was so unexpected, but incredibly appreciated. All staff members were incredibly attentive to us, making sure we always had a beverage if wanted.They offered to make our plates at the buffet, but we passed on that (as I was not sure of how much I could eat - nerves). They did carry our plates to our table, which was helpful for me in my gown. The buffet was beautifully decorated and all dishes were labeled, especially the ones that said “onion free.” My groom said that their champagne chicken was the best chicken he’s ever had. While I didn’t eat much at the actual ceremony, due to nerves and adrenaline, the food was DELICIOUS. I know this because Act 3 created a to go bag for me and my groom. Two entrees, salad, dressing, Parmesan, rolls (with butter), huge helping of cake, napkins, plates, and silverware. It was so generous and perfect for me as I was starving when I got back to the hotel at the end of the night. At the end of the wedding, Act 3 went above and beyond to help our other event staff tear down/clean up the room. I was surprised that they hung around to help with everything and not just their own tables. It was awesome. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thank you, Act 3 for playing your part exquisitely in our big day.

Our experience with Act3 was nothing short of amazing! From our first tasting to our last- Markelle made the process so easy and enjoyable! I didn’t really know what to expect day of from the catering staff but they were all incredible! Especially to the bridal party and our families. The moment I walked in the asked if I wanted anything, had ice water waiting. After we got married they had cocktails and appetizers waiting for us which was a delightful surprise. Throughout dinner and dancing they constantly rounded on us to ensure our needs were being met which was awesome. We had a plated dinner with steak/salmon option which I thought was some of the best food I have ever had at a wedding (I might be a little biased but still 😉). Thank you to Act3 and your amazing staff for playing a huge part in our day!! You are so appreciated.
