BEWARE!
Booking with ACW Transport was all very pleasant and easy. The person we had contact with, Drayton, would answer promptly and all seemed smooth. Come the day of all went ...
well so as it seemed, a little confusion as far as where the transportation was going and how many times (runs, capacity of the trolley vs. guests) causing things to run late (strange as this was clarified two runs beforehand). Also, after the reception, we found out that the trolley driver got lost when dropping guests off after, eventually one of the guest had to use personal phone and google maps to help driver, therefore extra time was used. Again, the exact pick-up and drop-off were confirmed beforehand. A week later we all of a sudden received an extra charge on our card and when trying to contact ACW about this charge have not been able to have a full conversation or explanation. The only explanation given so far is that the trolley was used 1.5h longer as the contract states… but when inquiring further have not received any reply. The strange thing is, is that all guest where at the drop-off location within the end-time of contract and therefore an explanation is the least they can do. It has been extremely frustrating especially when they were so prompt at answering before and now that we are asking questions about an additional charge cannot be bothered to answer and is not that we do not want to pay what is owed, very simply want to know why there is a significant extra charge. Very unprofessional and takes away from their great rides and beautiful trolley. Definitely do not book them if you do not want to spend more than your budget and agreed contract.
We loved our vintage white Rolls Royce! This company was great and we are so happy we went with them for our wedding get away car. They were flexible with and arrived early, giving...
us ample opportunity to take a few photos with this gorgeous car. Our drivers was very professional and warm, and greatly appreciated the champagne service. Easy to book online and very responsive to email. Highly recommend.
We loved our black cab! I use to work with a wedding planner in high school and saw so many wedding exits with the classic black cab, I knew when my big day came that is exactly ho...
w my Husband and I would leave our reception. When the day came, it was so hard to find black cabs so I was thrilled to find out ACW Limo still had some available. David was very helpful throughout the entire wedding process and our driver the day of was fantastic! He came early and even collected all my things so I would have them in the cab with me when we left. High recommend ACW Limo!
Very easy to work with and the transportation for our wedding night worked out great! We had two large white school buses shuttle guests from our hotel to the venue and back at the...
end of the night and they were on time and everyone was where they needed to be with no issues at all! We also got a getaway car (a vintage rolls royce) for our wedding night to take us from the venue to our hotel and it was wonderful! They showed up early and the car was great with a bottle of champagne for us! The driver was very nice and the drive was great! No complaints, would definitely recommend them!
ACW Limo service was awesome. We hired them for a bridal luncheon as well as our wedding transportation and both events were excellent. They were one time, the vehicles we used wer...
e in excellent condition and they were very easy to communicate with. We used a charter bus/coach bus for the bridal luncheon, three charter/coach buses for wedding guest transportation, a trolley for the wedding party, and a vintage Rolls Royce for our getaway car at the end of the reception. All drivers and vehicles were awesome! ACW was reliable, professional, and great to work with. We're so glad we hired them for our wedding weekend transportation needs!
They came in in a real pinch when my original transportation vendor cancelled 2 1/2 days before my 9/25/16 wedding! Everyone I dealt with was very understanding and nice. They show...
ed up on time, and stayed on property until we needed them to take bridal party members home. Thank you, ACW!
Very poor customer service. The day of my wedding we had arranged ACW Limo trolleys to pick up our guests from the hotel and drive them 5 minutes to our church. One of the drivers ...
did not know her way around downtown Charleston and drove my guests around aimlessly for 30 minutes. Finally, my uncle walked up to the front of the trolley and asked the driver if she knew where she was going. Per my uncle she replied, "I don't know, I have never been to this church before. And I don't like driving in the city". He then pulled out his iPhone google maps to find directions for which she thanked him profusely. Eight of our wedding guests nearly missed the ceremony. When our wedding planner reached out to the owner to explain what had happened and voice our discontent, he adamantly refused to take responsibility. A simple apology was too much to ask for. Needless to say, I highly recommend thinking carefully before choosing this company for any transportation needs.
We needed something for our big exit and ACW Limo had two amazing vintage Rolls Royces. We booked the white one and it didn't disappoint. They picked us up right on time with a bot...
tle of champagne and carted us around for an hour before dropping us off at the hotel. Great deal for fancy exit!
We rented the Rolls Royce for our getaway car and it was phenomenal! Everyone was very impressed and it was such a treat to be able to jump in after a long night and enjoy the ride...
. The driver was so pleasant and gave us our privacy at the same time. Dave was very easy to work with and made everything very easy. I'd definitely recommend booking with them!
David and his team were amazing. We used them for 4 buses to transport about 200 guests to/from the wedding as well as our getaway car. I was impressed by the value they offered ...
relative to their competitors - they offer a pick-up / drop-off service at a rate that was suitable to our budget. As our day solidified in the months leading up to the wedding, we made quite a few changes and they were very flexible with the details. They even were able to upgrade us last minute, based on availability, and were wonderful in communicating those changes to us. Although I didn’t interact with the bus drivers transporting the guests, the wedding planner said everything was perfect. Our getaway driver was on time and very courteous. It was important to us to take care of the transportation, so that our guests could enjoy themselves with one less thing to worry about; ACW Transportation was wonderful, taking care of it as well as we could have hoped.
