Great Record My fiance and I have been going to Anthony David's for years, and have had AD Catering cater many holiday parties and they have always delivered on food, service and overall experience. We had to add on more guests at the last minute, and they accommodated us with no bumps at all. I'm planning my wedding for 2016 and I'm looking forward to having AD Catering be the cater.

I hired AD Catering for my best friend's bridal shower 2 years ago, so when it was time for me to get married I knew they were the ones. The food at the shower was great and the presentation was great too. Chef Pino put together a cheese, meat and fruit table that almost made every guest stop to take a picture. Not to mention the items on the table were sooo good. I am really looking forward to planning my wedding with them and I'm definitely getting the cheese, meat & fruit table!

The Moment From the moment my fiance and I met Chef Anthony 5 years ago, we knew we wanted his catering company to cater our wedding. The detail and flavor he brings to his food is amazing. AD Catering handled everything from the rentals, staffing and the food. My husband and I are gluten free, and the dishes he was able to make to accommodate us were superb. There was attention taken to every detail. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Best Party Ever! My parents and I had one of the best parties ever using AD Catering. They offered a very personalized experience. They were able to accommodate many food allergies of our guests. The food and service went beyond our expectations. We can't wait to have another party with them.

We have been planning our upcoming event with AD Catering and they have helped us pick the perfect venue and the menu choices from Chef Pino are amazing. We were able to have a tasting of our menu choices and they were all excellent. The crab cakes were our favorite! We are very excited to for our wedding day and know AD Catering will deliver a fabulous event.

Over & Above My daughter had AD Catering cater her Spring wedding, and I still have family and friends telling me how much they enjoyed the day. Food was over and above. Chef Anthony Pino's menu was spot on and coordinating the event went with much ease. I would recommend them to my friend's children getting married as well.

The food, and staff were terrific. AD Catering worked within our budget which was a great help. We couldn't have asked for a more remarkable wedding day.

We always dine at Anthony David's so when it was time to get married we had to have Chef Anthony Pino do the food. AD Catering helped my fiance and I plan everything and we also enjoyed a tasting of our potential wedding food choices. The day went beautifully and we couldn't have been happier.

My now husband, Paul and I hired Anthony David's to cater our wedding after several fabulous meals at their restaurant in Hoboken. Vince Crysler is the director of operations and was fabulous throughout the entire wedding planning process. We met with Vince last summer and were instantly impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Our wedding was to be held in a raw space which is a huge undertaking as you are planning every detail down to the linens. We first had planned to get married at an art gallery in Brooklyn which Vince met us at to determine to floor plan and flow of the event. At this point we hadn't even hired Vince yet, but he still offered to come and meet us at the space in Brooklyn. After a couple of issues with the venue we were scrambling to find another space that would give us the city vibe, but also a blank slate to make the event our own. Vince recommended Studio 450 as he had done other events there and knew the space well. Suffice to say we took his recommendation and booked the venue and also Anthony David's. As we got closer to the wedding, I can't tell you the amount of emails I sent Vince whether it was about the food, the rentals, the details of the evening, etc. Vince was patient, responsive and also provided great ideas that neither Paul nor myself would have thought of. We met with Vince several times and over the course of the planning process and also got to know Vince on a personal level, which we really enjoyed. Not only was Vince our caterer but he also functioned as our wedding coordinator taking charge of the day of details, timeline and coordination with the other vendors. Our wedding day was flawless, Vince's staff was professional and our guests are still raving about the food. We would HIGHLY recommend Anthony David's and especially Vince to anyone planning a party and hope that we have another excuse to hire a caterer in the future.

My husband and I currently live in Hoboken. We had one of our first dates at Anthony David's, and when we needed a caterer for our wedding they were our first thought! From the beginning, Vince was extremely accommodating. We told him what we were looking for and he made our ideas come to life. He helped us to stay on budget while providing a service that was beyond what we could have expected. The night of the wedding, Vince was on top of everything and helped the evening run smoothly. I received many compliments on the services provided at the wedding as well as the quality of food. I couldn't be happier with the way Vince and his team helped make our wedding day perfect. My husband and I still can't get over how impressed we were with the services of AD Catering. We had a sitdown wedding and we also added the beautiful antipasto table. It was so beautiful we have pictures in front of it. The customer service I had planning this was so attentive to every detail we wanted. My two close friends just got engaged and I hope they consider using them as well.

My husband and I chose Anthony David's for our wedding this past June. It was an easy decision since Anthony David's and Bin 14 are our favorite restaurants! Upon meeting Vince, we knew we would be in great hands. He worked with us to stay within our budget and was so accommodating to all of our requests. They even went as far as to make a classic Filipino dish for our menu based off of my husband's aunt's recipe. The food was OUTSTANDING. We had a cocktail reception with passed and served hors d'oeuvres. Our guests raved about how good the food was. The staff at Anthony David's is exceptional. They go above and beyond what you ask for and then some. At one point in the night, a server handed me plate full of delicious food - they wanted to make sure I got to eat everything too! The staff is so kind, they are sure to please all of your guests. Chef Pino, Vince, and the rest of the staff at Anthony David's are exactly who you want to have do your catering on your wedding day. I recommend everyone I know who gets engaged to them, they are fantastic.

As Hoboken residents, my wife and I have always been a fan of the food at Anthony Davids tasting room. Too many times people leave weddings and comment that the food was mediocre at best, but this was not the case with AD. Since we had already gotten married at a small destination wedding, we wanted to have a family and friend celebration locally, but did not want a full wedding. Instead, we wanted an elegant and fun cocktail party. Many of the people we spoke to for food would quote is prices for a full wedding, but this just did not fit our needs. Vince worked closely with us to truly design a customized menu and experience that fit our budget, taste, and needs for the event. Our guests were impressed by the incredibly designed antipasto table, the constant flow of hot d'oeuvres, and then the wonderful dinner that was prepared. Overall we would highly recommend partnering with AD on your special day because they are not a run of the mill caterer. You will get the highest quality of food that can be easily designed to stay within your budget. Chris

We met with our photographer for our engagement shoot about 8 months before our wedding and we really weren’t sure where we were going hold our wedding. After talking to her, and after she got a feel for us, she suggested some venues that sounded like a right fit and the Kolo Klub in Hoboken was one of them. We wanted to be married in a low key Hoboken spot (since that’s where we’ve made our lives as adults) with great food & drinks. Getting married in a bar surrounded by 65 of our closest friends and family was perfect. No seating plan, nothing formal – just an amazing place to celebrate, drink and eat great food (catered by Anthony David’s which was the selling point, since they cater for this space!) Our guests still rave about the charcuterie table that stayed out during the majority of our wedding – a beautiful long wooden table with seasonal fruits, cheeses, meats, roasted brusted sprouts, other veggies, etc – fantastic. I’m so glad that AD was the caterer for this spot, the food & service really made our day that much more memorable. Not only did AD cater the event, but Vince (their director of operations) helped map out how the event should flow throughout the night. Even when choosing to do something informal, we had a beautifully put together wedding. 5 stars.

I can't thank AD Catering enough for making my wedding day so memorable to me & all my guests. My guests are still raving about the food and the service was beyond compare. I was confident that everything was under control and I was able to enjoy one of the most unforgettable days of my life.

The caterer for our daughter s wedding was Anthony David's Gourmet Specialties (AD Events) and the food and service were outstanding! Vince worked with us from the beginning to refine the menu and make suggestions concerning food, drink and service. He also scheduled several additional meetings with us to discuss not only the food offerings but also the layout of the venue and suggestions for table placement and lighting. He is very knowledgeable and personable. We received rave reviews about the food at the wedding. The appetizers and the main meal offerings were just delicious and served graciously by the staff. As a side note, Vince jumped in when we had a weather problem on the day before the wedding (the bridal luncheon). He offered us space in his company's other lovely restaurant (Bin 14) and saved the day.

Even before I was engaged to my husband I knew that when it came time for my wedding that I would allocate the majority of my budget to delicious food. I have attended numerous weddings were the food was just mediocre. Being Italian and having my best family memories around a big dining room table, amazing food was a must for my wedding. I am the first of four girls in my family to be married, so my mom and I didn't know where to start with caterers. We asked around and read reviews, but ultimately what we needed was unique. We did a complete wedding weekend in Avon, NJ in my parents backyard. We created our own venue right in the backyard! On Friday we wanted to have a small ceremony followed by cocktail hour, 3 course seated dinner and desert for 85 of my relatives and closest friends. On Saturday we wanted to utilize food trucks from NY, NJ, and PA with complimentary food being passed and presented by a caterer for 250 guests- that had a backyard bbq feel. On Sunday my husbands parents wanted to host brunch for anyone who traveled for the weekend.It was going to be a big job for any caterer so we knew we had to find just the right people! My sister lives in Hoboken, NJ and has been a long time customer of Anthony David's. When she reached out to see if they would be capable of executing my vision we met Vince. Vince runs the show with Anthony! He understood and embraced my vision from day one. His dynamic personality brings laughter and ease to the wedding planning process. He is not your ordinary caterer as he went above and beyond the normal calls of duty. By the end of the 5 months he was family! He even knew how to make sure my mom did not lose her mind the week of the wedding. We planned the entire weekend in five months. I was engaged in December and married in early June. On Friday morning of the wedding Anthony (head chef\owner), Vince and their amazing staff arrived at my house early morning took over the kitchen and begin prepping! For dinner we started with a Frisse Salad, panchetta, roasted tomatoes and a poached egg on top. Second course was hand made parpadelle with lobster, grilled octopus, and shrimp in a light tomato cream sauce. The main course was braised short rib with roasted carrots and polenta. It was a meal straight from heaven. To throw a wrench into things it rained on Friday as dinner was being served, AD's team managed to get from the kitchen to the tent with food still steaming hot and even held their trays over my guests head as they would head for the bathrooms. It was a sight I will never forget. Saturday, AD's team did another amazing job passing pigs in blanket, crab cakes, and mini meatballs. They served fresh pasta again, fresh salads, and displayed their signature Antipasto station. MMMMM! They provided a complete staff for the bars, serving, and cleanup! There was a dedicated server who made sure my husband and I had a taste of everything being served! What more could we have asked for? My family and I planned this wedding without a wedding planner, but had we not had Vince and the team from AD, I don't think we could have pulled it off. My husband and I along with our parents received numerous emails and phone calls from guests after the wedding raving about the food\beverage and service. It was the most amazing weekend of our lives and I can't wait for one of my sisters to get married so we can have a reason to use Anthony David's catering again! Or just go to the restaurant again!

I am getting married this February, and we have just chosen AD Catering to cater our wedding. We just went through the menu & had a tasting at Chef Pino's restaurant The Dining Room at Anthony David's, and we were so happy with the food. We chose the lamb chops as one of the passed hordeuvres, and they were amazing. I would highly recommend them. Also the crab cakes are a must to have. So far, I am so pleased and I think we are off to a great start to our wedding.

I have to say I was soo impressed by AD Catering & their team. Our whole wedding was organized to perfection and the food was unbelievable. My mom who is hard to please could not get over how delicious the crab cakes were. Everything was perfect.

I can't begin to explain what a beautiful day my wedding was, and I give AD Catering all the credit. From the food to the staff to all the organizing, everything went without a hiccup. The taste of the food was so flavorful, I'm still craving the lamb chops, wow! Fabulous day, fabulous job.

I helped my friend, the bride, put together her wedding and we worked with AD Catering and they were fabulous. They helped us organize the day and the menu selections were right on. Everyone is still raving about the food and how it was displayed. The antipasto table was a work of art. When it's my turn to get married I will definitely be calling AD Catering.

This past spring, I was honored to be the maid of honor for my best friend's wedding. Usually, the job comes with lots of horror stories from all of the terrible vendors, but AD Events was amazing. My friend told them what she wanted for her dream day and they took care of everything! Her actual wedding day was so fun and enjoyable. The food was fantastic and the team was great. I was so impressed. Fingers crossed, my bf will pop the question soon... WHEN he does, my first call will definitely be to the AD group.

I really enjoyed the wedding I attended last week, which was catered by AD Catering. All of the food was fresh and tasted delicious. The staff was also extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I loved the bruschetta they served and a lot of the other dishes that were served. I'd love them to cater my wedding.

My friend recently got married (I was in the bridal party) and AD Catering & Events was the caterer. They did an amazing job for her big day. Food was delicious and they were attentive to all the details that went into her special day. I would highly recommend them for any special occasion you might be planning.
