Wedding Packages Include
Access to Adelaide’s ‘Something Borrowed Room’ full of decorations you can use on your big day! This includes linens, chargers, votives and more!

PLANNING APPOINTMENTS ALWAYS AVAILABLE for our booked couples to visit the venue for vendor visits, plan decor, meet with staff, etc.
Engagement shoot and bridal shoots available Monday-Friday by appointment if venue is available.
Payment plan: We are happy to help you set up a weekly/monthly payment plan to assist with financial planning until the balance is paid off.
Rehearsal: Rehearsals can be done the day before the wedding for 1 hour free of charge IF THE VENUE IS AVAILABLE.
OR
Our couples enjoy the option to add a Rehearsal (5-9pm for a small fee)- up to 40 guests - the evening before your wedding day. You can have your rehearsal on-site, do your decor, and have your rehearsal dinner on the evening before your wedding day.

*MAXIMUM VENUE CAPACITY: up to 120 guests
Additional Costs Associated with Venue Rental
We require that our couples purchase Commercial General Liability Insurance including Host Liquor liability (if serving alcohol), in an amount not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. These policies usually cost around $150-$200.
DAY-OF COORDINATOR IS REQUIRED: Evergreen Magnolia Events ($650 Day-of Coordination) is preferred for all your wedding planning/ coordination needs! Other coordinators are welcome as well!
If you are serving alcohol at your event, you must hire a security guard to be present while the alcohol is being served (cocktail hour and reception). This is usually $40/hr.

d a timeless beauty to our wedding day. Although the farmhouse itself has been maintained to preserve its historic charm, it still offered all of the modern amenities we needed, such as a kitchen for food/drink storage, plenty of restrooms, and modernized bride and groom suites for the wedding party. Although the interior is stunning, it was the outdoor space that stole the show. Adelaide's garden is absolutely massive and provided us with countless spots to choose from when working with our coordinator on where we wanted to hold our ceremony.
One of the things we loved most was the layout of the property. Adelaide had ample space for each part of our day. We were able to get ready inside the beautiful farmhouse, hold our ceremony under the large trees on the property, and then our guests were able to have a lively cocktail hour at the gazebo while we snuck away to exchange our vows on one of the swings on the farmhouse's picturesque wrap-around porch. For our reception, there was plenty of space for our guests to dine without bumping elbows and still left us enough room for our caterers, bartenders, and DJ to set up without the space feeling crowded. And when it was time to dance, the dedicated covered dance floor was absolutely perfect.
The owners, Will and Corrin, are so kind and responsive and made our day perfect so that we were able to focus on each other, our guests, and the beautiful surroundings without worrying about a single thing!
Our guests haven’t stopped raving about the beauty of Adelaide and if you're looking for a venue that combines rustic beauty, historic charm, and a welcoming atmosphere, we can't recommend Adelaide highly enough!

I fell in love with the garden-style setting, complete with gazebos, garden gates, climbing jasmine vines, old oak trees, and the cutest outdoor reception area and the vintage historic house was icing on the cake.
This venue was truly the glue to my entire wedding. All my other decisions came easily with vendor recommendations from Adelaide & Evergreen Magnolia.
I would recommend this venue to everyone who’s having a micro-wedding like me, all the way up to a bigger-sized wedding. If your wedding aesthetic is garden party, vintage-inspired, farmhouse, or even woodland fairytale, there is no better venue out there!
