Jess was a huge help throughout the wedding planning process. She had all the answers and was willing to help with everything from coordinating with vendors, printing, meetings, set up, and answering any and all questions at any time. I couldn’t have imagined not having her team there day of. They were so professional and efficient. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything as we knew any of the hiccups encountered were covered
Jess, Mickie and the whole Adorist team are amazing to work with! They were our day-of coordinators and we did not have to worry about a thing – they managed all of the vendors and any issues that may have come up in the week leading up to our wedding and on the day of. They had all of our vendor’s contact info and I was able to really hand off managing those vendors in the week leading up to the wedding, which was a huge relief! They were so communicative and easy to reach via text and email and took care of so much behind the scenes. We met with them a few times leading up to the wedding and Jess even attended our final floral meeting and venue walkthrough. They have a bunch of decor that you can use as a client (e.g. table numbers, votive candles, etc.), which was so convenient. I was also really concerned with clean-up and they took care of everything, nicely packing everything up into our plastic totes and gathering all our decorations. We really enjoyed working with them!
Wow Jess and Whitney were my life saviors leading up to the wedding and wedding day. Only regret is I would of hired them for the full-time and not the part time package. Jess was super helpful at dealing with different vendors for me, as some were super overwhelming. Also Jess helped me design my dream wedding venue. From flowers and centerpieces etc. Then Whitney was amazing! Whitney was my poc all day, she kept everything running smooth. She made sure everything was done when it needed to be done, if anything went wrong i wouldn't of known because Whitney just handled it. I recommend to everyone to hire wedding planners for weddings. that way you can enjoy it! I enjoyed my wedding so much because of Whitney.
My only regret is that I didn’t hire them as full planners! I got the partial planning package, which is great if you’re pretty confident in picking vendors and your vision, and need more support closer to the day. That’s exactly what I needed, but I could easily see how having them from the beginning could have saved on some costs and gotten us advice that would have helped on the day of.
Jess, Laura, and Whitney were such a dream team! The décor – amazing and beyond my vision. Their overall support was constant, and I knew they were there if I needed ANYTHING. And when they talk about being there for unexpected events, they mean it. We had a lot of stressful things happen during our wedding, and Laura and Whitney who were there the rest of the night did everything to make our guests comfortable and feel supported. I won’t share specifics, but Laura and Whitney were each going through their own personal stressors that night and I never felt like a burden or like they did their job any less. In addition, we had some things to sort out after the wedding due to issues at our venue, and Jess was there every step of the way wanting to know how she could help – this was after our wedding day, and she still prioritized our needs.
We all think our wedding will go smoothly and that we can handle it. I thought the same thing and had my doubts about whether I should have spent the money. I am telling you, you cannot predict what’ll happen on your day and you want people who are experts in a crisis. This team proved themselves and I’m forever grateful. Get yourself people who will lunge themselves at your veil in tandem to save it from possibly catching fire on a rogue candle lol! Thank you Adorist!
Top notch! Jess and Laura were amazing! They were always one step ahead of the game. Because of them, the entire day was flawless & stress-free for everyone. They went above and beyond for every aspect of our wedding day. They decorated for us and it turned out even better than we envisioned. Their attention to detail was superb. They even made sure the venue was cleaned and packed up at the end of the night. Whenever we needed something, Jess was there immediately and we didn’t even have to look for her. She made our wedding amazing and we will definitely recommend her to all of our family and friends. We even had a few people ask us for her name during the reception because everyone could see how hard she was working. Thank you Jess and Laura!! Well done!!
I cannot possibly say enough positive things about Jessica and her entire team. I was recently married and having Jess, Mickie, and the team with us along the entire planning process as well as on the big day was such an enormous help, stress reducer, and overall pleasure.
We were able to chat via text, over the phone, and via email as much as I needed for the many months of planning.
We had several in person meetings both at the venue and off site to plan, discuss, and coordinate all the details.
She came to the rehearsal to make sure the wedding party knew when and where to be and what to do.
Jess had a whole squad for the day of to do all the setup and break down of decor, plus ensure a seamless run of day.
She coordinated all my vendors and made sure everyone was where they needed to be and when.
She created a timeline for the day and made sure the full wedding party stayed on schedule.
The team did countless things behind the scenes that I’m sure I’ll never even know the full extend of.
I couldn’t possibly name the ways that having Jess and her team for my wedding was one of the absolute best decisions I made but one of the biggest was that all the things that they did was to allow myself, my husband, and 100% of our guests to enjoy the day and not feel like we had to work or worry about anything.
If you are planning a wedding, big or small, having Jess and her team as your wedding planner will make sure neither you or your guests have to take any of their attention away from simply enjoying your beautiful day and celebrating.

We hired Jessica and her team as a recommendation from a friend. They all did an amazing job. Jessica was easy to communicate with, we met multiple times prior to the wedding both virtually and in person. I felt very comfortable with all the details going into the day of. We did not hire any decor company, so we relied on the Adorist team to do full set up of the venue space in addition to using their rentals. Everything looked amazing day of. Whitney and Mayra were amazing!! I cannot say good enough things about the two of them. They worked so hard behind the scenes of our wedding day to make sure everything went perfectly from set up, to transportation, they fixed any and all issues that came up day of; including keeping us informed and safe during the tornado warning!! They were amazing and would highly recommend to any other couple!
The team I had for my wedding was Jessica and Micky. Jessica knew I had a budget and a vision I wanted to stay within. I am happy to say that both of those things were achieved on our special day! The team was very attentive throughout the day making sure I was relaxed with their bubbly personalities. The day flowed well enough to where we had time to spend time with each other and family before ceremony!! The team also did a fantastic job with decorations and every detail was perfectly done. Jessica clearly communicated my vision with our vendors and ensured they were taken care of.
Jessica and her team were amazing! Throughout the wedding planning process Jess was there to answer any question we had and gave great tips and advice. She came along for our venue visit, took notes so we didn’t have to, and had great questions to ask that we didn’t even think about. When the wedding weekend arrived, she came to us and collected all of our decor and had it set up perfectly the day off. At the rehearsal, she kept things organized and flowing as quickly as possible. Our wedding day would not have been possible without Jess and her team. She contacted vendors beforehand and helped set them up upon arrival. She made sure everything happened on time and everyone was where they were supposed to be. She was there anytime we needed anything, took care of all the little details, and made sure we didn’t have to lift a finger. Our day was perfect and a lot of that was thanks to Adorist Wedding and Events!
My mother did the honors of purchasing a package with Adorist for my wedding (not only to relieve stress from myself, but from my mother as well). Jess and her team were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. She was even kind enough to invite me into her home to check out her wedding decor and supplies. Almost all of our reception decor was provided by Jess which was such a time/life saver!
Although I did have a great experience and still recommend this team, there were a few hiccups along the way.
In the beginning stages of planning I was told by Jess that I could use her gold table chargers which I had my heart set on to give my reception the perfect touch i was looking for. Unfortunately, later down the line it slipped Jess’s mind and she ended up selling them..which about crushed me and my vision, especially considering I was not prepared to spend the extra money to purchase them when it had been planned all along for me to borrow them. Fast forward to the rehearsal, a completely different coordinator showed up whom I had never met (after spending a year+ with Jess discussing details). The new coordinator was awesome and was then designated to be my day-of coordinator. However, on the day of my wedding, the new coordinate became sick and could not make it, so Jess jumped in to save the day. However, since Jess was not there for the rehearsal and only the day-of, it then became to feel like it was a very messy situation and everything that was rehearsed felt like it went out the window. Having Jess there with me was what I wanted/expected from the start, so in the end it worked out in my favor.
My wedding, like so many others, was the best day i could have ever imagined! And i can only assume was partially because i had Jess and her team there to help me along the way! I only wish things were done a bit more smooth. Although some unfortunate things may have happened, I still recommend this team and am very thankful for them!
Jess is AMAZING! I used Adorist for day of coordination- and I got so much more than that! In the weeks leading up to my wedding, Jess was very responsive to me and any questions I had. Jess and her partner Mickey were there the day before my wedding helping set up, and for the rehearsal, making sure everyone knew where to be. And on wedding day- they were incredible! I did not have to worry about a single thing. Jess made sure everything was set up perfectly, she coordinated with all my vendors, and made sure everything ran smoothly- and on time! She was mopping up messes on the dance floor, went and picked up our late night pizza snack, and she even let my maid of honor borrow her car so me and all my bridesmaids could ride together to the venue. From the moment I met Jess, I felt at ease. I highly recommend using Jess and her team for a stress free wedding day! My day was so perfect thanks to Adorist!!
Jess was amazing! Took care of everything and made the day perfect! She managed my vendors and her and her team kept the night running smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. When the evening was over everything was wrapped up with a bow on it. She made sure the wedding venue was left in great condition and all my guests had an amazing time.
My day was perfect from beginning to end!
My husband and I knew we wanted help planning our wedding, which is why we purchased Adorist’s full planning package. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. Although Jess was responsive and attended vendor meetings, we felt her services did not provide the guidance and level of detail we needed. During the planning process, we expected her to be more proactive and involved in shaping the vision of our wedding day.
The day of our wedding, Jess was sick and left before the ceremony began (a decision she discussed with us). Although her team stayed until the end, we felt they were not fully informed of all of the details of our wedding. For instance, our families were not directed to the correct seats before the ceremony, resulting in large gaps in the front two rows — which are evident in our photos. Additionally, after the ceremony, our extended families were not organized for group photos and this delay cut into our time at the cocktail hour, which we planned to attend. Jess did, however, save us money on decor by letting us borrow from her supply. She also purchased our sweetheart table couch and let us rent it from her at a low price.
In all, we paid Adorist to absorb some of the stress that comes with planning a wedding, and the services provided did not live up to our expectations.
I would say booking with Adorist was one of my best decisions in planning a large wedding. I had her for the whole planning process and day of the wedding. As soon as Jess shower up at the venue I instantly felt relief. I trusted her and she did not disappoint! Everything ran so smooth and I really didn’t have to worry about a thing the whole day. Big or small wedding I highly recommend her company!
We feel so lucky to have found Jessica and her team. She was with us every step of the way…gently guiding, giving suggestions but letting us make our own choices. I felt we were in totally capable hands. I will say that the week of the wedding was where I was the most grateful for her. I knew she was behind the scenes and taking care of all those the last minute things that make you crazy!! Worth every penny!! Thanks to Jess and her fabulous team!
Jessica and her crew were fabulous. They helped us immensely through the wedding planning process . They made sure our wedding went smoothly and did everything they could to make our day perfect. We highly recommend Adorist to everyone!
Jessica and her team were absolutely incredible during our wedding planning process and our wedding day. Our wedding day went so smoothly and they really helped ease any anxiety I had. I was not the best at verbalizing what my vision was and I swear they read my mind, we were blown away at how beautiful everything was. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us, being able to have the entire family and wedding party relax and enjoy the day was the best decision we made! We love you guys, thank you from the bottom our hearts!!
Jessica was so helpful. You will not regret having a coordinator. However you would regret not having one and having to do it all alone! She took care of so many small details that I never thought of. Thank goodness she was there or they would’ve gone unattended to.

Jessica is truly SO amazing!!! She and her associates literally made my wedding day the best day EVER. Jessica made everything so easy and was such an amazing resource as we planned the wedding and even more so on the actual day of!! If anything went wrong the day of my wedding I literally didn't know about it and neither did my guests - Jessica and her team took care of everything, even when I last minute had my sister make a massive cake and it needed transporting to the wedding (LOL sorry Jess). I truly just got to enjoy my day to the max and so did everyone in the wedding. HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for someone to help you make your wedding dreams come truuuuueeeee!!
Book Adorist for your wedding, you will not regret it!! Mary and Whitney oversaw our wedding day and were top notch. Any hiccups we ran into were quickly resolved with their help and they made sure not only my husband and I were doing well but also regularly checked on our parents during the evening. Because of their hard work I had a stress free day and evening! I could not have asked for a better team to help make our day so perfect. Thank you!!

Full Disclosure: I have worked in the wedding industry for over a decade: I am a chauffeur for JED Transportation, driving weddings in party buses and operating motorcoaches to shuttle guests for weddings. I have had the chance to work with Jessica's Clients over a dozen times. I've worked with ALOT of wedding planners, so I have seen the ones where everyone is running around frazzled on the day of the event (NOT with Jessica) and I've had the chance to work with planners that just seem to have a way of making things run smoothly on the day of the event (this one IS Jessica). I have had many, many brides compliment Jessica to me. They like her personality (she can be quite funny) - her calm demeanor - her professionalism - her years of experience. Jessica is a total package that helps the wedding day be everything you dream of it being. I'm in the trade so I get to see when things do - and do not - go well. Her events ALWAYS go smoothly. I'd strongly recommend Jessica's services to plan your wedding.
Jessica and her team are phenomenal. I did not want to worry about anything going wrong on the big day and I could not be happier that we hired them. The ability to use their decor closet was a game changer and they were super helpful with certain meetings leading up to the wedding and helping get everything ready the day of. My husband was really unsure about this expense that he felt was something “extra and unnecessary” but even he said at the end of the night that it was probably one of the best investments and vendors we chose. If you tend to be anxious and want to have a stress free day, Jessica and her team have you covered!
Jessica was absolutely amazing. She answered every question I had leading up to the wedding ASAP, had great tips and advice, and was a life saver the day of. Our day went perfectly, and it would not have happened if we didn’t hire Jessica. She offered up all of her decor that she has collected over the years, brought adequate help to make sure everything went smoothly, and packed up all of the decor at the end of the night. There were multiple times the day of that I thought of something and when I went to tell Jessica, it had already been done. Our venue (though beautiful) really weren’t the most accommodating and Jessica really put in the work to make up for where they slacked (like moving almost 200 chairs in 100 degree heat because we changed ceremony locations last minute and the venue would only set up the chairs once).
I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much Jessica for making our day perfect. We are so grateful for you and your team!
Adorist was super helpful in our day of execution! They set up my wedding venue, made sure all of the vendors were able to access the site and even had decorations that I could use so I didn't have to buy too many decorations!
I had a few vendors let me know that they would've liked more communication and coordination prior to the day-of, specifically our florist hadn't heard from them the day before the wedding, and of the things I did buy, I didn't get them all back after Adorist cleaned up the venue (although I did get the major/expensive things I bought). Due to these things, I gave them a 4 star review. But overall a great experience!
I will sing Jessica’s praises to anyone who will listen. She was an absolute god send for us.
We had no idea how to plan wedding having not been to many, and adding a pandemic into the mix? A mess. Then Jessica came in and got it done.
By the time we reached out, we had all of our vendors chosen and booked so most of the hard stuff was done, but Jessica still went out of her way to go to our venue, go to our caterer for tastings, and helped us coordinate everything.
If you think you don’t need a coordinator for at the very least, the day of, you’re wrong, and Jessica is the woman for the job.
On our big day, she was set everything up, worked with the venue, helped guests, made sure our wedding party was where they needed to be, made sure WE were where we needed to be, and she even snuck me some appetizers during cocktail hour.
She will truly make your big day so much easier and she is a beacon of joy.

Jessica was FANTASTIC!!! She was the sweetest person and very organized! I loved getting to work with her! She was always available for questions and made sure my day was perfect! I am so thankful I hired her for my wedding planner!! The day of the wedding got a little crazy with a tent issue..her and her team took control and solved the issue. I’m so happy I hired Jessica and her team as my ‘Day of Coordinator’! Jessica was happily available for any questions I had months before the wedding and was on top of everything on the wedding day. I wanted to have zero worries on the wedding day and she made that possible!
Hire Adorist for your wedding!!!
I had most of my vendors selected by the time I hired Jessica for my wedding so I mostly needed her for day of coordinating.
From the time she showed up until the time the reception ended Jessica went above and beyond! She made sure everything ran smoothly, which it did. She brought us anything we needed the morning of to get ready and for us that meant ice tea from Chick-fil-A. She had two bags full of anything you may need (medicine, dress tape, hairspray, Bobby pins, wipes, etc.) so you can leave your “oh shit, kit” at home. She transported my dress and all my belongings to the venue so I didn’t have to worry about keeping everything with me.
We had a venue coordinator but I’m glad we had Jessica as well because she checked in on me and my husband all day to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Little things like grabbing drinks from the bar so we didn’t have to wait in line, she helped my girls bustle my dress, she ran messages for me, took our plates from our table so we didn’t have to worry about that, she even helped me to go to the bathroom because my MOHs were dancing,
Etc.
At the end of the night she didn’t leave until I knew where the bus was to pick us up and we were all set.
I had multiple people compliment me on Jessica’s help so it was noticed by just more than the bride.
Job well done Jessica. I’ll recommend you to any future brides!
Where do I begin. 2020 was a crazy year and of course even more difficult when trying to plan a wedding. Hiring Jessica and her team at Adorist Events for full service wedding planning support was the best decision we could have made.
Jessica was with us from day one, helping give us helpful recommendations and keep us on track. Then when everything started to shutdown due to the pandemic and we had to make some difficult decisions, she was right by our side to talk through it with us and coordinate with all of our vendors on our behalf.
We ended up getting married on our original wedding date in May, celebrating with just our immediate families and a few close friends. Then had a second celebration in October at my parents’ home, with extended family and friends. So Jessica helped us plan not one, but TWO weddings, each perfect in their own way.
Jessica helped with everything from vendor recommendations and coordination, to decorations and floral arrangements, and she even drove us 30 min to our hotel after our car service didn’t show up at the end of our wedding.
Above and beyond is what you can expect from Jessica. And she is such a genuine, fun spirit and made our wedding planning process, even in 2020, an enjoyable and memorable experience. I can’t say enough good things about Jessica and her team, and hope all of you get the pleasure of getting to know her like we have. 💕
Where to even begin with Jessica! She was the ABSOLUTE BEST WEDDING PLANNER! The amount of work she put in to making sure the day was beautiful is beyond me.
She takes your vision of your dream day and makes it a reality. She brought along her assistant who was able to calm my nerves! It wouldn’t of been the most PERFECT day it was without the help of Jessica and her team!
BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING BOOK JESSICA. I am not exaggerating when I say Jessica is a GODSEND. Without her, my day wouldn't have been as perfect as it was. She was there with me during mini meltdowns and honestly became a friend. She is so good at what she does and she was the BEST investment that I could have ever made for the wedding. My fiance and I were so impressed with her services and we cannot express how good of an investment it was to have Jessica as our day-of coordinator.

I was really reluctant at first to hire a “wing woman” to help plan our special day, but thank goodness I did! Adorist was such a valuable and worthwhile investment. We got to plan not one but two weddings together, given that our first had to be postponed. Jessica truly became a friend through our journey together and stepped up in a way that many planners wouldn’t. I would recommend her services to anyone looking to relieve some of the stress and anxiety leading up to the wedding and DEFINITELY the day of the wedding. I was able to completely relax and be in the moment, knowing she had everything taken care of. Priceless.

We hired Jessica and her team for my daughter's wedding. She was outstanding and went far and above my expectations. Not only did she start the day with us at 8:00 a.m., she coordinated throughout the entire day with our vendors, questions from the bridal party, decorating the venue (which her team did a beautiful job) and wrapped up the night with breaking down the decorations and packing everything up for us. It was seamless day which gave myself and my daughter a peace of mind to enjoy the day and note be stressed. Definitely would recommend Jessica and her team! Great job!
Exceptional! She attended to all of our needs. She set an exact schedule, prepared other vendors to follow that schedule, and was quick to adapt to anything. She prepared us for the 3 hour wait, by making sure food was ordered for the bride and grooms room. We had a wonderful time, and not to brag, but I’ve been told our wedding is one of the best. Could not have done it without Jessica!
We loved having Jessica apart of our big day. She definitely our made day the success is was. From start to end, she was on top of things and made sure to help keep our stress levels down. Not getting married again lol, but recommend her to anyone needing their big day planned and executed.
If I could give Jessica 1000 stars, I would. I have nothing but the kindest things to say about her. I hired Jessica about 6 weeks out as a day of coordinator expecting to only hear from her the week leading up to the event. However, what I got was way more than I could’ve ever imagined. Starting at that moment she was available by texts, emails, phone calls, and coffee dates. Living in another city made the final weeks of wedding planning difficult, but Jessica was available to help. She met, emailed, and called vendors for me. She also created an AMAZING timeline and very difficult seating chart. On the day of my wedding, she showed up with her amazing husband to help make sure everything went smoothly. I have only the nicest things to say about this amazing woman and would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and thoughtful coordinator.

I don’t have all the words necessary to sing Jessica’s praises, but if you are looking for a wedding planner who is personally involved in the details, then she is the one for you. Adorsist events made sure they had a plan for our wedding if it happened to rain and was at every meeting we could and could not be at. Jessica handled making sure my wedding party knew what was going on, which was big for us as we had a large wedding party and couldn’t control everyone. She also met with the wedding venue to make sure we could get in a bit early to decorate. We were more than satisfied and would use Adorist events for any of our family events.

As Mother of the Bride, I was initially just looking for assistance with setting up and taking down of all the decorations for our daughters wedding/reception.
