and they know this business inside and out.
Justin made recommendations we don’t even know we wanted or needed. He kept this mom-of-the-bride completely calm and not one time did I worry or doubt he would deliver as promised.
The reception was everything we had envisioned and dreamed of and then some … Justin’s crew transformed my back yard into a wedding reception paradise. We were told countless times by our guests that it was the best reception they had ever attended.
I truly could not have asked for more!! Thank you Justin and Amber from the bottom of my heart! You and your team made my daughter’s and her husband’s dreams come true 🤍🤍

This was the first large event at our family farm and he was so helpful with working out the logistics and building such a beautiful venue for our special day. They made the entire process so easy and I can’t thank Justin and his entire team enough! Highly highly recommend!!

Advantage Tent and Party Rental was a great resource for planning and executing our daughter’s outdoor wedding at our home. The owner, Justin Williams, has a very thorough and orga...
nized planning process with a focus on maximizing space, aesthetics, guest comfort and safety. Advantage Tent provided extensive options in tents, tables, chairs, linens, band stages, dance floors, and lighting. They were invaluable in designing tent layout, including tables/seating layout. When we requested a changed in the tent layout, several weeks before the wedding, Justin was flexible and excited to offer other options to maximize the size, use and appearance of the tents, stage and lighting. Justin was helpful in last minute additions/changes due to inclement weather. Justin and his team were professional and courteous. The communication was open and collaborative with my husband and I and other vendors. We feel the entire experience was enhanced by the collaboration of Advantage Tents with Be Creative Catering. We had a wonderful experience! Thank you!
Advantage tent rental is awesome. Justin is super helpful in reviewing everything that you might need for an outdoor wedding and tented reception. Everything was organized, clean,...
and set up to the specifications. Justin and MaryJo were easy to work with. Advantage came back the day after the wedding and had everything cleaned up in about 4 hours. Great company - I highly recommend them.
Advantage was the best! Justin and Mary Jo were so helpful and helped us plan perfectly!!
Justin at Advantage Tent Rental was super helpful getting our tent rental together and explaining all the steps and pieces. We ended up just renting the tent roof (without side wal...
ls or lights) because the weather was most likely going to be clear. We even got a discount because the other couple getting married the next day at our venue used the tent. It's nice to know that if they don't have to work as hard (breakdown and setup only once for the weekend) that the discount gets passed on to the customer. Everyone I talked to at Advantage provided excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend them!

but our venue had made some changes which caused us to want to rearrange the seating and layout of our reception. Justin totally blew me away with his suggestion on how to re-adjust everything and it honestly ended up being an even BETTER set up that aligned with our vision. He truly helped to make our dream wedding come to life. Thank you so much!

cing. We didnt have to choose until a few days before the wedding. When we found out that it would be a little chilly the day of the wedding, it wasnt an issue to get some heaters brought in last minute.
Their tent and accessory selection is in great condition and there are many set up options available. The customer service that Justin provided was extremely professional . He provided explanations on the different options and what the best price point and plan would be for our day. They are the professionals and never once tried to sell us things that we didnt need just to get the price up.
They also were a preferred vendor of our venue at the Monastery and so they already knew the venue and the tent options that worked best.
Justin and his team made our wedding day perfect! With a last minute change due to 16 straight days of rain - Justin took it upon himself to listen to me, plan, and redo our entire...
layout. I know he worked tirelessly to make the day possible and perfect. We appreciate that so much. Every item we rented was in great condition and by far the best prices we could find. If you're "building your wedding from scratch" you want more than just a rental company - you want someone that truly cares about one of the biggest days of your life. That is Advantage Tent and Party Rental. Each person went above and beyond to help us. The workers that were at the venue setting up were all courteous and went out of their way to help with anything and everything. Thank you Justin & Team for your amazing work!!!
