We specialize in full service event planning + styling, coordination + design. We also have a large inventory of unique, modern and vintage decor rentals for your special event and design custom paper goods!
We take a fresh approach when it comes to planning our events. We not only focus on the logistics of the event, but the overall design. All of our planners have a design background, which we find to be a very important aspect to any occasion. No two events we’re a part of are ever the same. We strive for fresh ideas, a creative vision and always as sustainable and eco conscious as possible! We focus on the overall vision and how all of the elements and vendors work together to help you truly have an event to cherish forever!

Hiring Abby and her team at ae creative was seriously the best decision I could have made for my wedding day. I lived out of town from Bend, OR so I knew I needed someone to help guide me and be able to communicate from afar. I hired ae creative for full wedding planning, as I was the Bride that knew I would need a lot of help in the creative department and I didn't want to be stressed by anything throughout or on the day of... which I can say Abby handled everything seamlessly and I had no worries day of or throughout. Abby always was prompt to answer my questions and anytime I thought maybe I had forgotten something she already had it taken care of.
I really had no idea what I wanted our wedding to look like and with the help of Abby I can say she helped create a wedding that was perfectly unique to my husband and I. She also thought of so many things I would have never thought of, like hiring a shuttle for our guests, not to mention she knew all the right vendors to work with. I had so many comments after the wedding about how beautiful and smooth the wedding went. Literally, we cannot think of one hiccup and if there was one I know that Abby and her team handled it right away, so wouldn't even know. I would strongly recommend ae creative, don't even think twice about it, just hire Abby and her team!

Abby was crucial in thinking of things I would have never even thought of if I was to plan the wedding by myself. She encouraged us to hire shuttle services for our guests which ended up being the BEST idea ever and I’m not sure what our guests would have done without that option, just due to the parking/location of our venue. She also knew the ins and outs of all Central Oregon venues and the best vendors to partner with for each location. She helped us connect with caterers, a calligrapher, an arbor rental company, shuttle services, porta potty rentals, and more.
The thing I love most about Abby is her demeanor. She was calm and kind and wonderful through the whole process. After being involved in weddings where the coordinator was high-stress and commanding orders on the day of the wedding, I knew that’s exactly what I didn’t want! Abby was the exact opposite. Her calm demeanor made the wedding flow seamlessly. Everyone commented on how perfect and easy the wedding was. It was exactly what we wanted. Her colleague Madeline also worked alongside us on our wedding day and had the same wonderful demeanor, which I was so grateful for! They even helped me clean my dress after my dad spilled red wine on me! Haha.
I would highly recommend Abby, Madeline, and all of ae creative if you are getting married in Central Oregon!
AE Creative worked so hard to bring my wedding dream to life and they completely exceeded my expectations. Abby and her team are professional, accommodating, organized, detail-oriented, creative, and SO easy to work with. From partnering with me and my husband on wedding style/decor to ensuring that the day of the wedding we could just enjoy our guests - they literally took care of everything. Even my family and friends commented on how relaxed we were on the day of the wedding. AE Creative took care of everything from start to finish. Despite living out of state, Abby was able to truly understand our needs throughout the wedding process. She gave us confidence ahead of our wedding date that everything would go off without a hitch. Abby really got to know me and my husband and our wedding felt so "uniquely us". She added special surprise touches to the wedding that brought out or interests and personality. She really does invest time in each of her clients and it shows. I cannot recommend AE Creative enough - it was the best wedding decision we made! I already miss working with them. Thank you for being part of our truly magical day!
Working with AE Creative was absolutely essential! We chose them because we totally jived with their design style, but didn't know we would be getting so much more. They walked us through every step and helped us make decision that were true to us AND effective. Thanks so much to Abby and Madeline!
Abby and the AE crew are the very best. They listened to my visions and were able to make them better than I ever imagined. Abby has the most amazing attention to detail. She is so kind and beyond helpful! She eliminated a lot of wedding stress and made the planning process so enjoyable. I had no worries on my wedding day thanks to Abby!

Abby was a delight to work with - she knows her stuff and helped me handle details I wouldn't have even thought of! I don't live locally, so she was able to oversee a lot of vendor details while we planned and prepared for the big day. She knows everyone in the area, so she had recommendations and resources for all our needs (favors, transportation, babysitting etc.). On the day of she helped everything run smoothly and was quick-thinking and solution-oriented when a few details needed to change as the day unfolded. She's a lovely person and a true pro. Could not recommend working with her more highly!
Abby and her team are amazing wedding planners. They have some wonderful design skills and they are always super organized. I’ve worked on several weddings with her and it’s always been a pleasure.
My now-husband and I met Abby during the wedding planning process and instantly hit it off. We had originally planned to enlist Abby's support in day-of set up for our wedding but ended up also having her create our wedding invitation suite; we rented several items from her amazing collection of wedding day decor; AND we hired her to be our day of coordinator!
From the first time we met with Abby it was clear that she was extremely attentive to detail, very laid back (a must in wedding planning), and happy to offer opinions when requested without offering unsolicited advice.
Abby's amazing design skills led to the creation of beautiful (real!) wood invitation suites that our guests all loved; we got so many phone calls about how they fit our style perfectly and how people thought the RSVP cards were so pretty that they didn't want to return them! We also knew that we didn't want to accumulate things we wouldn't use after the wedding and luckily AE Creative's inventory is so stellar that we picked out crates to hold our blankets in (it was an outdoor winter wedding), and a large array of beautiful unique chalk signs to use throughout our wedding and reception.
As our wedding day drew closer it was clear that for our peace of mind we needed a wedding day coordinator. With AE Creative when you reserve the set-up you have reserved Abby's time and she will not book another event that day, so if you decide to upgrade there isn't a risk of losing her great work to another wedding that same day! Having Abby be our day of coordinator was one of the very best decisions we made for our wedding. She walked us through the rehearsal, gave us a million little pointers that we never would've thought of (try to look up as you walk back down the aisle as newlyweds!), and actively reminded us to soak in the moment on our big day. There were so many little details made perfect by Abby and Dayna; from bringing a plate of appetizers to my husband and I before we were introduced, to subtly pulling my dad from another conversation so he could prepare for his toast, to making sure that when the late night smore's bar came out that our special signage was also out too.... there wasn't a single moment when I worried about if our wedding day was on time or whether everything would look beautiful.
AND (as if that wasn’t enough) Abby and Dayna did an amazing job of setting up our ceremony and reception site. They added beautiful touches of greenery to our welcome sign, wedding arbor, and string lights above our reception (knowing this was the look we wanted and making sure to put the extra greens our florist provided to work!). They made sure every candle was lit and that the reception/ceremony sites were absolutely perfect. They set up the perfect woodland wedding for us, treated us like royalty all day, and just as importantly Abby was constantly available to us in the lead up to the big day (which is saying a lot since we live in Seattle and bombarded her with emails). If you are thinking about wedding rentals, design invitation, set-up, or day of coordination AE Creative will provide you with astounding service, and Abby will treat you like a friend; making sure you get exactly what you want and ensuring she is there in whatever capacity you need her to be. We were so lucky to have her be a part of our wedding day, and I am eternally grateful that I have a day of wonderful wedding memories made possible by all of her and Dayna’s hard work!
Abby is a delight! She helped me with planning and provided adorable rental items for my July wedding. I loved that she was thorough and flexible. She put me at ease pre-wedding and on my wedding day. I hardly saw her on the day of because she was busily taking care of EVERY detail so that I didn't have to. Having a wedding planner makes such a huge difference--I can't recommend her enough!
