ugh!!! Agave Estates is a hidden gem in the Greater Houston area. They helped me merge my husband and I’s 2 cultures perfectly. All of our guests kept saying how beautiful the venue is and how everything was perfect. Also, I must give much due thanks to the gift that is Stephani, our coordinator. She was so professional and warm. No matter what happened, I was in good hands. If I could do it all over again, it wouldn’t be without her. THANK YOU Stephani and Agave! You made a lasting memory for us and all of our family and friends. 

the first tour to our wedding day every person we encountered at Agave was kind and answered any and all questions we had. Our photographer was so attentive, our florist was so understanding of our budget, and the caterer was so kind we got our cake from her too! I would recommend Agave to anyone looking for a venue. They truly do it all and then some. 

rom the beginning of booking to helping close the evening the venue staff were on point! Jessica was absolutely brilliant and 10 steps ahead of it. The entire experience was incredible I literally worried about absolutely nothing. My wedding was more beautiful than I could’ve ever dreamed of. ndoor reception, the team takes great care for the venue from the plants to all of the other areas in the venue. The facilities for the couple are simply outstanding. The bridal suite is a dream. Stephani, our wedding coordinator was outstanding, she took care of all details not only the ceremony and the reception, she took care of the bride! She helped me with my dress and my veil!. We enjoyed every meeting with her, she guided us throughout the process to make it feel so easy and seamless. Stephani was not only professional but super-friendly with an outstanding attention to details, she coordinated all vendors and acted more like our family taking care of all aspects of the wedding prior and during the event. Agave's staff made everybody feel welcome. We wanted a wonderful wedding and it was a memorable event for us and all the guest. Agave provides flexible plans to suit your budget all of which are great alternatives. The vendor selection they offered is extremely good, Elaine for the flowers, the food from Churrascos, Ivan our DJ made our guests dance all night, PJ and Daniel our photographer and videographer did an amazing work. I don't want to forget Emily from Exquisite Reflections. Agave under Stephani coordination, her team and all our vendors made our wedding unique!

at Agave to be welcoming, attentive, and kind. The banquet staff, DJ, bartender, photo-booth attendant, and all Agave admin gave us the wedding of our dreams. Our coordinator, Stephani, went above & beyond to ensure our wedding day was stress-free and perfect! She seamlessly coordinated with other vendors and took many last minute tasks off of my plate. By the end of it all, we consider Stephani like family because of her endless contribution to our big day. If you’re considering having your event at Agave Estates, you won’t regret it. Agave Estates offers all-inclusive, customizable packaging which helped us tremendously with the planning process! Our wedding turned out better than we ever imagined, all thanks to this wonderful team! Our guests raved about the venue, the food and drinks, and how awesome all of the attendants were. I would have our wedding at Agave all over again! It was truly a dream come true!!

, and it confirmed everything—I had to get married there. That same day, I met Stephani, who was so kind and recommended I set up an appointment for a thorough tour of the venue. The space made me feel so close to home with its charming Mexican vintage vibe. Stephani was incredible throughout the entire process—always available to answer our questions, helping my aunts organize everything, and making sure I felt completely stress-free on the big day. The venue is naturally beautiful, so there’s no need for lots of extra decorations. One of the best perks of Agave Estates is that they have vendors for everything you need—catering, music, décor, and more. The only external vendors we had to bring in were the photographer, videographer, and makeup artist which made planning so much easier. DJ Ivan was fantastic at getting everyone on the dance floor and keeping the party alive. They also offer a variety of catering options, and Churrascos was an excellent choice—our guests loved it! A personal highlight was teaching Stephani how to do the best Hora Loca! Everyone got involved, and our guests had so much fun being part of the Conga Line. Despite planning our wedding in three months, everything came together beautifully. This venue and team made it a night to remember!

The food and drinks were exceptional – we received many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, including the specialty meals (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free). Whether it was the appetizers, the main course, or the cocktails, everything was top-notch. ke it was a team effort every step of the way. The only downside about that was some miscommunications that made us a little nervous as it was pretty close to the wedding. Our coordinator Stephani was helpful in getting everything sorted out and reassuring us constantly along the way. As a couple who did not have a lot of time on our hands, AGAVE was the best choice for us because so much is included and it took a lot of stress off of our shoulders. We didn’t have a wedding planner and did decorations on our own. Once Stephani understood we were doing it all ourselves she stepped in seamlessly and willing to help. She’s always available for questions no matter how big or small! She was truly the blessing we didn’t know we needed. All of our family and loved ones were so amazed by how beautiful everything was set up and decorated. They couldn’t stop talking about how loving the atmosphere was and taking a TON of pictures! Overall our wedding day was magical and we’ll never forget the time we had.

The venue itself was amazing and made for some amazing pictures and moments captured by all who attended. Agave Estates was very easy to work with and accommodating to all our guest. Although the distance may have felt far for some guest, hotels nearby are extremely affordable. We HIGHLY recommend to all who are reading this review to consider Agave Estates as your top choice!

We booked with Angela Yzaguirre upon seeing the venue for the first time, and she was marvelous with all of our early questions and preparation. Agave also offers a lot of different ways to get some sweet deals — we booked within 24 hours of our tour, so we got a free liquor upgrade to our open bar, and if you show up to the Vendor Mixer events, you can win things like free champagne for your sweetheart table. It was a breeze to also arrange with outside vendors that were not in their bundled services. Agave offers an in house coordinator assigned to you 60 days out from your wedding. Our Coordinator, Stephani Peralta, is not only a true gem of a person, but also an incredible coordinator. Our photographer and hair and makeup team made a point to let us know that she was one of the best coordinators they’ve worked with for all the weddings that they have done. The bar service was fast and made delicious drinks, and there are so many beautiful areas to celebrate with your loved ones on the premises, inside or out. There is some construction going on right outside the venue, but don’t let that deter your decision. Even though the venue is off a semi-busy road, it is so well tucked away behind the beautiful building and walls of deep orange and foliage, you would never know that you weren’t in an idyllic hacienda the likes of TV and movies. Truly luxurious without going above our budget. Our big day was everything we could have dreamed of and more, we are so happy with our decision to go with Agave Estates. I would recommend this venue to anyone that asks for any large events they would like to host, and if you get Stephani as your coordinator, give her a big hug from the Nuñezes!

We hired our own DJ, Cake decorator, officiant, photographer and decorator. We did use the photo booth just to add a touch of something memorable and fun! The guests enjoyed it. I like how you have options… We had a blast at our wedding. Everything was beautiful!

were high enough to keep out any outside noise from the nearby road. Once inside, you feel like you are in another place that has no outside sounds. We were worried about hearing cars on the road or the construction, but the walls were perfect and keeping the noise out even for our outdoor ceremony. We did the all inclusive package and we have no regrets! We had so many compliments on our wedding and how beautiful it all was and that is all because of Julie Polk, our Coordinator, and the wonderful staff at Agave. Julie made our experience so easy and she allowed us to relax and enjoy the day! She was absolutely fantastic, and I can’t say enough about her! She made our day beautiful and stress free! I don’t know many brides who can say that! And she had to deal with two brides for our wedding. She did so with grace, patience and understanding. And we loved her for that! She is wonderful in taking our ideas and providing us with guidance on our vision for the wedding and making it happen! Elaine Johnston did our stunning flowers and mantle pieces! I would recommend her for ANY event that you need flowers for!! Cakes by Gina made the most delicious and beautiful cake and cupcakes! Ivan Rojas was our amazing DJ and MC for the night and kept the dance floor full! He was so helpful in our request and accommodations needed!! We already want to through another big party, just to hire him again!! PJ Daranikone was our photographer and videographer and we can’t wait to see our pictures and videos! He was so fun and easy to work with! I am so glad we got to work with him!! Two Forks Catering made the most delicious plated dinner for our guest and even provided a special meal just for Sandy and me during our dinner! Best part was we were provided to-go plates to eat once we got home!! That was such an awesome thing for them to do! All in all….I would recommend Agave Estates and the all inclusive package every single time to anyone looking! I’m they are worth every penny and truly make you feel important and truly want to make your event everything you ever could dream about!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE Agave Estates!!! Thank you for being inclusive and making our wedding day magical!!!

ng coordinators. Oh, We had a really great wedding coordinator Julie Polk. I would recommend her highly. Agave staff made the entire wedding planning process sooooo easy. The only challenge we had was around the food options where we were expected to choose one option of food for all our guests but even with this, we worked together with the Agave team to accommodate our requests. We truly appreciated their ability to be agile. Overall, i would highly highly recommend Agave Estates. Thank you Julie for making our day a beautiful one.

My husband mentioned how you can tell Julie takes pride in her work. Julie was so helpful to us throughout our entire planning process and wedding day. The reason we went with Agave Estates was because a friend of mine got married there over 8 years ago. Agave is minutes away from our home and I asked my friend what was her experience with Agave when she got married. She had nothing but good things to say. Agave was the first and the only venue we looked at; and we could not be any happier that we went with Agave Estates all-inclusive package, they made the whole experience stress-free. I heard nothing but great things from our guests including: that the venue is so beautiful, how good the fajita buffet/appetizers display was, and the cake was delicious (Cakes by Gina). The bartenders and staff were professional and on top of it all. We gave DJ Ivan some genres/artists of music to play as well as asked him to get a feel for the crowd. Once the dance floor opened, DJ Ivan had our guests dancing all night. Our photographer Alfredo and videographer PJ from Tomas Ramos Photography, captured some beautiful moments, they were patient and professional. Elaine from E Johnston Designs helped me choose my florals without going over my budget. All of the vendors Agave Estates uses were professional, experienced and great to work with. 't have been a more "us" venue, and I think it will be for you too! From the moment we decided to book with Agave, we were taken care of by all of the staff there. They handled all of our reception concerns, and offered a wide variety of options in their all inclusive package. From the first tour, the floral appointment, grand food tasting, and meeting our wedding coordinator, we felt so welcomed with tons of collaborative ideas, lots of open communication, and more! Food was a huge deal breaker for us, and attending the grand tasting solidified our decision. Everything that we ate was super tasty, so you can't go wrong with that. The cake company that they work with, Gina's Cakes, were beyond. All of our guests said that it was some of the best food and cake that they've ever had at a wedding. But, the icing on top was our coordinator, Stephani. I never realized that an in house coordinator would be something that I needed, as I'm super organized. But, boy was I wrong. Stephani was an angel sent from above. Every single question or comment I had, she had an answer for. It's cliché to say that she held our hand throughout this crazy year of life and wedding planning for us, but she literally and figuratively did. She did everything for us, from making sure that we were comfortable and happy with all of our decisions, to literally being my top contact the past few months. She was quite literally amazing, and I would give her a raise myself if I could. If you're wondering how the pictures would look at a rustic, hacienda venue, the pictures I attached below say it all. The place was just beautiful, from the outside to the inside. The outdoor area was so magical, with the pool and lights, and lush garden greenery. The indoor was just so perfect for our aesthetic December wedding. Not much decorating was needed at a place like this, so we were so blessed and happy to have found this place. BOOK AGAVE now, they made our magical dreams come true on our special day!

was the best they could do and it couldn't be made any cooler. I was promised at the tasting that this wouldn't be an issue. I had guests leave early because it was hot so my exit photos are sparse with people. I have also never had sweat literally drip down my thighs like that and I grew up in South Texas and South Florida. Sales person - misleading & used deceitful tactics. Glad she doesn't work there anymore. Accounting - personnel are rude and elusive of information. Contract - you can't see the literal terms until you make your down payment and sign at which point there are no refunds. Coordinator - made a lot of really uncouth comments to myself and my family members throughout the entire planning process, did not actually care about the end result and it showed both in photos and socially. Poor communication. She steam-rolled over me on several requests and did things to her own preference. I was humiliated by both her instructions and lack of instruction. Things she specifically told us to do during rehearsal looked terrible in photos. Catering - were ultimately no issues and food tasted great. Florist - initial consult was uncomfortable and I was treated as though I was inconveniencing her, she made insensitive comments and was not very clear that anything you request that doesn't involve only white roses will cost extra but end result was exactly as specified. Photographer - really friendly guy and does great work if you encourage him with a little flattery. The photos from the beginning of the night are mediocre but suddenly after my husband told him we were big fans the photos got way better and more artistic. His office personnel pushes the extra package add-ons way too hard to the point that pricing was unclear when I actually did have questions and it made me uncomfortable to speak to the photographer, which ultimately ended up with me not getting a lot of the shots I had planned for. Photo Booth - the attendant was missing multiple times throughout the night, kept "running out of ink" and I was unable to have as many photos as I would have liked with my guests and of my guests considering I paid extra for unlimited prints. Does $200 constitute 25 photo prints in total? DJ - ultimately did great until he took a request from one young guest to play EDM music and most of my guests were boomers. Paying attention to the audience and abiding by the brides instructions would have been helpful. Cake/ bakery - Cakes by Gina was nothing short of amazing from the tasting all the way to the wedding day. Highly recommend. Waitstaff - they were way too quick to take my food away so I hardly got any of my dinner or cake. I purposely packaged favors so that each guest could have two or more and somehow every single package of candies were gone with none left over. As I mentioned previously, most of my guests were boomers and diabetic so I'm having a hard time believing that all of the candy was taken by guests. Bartender - used poor word choice when a guest asked for a whiskey "neat" and gave that guest the impression that we did not go "all out" for our guests and event. Hotels nearby - DO NOT RECOMMEND - ESPECIALLY THE HILTON. Support local business and do airbnb instead.

We kept open communication with all of the staff involved and they always got back to us in a timely manner. We sat down with Amanda and shared our vision and she explained that Agave was more than happy to help us make our wedding come to life. Later on we were assigned to our coordinator, Stephani. Stephani was nothing but amazing! She went above and beyond to make our day feel special and organized. We were always on the same page and communicating with her was very easy. We wouldn’t have it any other way. Our wedding experience was perfect at Agave.
