Agave Estates was the first venue we looked/visited when we started our wedding planning process and we knew right away it was the one! The moment we stepped in we thought that the venue was beautiful and we loved the Spanish-Hacienda feel to it. We really liked that it was an all -inclusive venue as it made our wedding planning process much easier. We had ran the estimated numbers with other wedding venues that weren’t all inclusive, and we weren’t going to save nearly enough money to justify adding so much to our workload. Our wedding coordinator was Stephani Peralta and she was amazing and very helpful! We knew from the very beginning that we did not want both our parents, especially our moms, to have to stress and coordinate everything. Stephani really helped not only us but all of our family enjoy the wedding. From the moment she was assigned to us, she had very clear and open communication. We always felt very comfortable in letting her know what we wanted in our wedding and she also gave us great ideas, advice, and suggestions. All of our family and friends kept telling us how well coordinated and beautiful everything was. The only minor issue we had was that we weren’t initially assigned a bilingual DJ. We had a Mexican-American wedding and most of my family was going to be attending from Mexico and we really wanted a DJ to be able to translate to Spanish. However, after communicating with Stephani and DJ Ivan, they made it work! Even though DJ Ivan couldn’t be our DJ on our day, he was very helpful and reassured us he was going to give us a good DJ. He assigned us one of his colleagues, DJ Hibo and he nailed the dancefloor! He had such a great mix of songs that flowed very well and had everyone on the dancefloor in our multicultural wedding. We couldn’t be any happier with our decision to choose this venue. We truly had the wedding of our dreams thanks to all the staff working at Agave!

Look no further! You have found the perfect venue. Agave is incredible! We got married in late October 2024 and are still enjoying the blissfulness of our wedding day, thanks to Julie, our incredible coordinator. We toured 12 different venues in Houston and Agave was by far the best choice. The venue is not only absolutely gorgeous, but what makes Agave stand out above the rest of the venues is the staff! Angela was very kind in answering our questions before we got to meet with Julie, our coordinator. Julie was such a pleasure to work with. We are so blessed to have found this venue and have Julie as our coordinator. Julie made us feel at ease with her knowledge and kindness. She is so incredible!!! With answering our questions, providing her expertise, helping set up items, and creating our timeline, etc. on top of that, Julie does all of this with a smile, and you can tell she has a passion for what she is doing. Unlike other venues, Agave treats every bride with the same utmost respect. They don't treat your wedding like another number, which I feared when first looking at venues. I could go on and on about why this is the best venue and how the coordinators are amazing! Ultimately, if you are a bride looking for a venue, save yourself the trouble and go with Agave. Also, did I mention Agave has vendor mixers that are so much fun to attend? Definitely an added perk!

Agave Estates is an AMAZING wedding venue, and our wedding here was absolutely GORGEOUS. Additionally, they take care of nearly every aspect of the wedding with skill, grace, and a relentless courtesy that made the whole experience a joy. The food is AMAZING, the flowers were stunning, the cake, photographer, DJ, bartenders, and the coordinator (shoutout to the incomparable Stephani Peralta) were top of the line. We had limited time to plan our wedding, and without the incredible staff and coordination I'm totally convinced it wouldn't have been nearly as fun, if even possible. I would recommend this place to anyone, even if you do have a reasonable amount of time. The space is so beautiful, and my guests all commented about how much fun they had. And the fountains! Just beautiful. If you're considering having your wedding here, do it. You will be delighted and blown away by what they can make happen for you. It was a dream come true!!!

I cannot rave enough about Agave Estates! As a bride who had to plan her wedding from hundreds of miles away, they made everything seamless and helped me throughout the entire process. There are so many details that you may not think about, but Agave ensures that they are taken care of. If I could relive that day over and over, I would and I wouldn’t change a thing. Having Julie as our coordinator was such a relief. Being able to trust her on my wedding day is a gift I will always treasure. I didn’t have to think about anything the day of my wedding and I was able to focus on having fun and getting married! A big thank you to all of the staff, and to Julie for helping make our day so special.

Y’all. 84 days. We got engaged on a trip to San Diego at the end of March 2023 and we booked Agave 84 days before our wedding date. We got married on 07/01/2023 — and it was marvelous! No one can believe it came together that well, that fast. I still can’t! I still can’t believe my husband’s crazy idea to just get married on my birthday. 😅 Smallish wedding (140) but we all got the works and Julie Polk was the perfect planner! Not exhaustive but here’s a glimpse of what I got, most things included: Get ready suites with common living spaces for both families, a beautiful courtyard ceremony, stunning quicksand bouquets & bouts, passed hors d’oeuvres (add-on), a fruit & veggie table, open bar, dj, mouthwatering served dinner, served champagne, a photo booth, a stunning cake, beautiful photography, videography (add-on). They even accommodated my live & surprise slideshows on a larger projector, the late night Whataburger table (thanks to the Pin Oak W for delivering), extending event time, and so much more. Julie helped so much with the setup and take down of my little details I DIYd like: table numbers, menus, and large photo boards. If it wasn’t for her and my MOH it would have been tight to accomplish all of that! Not to mention keeping me on track and ensuring I had enough time for my outfit change for the sparkler exit! There is no question this would not have come together if I had chosen an “all-inclusive venue” that really JUST offered food-dj-tablecloths. Thanks for a beautiful day 🥹.

My husband, Chris and I got married on May 13, 2023 at Agave Estates in Katy, Texas. This was the very first venue that we looked at in our search for the perfect place and visited other venues, but nothing compared to the beauty and overall ambiance of Agave Estates. From the day we decided that this was the place for us all the way up to our wedding day, it was so easy and seamless. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! The lighting and landscaping throughout are perfectly placed and gives you a destination wedding vibe. A huge plus for us was that they provide all of the decorations for the reception and have a selection of colors and styles that will work with any wedding color schemes making the entire area look classy and elegant. The entire staff at Agave were so professional and helpful but our wedding coordinator, Stephani Peralta was absolutely amazing. She was on top of every little detail during the planning and especially the day of. From calling our vendors the week prior to ensuring everything was on schedule, reminding us to bring our personal wedding decorations the day of the rehearsal, confirming details on specific requests for our ceremony, and was able to handle and take control of things that were thrown her way with a calm approach which kept me from stressing out. We had initially wanted to have the ceremony outside, but it rained the day of our wedding. We had to move the ceremony inside at the last minute and she was able to make that transition quickly and everything looked as though we had planned to have it inside. She was a tremendous help and really went above and beyond. The vendor partners that Agave uses were top notch and unmeasurable. Everyone could not stop talking about the catering by Two Forks and how amazing the food was. We used Cake by Gina for our wedding cake and Bake my Day for our groom's cake. Both had such attention to detail not to mention delicious. Our photographer and videographer, Tomas Ramos Photography did such an amazing job on our photos and provided us with a documentary style video as well as a highlight video that we were able to share with everyone. The way they were able to put it all together really made us feel as though we were reliving the entire experience all over. The DJ, Ivan Rojas, made the entire reception a blast! We were so excited to see everyone on the dance floor and having so much fun. Although it is not needed, he offers a lighting service throughout the reception area at a very reasonable rate and it fun to have the different colors with the music as everyone was dancing. Our Officiant, Alonso scheduled a time to chat with us and get to know us a little. The ceremony was beautiful, emotional, and joyous. He did such an amazing job; you would have thought that he had known us for years. We used Adorn Artistry for hair and makeup. Marlo, Shelby, and Sarah arrived early, kept us on schedule and our hair and makeup held up all night. We had the pleasure of working with Sarah with Agave Floral. I am more of a visual person, but her experience and knowledge put me at ease, and I just knew that everything she put together was going to be beautiful. She walked through everything with us and gave us ideas using flowers and greenery to go with our colors. The entire venue looked so beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We would gladly repeat the entire experience just as it was and definitely recommend Agave Estates as a wedding venue.
