I have had the pleasure of using this car service for several years. In my business, I often find myself heading south with hours of work to be done. The driver is always punctual and professional, getting me to my destination relaxed and on time. The three times I used A Airline for social events, the owner was very helpful suggesting the correct sizes needed for our travel comfort. I am pleased to recommend A Airline Limo to businesses and party planners and Brides. If your event is important to you, book a pro company like A Airline.

We used Chuck for our December 8th wedding. From the outset Chuck was very helpful and professional and his rates are very competitive. We rented the Salon Coach and it fit our 20-person bridal party (which included 3 children) very comfortably. On the day of the wedding Chuck arrived at my mom's house 15 minutes early which immediately eased my anxiety about arriving to the ceremony on time. He mapped an alternate route to avoid traffic and was great about communicating that to the folks who were following him to the church. We arrived at the church with time to spare and Chuck was very helpful with getting the bridesmaids, flower girls and myself into the church. From there the rest of the evening went seamlessly. I would highly recommend Chuck for your transportation needs.

I would never suggest this limo service to any individual. I had my wedding on the 13th of May and the time of services were suppose to be from 3-5pm. This company actually booked a scheduled prom pickup that was 20 minutes away for 5 o'clock. So they decided to not let me know and picked up my husband 20 minutes earlier and picking me up 30 minutes early, which I was not ready yet. My wedding ceremony was not supposed to start until 4 o'clock. With all this happening now the company started to rush me with my outside wedding photo's. It was a mess and will never use their services again.

Working with Chuck and his team was the perfect choice for our wedding day! We had a salon coach that transported the wedding party to and from the ceremony and to the reception and we utilized a school bus to transport our wedding guests from the hotel to the reception and back. Chuck is very experienced and was perfect with drop off/pick up timing. I would highly recommend A Airline Express!

Chuck, the owner of the company was the one to came and picked me up for my ride to the TF Green airport from S. Kingston. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. It's unfortunate there are not many options in the area for taxi/ride sharing, but do anything to avoid this company and Chuck.
My flight was at 730 am, it takes about 30 minutes to get there from my location. He insisted picking me up at 430 am when I booked, even when I asked to be picked up at 5 or 530. I did not want to wake up that early after a wedding I was attending the night before. I should have seen the red flag right there.
When the morning came for him to pick me up, he called at 4 am and demanding to know where I was because, according to him, the address I gave him did not exist (I gave him the address from the wedding invitation. I found it in google just fine). I was extremely sleepy and went to the street to flag him to my location. I had trouble understanding his strong, aggressive New England accent. He immediately became very impatient with me about the address. I took about 10 minutes to gather my things.
Once on our way, in the car, I expressed to him it was unprofessional to not to check the validity of the address until right before pick up at 430 in the morning and blame it on the customer, and also arrive 30 min early and become impatient with the customer.
I did not raise my voice or use foul language I simply expressed my dissatisfaction and concerns. I must have hurt his ego, because he then started erratically swerving toward the shoulder of the road and threatened to leave me on the side of the road. He kept said "Do you want a ride to the airport or not?" "I'll leave you here!"
I had never felt so scared and disrespected, which then brought me to tears.
Again, avoid this car service at all cost. It is expensive and absurd that a paying customer be treated like I was

We booked the coach bus and one school bus for our Narragansett wedding in June. The coach bus comfortably fit 20 of us in the wedding party and was a great way to travel, the drive was also great! The school bus worked out great, everything was on time and well organized, the bus even made several trips back and forth to the hotels for people who didn't want to stay to the end of the reception. All around great experience and value!

NEVER would I recommend this company to ANYONE.
There is not enough space in this review box to explain how unprofessional they were.. I left a review on Yelp if you want to read it. In a nutshell- I met Chuck at a wedding expo and he was very nice. We booked 2 vehicles for our wedding in Jamestown. Night of the wedding they tried to leave us stranded at our venue to pick up another bride in Charleston because they had double booked their vehicles that night. Then when I demanded they turn around and bring us home they only brought back one vehicle (the one Chuck was driving) He was extremely unprofessional- shutting the vehicles doors in my mothers face/trying to drive away with her half in the vehicle and door open, squeezed 25 adults and 2 children in ONE 20 seater vehicle (instead of the 2 vehicles I booked!) then drove like a maniac the whole way home. And after the wedding when I called him he was not apologetic at all. His excuse was "we are very busy with weddings"..... DO NOT BOOK. you will regret it.

I can't even give this company 1 star, because they did not show up for my wedding.
Worked with the owner, Chuck. I have a receipt for the reservation with the date and time accurate, and my credit card was charged $481.
After 30 minutes of the whole bridal party waiting for a late limo, we began calling the company. I spoke with Chuck the owner, who was extremely rude and told me he had no reservation for me, and that I make sure I have the right company. He called back a few minutes later to apologize, letting me know it was HE who had the incorrect date. All I got was an "oops" and a refund. Zero compensation for having delayed my entire wedding an hour, and now for driving my own car in my wedding dress to my wedding... There are worse things in life, and I understand that people make mistakes. However, I feel potential clients should be aware that even the owner of this company does not care, nor is he responsible enough to be trusted with your special day. Hope this helps!

I'd give him fewer stars if I could. He tried to change my transportation the night before the wedding, but never called us back after playing phone tag that night, so I had no idea what would be there the next day. He charged me $180 in "premium overtime" the day of the wedding when I had even spoken to him 2 weeks before because I thought I needed to add time to the contract and he ASSURED me I wouldn't need to. He also didn't even tell me that he was charging me, and only sent me a marked up copy of my contract 2 weeks later with a new receipt and highlights on the overcharge parts!! So rude!! Also, he said he would match any competitor's rate, but found ways to jack up his price after the fact.. after we had a signed contract!! I hope no one uses him, but if you do, watch out for his fuel surcharge (8% should ALREADY be included in the price, so don't let him charge you a full 10% more if prices increase)!! He is awful, SO unprofessional, and a real snake!! After he heard how mad I was, he tried to say he was wrong for contacting my father instead of me.. that's not why I was mad at all.. my dad HAD to talk to him because I was on my HONEYMOON when he charged my credit card for the overtime. So nice to come back to!

The "premium overtime" causing this bride's angst is for clocked overtime of the allotted ...
contracted time of 3 hours for the use of the vehicle. If the bride had paid attention to the time agreed upon, 3 hours, there would not be an issue. There were no hidden costs,i.e. fuel surcharge. We do NOT charge,nor never have charged, a fuel surcharge. We stand by our offer of matching a competitor's price and strongly take exception to the veiled attempt to besmirch our reputation We provided professional and perfect service for this bride. Service given, time allotted(3 hours)gone over ...that is the reason for charging that which she is so upset about. I am sure her time as a professional in her field in the future will be billed hourly if agreed upon time is extended. Highlighting is not rude, only perceived as such by this bride. It is a way of bringing attention to a change, esp one as important as a monetary change during such a hectic, stressed, anxious time. The reason for apologizing in contacting the bride's father has nothing to do with the bride's anger, but rather in not honoring her. Talking it out is always a better and more mature avenue to take...not venting in this manner and name-calling. This has been a lesson for us. We will pay closer attention to the personality climate during the reservations process. There are usually hints that the two parties are not a match.

So Chuck from A Airline Express was very helpful and catered to our requsts. We rented a 10 passenger limo and 2 small coaches to transport our guests. The limo driver was terrific, very friendly and helpful. The limo itself was a bit small. We had 7 adults in it and we just fit. I think saying 10 would fit (with a wedding dress on one of them) is a stretch. Also, it was very hot on my wedding day and the air conditioning barely blew out the cold air. Additionally, none of the local radio stations came in without static on the radio. I think the limo itself was just old.

We booked two limos from this vendor for our October wedding and were very happy with their services. We were able to preview the actual cars to be used prior to the event. Having had poor experiences with previous limo rentals (with other companies) I was apprehensive that something would not 'go wrong." Their rates were the best we found and the quality of service was fantastic. They were on-time, professional and paid attention to details. The driver was very helpful to assisting me in/out of the car with a bulky dress. The vehicles were clean and well stocked. The drivers appearances were great and they were very cheerful. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner and all questions answered to our satisfaction. I would definitely use this vendor again and am pleased to recommend them. They did a terrific job!!!
