Aisle Ready Events- Jodie, was amazing!! She had reasonable prices and life-saving services. If you’re on the fence- book her, you won’t regret it.
We got married in August and on our wedding day everyone kept commenting about how I (the bride) was not stressed out at all and that was because Jodie had everything taken care of everything for me- from having a wedding party coordinator taking care of the us and keeping us on time, to a vendor coordinator making sure vendors arrived when they needed and got set up in the right places, to Jodie assisting me and alleviating me from all the decision fatigue of wedding planning! We met online and I knew instantly she would make our wedding absolutely perfect- and it was. Meeting with her a month before the wedding helped me to tie up any loose ends and capture small details I hadn’t even thought of- like including my husband and I in our food count. Jodie was professional, punctual, and very detail oriented. I couldn’t imagined our wedding day without her and her incredible team! Our wedding ran smoothly, and all I had to do was show up and enjoy it with my friends and family. Thank you so much Jodie!
Working with Jodie was AMAZING! There were times that I was worried that she forgot about me, but she is just that good that she took all of the stress of wedding planning off of my shoulders - she was always communicating with vendors, even when I was unaware, to keep things rolling smoothy. Her day-of service is unmatched - she made my day 100% stress-free, and she and her other coordinator are very organized. All of my guests were surprised at how calm I was the day before the wedding, and I owe that all to Jodie! Jodie and her team truly brought my wedding vision to life!
My husband and I had Jodie as our day of coordinator and I cannot say enough amazing things about her.
Initially starting the wedding planning process I felt like I was able to get a lot of the big parts of the wedding going such as catering, venue, however by the time I started my meetings with Jodie she was able to point out smaller things that I had missed, as well as offering advice for lots of different aspects of the wedding. She constructed a 15+ page outline of our wedding with everything from the timeline, vendors, bridal party, phone numbers, venue set up, rainy day plan, everything I could think of was in there. It was nice to physically be able to see and I would have never had the patience to do something like that. Jodie also did a venue walk though with me, we talked though locations of things and people (ex: DJ, ice cream truck, cocktail hour) and was actively taking notes the entire time. She is also so sweet and personable.
When it came to the wedding day we had Jodie, Khara and Jaden. They all were fabulous on the wedding day. I personally felt like all I had to do was show up and they took care of literally EVERYTHING. I remember coming to the venue just prior to the ceremony and walking through our reception area while all of the guest were seated in the ceremony area and I was in awe. My wedding day was the first time I truly got to see everything together and Jodie made that happen. Through out my night she just continued being absolutely amazing, she even was able to make a couple last minute things happen for me. My husband and I wanted to move out first dance outside and I wanted to play a surprise video of my husbands grandparents on the projector who couldn't be at the wedding. She made it happen and I was so grateful. Overall Jodie went, what we feel was above and beyond for us. It felt like she truly cared that we had the best day ever and we did.
I was personally one of those brides who didn't think I needed a coordinator. One of my bridesmaids sat me down and discussed how helpful they are and how having a coordinator truly would allow me to enjoy my day rather than being the person to make sure everything went smoothly. That particular bridesmaid we figured out the day of the wedding had Jodie as her coordinator 2 years prior which was awesome.
Long story short, we adore Jodie for everything she did to make our day special. I would never not hire her, and looking back our wedding wouldn't have been as smooth as it was without her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, she is truly phenomenal at her job.

Jodie was a fantastic day of coordinator. We planned a wedding abroad from Europe and she was so helpful. She was flexible for video calls due to the time difference and scheduling a walk-through of the venue in the short window I was in town a couple months prior to the wedding. She put together a great agenda for the day and was very communicative the day of. She handled all communication with my vendors so when I showed up on the wedding day everything looked flawless. Highly suggest hiring Jodie and her team so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day with all the details covered.
If you're considering a wedding planner, I cannot recommend Megan Kelly highly enough. From the very start, her impeccable organizational skills put us completely at ease throughout the wedding planning process. Her dossier for the event was incredibly detailed, making sure every vendor knew exactly what they needed to do, which made the whole process run smoothly.
One of the most impressive aspects of working with Megan was her availability—whether by text, phone, or in person, she was always there when we needed her. We even went to vendor walk-throughs together, where she made sure every single detail was thoughtfully planned. What stood out to me the most was how she managed to balance making sure the bride's vision was front and center while also valuing my (the groom's) opinion. This thoughtful touch made the planning feel truly collaborative.
Megan was a master communicator, always keeping things clear and organized between the vendors and the venue. Anytime we had a question, she got back to us with an answer almost immediately. Even when there were hiccups with our venue vendor on the day of the wedding, we didn’t even know about it until a few days later when we followed up with Megan. She had already handled the issue behind the scenes without asking us, all while shielding us from any unnecessary stress. Her approach was all about not letting anything ruin our day, and that kind of care is invaluable.
On the day of the wedding, her expertise really shone through. She had the timeline down to a science and kept everything on schedule. Even when we fell behind a little, she worked behind the scenes to keep everything moving without stressing us out. Thanks to her, my wife and I were able to spend as much time with our guests as possible. Megan only pulled us aside for the key moments we wanted photos for, and she even made sure we had drinks in hand the whole time—little things that made such a difference!
Her dedication was incredible; she stayed with us until our very last step out of the venue, and even took the trash with her on her way out. Megan truly went above and beyond in every aspect. Also, one of the biggest benefits of working with Aisle Ready was that Megan had two additional assistants on the day of the wedding. They were ready for anything—whether it was steaming dresses, getting food, organizing the family photo order with the photographer, or any other task. Their presence ensured every detail was taken care of, and that level of support made all the difference. If you're on the fence about hiring a planner, do yourself a favor and just have a conversation with her. She’s not only professional but also incredibly easy to talk to, and we couldn't have imagined our day without her and her team. Thank you, Megan, for making our wedding day perfect!
We had a great experience working with Aisle Ready Events. We booked the Wedding Management Package, which consisted of vendor coordination and planning support up to 3 months out from then wedding day, as well as day-of coordination with the primary planner and two assistants. This was an incredible value for the price paid.
I worked with Megan, who was absolutely lovely. She was a breeze to communicate with and a friend to laugh, plan with, and vent to. She helped us navigate final design details, vendor logistics, and tricky venue insurance communications.
I am based in Arizona and our wedding was 50 people on site all weekend at a private villa in Dundee, OR. Megan helped bridge long distance planning gaps for me. She visited our venue months in advance and FaceTimed me to walk through my vision and answer detailed venue questions, even though she lived at least an hour away from the location. She was also incredibly patient and kind when our rehearsal (planned by me, not Aisle Ready), went a little haywire due to dinner delays, poor lighting outdoors, and a distracted, silly group.
On the wedding day, we battled on and off rain showers. Megan and team worked very hard to move decor and furniture numerous times and make backup arrangements. In the end, we were able to pull off having all events outside as planned, and we are super grateful for that.
There was one snag with an available coordinating assistant not calling shot lists during photos as originally planned and requested, causing group photos to be a bit chaotic and delaying bridal party attendance to cocktail hour. However, we know the rain caused a large amount of unanticipated work, and we are very appreciative of Megan and Jaden's hustle and determination to giving us the beautiful outdoor wedding day we dreamed of.
All in all, we had a strong experience with Megan and Jodie (the owner), and we would certainly recommend Aisle Ready Events to future brides!
I ended up going with the Wedding Management package and worked with Megan who was great! This package included help with wedding planning 2-3 months prior to the wedding which is why I chose it and I'm so glad I did. I was able to choose and hire the vendors I wanted (with help and input from them) and then have them help take away the stress in the last few months. Megan took on any part of the wedding planning process I asked her to which mostly included working with difficult vendors that were hard to get a hold of, OR gave me advice on how to handle anything I was unsure of. Her suggestions and advice were priceless.
Hiring them was the best decision. Even though I had a coordinator at my venue, their help was not NEARLY enough and often left me with more questions than answers. Thank god I had Megan to help along the way with them. If you're wondering whether or not you need a wedding coordinator or planner, YOU DO. They also conducted the rehearsal, picked up rentals, set up decorations on the day of, put together a comprehensive wedding day dossier for us and our vendors and help us all on track and Megan had 2 other assistants on site to help as well!
There are a lot of wedding vendors out there who take advantage and charge too much money but Aisle Ready Events is fairly priced and well worth the investment!
If you are getting married and contemplating if you want/need to have a wedding planner, this is your sign that you need to hire Jodie and her team. You will not regret it. We decided to go with the full planning package. I am a "planner" myself when it comes to usual life things, but a wedding is different because you want to truly enjoy your day and not have to worry about others in this once in a lifetime event. Plus, there are so many details that goes into wedding planning that you just don't think of in your day to day. I had looked at and met with a few other planners in the area and the reason I decided to go through with Aisle Ready Events is because Jodie was confident, personable, and honest since the very beginning. I felt this way because of her responsiveness and no set limit to communication with her. I quickly noticed that other companies, even with 'full planning' packages had a set limit on the number and duration of meetings with the planner. I totally understand why this is the case for some businesses, but it meant a lot to me that we could go to her whenever I had questions. I know that we were not her only clients, but she truly made us feel like it. We set a budget for our wedding, and it turned out more beautiful than I could've ever imagined. A wedding (and life...) is super expensive lately, so it's worth it to have someone knowledgeable to help you spend your hard earned money wisely. I truly believe you can have a beautiful wedding without spending so much and Jodie helped us put our vision to life. Our family and friends also appreciated her and her team and said they were very helpful and professional. Having her team set up/break down the event, provide guidance for our guests, keep us on time, and transport things to/from venue for us was completely worth having her team already. But having her expertise for our entire wedding design and layout, ordering/picking up/returning of rentals, communication with vendors and asking them all the right questions, and being receptive to my concerns to the level she did was not something I expected. Most importantly to us- my husband and I come from different cultures and she helped us create the wedding of our dreams while honoring traditions from both sides. There were also a few uncontrollable changes needed on a short notice and she took that on like it was nothing. Then after the event, we were almost charged for a 'burn mark' on a linen that we did not do, but we were on our minimoon. She took care of that issue which helped us relax even after our main event. Even my husband says he would relive our wedding day over and over again and that everything was worth it, and that it was the best day of his life. Thank you Jodie and team for everything. There is so much more I am not typing here that you and your team did for us and I can not express in words how much we appreciate you. Anyone that has you is lucky to have you!!
My husband and I interviewed 14 different wedding planners before finding Jodie as the perfect match for our Indian wedding weekend. We’re based out of northern California and wanted a wedding that really spoke to our personalities rather than standard tradition and norms. So we needed a full wedding planner who knew vendors in the PNW region well and could execute on our vision – and wow did Jodie check all of those boxes and more!
Jodie jumped out to us immediately as one of the few planners who really wanted to get to know us as a couple first. Indian weddings have a lot of standard customs and practices, but Jodie took the time to understand what we wanted and how to marry that with the requirements of an Indian wedding. Jodie tailored her services to our wants, providing us with multiple vendor options when we asked for it (venue, caterers, etc.) and making choices for us when we were less invested (decor, signage, etc.). Jodie understood our budget and worked hard to find all the vendors and discounts she could get to make sure we were able to stick to it!
In the months leading up to our wedding weekend, Jodie adapted to all of the changes we threw at her and the last-minute family requirements. She understood the cultural and religious components of our wedding and made sure that our event plan aligned to that, along with all of our vendors. She made sure everything went seamlessly, no matter how complicated all of the little details became!
When it came to the wedding weekend, Jodie and the entire team at Aisle Ready shined bright! They were everywhere – setting up venues, coordinating with vendors, helping our families get ready, and just overall making sure we had the best weekend of our lives. My husband and I got so many compliments about the venue, food, DJ, etc. and our response was always “the wedding planner found them”. Our families were a little bit hesitant on the idea of a wedding planner, not having used one before. But the biggest compliment we can pay Jodie and her team is that both of our families were raving about Jodie from the moment the first event completed through the end of the weekend! Jodie made our wedding weekend the most incredible, fun, memorable weekend of our lives, and the happiest celebration we could dream of to kick off the start of our lives together.

I followed Jodie on TikTok for a few months before I got engaged in 2021. I loved her tips and insights on wedding planning! When I got engaged I reached out to her just to say that I loved her content and wished she was in Canada so that we could work together on my wedding - I'll skip all the details and just get to the fact that she became our wedding coordinator and came to Canada for our wedding!
Right from the initial consult I knew that I liked her. She was very quick to respond, reliable, and overall just friendly and fun to chat with. Jodie was our Day of Coordinator, but she also offered to meet with me virtually a number of times beforehand over about a year to keep me on track. I found this so helpful because she would get me to think about things that I would not have thought about. I basically took all of her recommendations!
One example was the aisle runner - our venue didn't have one and we weren't planning on getting one. She recommended that based on the style of room, and it ended up looking amazing in the end.
I am also a project manager and plan many large events (more conference style) so while I knew the big pieces that I needed to put together, having Jodie's knowledge on weddings was so helpful. I still have all my notepads of her advice and tasks that she assigned me.
Jodie attended our rehearsal dinner and got along so well with my bridesmaids and closest friends. She was such an integral piece of the wedding - I really can't stress enough how my wedding would not have been the same without her.
She was always on time, always did was she said she was going to do, and a very proactive communicator. She never once made me feel any doubts about her professionalism. I felt like she was willing to go above and beyond to make our wedding perfect.

As a designer by profession, I was looking to really take ownership of the look and feel of my wedding. I wanted to make sure I could pick my own vendors, determine my own aesthetic and really drive the overall theme of my wedding. Jodie's services are so great for anything from full on wedding planning to 3 months out coordination. As a girl who wanted the farthest thing from a plug and play wedding, I cannot emphasize how important Jodie's services were 3 months out. Jodie stepped in after I had chosen all my vendors, décor and details and handled it like she had designed it herself. She is a logistical queen when it comes to scheduling the day. My vendors were totally blown away with the generous time frames she had allowed them for setup and breakdown. The bridal parties hair and make up was ready to go an hour ahead of schedule, and it was so nice just take the time to be in the moment and soak it all in before everything became a blur of happy moments and pure joy. Additionally, not only did Jodie help with all the logistics of scheduling she helped everyone (no matter how small a part they were playing in the day) make sure that they knew what they were doing, when they would be doing it, and how to do it in a way that looks best in photos! The run through of the ceremony was great! It not only helped us make some granular timing decision, but also gave our officiant and readers a chance to practice. The day of documentation was extremely thorough; listing what goes where, when it get moves, and who will be moving it. This helped to make sure that no detail when forgotten, and as a bride that didn't do a first look seeing the reception area for the first time was like a fairytale. That being said, Jodie also took any logistical detail that I threw at her, and executed it even better than I could have envisioned! Lastly, Jodie was amazing flexing the ceremony, schedule, and overall day after we found out that my dad would have a limited amount of time he could be out of the hospital! This change in plans would have been so difficult to to adjust to without her. She even planned in sometime for me to say goodbye to him when he had to leave early with his hospital transport. I cannot give enough praise to Jodie's overall awareness of us as a couple. She was our best advocate on the day. Jodie was very polite to only bring up questions that really needed to have a decision made by the bride or groom, but that only happened once through the entire day. She had put in extensive work prior to the day to make sure that she had an understanding of what we would want in almost all unforeseen issues.
Jodie was absolutely everything I could have ever wanted in a wedding planner! She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive of all of my decisions and really helped pull all the final details together. I was so grateful to have her on my wedding day and she totally had my back and made me feel stress free on a very busy day.
Given ~4 months of lead time, Jodie and and Aisle Ready crew did an exemplary job of coordinating and delivering a moderately sized wedding from scratch. Throughout the process, teamwork and communication were emphasized, and we felt Jodie was very strong in following up with us no matter the day of the week or the hour of the day, which helped put us at ease, as the process leading up to the event can be quite nerve-wracking.
Jodie possesses a kind, down to earth, empathetic personality, and we were right to trust our instincts in selecting Aisle Ready before diving into the planning phase. The vendors she had in her playbook were largely on point, and she made great efforts to ensure that our dream vision for the wedding ceremony and reception were met. Aesthetically, the event far surpassed our expectations and we were blown away with the beauty and grandeur of the finished result. We give Jodie the highest of recommendations and wish her nothing but the best of success moving forward in her profession.
I couldn't have asked for a more amazing wedding planner!!!! The venue my husband and I fell in love with had an opening for September 17th, which only gave us a month to try and plan a wedding (eeek). Luckily we found Aisle Ready Events. Jodie helped us achieve the impossible, by putting together the fairytale wedding I had always dreamed of in such a short amount of time. I thought we would have to settle with whatever vendors we could get since it was so last minute, but her connections and dedication found us the most fantastic vendors!
Jodie was always EXTREMLY responsive and supportive. She really listened to my vision and gave suggestions that I hadn't thought of. A lot of her suggestions really gave the wedding a little something extra that added to the magical feeling I was going for.

Working with Jodie at Aisle Ready Events was easily the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process! My now wife was busy in grad school and I know nothing about weddings, so we knew right off the bat having an experienced planner helping us was the way to go. But after the wedding was all said and done, it is incredible looking back at how easy Jodie made the experience. She found us incredible vendors, always asked the right questions that we would never think to ask, and planned the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to (or in this case been the main part of)! After our experience, we have been telling everyone we know that they must get a wedding planner if they want to enjoy the planning process and especially the wedding day. We live down in Southern California so having Jodie available in Oregon was essential and she delivered. We couldn't recommend her enough to anyone planning their wedding up in Oregon!
Jodie worked with my (now) husband and me for over 2 years, after we postponed once due to the pandemic. She was always so friendly, helpful, and patient with us and made the planning process feel fun and exciting every time we spoke. It was seriously so much easier having her to source and coordinate with vendors (especially since we’re based out of California), and whenever I couldn’t make up my mind about something (often), she would make suggestions and help me think through it. When we weren’t satisfied with something or needed more options, Jodie was on it and worked hard to find something that would make us happy - all with a positivity that made us feel comfortable the whole way.
The day of I was able to fully enjoy my wedding and didn’t think once about logistics because I knew she had it handled - even though it was her birthday (sorry)! We’re so thankful for everything Jodie did for our special day!
Jodie was amazing! Having a coordinator for the “day of” is essential, don’t even second guess it. Jodie killed it, nothing went wrong on our beautiful wedding day. She did everything (which is a lot!) behind the scenes and we were just able to enjoy our wedding day! I felt very stressed and overwhelmed with planning (especially in these challenging wedding times), but after our big sit down meeting 2 months before, I finally felt a sense of relief. I was like “ok Jodie has this!” Jodie is very detail oriented, gives great advice, makes sure you don’t forget the details you wont even think about, able to provide you true feedback on your decisions, she is professional, and a calming presence when you need it. During covid “customer service” has definitely declined, I found this to be true in the wedding market as well. Jodie has strived to continue to provide the best service she can, including timely email responses! Even though I didn’t request Jodie for the full wedding planning service, the few times I felt stuck with my vendors or decor she was very nice and always gave me advice! Our venue was difficult with planning our 1 month before walk through, but Jodie was very accommodating and made sure we made it happen! Jodie was hands down one of my best vendors, even our guests noticed and were complimenting her. I would definitely recommend Jodie!
At first, I thought a wedding planner was an expense and extravagance I couldn't afford, but my mom insisted and hired Jodie and her team for me and my now husband's April 2022 wedding. How thankful I am that she did! It made everything from the planning to the rehearsal to the wedding day itself go so smoothly. I was so grateful, as was my mom, to have the guidance bringing together the plans, from coordinating vendors to setting up dessert tables to making sure everyone in the party was fed. It is obvious that she adores what she does, and she was so relatable and fun to work with. I cannot recommend her enough!

She was incredibly flexible when we had to downsize our initial plans to a microwedding and postpone our big wedding reception to months later. We always felt totally comfortable around Jodie in terms of sharing our thoughts, ideas, worries leading up to our wedding day(s), and she in turn was very open with us about what the different options/choices would look like / whether or not they would achieve our vision. Jodie was also very receptive to our idea of having a multicultural wedding that combined both Indian and Turkish customs. By the end of planning she was a pro at referencing all the various parts of the ceremonies! Most importantly, on the day-of, we knew that everything was taken care of and that Jodie --with her bright positive spirit-- would ensure that all of the vendors would work together as a team to create a magical evening to remember. She truly feels like a part of the family now; we were genuinely sad when the wedding events were over and we had nothing more to plan! After securing several vendors for my daughter's wedding, we realized that we would need some help to make this wedding happen. We hired Jodie for partial planning services, and I am so very glad we did. She was on top of all the details, big and small, letting us know what we needed to do and when. Whenever we tossed a question or thought her way she was quick to respond. Knowing that she was in contact with the vendors making sure things would run smoothly was really nice. On the day of the wedding, Jodie wouldn't let us lift a finger, even when we added tasks to the plate. She really helped make this wedding the best it could be!
Jodie is the best!! Now that my wedding is over, I’m sad I don’t get to work with her anymore! She is super knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. She helps you think of the tiniest details that are easy to forget. She was there for all of our vendor calls and always had everything well planned out! She created a month by month itinerary which helped us stay on track. Anytime we had to pick our next vendor for something she would have a call with us to understand what our needs were for that specific vendor and then go back and do research to compile a list of top 3-5 vendors that match our needs and gives pros/cons for each one. She makes sure they’re all in our budget but doesn’t show us the prices upfront so we don’t automatically pick the cheapest or most expensive and actually pick with our hearts. Once we’ve narrowed down to 2-3 vendors then we see prices and helps us pick! This made sure we had the day we truly wanted. Not only was she great leading up but she was amazing day of! There were a couple of hiccups on our venue’s end but Jodie made sure everything was taken care of so that we weren’t stressed. She is truly the best!!!! Would for sure recommend to everyone!!
Jodie, Jodie, Jodie.. I don’t even know where to begin. She was more than I could’ve ever asked for in a wedding planner, and she has become a dear friend. If you are even slightly considering hiring a planner/coordinator, you need to meet Jodie and get her on board.
When I started searching the knot for a planner, I felt a little bit like crazy Fran in the movie The Wedding Planner. Because really, who needs to spend more money on planner when they’re the one who has to make all the decisions anyway? I had no idea how essential a planner is to creating your PERFECT day, and I feel blessed to have found such a professional, knowledgeable, and just overall damn amazing planner as Jodie.
A few things Jodie does that, without, we may have just eloped!
1. Planning calendar! Jodie creates a calendar with a specific task to complete each month. For example, one month might be the month to find your perfect photographer. Jodie contacts photographers to get availability, and then she’ll give you 5-10 photographer options of all different photography styles. She gives you tips and recommendations to guide your decision, and then, with her, you interview your top 2 or 3. Once you’ve made the choice, Jodie is the point of contact for the vendor so you don’t need to answer 1000 emails leading up to your day with little questions. Jodie also keeps all contracts located in one place (her planning software that you have access to), and she keeps a calendar with all important dates as to when $$$ is due to each respective vendor.
2. She advocates for you, no matter what! We ran into a really big issue with our first venue, to the point that 87 days out from our wedding day, we needed to find a new venue that could accommodate 400 people in the COVID era, after we had already booked all of our other vendors. While I was a little stress ball (to say the least), Jodie handled the situation with grace. She was patient with me, answered my frantic phone calls late at night, and made sure that everything worked out for the better.. And it really did!
3. Wedding day—I will say it over and over again. You NEED to have Jodie there for your wedding day. Coordinating timeline, vendors (so. many. vendors.), guests, handling day of issues, setting up, breaking down, the list goes on and on. I don’t think anyone will realize how incredibly valuable it is to have someone like Jodie until the day of the wedding. Our day ran so smoothly. It was truly a wedding out of a magazine. And that was 100% thanks to Jodie.

When we started wedding planning I knew we needed a coordinator but I couldn't have imagined just how essential Jodie would be to a successful and stress-free day. Jodie was a critical source of guidance in the months and weeks leading up to our big day - having an expert to turn to was priceless! Our wedding day was perfect and I was so thankful to have Jodie as the point person for vendors and all miscellaneous questions. When I was planning my wedding, I was convinced I didn't need a wedding planner. As things were getting closer and our lives were getting a bit more hectic I started liking the idea of a day of coordinator. From our first conversation with Jodie, my husband and I both knew she was the perfect fit for us. She answered all of our questions before we even had a chance to ask them. We worked with Jodie for three months leading up to our wedding, and who would have known when we first hired her at the beginning of the year how crucial that was. Planning and having a wedding in 2020 has been quite the experience. Even though she's never had to work around a global pandemic, Jodie helped us navigate everything perfectly. She always supported us and made sure we were kept up to date on everything, she even coordinated all of the vendors and found a back-up wedding date if we were to need it. Luckily, we were able to have our wedding as it was originally scheduled, and Jodie made it so wonderful. The week leading up to, and the day of our wedding were so stress free. Whenever there was a hiccup, Jodie took care of it - we often didn't even know about it. Both of our families loved her and how organized she was, and even after the fact they continued to comment on how hard she worked all day long. I am eternally grateful for her, and we are so glad that we were still able to make something special of the year 2020.
I can not recommend Jodie enough for planning your nuptials. I chose Jodie because I wanted to do something creative and unique. I wanted something nontraditional with a more fun, sparkly-bubbly, seasonal (but not Christmasy) cocktail-casual atmosphere. When I explained the concept to Jodie she understood right away and had many ideas which amplified and elevated our theme. Some of her ideas include the tapas/food station idea to keep people snacking, moving and mingling, the beautiful lighting, unique floral designs, and decor to bring in sparkle without getting us covered in glitter. Every vendor we met with was so excited to work with us. We kept hearing "this is so different and new! Nobody/not many people are doing this. I love this idea!!" Everyone seemed very inspired for our event. Even my husband got into it. lol. I had been describing the "concept" to my guests and when they finally saw it I kept hearing "I totally get it, it's even better than I imagined." Many of these ideas were Jodie's. When I saw the final final look, I was floored.
After our wedding my guests have been gushing over our event. They admired the decor design and felt it was romantic and elegant but also fun and modern. They loved the food (one of Jodie's picks) and the cocktail party concept over a sit down dinner. You know your wedding is a hit when people say things like "I didn't know weddings could be like this. You are making me regret my elopement." "Could you throw a wedding once a year, please?"
Beyond her creativity and artistry, Jodie was well organized and always easy to get a hold of. I knew exactly what I needed to do and when. She helped set monthly goals which made planning a wedding seem more easily digestible. She always made me feel supported. She was kind, collaborative but politely assertive when necessary. I might have been a stress ball the weeks leading up to my wedding but the day of I was happy and care-free. I trusted Jodie and knew she had everything under control. If there were any issues, I would have never known about them.
From quirky/modern to traditional, whatever your style, I know Jodie will give you the wedding of your dreams (and within your budget as well.) We loved everything at our wedding and we're still gushing about it. We didn't expect it to be perfect.
I hired Aisle Ready a year in advance of my wedding, hoping that they would plan the entire wedding, secure vendors, and do everything for me, but I ended up receiving very sub-par service. I paid $4,000 so that I could be hands off but ended up having to fly to Indiana from California multiple times to oversee things - and the ball was continually dropped, from us flying across the country for a cake tasting that the planner forgot to schedule to the morning of when the coordinator told our vendor the wrong times. Two stars instead of one because everything did turn out great in the end, and after continuous feedback and direction they did listen and get things done. But if I didn't oversee things it would be a complete mess and not what I wanted.
Jodie was such an amazing asset to our wedding day. We had a threat of thunder storms/rain and our DJ didn't show up however, Jodie never wavered in her bright and positive personality. Before we knew there was a hiccup Jodie already had a plan A,B and C in place. We strongly reccomend her and her professional team, you'll be glad you went with Aisle Ready Events! I can't imagine what our wedding would've been like without her, we are so grateful.

I would give Jessica 100 stars if I could! She was absolutely amazing and I truly couldn't have pulled it off without her. As soon as I got engaged I knew I wanted to hire a wedding planner since I was planning my wedding from several states away. When I came across Aisle Ready I immediately knew that they were who I wanted. From the start Jessica made sure no small details were overlooked. I don't know how anyone could plan a wedding without her honestly. In the last few weeks leading up to our wedding she didn't miss a beat. From developing a day-of timeline and communicating with all of our vendors, she made sure everyone knew when and where they needed to be. She picked up/returned rentals, assembled and delivered welcome boxes to guests, arranged breakfast/lunch/a late night snack, and even put wax seals on all 200 of our escort cards. At the end of the night, she managed the breakdown so we were able to dance the night away. Everything went off without a hitch! I had my dream wedding and I owe it all to Jessica. Where to begin? At the beginning. My wife is such a planner, and having a nearly 3 year engagement meant she had more than enough time to do so. She started things off with a bang, locking down the best reception venue and videographer, but she didn't know how long her luck would last. She searched for a wedding planner to help out, and lo and behold, Jodie was waiting in the wings. From the first time we met with her, we instantly knew how big of a help she would be. With her bright personality and go-get-it attitude, things fell into place with ease. She was especially helpful when we moved out of state -twice- before the big day. She was able to hold down the fort back in Indy, even while dealing with her own move. She was always available via email for me, and my wife had several Facetime/Skype conversations with her while we were out of state. By the time the wedding day came around, not a single worry crossed my mind. I was able to completely focus on what that day meant to me, and I know that would not have happened without all the planning and behind the scenes efforts made by Jodie. Aise Ready Events made our day absolutely perfect!!! We did the "day of" package and I am so glad we did. You get MORE than what you pay for. We met with her twice before the big day and she brought together all of our details (I was so stressed before we started talking to her)! and tied up all of the loose ends! She created a timeline for us and made sure everything was executed perfectly. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a single detail! I learned (later on!) about one of my bridesmaids baby's spitting up all over her bridesmaid dress just an hour before the wedding and Jodie came to the rescue and no one ever knew! My dress ripped just before the ceremony when it got stuck on a door corner and she had the tools to fix that as well! At the end of the night she finished everything up for my parents and created the most perfect get-away with sparklers (not an easy thing to do with drunk people haha). When my now-husband and I sat down and determined our priorities for our wedding, one thing we knew was important to us was that neither we, nor our families, were going to have to worry about a thing the day-of. Enter Jodie Stansbury and Aisle Ready Events! I found Jodie through a recommendation from a friend, and I just can't say enough good things about her and her company. I hired Jodie and her "month-of" coordination package, and what a blessing she was. From the moment we hired her, we were confident that our day would be perfect because Aisle Ready would make it so. At a little more than a month out, Jodie basically took control of communication to all my vendors and created our day-of timeline, making sure it got into the hands of the appropriate people. She asked me questions about things I hadn't even thought about, making sure we were prepared for every last little thing! She was present for a final walkthrough at our reception venue, as well as the rehearsal, and she was exactly where I needed her to be day-of. Jodie is super spunky, passionate and fun to work with. She has such a love for what she does. I am a big dreamer and she was so straight forward with what I could get for my budget. My husband and I are both in the Navy and live in California. I am not from Indiana and the thought of planning a wedding from half the country away while my fiancé was deployed and my schedule didn’t allow me to travel was daunting. Finding Jodie was a life saver! The wedding would not have been possible without her. We were planning our wedding from 6 hours away in Huntsville, AL and were only able to make a couple trips up to do any wedding planning. Jodie was a huge help and I can't imagine doing this without her! She recommended some of the best vendors - our videographer, photographer, and florist were recommendations of hers and they were amazing! We booked our venue without seeing it first and she went and checked it out with my parents before booking. On the day of the wedding, Jodie was at the venue first thing in the morning and did an amazing job setting everything up just as we talked about. During the reception she made sure my husband and I had everything we needed at all times. I had absolutely zero worried the day of our wedding and that was one of the most important things to me. I can't think Jodie enough for all her help. Our wedding day was the best day I could imagine.
Jodie. was. amazing. Living in Alaska but planning in Indiana meant we were limited in what we could do face to face. She skyped, called, emailed, texted, pinterested whenever we needed her ( we have a 4 hour time change yet she responded quickly). She drove to every single possible venue location I thought I might like and recorded videos for us to be able to watch to select a venue ( we are talking hours of driving across indianapolis-westfield-zionsville-muncie just to record a few minutes of footage at each place). She gave us honest advice and input when we needed it and stepped back when we knew what we wanted. On the day off she-herself was running around physically making sure everything was done just right-shes not afraid to get sweaty to get the job done. She wanted our day to be special for us not because of the paycheck but because she has a heart for people and treated us as if we were her only clients and extended family. I give Jodie my highest recommendation- she is goofy, cheerful, honest, professional, and extremely talented at what she does. You can tell this is her passion.

I really appreciated her personalized approach in regards to evaluating what we had already done and what we needed. A few other planners I interviewed were significantly more expensive despite the fact that we had already booked our venue, caterer, photographer.
Jodie was great. She helped us stay on track with the calendar, vendor meetings, budget. She was available for questions/concerns when we had issues with needing a new DJ (she had someone in mind that was amazing, reasonably priced, and had done events at our venue before when our venue wasn't well known) as well as when we had issues with our catering company.
Where Jodie really shines is in her day of coordination/styling. What I wanted most in a wedding planner was for me to come to the venue on the day of my wedding and not worry about anything, and that is exactly what happened. Our venue didn't have any coordinator with it so having Jodie was a godsend. She worked tirelessly the night before (at the rehearsal) and the wedding day to set up everything. It was so beautiful. More than I could have imagined. Even when we ran low on alcohol, her assistant ran out to get more. Jodie's day of expertise was worth the full amount we paid and she helped with so much more prior to the actual wedding day.
Hiring Jodie was easily the best decision we made for our wedding, she truly made our day what we dreamed about.
Jodie was such an amazing help as the day of coordinator. I could not have left the wedding in better hands!! She is so professional, friendly, knowledgable, outgoing, and just completely awesome. She made sure every last detail was perfect and was able to let me just enjoy the day without any worry. I could not have asked for a better coordinator. Jodi really helped us as the day-of planner, especially since we did our rehearsal the morning of. She helped keep all the vendor on track and made sure everything ran smoothly. She was able to address all the small hiccups/fires throughout the day and really helped us focus on just enjoying our big day.

Jodie did an absolutely fantastic job planning our October 2015 wedding. Because my new husband and I are from out-of-state, we needed a local planner who would guide us through the entire wedding process, not just day-of coordination. We hired Jodie after interviewing five wedding planners in the Indianapolis area because we knew she was a good fit and would ensure our big day was perfect.
She worked collaboratively with us, including us enough to make sure our vision came to life, but not so much as to overwhelm us. She kept our heads straight throughout the process to help us stay on budget as well as to make sure our priorities were met. The upfront timeline and budget that she created for us was useful and she made our pre-wedding visits (3) to Indy efficient. She was a wonderful resource to bounce ideas off of, was always honest with us, and took the time to understand our vision.
Most importantly, Jodie and her team ensured that our wedding day ran absolutely smooth-as-can-be. As the bride, I didn't notice anything amiss- she kept the entire wedding party on schedule, and coordinated all of the vendors and wedding events to a tee. We couldn't have imagined a happier day; and so much of it was thanks to Jodie running the show.
Jodie was fantastic to work with! My husband and I used her for a day of wedding coordinator and she was the best investment for our wedding. I honestly have no idea how the wedding would have gone without Jodie and I do not want to think about it! Jodie is very professional and on task. She is very organized and will listen to your every need and desire. She is very quick to get back to you whether by email or text. I was a nervous wreck before the wedding about all the final touches being in place and everything being perfect, having Jodie lifted all of that off my shoulders. Several weeks before the wedding she goes through in very thorough detail with you at the venue about the details so she knows exactly how you want things on your wedding day. It was also nice to have Jodie the last 6 weeks before the wedding to contact all vendors for final details and put a timeline together. That alone was huge task taken off me. The wedding timeline was perfect and the day ran very smoothly.
Funny story, right before the ceremony my husband hugged one of his friends attending and the main flower of his boutonniere snapped off! He turned around and all he had to say was "Jodie..." She took a flower from an arrangement and fixed it right then and there. (While telling him to stop hugging people :D ) She was also able to put on my veil without messing up my hair among many other things. She did so many things on our wedding day it was hard to keep track of them all!
Jodie was fun to work with as she was lighthearted but serious and again very organized. I nor my husband and our families would have enjoyed our wedding day near what we did had it not been for Jodie. If anything went wrong on my wedding day, I have absolutely no idea about it because Jodie took care of it. We did not have to worry about a thing! She is a true professional and worth every penny.
I am sure that many of these reviews are written by the bride or her mother, but as a groom I felt compelled to right about my experience with Jodie and Aisle ready events. When we first spoke to Jodie, she said something that I was sure every wedding planner says in order to get your business. Jodie told my bride and myself that she treated every wedding as if it were her own. I must say that when those words came out of her mouth I was skeptical to say the least. I went into this entire process feeling that this would not be money well spent and that having a planner would have zero effect on our big day, boy was I wrong.
I could not imagine how many issues could arise that could have possibly derailed our perfect day but come they did. Jodie and her staff met each request enthusiastically and head on, our forgotten items, my nervous bride and the possibility of rain. If we ever needed Jodie or her staff they were right there to save the day. So I guess the reason I am writing this review and not my wife is that I want nothing more in the world than to make her happy. So I would like to thank Jodie and her staff at Aisle Ready for making our special day perfect and My wife the happiest Bride on earth and for that I will be forever grateful.

Alea Stanley at Aisle Ready Events was an integral part of our wedding day and made the planning a breeze and the entire day absolutely perfect! Anything that came up was immediately handled by her and my husband and I were able to just enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about a single thing. Not only that, but my mother - who worries about every detail - was able to relax knowing the day was in such capable hands. I am so grateful for her help and wedding planning/coordinating expertise!
I cannot imagine finding another wedding coordinator as good a Jodie very easily. She was on top of every single detail and was insurmountably helpful in any way a bride can be helped. I would highly highly recommend Jodie to any bride who has been planning the majority of their wedding and need a trustworthy and understanding coordinator to make sure the big day goes right.
Jodie at Aisle Ready events truly made my wedding spectacular! She is incredibly knowledgable and is extremely organized and detail oriented, she is also and incredibly friendly and nice person. Jodie went above any beyond to make sure there were no worries or stress on my wedding day, she even drove to my house to get my veil when I forgot it the day before my wedding. Our venue had a policy that wedding parties and vendors aren’t allowed on-site until three hours before the ceremony start time (deliveries, decorations, set-up, photos, etc. all had to be done in the 2.5 hours before people started arriving), which made me nervous. I didn’t need a wedding planner because I planned most of the wedding on my own, but I figured it would help to have someone manage decorations and the timeline day-of, and be the “boss” for the rehearsal and wedding (I hate telling people what to do!). I wanted that “just in case” person to be there if I needed him/her.
So began the search for the Perfect Wedding Coordinator. I struggled to find a wedding coordinator with a package that fit what I wanted. Many coordinators did only ceremonies or giant day-of packages, and few were willing to help with the wedding rehearsal or decorations. For those who did help with decorations, the charges were astronomical. No one seemed to be willing to cater charges to only what I needed.
Many Google searches later, I finally found an event coordinator who had the perfect solution (a “Bride’s Assistant” package that was a hybrid between a wedding planner and coordinator): Aisle Ready Events. I was lucky to find her--Jodie had just moved to Indiana and her business was just getting started. I got a very good vibe from her almost immediately, and I just knew she could handle everything I needed! I booked her as soon as I could.
Jodie was there for every walk-through, and had excellent advice. It felt great to have an expert to bounce ideas off of and share my wedding plans with. She asked our venue questions I wouldn’t know to ask, and as a bonus service, she helped build a day-of timeline and made sure we meet our vendors’ payment deadlines.
We just had our wedding this past weekend, and I can say that I SEVERELY underestimated the amount of support we needed to actually pull off a flawless wedding (which we did, thanks to Jodie and her assistant!). Our wedding would NOT have been the same without her help--we kept saying how we didn't know how we could have done anything (the rehearsal, wedding) without her. Jodie was one of the first people there and the last to go home, and worked tirelessly in-between to set up decorations, keep everything moving, prevent disasters, and help pack up--all with a smile on her face for me, which helped keep me happy and calm! She took all the decorations I had supplied and somehow made our ceremony and reception space look even better than I had planned/imagined! At the end of the night, I was amazed to be able to walk out the door and onto our trolley without having to pack up a single thing...Jodie and her assistant had done it all!
