Jessica Wonders lives up to her name - she is wonder woman! I am so happy we went with her for our wedding planner. She was incredibly helpful, organized, and always had great advice. Because I am also a total control freak, I ended up getting involved in the planning more than I thought I would, and Jessica even went out of her way to refund us some money (even without being asked!) Her eye for design is just amazing and so artistic! She is somehow the perfect combination of creative + organized. We also used her for all our decorations and flowers, and we are so happy we did! Our great room looked absolutely amazing, and I loved how they reused our ceremony flowers into the reception to help us cut on costs. I would 100% recommend Jessica and her team! Tamara made everything the day of the wedding so much more enjoyable. I don't know what I would have done without her throughout the day! She was so detail oriented and thought of things I would have never thought to do as well. She was such a pleasure to get to know as well and so sweet!
We used Jessica Wonders Events for Day of Coordinating services. This is one of the best wedding decisions we made. It was so nice not to have to worry about anything day of wedding. Jessica was able to handle everything from set up, take down, queuing the wedding party, contacting vendors, etc. It was so nice not to have to stress about any of this during our big day. We highly recommend Jessica Wonders Events. She is incredible!
I highly recommend Jessica and her team! She helped make our winter wedding flow so perfectly. The planning process was enjoyable and fun because Jessica was super organized! Dare I say, she made the wedding planning process easy! She always had great recommendations when it came to vendors to use for our wedding day. She truly made the process stress free!
We loved working with the "Wonders Team" - Tamara was on top of everything as our day of coordinator and really made it all work beautifully. Having her there made the experience a lot less stressful. I think the only tiny hiccups were in communication between her and her assistant about things like the procession music & pacing etc. but nothing that impacted the day overall. They even whipped out the glow stick necklaces etc that the kids hadn't yet found, and started handing them out to people on the dance floor. I turned around and suddenly the party was all lit up! Magical and above & beyond.

Jessica and Pegeen are the literal "dream team"! My wedding was punctual and perfect thanks to these two wonderful ladies. Not only are they hard working but they are also so easy to get along with! I felt like they really understood what I needed every step of the way. Words can't describe how appreciative I am to these amazing women!
Jessica and her staff are amazing. I hired Jessica's DOC service a year in advance and they were so helpful answering all my questions prior to the wedding. My lead coordinator was Tamara. She was fantastic and made my day go so smoothly. I highly recommend working with Jessica Wonders Events!
I've been called a control freak before, so having a venue for my reception that was a total blank slate was very scary to me... I knew it could look amazing, but I was so worried the numerous vendors and people involved with set-up would not "get it right". Well, I got it right by hiring Jessica to be at the reception site, because this blank slate was transformed into something I only dreamed about. I'm biased, for sure, but guests raved about how beautiful everything was, and I know it would not have turned out this way without Jessica there! Also, she met with me at the venue weeks prior to the actual wedding, to do a walk through and confirm my vision for the space - my husband and I are so very appreciative of her willingness to help! Do not hesitate in working with Jessica!
Jessica did a lovely job helping our special day go off without a hitch. We were thrilled to find her and work with her. She was very affordable! She was very organized and easy to work with. We feel very lucky we had her oversee our day and would highly recommend her!
We used Jessica Wonders Events for our day of coordinator and worked with Jessica! She helped us put together a timeline and reached out to vendors before the event! Then the day of came! I felt like this was the least stressful day of my life and I owe that all to Jessica! Things were kept on schedule, but she also let things break the schedule, which I absolutely loved! After getting into my dress, I walked out to everything perfect and completed. I didn't even know the vendors arrived! It was amazing. I will definitely be recommending her and her team to anyone who is getting married! :)
We were planning our wedding from out of state while both working full time and had grand plans to do it all ourselves. We had almost all of the vendors booked but were getting very overwhelmed with finding the final vendors as well as finalizing details with all our vendors. Jessica was able to put together a package for us based on what we needed: booking our final few vendors, vendor management leading up to the wedding, and day of wedding coordination. We ended up working with Tamara and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order leading up to the wedding and that our day went perfectly! Knowing everything was taken care of helped both of us and our entire families enjoy the planning and the day of the wedding instead of being stressed out. Working with Jessica and Tamara was one of our best decisions in our wedding planning!
I hired Jessica's DOC services for my wedding and it was the best decision I ever made! Tamara was the lead coordinator for my wedding and she was nothing short of AMAZING! I did not have to worry about a thing, truly letting me enjoy the day. Tamara was so on top of things, very organized and professional, but yet personal and fun to work with. She really knew what she was doing. You will not regret hiring Jessica's team to help with your big day!

Hiring Jessica as a day-of coordinator was hands-down the best decision we made on our wedding day. She and her assistant made the day SO much less stressful, and they helped with every aspect, from photos to food and drinks, to the DJ to the flowers, to getting dressed and ready.
Due to a miscommunication , my florist did not make me a floral crown, so Jessica and Tamara made me a beautiful one out of the ceremony flowers! I'm positive these women could literally do anything they set their minds to, they are so competent.
The best part of hiring Jessica was the stress it alleviated from all of my family and guests. No one had to run around to do anything...the ladies had it covered. Do yourself, your family and your guests a favor and HIRE JESSICA! You will be so glad you did.
Jessica was a huge help, we used her for the day of service, and she made us feel so comfortable. Before meeting with her prior to the wedding we were worried all the lose ends would never come together, and she made us feel at ease with everything. I was emailing her up until the last minute making changes and she was so flexible and very helpful. I would definitely recommend her and her staff.
I have nothing but good things to say about Jessica Wonders. She was very organized, professional and friendly right from the get go. Being that she owns her own company, the cost is way more reasonable than going through a bigger company that assigns a coordinator to you. I didn't have much contact with her before the wedding as I hired for just for the day of, but when I did have questions before the event, she answered them promptly and was very helpful. She was the perfect balance of taking initiative to solve problems but checking in with me before making big decisions. When we arrived at our venue everything was set up perfectly and beautifully with some of Jessica's own little touches. She had a few questions for me, but after that she took care of everything and let me just enjoy my day. In fact, I don't even recall seeing her throughout the evening aside from her popping up every now and then with a question. She's like a wedding coordinator ninja. I would definitely recommend her for her professionalism, her wonderful work, her reasonable prices and her knowledge of latest wedding trends, practices and vendors around the twin cities. We used Jessica Wonders Events for our day of coordinator and worked most closely with Tamara. Jessica helped us put together a timeline of the day, and Tamara was there to coordinate every detail - set up, clean up, vendors, rehearsal, and even family members! We are so happy we decided to get a day of coordinator in order to enjoy our big day to the fullest. When anyone came to ask me a question, I could say, "Go ask Tamara!" Although a wedding can be stressful, we had peace of mind knowing that Tamara was taking care of everything. We had Tamara there for 12 hours, and she had a great attitude the entire time. I would definitely recommend Jessica and the team for your next event.
I could not be more impressed with Jessica and her team. Not only did she help me with vendor management prior to the wedding, she was also such a help on my big day. Jessica and her team provided "day of" services for our daughter's wedding. She did a fantastic job from start to finish! From the meetings before the event, to the decorating, working with the wedding party, and handling "emergency" situations; she was professional, personable, prompt and very nice to work with! We couldn't have had such a lovely event without her! I would recommend Jessica to anyone planning any event!

While my wife had put together plenty of wonderful ideas for the ceremony, I knew that I would need help getting it all together as she and the other brides maids spent the morning taking pictures and getting ready. Jessica came fully prepared with an itinerary, layout, and got me and the rest of the groomsmen moving that morning. What's even better was her ability to make everything so seamless the rest of the evening- she was able to answer questions on our behalf, get the bartender and caterer on the right foot, and make sure that we could truly enjoy our day without the hassle of needing to report to any of the vendors.

We originally hadn't planned on hiring a wedding coordinator, but as we counted down the days, we were seriously stressing out about the logistics of our big day. We hired Jessica as a day-of coordinator, but her services went above and beyond. She was always available for questions and advice, handled the decoration and logistics of our reception wonderfully, and even gave us a great photographer recommendation. Of everybody we worked with, she was easily the quickest to respond, and helped keep us grounded and on track leading up to our wedding day.
If you're even slightly on the fence about whether you want a day-of coordinator, go for it! The work that Jessica did took a huge weight off of our shoulders, and she's just an all-around fantastic person to work with.
We hired Jessica to be our Day of Coordinator. Jessica's services began far beyond the actual day of the wedding. She helped answer etiquette questions and help work out the timing for the day. She was a quick email away and gave decisive answers, which was exactly what I asked of her.
On the Day of, Jessica was on top of everything. She helped decorate, worked with the other vendors to make sure everything was going well, helped guests find their seats, the list goes on and on.
The best thing about our day (other then getting married) was that no one asked me any questions or came to me with any problems. That was what I needed on my wedding day. I had asked Jessica to handle all these things and she did wonderfully!
After the day had settled Jessica filled me in on the happenings of the day. She is resourceful, professional and used great judgement when dealing with situations. I had no problem leaving the most important day of my life in her hands. Absolutely amazing!
I had not planned on using an event coordinator, but about a month before our wedding, I was getting overwhelmed and decided to look into 'day-of' services. I am so glad I did! Our reception was at a large park shelter 20 minutes away from the ceremony site, and I just couldn't figure out the logistics of getting set up w/o asking all of our guests to help.
I met with Jessica for a free consultation and found her to be very professional, organized, and personable. She asked a bunch of questions about the the ceremony and reception and helped me to come up with a timetable for the day. She got to the heart of the matter in under 30 minutes. I hired her on the spot. Jessica was always quick to respond to my e-mails and answer my questions, which was very much appreciated. I also found her to be flexible when I needed to make changes to the timetable or add on additional items for her to do. She was even willing to meet with me at the reception site the week of the wedding so I could explain how I wanted things laid out.
The day of the wedding, Jessica proved to be invaluable. She met with my in-laws early in the morning and helped unload a van full of decorations, then put the entire site together herself. She coordinated with our food truck and made sure the food tables were constantly replenished, as well as the drink stations. Everything I asked her to do, was done and done incredibly well. Wedding guests were super impressed by her and how she kept things in order. I found her to be incredibly detail-oriented, a hard worker, and someone who is just pleasant to be around. It was a huge relief to have that help, particularly with a wedding that is a bit more home-spun. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with any part of their wedding. Her prices are super reasonable, which is so necessary when planning a wedding. Simply put, she is phenomenal at what she does!
I could not be happier with how Jessica made my wedding happen. As soon as I found her and booked her, I was so relieved. She made the whole planning and coordination process easier, and on the day of the wedding everything flowed so smoothly.
