Jesse is an absolute professional when it comes to his craft, make delicious food, and has a phenomenal team. We were stress free the day of the wedding. We had a wonderful pasta bar that all our guests enjoyed. Not only did his team make great food, but helped tremendously with cleanup. I would recommend AJ’s to anyone in the area planning a wedding!

Jesse was reccommed to us by my cousin who at the time worked for a high end wedding venue. His food was reasonably priced and great quality. We were able to modify the menu all sorts of ways. The day of he also took lead in releasing our guests to eat and personally served the bride and groom plates. One of my favorite memories was the sampling party of which he made a large variety of everything for my family to try before finalizing the selections. Working with him was easy as he often provided his experiance backed inputs. We would happily have him cater future events.

Our extensive menu options allow for the creativity needed to work with you on pricing, presentation and set up. Our staff will make sure every guest is treated like a star and every detail of your special day is met with 100% satisfaction.
Our team can provide everything from white linen to back yard barbeque service, bartending and DJ service and also accommodate guests with food sensitive allergies,

Best food from a catering company, full of flavor. Not one person from our wedding reception complained, in fact we had people surprised by how good it was from a catering company....
Jesse was awesome from day one. Very personable, calm and friendly. We would choose his food as a weekday dinner if we could! Jesse and his crew handled everything with the food at our wedding and we had nothing to stress over, from cleaning up tables as they went to making sure the food was topped off including bringing plates, napkins, utensils.
We will recommend him forever!

the Deluxe Mexican Bar as well as a charcuterie board and veggie trays and everything was great. Our guests told us all day how amazing the food was. They also went above and beyond helping to maintain and clean up and even helped us set our dessert table. All of our guests talked about how amazing the food was and how much food they got during dinner. They never needed to bother us during the day and took care of everything like professionals and we appreciated their efficiency and professionalism. Their food was amazing too, and we had many people complimenting it. Jesse's pork is to die for!
As a bonus, they provided a knife for the cake cutting, because we totally forgot one!

. He was on time, set up discreetly, and even cleared plates from our guests tables (this wasn't mentioned in the provided services, so we were pleasantly surprised!) He boxed and labelled the leftovers, and cleaned up after himself, which was a lifesaver since we were not in the mood after our wedding to clean, haha.
