My husband and I worked with Shelly and she was so helpful! He purchased my engagement ring on Jeweler's Row in downtown Chicago and wanted to go back there for my band, but it was always stressful going there so I checked out Alberts. They greeted us with beverages, everyone smiled and said hi, and ultimately we got an INCREDIBLE deal on my band and his ring. Albert's has a cleaning/maintenance program where you take your ring in to get re-dipped if needed, inspected, and cleaned every 6 months that was included in our purchase price (and now is free when I go in). They even re-dip and clean my engagement ring since I don't like going back to Chicago to the other store where my engagement ring was purchased. There's a reason they've been in business so long. And they're "we will not be undersold" statement is something they proudly stand by. After working with them, I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for jewelry.

My husband had gone to Albert's for my engagement ring so we therefore had to return for both our wedding bands. I was surprised at their selection of wedding bands not only for the bride, but the number of selections they had for the groom! Their floor was HUGE, I have never seen a jeweler store that large (except in the movies eg: Sweet Home Alabama when they were at Tiffany's). Our sales person was superb (Chrissy). She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Since we were out of town, all decisions were made over the phone, but Chrissy was great about keeping us up-to-date on everything and thoroughly explained everything. My wedding band was a custom job and I loved that the jeweler who was going to be making my ring was on-site so I was able to speak with him for a few minutes. Overall, great price, great service, and couldn't have asked for more! I highly recommend the store to anybody wanting to be spoiled and have the highest of quality rings and service and won't settle for less.

My wedding band & engagement ring was a set that was a family heirloom but this is where we purchased my husband's wedding band. We were able to find a masculine but very nice wedding band for him. The salespeople are great & not pushy which was a bonus! We will definatley be going back for other purchases.

My fiance and I went to Albert's because we have heard so many great things about them. We looked at other jewelers and weren't impressed. We could tell that they were just concerned with making the sale and didn't really listen to your wants or needs. Albert's listened to what we wanted and gave us a more reasonable price range than other jewelers did. We ended up with the most amazing, matching Tacori wedding bands.
