This was the only hiccup we had on our wedding day. We booked the 27-passenger shuttle from our hotel to the venue, the package is for three hours before the event and three hours ...

Everything went well prior to the wedding, but afterwards, there seemed to be a misunderstanding between the driver and my dad and the driver seemed to think he was told that we did not need him to return to the venue for any more pickups, which was not at all the case. Our contracted end time was 11:30pm and the driver seemingly decided he was off the hook at 10:30pm. This resulted in my husband, MOH, BM, our brothers, their dates, and I being stuck at the venue waiting nearly 45 minutes for a shuttle that never came (the hotel was only 10 minutes away). We were anxious to get to our after party, so we admittedly did not call their generic 1-800 number to see what was going on, and instead our parents returned back to the venue to pick us up. We were going to call and complain/request a partial refund, but once we all cooled down we decided against it. In my opinion, the shuttle should be running until the end of the contracted time, even if it’s empty, unless the contract signer (which was me) explicitly says otherwise. If you do book Albert’s, be sure to get the driver’s cell #-- the company would not provide to me ahead of time (which I can understand) and we just forgot to do so in all of the craziness of the wedding day. If I had his cell, I would have called that night to see what had happened.

3. They take the name of business for pick up and the address and the driver was no where to be found to pick the bride up and her party, me. Their driver went to an entirely wrong hotel and address. Our driver was miserable. We get on the party bus and the woman doesn’t even know how to use the controls. It’s blowing freezing cold air while I was in my wedding dress after waiting for her to pull up in freezing temperatures. She didn’t even have the common sense to turn off the AC. Because we get on and it’s blowing you with freezing cold air.
4. My fiance and I ran out to do our wedding exit and there was no limo for us to run to. The idiots decided to take guest in both shuttles I rented. ( I had rented a shuttle for guest and shuttle for my wedding party)
The only things that did not go as planned on our wedding day was with Albert’s. I called them very very upset that they ruined my wedding exit on 12/27/24. They have not reached out or offered to refund any form of payment.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BOOKING A WEDDING. They are extremely disorganized and it’s crazy they did so many things wrong after we paid so much and booked 4 services with them and only 1 of them was done correctly. Just wow. I can’t believe this company. I’m still in shock we haven’t been reached out to at all by them. Absolutely insane.

venue, once we boarded the shuttle my dad informed the driver that two roads were closed and that he should take a specific route to get to the venue. The driver ignored him and put the address into his phone and started driving in the direction of the closed roads (keep in mind the main way to get from the hotel to the venue is one road, but he wanted to take back roads, bc it was “quicker”), the driver encountered the closed road and instead of listening to us tell him how to get back to the main road he drove around in circles for about 10 minutes, eventually we pulled up the GPS on our phone and were directing him on how to get to the venue, he missed multiple turns and ended up getting me to my venue an hour later, making a 15 minute drive turn into an hour long drive. He was then supposed to return to the hotel, pick up my husband and his groomsmen and bring them to the venue, they ended up having to Uber to the venue to avoid our wedding timeline getting even more messed up. Our driver was then supposed to make two trips from the hotel to the venue for guests, he again did not go the route he was supposed to causing my ceremony to start 30 minutes late because a large portion of our guests were stuck on the shuttle. My husband and I missed our entire cocktail hour because of his inability to follow directions and listen when people are telling him which way to go. He was making jokes about being late and being overall very dismissive of my frustration. The people working in the office are great to work with and interact with but this driver in particular (dont know his name bc he never introduced himself) was horrible.

When booking with them, we discovered how laid back and easy going they were. They allowed us to pick which size vehicle would work best for our guests to shuttle back and forth from the hotel and venue, allowed us to be flexible with the times, and had an overall great price point for what we needed! Of course they have a lot more fancy options for transportation, but we didn't splurge on some of their high end drives!
We especially enjoyed how we had to hire Albert's in 3 hour time increments. With that in mind, we hired them to transport before the wedding and after the wedding. Not only were they willing to do round trips to the hotel, but we were allowed to use some of our time to go around the city to take photos with our family and wedding party. Our driver was amazing and went above and beyond the day of the wedding. We had requested that he only do 2 trips back and forth from the hotel before the wedding, but he ended up taking 4 or 5 to accommodate more people. At the end, he didn't mind bringing our friends and family back to the hotel after a wild after party of drinks and dancing. He kept everyone safe and was so kind and down to earth. We look forward to working with Albert's again in the future.

Really awful people to work for bob shivo is a real creep Not happy unless you work every single day. Never wants to give you a day off. Bob's idea of you being flexible. Work 8 to 9 days in a row. d the invoice that said 1:45-4:45 which is not what I agreed to or what was verbally confirmed for me over the phone, but i didnt feel the need to check this ahead of time (my mistake).
Despite the time change, they still stopped operating 25min early according to their own schedule at 4:20 (nearly an hour early according to the schedule i coordinated (5:15) and assumed we were all running on). My wife's great-grandmother who's in a wheelchair had been waiting at the hotel since 4:20 until 5:15 when we realized the shuttle wasnt coming back. I had to postpone exchanging my private vows 15min before my ceremony to deal with Alberts and her Great-Grandmother almost didn't make it to the wedding thanks. Fortunately we managed to get another guest to drive over and pick her up.
And when the shuttle did arrive, it didn't go to the correct location (after confirming this with the them on the phone multiple times) this nearly derailed my bride's entire timeline since she didn't get picked up until after I called up Albert's to rectify the situation. And when she finally did get picked up, the party bus they 'upgraded' us to for free reeked of urine which my bride and her bride's maids did not appreciate at all.
I don't ever give 1-star reviews but this was atrocious. I called up Albert's to voice my concerns and they just wrote it down and never did anything nor did they ever contact me back.

He seemed very annoyed to have to make a second trip to our hotel at the end of the night even though he had only made one other trip, the hotel was eight minutes away, AND we had the minimum of three hours booked!!!! So he spend a total of maybe one hour shuttling my guests to and from the venue. Fortunately for our driver, a 21% gratuity charge was included. If it weren’t included, I would not have tipped him at all for being so rude to us. If you book this transportation service it may be worth while to meet your driver before your wedding so you don’t experience the same thing we did.

day of the wedding my husband spent the entire night at the front of the limo bus directing the driver. He has no idea where he was going. My husband directed him in the direction to go and he went in the opposite direction, adding 30 minutes to our trip, preventing us from being able to stop at one of the locations we requested for pictures. To top it all off, after not knowing where he was going and screwing us over by going the wrong way and getting us stuck in traffic, he had the nerve to kick us off the bus in the pouring rain a block from our venue and made us walk!! Not only was it pouring rain, the bridal party all had bags of clothes they were using to spend the night they had to carry in addition to flowers, umbrellas, dresses, coolers, etc!

t me and my bridesmaids drove very unsafely, almost getting into an accident and causing us to arrive 25 minutes late. This led them to be half an hour late picking up half of our guests.
The driver who brought my husband and his groomsmen got lost and arrived at the venue ONE HOUR later than anticipated. My husband even had to use his phone to help the driver navigate. This led to the remainder of our guests being picked up late as well.
Our entire evening was delayed. Both drivers needed to be given the directions to our venue (Information we had provided months in advance) and did not seem to know the details of the day. Thankfully, this was the only vendor we had an issue with.
Joe is great! He got us a good deal on 4 different vehicles, and the gratuity is included which cuts down on stress on the day of!
