The Aldie Mansion looked like castle straight out of a storybook. Between the beautiful gothic architecture of the exterior of the property to the balance rustic/modern design of the building's interior, you are instantly transported into a place far beyond your wildest dreams. While the building itself speaks volumes of the classiness of this venue, the real stars that shine is the staff that runs the place. When we went to Aldie Mansion for our group tasting, we were pampered so much that we felt like royalty. It is because of all these reasons that my fiancé and I are looking forward to our wedding in June.

Food is incredible through JAM catering. We had our wedding tasting recently and they killed it. There were so many options with allergens listed which put my mind at ease as I am vegetarian and my mother is gluten free.

We booked Aldie Mansion for our April wedding, and we're so excited! The venue's charm and beautiful surroundings won us over during our first visit. The staff's friendly welcome and attention to detail reassured us that our special day is in good hands. With the stunning setting, we can't wait to say "I do" at Aldie!

Beautiful venue for a wedding! Had our wedding there in October and it was absolutely gorgeous place to get married.

We got married at Aldie Mansion on 5/20/2023 and it was an absolute dream!!! From the first time we visited the venue in May 2021, we knew it was perfect for us. The mansion and the grounds have so much charm, truly picturesque. Catherine was our coordinator and she was amazing to work with - she answered all of our questions and always kept us on track with so we weren’t stressed leading up the wedding day. Weather was not looking good the week of, so the team was very communicative as to what our options were if it was rainy. Our ceremony site got changed the day before our wedding due to work being done on the front patio, but Catherine was quick to help us pivot and use the back garden instead which was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Catherine did such a good job keeping us on schedule throughout the day, while also letting us enjoy our party. JAM Catering was great as well, the food options were amazing and they sent us home with plenty of leftovers since we didn’t get to eat it all on our wedding night. Our guests were so impressed with the venue and food, we were getting questions all night asking how we found such a perfect venue!

Fantastic food and service in a beautiful venue. Monika and team have be helpful and responsive in resolving all our questions and continue to do so as we approach our wedding date. Having been to multiple JAM catered weddings we have the highest confidence in the food quality and the mansion itself is just the kind of idyllic setting we were hoping to find for a classy, special night!

My future husband and I are getting married at Aldie Mansion this year and recently attended our group wedding tasting at the venue. JAM Catering is the exclusive caterer, and boy did they knock it out of the park. The group tasting was a great opportunity to test out a wide variety of JAM’s catering menu – including numerous options for signature cocktails, butlered hors d’oeuvres, cocktail stations, dinner entrees, and cake (shout out to the Arnold Palmer pound cake with buttercream frosting and lemon custard filling)! Each dish lived up to JAM’s renowned reputation, and we left with full stomachs and full hearts. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and an added bonus was the opportunity to chat with other couples getting married at the venue. Aldie Mansion and the its grounds are truly breathtaking, and the tasting was a great opportunity to see what our venue will look and feel like on our wedding day. The tasting affirmed we made the right decision picking Aldie Mansion and JAM catering, and made us even more excited for our big day!

We cant wait for our wedding in early September! Aldie is such a timeless venue with great on site catering services- JAM catering. When we went for our tasting, we got to taste an array of yummy foods and even got to meet Jeff himself, who was lovely! Go book now!

My fiancé and our families attended a JAM catering tasting event and it was an awesome experience! The staff was friendly and attentive. We were given ample time and delicious food to try! Jeffery Miller was even there himself and he couldn’t be more delightful! Can’t wait for our wedding in 2023!

My fiance and I attended a JAM catering tasting event at Aldie Mansion that was excellent. The staff was attentive, the food was delicious, and the venue was beautiful. We are getting married at Curtis Arboretum, another JAM location, but after seeing Aldie Mansion, know that couples would be very happy at this venue. Everything at the event ran smoothly and you will be in good hands with JAM catering. We can't wait for our wedding!

Aldie helped make our wedding the day of our dreams! Not only is it a beautiful venue, but their food was excellent, they helped us to find many of our vendors, and guests loved the indoor/ outdoor flow. They allowed for a lot fo customization in terms of decorating and the menu as we had some dietary requests. The great part about the building being so beautful is that it didn't need too much extra in terms of decorations. The only con I had was working with our coordinator, Kim. She always took many days to respond and didn't always follow up when she said she needed to get more information to be able to answer my questions. In the end it turned out well, but it was a little nerve wracking in the planning process.

Our September, 2022 wedding at Aldie Mansion was a dream come true! I echo other reviews that say it felt like the experience was taking place in your own private residence- intimate, exclusive, and magical. The venue was beautiful with gorgeous period details, meticulous landscaping, and lovely gardens. Because of this, I did not feel we needed to spend a ton of money and effort on over the top decor. JAM Catering went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of throughout the night and they truly delivered on their reputation for hot and delicious food. We had about 120 guests and everyone was so impressed and satisfied. Our coordinator, Monika, was very easy to stay in touch with throughout the planning process and she was on top of every detail even before we were. Monika was patient with my husband and I and always gave us transparent answers to our questions, which was important as neither of us had ever planned an event like this before. We hired the photographer and alcohol retailer (you must bring in your own alcohol at Aldie, which really helped us control the total cost) from their preferred vendor list and could not be more satisfied with them. What stood out to me the most in the entire experience was how much the JAM staff helped out with the setup of everything in the hours leading up to the guests arriving. We were able to drop everything off the day before and keep it in a closet overnight. I was very worried about timing everything correctly when arriving at Aldie (setting up decorations, changing into my dress, first look, photos, etc.) because JAM states very clearly what they will and won't help setup in their contract and I brought in the majority of my decor, including my flowers. When I arrived ready to get to work 2.5 hours before the guests started arriving, I was delighted to find that a good 95% of the setup was already done! Thank you JAM and Aldie Mansion for a truly spectacular wedding day!

Working with JAM Catering and Aldie Mansion has been such a wonderful experience as I've been preparing for my fall wedding. Every time I visit the venue, I fall in love with the aesthetic again. And the food is INCREDIBLE. I can't wait to have my family and friends experience it.

Every aspect of our wedding celebration at Aldie Mansion went above and beyond our expectations. We fell in love with the stunning Tudor mansion back in 2019 and were so excited to finally hold our wedding celebration in 2022. Every item on our menu (and it was an extensive menu— we did not hold back on food!) was delicious and beautifully presented. JAM ensured that all of our guests’ dietary needs were accommodated. Multiple guests told us it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. Crissi, our venue coordinator, worked with us since 2019 and made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day of. The entire JAM staff were so kind and friendly and really took care of our guests.

Our wedding planning experience with Jam Catering at the Aldie mansion has been such an enjoyable experience. Between Kim and Hannah, both women have been nothing short of amazing. The food is simply delicious and match the stunning venue of the mansion!

Our wedding was June 2022 and Aldie and JAM catering made it the best day ever! The venue is breathtaking, we got so many compliments on how unique and beautiful it was, not to mention that we have the entire building. The food was delicious, and all of our guest's dietary restrictions were catered to. Our MOH had some pretty intense ones, and was so impressed with her meal! Our day-of coordinator, Hannah exceeded all of our expectations and hopes. When we were told we were having a day of coordinator I did not expect the level of commitment, detail, time, and effort that Hannah put into planning our wedding. She did a phenomenal job prior to day of, making sure details, considerations, and our wishes were all captured and organized. Day of, Hannah went above and beyond in keeping things, organized, us stress-free and able to enjoy our day, and showed incredible flexibility and hospitality when we decided to mid reception to extend the reception by an hour. Mid reception, if there was anything that was needed all we had to do was say her name and she was on it. With regards to after, Hannah did a wonderful job making sure all of our belongings were packed and organized. We can’t thank her, Aldie, and JAM enough.

We are very excited to have our wedding reception here this August! The mansion is really nice and one of a kind. They give you a lot of guidance and flexibility with decorating. The ballroom is big and filled with light. No better place to get married in Doylestown!

We are getting married this August and cannot wait to show off the hidden gem of Doylestown! The mansion is beautiful, historic, and one of a kind. But what really sold it for us is the beautiful, spacious, and light and airy ballroom. And of course…the water fountains and THE TREE 😍 there really is no venue like this and Jeffery A. Muller catering runs an incredible event. Crissi our coordinator could not be nicer or more helpful. I really am so excited and can’t say enough good things!

A while back my fiancé and I attended JAM Catering group tasting at Aldie Mansion. While our wedding will be at Bishop Farmstead, the organizers were kind enough to allow us to attend the event at a different location due to scheduling conflicts. This was great, because we got to see one of JAM's other venue partners. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of their locations because they are all so beautiful. While I am in love with Bishop Farmstead, the location we booked, Aldie Mansion is another gorgeous location! The venue gives off dream-home vibes and doesn’t feel like your typical venue. My fiancé and I treated the tasting like a night out, which was easy to do because the staff made the whole evening so enjoyable. Of course, the true star of the night was the food! I don’t know how anyone can choose their menu from such wonderful meal, dessert, and station options! We are definitely going to have a tough time choosing our favorites! However, we did come away with a few favorites. The BBQ in a jar was our favorite station, and fits the feel of Bishop, which is a farm. Our favorite meal was the Yuzu Glazed Chicken; the sauce is amazing! Our favorite dessert option was the boozy mini milkshakes. I think our guests will definitely enjoy those! Of course, you can’t go wrong with any of the JAM options. Everything was delicious!

I cannot thank JAM Catering and Aldie Mansion staff enough for everything you did to make our wedding more amazing than anything we could have imagined! Still riding on cloud nine. Truly you went above and beyond to make it an incredible day and experience. Thank you thank you thank you!

Aldie Mansion was such a stunning and unique wedding venue. It was perfect for us, and only a few minutes from the church (St. Paul's). Entering the gorgeous property and seeing the sprawling 1920s mansion, the English style gardens and the huge stately old oak tree covered in white Christmas lights was a truly beautiful and transporting experience for us and all of our guests. We sought a unique location for our Doylestown wedding & we definitely found it. Our guests gave us so much good feedback about how beautiful the mansion was & everyone had excellent photo opportunities all around the gorgeously decorated interior & exterior of the house. It was decorated for Christmas at the time, which made it an even more special experience. Thank you to the team at Aldie!

Positives: The venue is gorgeous! We got so many compliments. The bartenders were fantastic. The food was stellar. Much better than your typical wedding food. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Negatives: With COVID, the JAM wedding planners seem overwhelmed and not very responsive. This is probably due to being understaffed (like all industries) but it makes it tough to plan when you’re waiting to hear back for days (sometimes weeks) at a time. Keep bugging them to get back to you. Our planner was nice and did a good job of setting up the venue and all of our decor. Unfortunately, she wasn't at our rehearsal and the ceremony was initially set up wrong. She also kept coming to the groom with questions the whole day, which made us feel like she was unsure of how our ceremony was supposed to run. There was also a 30% chance of rain and I pulled our JAM planner aside and asked her if it was a good idea to move forward with an outdoor plan if there was a chance it might rain. She didn't really advise me one way or ther other, just said it would probably be fine. As the sky began to darken, she didn’t ever consult me again and didn't want to be the one to make the decision. We were really depending on her expertise and professional opinion to help us, especially since were dealing with so many moving parts on our wedding day and didn’t have time to be checking the weather every hour. As soon as our guests were seated outside for the ceremony, there was a downpour of rain and we had to watch them run inside for cover. It was heartbreaking and I ended up crying before walking down the asile because I was so overwhelmed and disappointed with how that went down (not really the mindset you want to be in before getting married). I had several people tell us they thought our JAM planner should have made the call for us and shouldn't have forced us to make the decision. Maybe JAM doesn’t want to be responsible for a rain plan decision, but the refusal to make a call, and to leave it completely in our hands caused more stress and ultimately made everything worse. To top it off, we postponed our wedding from October 2020 to October 2021 due to COVID. We had originally booked a date on a Saturday, but in order to move to a Saturday the following year we had to lose $6,000 to rebook. None of our other vendors did this to us. If we opted for a week day it would be free, but we had originally PAID for a Saturday and we wanted what we had paid for. They told us they were reserving those new Saturdays for their 2022 couples (which made us feel like as a 2020 couple we didn't mean as much to them as their new customers since they already had our money). We ended up paying extra and losing our money to have a Saturday again, but they wouldn't budge in this policy, which was unfortunate. My suggestion for folks who choose this venue would be this: Do not rely on the JAM planners to support you as a normal planner might. Hire an outside planner to be with you that day, someone you trust to make informed decisions and take stress off of you and who can answer the vendor's questions so you can just relax. It was still a beautiful wedding, just unfortunate that we had a mixed experience with JAM as a whole with the planning and business side of things.

I’m trying to find the rights to convey how amazing the day was. I’m at a loss. Everyone we have spoken with has shared such beautiful and positive feedback. But more importantly …… my beloved daughter and new son, had the day they dreamed of. And that is something that my heart is so thankful for and is beyond words.

We could not have asked for a more supportive or flexible team! Working with Kim made us feel at ease, which was not easy given the postponements and venue change that occurred during our planning due to Covid. Kim made sure that we had everything we needed and then some, and our wedding day turned out better than we could have imagined, and was so worth the wait! Our guests were blown away by the beauty of Aldie Mansion and could not stop talking about how much they loved the food! We fell in love with Aldie Mansion when we had out tasting there, and we feel so lucky that we were able to have our celebration at a place that we loved and got to work with a team that went above and beyond for us! The night captain, Dominique, was the warmest, kindest and most fun person that we could have asked for running the show for us later in the night! He always checked in with us to see if we needed anything and kept us smiling throughout the party! This venue was vey flexible and helpful with us picking a venue. We were able to meet with a wedding planner our first time there and they were very helpful and thorough going over all needed information and answering all of our questions. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I are getting married in June 2020 and have had such an incredible experience working with everyone at Aldie Mansion. From the sales staff to our wedding planner, we are so deeply appreciative to be working with such a professional and committed team. We remain very hopeful that we will be able to keep our June 2020 date and not have to postpone due to COVID19. Our hearts break for all the couples facing rescheduling during this pandemic. Everyone at Aldie and Jeffrey A. Miller Catering has been beyond helpful and kind to us as we navigate these uncertain times. Couldn’t have hoped for a better experience!

This venue is gorgeous and unique. It feels like a dream home, not a wedding hall. Regardless of season, you have a beautiful backdrop due to the grounds and architecture.I want to break this up into 2 very different sections: The lead-up to the wedding and the wedding itself Wedding day: Phenomenal.  -The food was delicious, everything ranged from good to great, I had multiple guests tell me this was some of / the very best wedding food they've ever had. -The staff were attentive and consistently present. They set up all of our signs and pictures and candles in a beautiful and thoughtful manner. The bartender was absurdly friendly and great with the guests. They constantly tended the fireplace in a way that didn't disrupt our guests.  -The dropoff process and communication in the week leading up was clear, expectations were clearly made as to what we needed.  -When little things went wrong day-of, the wedding coordinator did a great job of rolling with it -As a result of the amazing work of Crissi, the coordinator, and the staff, we honestly have only positive impressions of our wedding at Aldie mansion Lead up to the wedding: Rough. Very rough. -I think that a large part of our poor experience stemmed from our initial "wedding planner." I say that in quotations because Aldie "comes with a wedding planner", but it's a bit of a misnomer because really they're more a representative of JAM catering, who is the only caterer for Aldie, and day-of coordinator at the venue. This is the person through which you order your food, plan the day, figure out staffing, etc - so everything Aldie Mansion and catering related. So yes, they do a good bit more than a typical catering representative, but they are NOT the classic wedding planner you expect - I am unsure if they were short staffed, but the primary manager said she would be our planner after we reached out because we had not been informed of who our coordinator would be after the time frame provided to us by the company. This lead to multiple problems: Rough / delayed communication, incomplete information on the available food, delayed meeting start time, feeling pressured into certain choices. Overall the whole experience just felt uncomfortable because we were promised this great personalized wedding experience but whenever we had questions or requests we were made to feel like burdens. I wrote more details, but TheKnot has character limits in their reviews, so the more detailed version is at wedding wire if you're interested. This all led to us requesting a different planner, things went much smoother at that point onward and we feel the replacement did a great job. Crissi was beyond amazing. She was consistently responsive, had wonderful ideas and recommendations, and was either able to explain why some things would not be feasible or let us know that things like that are routinely done and therefore were a non-issue, despite what our previous coordinator had said. Day of, we knew there was nothing we had to worry about with Crissi, and this ended up 100% being the case. If you get the chance, I highly recommend requesting her. So in full - did we have an amazing wedding experience and were they totally on their game in the week beforehand? Absolutely. Was the road there long and tortuous and unnecessarily stressful? Absolutely until Crissi took over

While my wedding at Aldie hasn't happened yet, the process of booking and communicating has been great! Wedding planning can be very stressful, but Kim has been very quick and responsive to all my emails and many questions :). Can't wait to have my wedding here!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Aldie this past September. Aldie's grounds are beautiful and our guests loved being able to explore all the different rooms and areas throughout the yards. The venue was able to cater to all of our guests as we had people dancing inside, people walking the grounds, people sitting around the lit fire pit, and people playing yard games. Though the weather ended up being nice, we had a tent set up outside (provided by the site) with our second bar underneath it. This ended up being perfect because some people hung outside on the porch since there were lights from the tent illuminating the area. The food was amazing and our wedding coordinator, Monika, was absolutely fantastic. Monika was quick to answer all my questions and she made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. We have had nothing but compliments from our guests about the venue itself and all of the staff. I highly recommend this wedding venue!!

We love Aldie Mansion! We attended a wedding there three years ago and kept coming back to it every time we thought of where we would like to get married. When we visited again it was even more perfect than we remembered. The outdoor space is amazing, the building is spectacular, and the staff is wonderful. Catherine was our planner and she was my lifeline! She answered every question, thought of everything, and coordinated a perfect day. Everything went perfectly.

We were married here in April 2019 and had the most perfect day. We were sold on Aldie Mansion within 2 minutes of our first visit and feel so lucky to have had our wedding at this gorgeous venue. The building itself from the outside is simply stunning and the unique rooms of the mansion, renovated ballroom, amazing outdoor space with the tree, and location fit all of our needs. Crissi was amazing as our day-of coordinator who helped us with the whole planning process and we were impressed with all of the staff involved on the day of our wedding. I cannot recommend this venue enough as well as JAM catering and their staff!

We had our wedding at The Aldie Mansion and we could not have picked a more beautiful place. Our ceremony was outside in the tea garden and the reception was held in the grand ballroom. The architecture and amenities of the mansion are absolutely beautiful. The staff is very accommodating along with their exclusive caterer. Our wedding was in March of 2018. We can't say enough great things about Aldie Mansion and Jam Catering. The venue and service is still getting buzz from our guests 11 months later. Our wedding is the wedding to beat amongest our friends. Kim was my planner and we mostly emailed or chatted on the phone. Trust the process. She put me at ease along with offering gentle advice. They made this mansion estate feel cozy like home. We didn't want to leave. The food and cake people still rave about. Kim and our party captain were really great to us. We want to come back year after year if we could. The only downside was the weather with a blizzard 2 days before...but the staff put us at ease. No meltdowns for me! Thank you for the quality service, great food in a setting that was breathtaking.

My husband and I just got married at Aldie on October 27th, 2018. Given that it has rained on just about every important day in our relationship, we were looking for a wedding venue that was stunning both inside and out, just in case. When it inevitably turned out to be cold, rainy and windy on our wedding day, Aldie did not disappoint. The mansion is absolutely gorgeous and it truly was a fairy tale wedding. We were so happy with how our wedding came together at Aldie Mansion. It's a beautiful historic venue with an amazing team behind it. We worked with Kim Bates and she always went above and beyond to help make our day as special as possible. The catering company JAM was very responsive with any and all questions we had.

Aldie Mansion was the first and only venue that my husband and I looked at. The historical architecture and decor, modern ballroom, and beautiful outdoor spaces made it the perfect place for our ceremony and reception. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the mansion. The Jeffrey Miller coordinators, catering, and floral made the planning and the wedding day run so smoothly.

It was a great venue. The staff was easy to work with. I am still receiving reviews about how flavorful and delicious all the food was. Kim was our coordinator and was great at easing our nerves. Many of our guest commented that it was the most organized and on time wedding they had ever been to and that is largely because of Kim. The wait staff was spectacular and very friendly. It was also such a beaitiful venue that we needed minimal decoration. My husband would like for me to make a note: if you go with this venue make the speech off of the balcony during cocktail hour- it created amazing photos. Lastly, the tree outside was out of this world and the guest were thoroughly impressed and many took the opportunity to get pictures with it.

Our meals were seriously delicious - and our cake was divine! We are still receiving compliments about how great the food was, weeks after the wedding. The planning process was also really easy. They give you a handbook with TONS of choices, but we were still able to keep it simple and our planner, Kim, was always there if we had questions (especially as we came close to the big day and I was e-mailing her daily!). My husband and I are very happy we chose Aldie and I would definitely recommend it to other couples!

Our wedding at Aldie Mansion was exactly what we imagined and more! Having our wedding in December, we were very impressed by their holiday decor which was elegantly decorated in each room of the mansion. It also snowed on our wedding day, further highlighting the beauty of the venue and created an extra special ambiance. The food and service was exceptional. We loved that the menu options varied from the traditional wedding food that you see at every other wedding. Bar service was quick, cocktail hors d'oeuvres were plentiful, dinner was delicious and efficient, and the cake was out of this world! Planning was so easy, special thanks to our coordinator! So much so that we kept thinking we weren’t doing enough work leading up to the big day, but it was really just that the Jeffrey Miller team had it completely under control. It was so nice to not have to worry about a single thing the day of the wedding and just enjoy it to the fullest. Guests cannot stop raving about this unique and beautiful venue!

We had our wedding at Aldie Mansion in September 2017 and couldn't have asked for a better day! My husband and I are both architects, so we were drawn to the unique charm of the Aldie Mansion, and knew immediately that we wanted to get married there. We loved that we had the entire mansion to roam around, and all the guests loved being able to play lawn games and mingle on the outside terrace with the band for cocktail hour. JAM catering provided amazing food! The hor d'oeuvres were a great variety, and they had a ton of add on options to choose from. The main meat and cheese table was absolutely amazing! It was great that they also provided a cake - and the flavors and decorations to choose from were perfect for us! We received tons of compliments on the venue, food, and overall day from our guests. We would recommend Aldie Mansion to anyone!

We had our wedding after Christmas in 2017 at Aldie Mansion. It worked out perfectly because the already beautiful venue was decorated from the holidays. It was stunning and helped with budget! Also, I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jeffrey Miller Catering (JAM!) The food was awesome! We were out of town for the group tasting but we were able to send my in laws to get the input. My father-in-law made it very obvious that we missed a spectacular presentation! When it comes to planning, I am not one for details and can be easily overwhelmed when making decisions. Luckily, Jeffrey Miller Catering provides a wedding coordinator. We had Kim Bates as our wedding coordinator. All of her suggestions were perfect! Her attention to detail was spot on, she responded promptly if I had a question, she provided a detailed itinerary which was super helpful when coordinating with my other wedding professionals, and she was very helpful the day of. My guests are still talking about the food, service, and beautiful venue. I would highly recommend JAM, Aldie Mansion, and Kim Bates.
