Alert Transportation was so easy to work with! We used them for our wedding day. The drivers were on time and very friendly. We would definitely use them again when needed and recommend them to anyone!

Alert transportation was easy to work with- had everything we need and more. The drivers were cheerleaders all night long, such joyful and fun people to have part of our day! They were prompt with arriving as asked and all the vehicles were extremely clean and tidy.

We used alert for transportation between our church and venue for our wedding party, as well as transport to/from the French Quarter for pictures. The staff were on time and professional and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. We were able to leave items in the bus and limo without concern as we hopped on/off.

We had alot of out of town guests who needed transportatation to and from the venue and hotels, along with transporting the bridal party. The coordination was perfect. Alert Transportation was one of our favorite hires of the wedding day! We had a destination wedding in NOLA from Philadelphia with 130 guests and scattered times with different fleet vehicles. We planned for March and had to change it to May. Then on top of it, we had to change our start time. Alert transportation didn’t miss a beat. The vehicles were clean, the drivers were early and our guests enjoyed their ride. The communication and layout of timing was clear and professional. Andrea and Ashley were happy and helpful throughout the process. We had a change of where we wanted our busses to go after the wedding from bourbon street to our hotel and they had no issue with it. Thank you for making our guests trip even more enjoyable, for treating our friends and family like your own and being such a major asset to a beautiful day. Easy to book and was early for the pick up

We used Alert Transportation for our ride from the reception back to our hotel. They were on time, very responsive throughout the process, and made sure we got to our hotel safely!

I wish I had the name of our driver because she was so patient with my party! Our bus arrived on time and was amazing. Arranging the transportation was very easy and stress free as well!

I was slightly disappointed in the transportation from Alert. Andrea was great to work with for all of the set up. The party bus driver that transported the bridal party was the only vehicle of the 4 we rented that had any idea what was going on that day. The 2 charter buses we booked were sitting at the wrong hotel for over 30 minutes, and 66 guests waited in the lobby at the correct hotel. Guests weren't at the church until 10 minutes before we started the ceremony.... The limo that picked up my grandmothers was not only late, but had no idea how to get to the church and asked them for directions. All in all it worked out ok, but definitely an unnecessary stress!

I highly recommend Alert Transportation. They showed up on time and were very professional. The staff was more than accommodating when I had to change my times and location pick-ups, several times. The buses were clean and the Rolls Royce was an epic experience with my father. I was very pleased with their services and the prices were very reasonable.

We booked for two different services: (1) A Limo for Wedding Party transportation to our ceremony (a 3.5-hour rental) and (2) A 32 passenger bus for a one-way transfer to the day -after brunch. These two experiences were very different. 3.5 Limo Service The Groom's Party were at a barber shop then headed to our house to finish getting ready. Despite our communication with the company, the driver said that he was only supposed to take them to the ceremony location and not to a second place first. He was very resistant and the Groom had to be assertive before he acquiesced. The service was for 3.5 hours – it shouldn’t matter where he is asked to go, so long as it is in the timeframe of the service agreement. When he tried to park in front of our house he ended up backing into a parked motorized scooter that fell into the car that was parked behind it. When the car arrived at the hotel to pick up The Bridal Party, we were waiting for him to take luggage out of the car and hand it to the bellman. We waited for him to do this for a bit before coming outside of the lobby door, but after no movement we decided to go outside. We asked if he was ready for us since we thought he needed to get the bags out of the car first, and he snapped at us saying that he was going to need help taking the bags out of the car first, implying that we needed to help him. Seeing that we were all in formal gowns (some with trains) about to walk down the aisle for a wedding ceremony, I thought that was a bit ridiculous to have us help him unload the car. Luckily the bellman stepped in to help. The car ride over to the ceremony (which was literally half a mile away) was very unpleasant. He almost hit a car, he ran over a curb, and in general the ride was jerky. Not the best experience, especially when you are in beaded gowns and sliding all over the place. The limo itself was pretty standard. There we some glasses and stocked refreshments and the groomsmen left a bottle of champagne for us, but we didn’t actually drink anything because the car ride was so bumpy and uncomfortable we would have spilled all over ourselves. There were some multi-colored lights inside the limo which I didn’t care for at all. It made the atmosphere way less classy and wedding like, and more like an outdated bachelor party/ Night at the Roxbury vibe. When we finally arrived he was yelling at us to get out and snapped that we couldn’t wait in the car for our wedding planner or photographer to meet us at our arrival. Understandable since we were on a one way street but he did not have to use an ugly tone with us. One Way Transfer Experience on the 32 Passenger Bus The next day we were all to be transported to a brunch location about 2 miles away. The driver arrived on time and waited out front of the lobby for the guests to arrive. The bus was very clean and comfortable and the ride was pleasant. He had to navigate some pretty tight streets due to construction and he did that very well. He wasn’t the most customer service friendly type person in the world…in fact he really didn’t say much at all; however, at least he was a skilled driver and wasn’t a jerk like the previous limo driver we had the day before.

Alert Transportation recently provided the transportation for our wedding. The driver was punctual and very polite. The limo bus was clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend!

The limo driver was not just on time, but early to pick us up. He was very professional and helped us with our bags both when he picked us up from the salon and when he dropped us off at the venue. Even though it was a very short ride/job for the driver he was very professional and I was very happy with his service. The limo was clean and the ride was smooth.

Alert Transportation is amazing at what they do. I needed to get a lot of people from the hotel to the venue in a small amount of time and they made it happen. The drivers knew exactly what they needed to do and how many times to do it. They were professional and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone for any occasion. Not to mention, the price was great!

You hear horror stories about people's experiences with their transportation on their wedding day. I can honestly say that our transportation went off without any problems. I even changed the time of one of the pick ups two days before. We had two party buses and limo. Everyone was on time and every vehicle was clean. I would use them again next time we need transportation for an event!

I had a lot of changes leading up to our wedding and Alert was flexible and super helpful. They were on time, got everyone to and from the wedding, and were extremely accommodating to our needs. I would recommend Alert to any bride/groom, as planning transportation (especially for an out of town bride) can be a nightmare.

They were there waiting on time for us, and the driver was accommodating to make as many trips as needed. For the second round, he did choose to go a longer route to avoid traffic which made us anxious, but otherwise good service and good value. The bus was clean and what was advertised.

We used their party limobus to transport our bridal party and parents to the wedding. The driver was on-time and polite. The limobus appeared as advertise on the website. They have a good website with prices listed and 24/7 customer service. No complaints.

We used Alert for a limo for our bridal party, a limo for my husband and I to leave the wedding in, and a 33-passenger bus to transport guests from the venue to downtown New Orleans. Alert was great! They were on-time and their prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

I hired Alert to pick up my guests from a hotel, bring them to the Church, and then pick them up from the reception, and return them to the hotel. They were prompt, professional, and safe. They stood outside with a sign making sure my guests found their ride easily. The driver was polite and they arrived safely and on time. Could not have asked for better service! Cost was very reasonable as well.

They arrived on time. The limos were clean and very nice. The driver for my limos was super sweet. When he arrived he called to let me know and told me to call him when I was coming so he could pull up so my dress would not get dirty. Also, these were the best prices I saw for limos.

We were pleased with using Alert Transportation. We had a few mishaps with where the limo was supposed to pick us up, but the drivers were courteous and vehicles were clean. Good value for what we paid.

We used Alert Transportation for a bridal limo and for guest transportation from our hotel downtown to our wedding venue, about 45 minutes away. The limo to pick us up was on time, but the driver was asking us for directions and didn't seem too aware of where he was going. We're not from nor do we live in New Orleans, so my bridesmaids had to use their phones to find the way to the wedding venue. The buses came to pick up our guests right at 5:00 pm, so they left a little later than we anticipated as everyone loaded up. The buses also took longer than we anticipated because they didn't seem to know where they were going, and took different, long routes both before and after the wedding. Our feelings about Alert as a vendor are mixed. They completed the service and offered good pricing, but, from the beginning, the office seemed unorganized and our information had to be corrected multiple times. The drivers that we interacted with were friendly and, for the most part, professional. We are both satisfied and dissatisfied at the same time.

Alert was so friendly and quick to work with. I ended up booking there van 2 days before my wedding. They did just a one way pick up for a flat rate so we did not have to rent for hours. They even ended up sending us a 25 passenger van for the price of 14 people! Great to recommend to brides and wedding party!

I didn't call for a car until about a week before the wedding. I only needed transportation from the house to the venue. There was no problem at all getting a car. The woman was very helpful. The driver was so nice. Definitely recommend.

the actual limo drivers were very nice, I forgot the marriage license so our ceremony was delayed 30 minutes and they were very nice. However, the rolls royce driver was very rude, we found out later he had over booked himself and was an hour late to the next bride which should never have happened because I had allowed extra time at my ceremony to take pictures after.

We had a lot of OOT guests at our wedding (about 80% were travelling) and they were all staying in New Orleans. Since our wedding was at Houmas House (an hour away), we hired buses to pick up the guests downtown N.O. and drive them to HH and then wait there to bring them back. We went through a company called renthepartybus.com who contracted the pick up to Alert Transportation. Alert should have been at the hotel by 4:15pm (leave by 4:30) to pick up the guests in time for our 6pm ceremony. They were not there and then we realized that - instead of going to the hotel in N.O. to pick up the guests - they came to the venue (Houmas House) first! Seriously? Yes. My dad and MOH called in a panic to request that new buses be sent immediately but this was not possible, so we had to wait for the original buses to drive back to N.O. to pick up the guests and then get back to us. Since this was 80% of our guests, we had to delay the ceremony by AN HOUR while we waited. Luckily, Houmas House was amazing about the whole catastrophe and managed to flawlessly re-arrange everything sround our delay. We were lucky to be the only wedding that day, otherwise this may not have been possible. Unfortunately, we still had to be out of the venue by 11pm, so we lost an hour of our reception (which we had paid extra to add an hour in advance) due to this. We have written to the company to complain and I'm not sure how they will handle it. I still lose sleep thinking about it. In the end, of course, we still had a beautiful wedding thanks to Houmas House, but I feel robbed of an hour because of Alert Transportation.

We rented a limo bus to bring us and our guest to the cruise ship terminal for our wedding and to pick us up after we returned from the cruise. They were prompt, friendly and affordable!

We wented 8 vehicles from Alert for our wedding. All of the limos and buses showed up on time, actually early, with friendly drivers and clean vehicles. They were an amazing choice with great pricing. I would recommend them for your wedding, special event, or transfer. Speaking of transfer, Alert will allow you to have transfers rather than forcing you to book a vehicle for a set amount of hours. This works out perfect and saves a lot of money if you only need a vehicle to get you from point A to point B.

Two words - NO SHOW! They did not come back at the end of the night to return my guest to the hotel!!!!!

I left a pair of sandals in the limo and after a few days of phone calls the sandals were returned (actually delivered) to me!! Our only complaint was that the groom had been told that gratuity was included in the price, but driver asked for a tip.

The limos were clean and early! For the price you can't beat it!

I had a pleasant expierence with Alert Transportation. Getting married in the middle of the French Quarter in New Orleans presented parking and time challenges which they handled nicely. Working with the consultant was nice, she helped work within my budget. I felt like it was a significant amount of money for the short time (an hour?) that I needed the vehicles, but I think you will find a minmum with all limo companies.

I rented a streach navagator for all the girls plus me and my parents. I was very pleased with the price it was almost 50% cheaper than the others. Plus what they quote you includes the tip and taxes so there is no extra cost. The driver was on time very friendly and since we were early we went for a ride to get a daiquiri.
