Wanted to rent a bunch of things from them for our celebration, talked on the phone, they said there is a minimum amount I have to rent to get it delivered to my address. 2 different people said it $4000, or 4 times cost from the delivery cost (which is $900). Then after I agreed and decided to go with them and sent a quote their project manager raised the minimum cost for $6000, which doesn't make sense. Called, confirmed that usually $4000 should be enough for them. Then their project manager Izabelle rejected my order and asked to order more chairs. Insane.. They are taking advantage of people
This company is all and all terrible , Scott Alexander (THE OWNER) Is very insolent to all work employees and shows a much cavalier attitude to proper essentials to work comfortably . I DO NOT RECOMMEND This Company To Hire or to order any EATING UTENSILS OR DISHES and Concession Equipment . I worked for this “family owned business” for about three months , They hired me as dish and linen lead , But because of them being so short staffed ( MOST LIKELY THE DISDAINFUL TREATMENT ) I was asked to do varies of responsibilities that I NEVER received PROPER or any TRAINING for , The dishes were piled high from weeks of sitting , most dishes and utensils contained weeks of left over food on them and MAGGOTS. This UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNSANITARY. environmental services should be involved
They were great! They had what we needed even for the busiest day of the year and everything went smoothly with pick up and drop off!

I worked with Gene who was so helpful and flexible with all my requests. I ordered tablecloths, silverware, plates, bowls, napkins, and an isle runner. They were super easy to work with, flexible to change me order and add things last minute, and reliable on the day of. They dropped off on time and picked up everything that evening. They were great and had quality stuff!
We rented a dance floor and string lights (large bulbs, not small Christmas-like bulbs) from Alexander Party Rental for our wedding reception. Of the rental companies our venue (Crystal Mountain Resort) recommended, we chose Alexander Party Rental because the customer service was excellent - they listened to our needs and responded well.
When we were trying to decide on a size for our dance floor, they actually recommended that we size down (based on our room size, number of guests, and guest demographic), which made it clear that they were being honest and not just trying to sell us their product.
I had a very specific image for how I wanted the lighting to be strung in the reception room - strung across the beams in a zigzag pattern across the room, with each zigzag of lights draping down slightly for an "outdoor cafe" feel. We never once met Denise, our main contact at Alexander Party Rental, but based on our phone and email communications, it was clear that she was extremely dedicated to making sure the deliverers achieved this image for me.
On the wedding day, when my husband and I made our grand entrance into the reception room, we were overwhelmed by how beautiful the lights and all the room details were in person. After having spent months and countless hours poring over the details on paper, it was incredible and emotional to see it all come to life in 3D.
I ordered chairs, tables, and a bar for my August wedding. When I forgot to confirm by email and didn't realize until a month later, they were extremely helpful and fast-responding so I didn't lose my mind.
Comparable rates and accurate delivery.
They are quick with setting up the party tent that my husband order. For what I can find they were overall the best price party rental company in my area, they also came highly recommended by other brides on the knot vendor reviews.
This vendor was great! I was really indecisive about what linens I wanted to use for my wedding and the staff let me come into their showroom on multiple occasions and set up the tables how I wanted them. The staff was very helpful and had really great suggestions on table layout. Also when we were sort plates and linens on the weekend of the wedding they were very helpful in getting me the additional items and running them out to the venue for me. Overall, Alexander Party Rentals was extremely helpful and on top of that a great value!
I rented everything for my wedding from Alexander Party Rentals and everything turned out beautiful. Some of the napkins were slightly a different color than others and the dance floor was really worn looking, everything else was great. If you are looking for the best prices in the Seattle Tacoma area this is the place to go and they have a big selection.
The value for the product and service I received was more then expected. Highly recommended.
We only needed to rent a few things for our reception. A couple of large coffee makers, and some galvanized tubs to hold cold beverages. A very simple rental. Apparently it was so simple it wasn't worth their time to make sure everything worked properly! One of our groomsmen picked up the coffee makers and tubs early Saturday morning, and took them to our reception site, where my sister's very capable good friend was 'running the show'. She followed the given instructions to the letter, and after 3 tries, still could not get the coffee makers to heat, or make any kind of coffee. With 30 minutes till guests would start arriving, and no way of having coffee, she ran to the local Starbucks and bought 5 of their ready brewed coffee boxes at $20 per box! When I called Alexander Party Rentals and told them of our problem and that I wanted a refund for the coffee makers, they insisted that our friend had done something wrong and THEY would have to test the makers before issuing a refund. Of course they found nothing wrong. Please don't use this vendor. If something goes wrong or doesn't work, the local Starbucks really can't fix everything!
They offer the best rates in the state--and I did my quote comparissons. However, the girls and guys taking your order know nothing about the product, and particularly--nothing about their tents. It took them days to locate the sketch of my tent layout. On the day of the wedding, the tent looked nothing like what was described and half of decorations coudn't be attached because of that. On top of that they made a mistake in my quote and are still trying to get the extra money out of me even though it was their mistake. The tent was also set up 2 hours later than agreed.
But the condition of things was pretty good, things were clean and in fairly new condition.
We rented a tent, tables, chairs and linens from this service and they did a great job. They were on time and affordable and got the tent set up in record time! It was fun to watch. They will not set up the tables and chairs for you but will give you a chart with suggestions that you can use. This was fine because we had plenty of people hanging around to help out and it ended up being part of the fun!!
