This room can hold up to 100 seated guests and features exposed brick walls, wood floors and pinsetter bowling machines, which can be covered up with curtains, if desired.

So, I would highly recommend saving your time attempting to get in contact with this vendor. The person who initially emailed me to set up a call was named Nicole, and then she had a rushed conversation with me over the phone about what they offer at Alexandria's. We told her we wanted a laid-back cocktail hour-type reception, since this is just going to be a small gathering of our family and friends after we get married in Hawaii earlier. We wanted to rent the upstairs, The Brunswick Room, since we have a maximum of 70 guests, and it fits perfectly to our laid-back, casual vibe. The first red flag was she constantly kept pushing us in the direction of renting out the first floor "traditional" wedding reception space, even though we repeatedly said we are not having a traditional wedding. She then told us over the phone, despite what the website advertises, that you CANNOT rent out duckpin bowling lanes for your gathering on Saturdays. We thought that was a huge bummer and rather misleading but still wanted to have our reception there. Until Nicole took over a week to get me the information I requested about catering that she had told me over the phone that would be coming over "very shortly!" after our call. Don't bother emailing her or even calling; we emailed twice and called 3x and no answer on any of them. Finally, the nail in the coffin was that, despite what the website advertised, the Brunswick room CANNOT be rented out on Saturdays. Food and Bev minimums, despite the website saying $1000, are actually $3500 for the Brunswick room on either Fridays or Sundays, since Saturday can't be booked. All of this was really, very misleading and highly disappointing. Please don't get your hopes up like we did.

This venue was everything we could have ever wanted! All of the necessities are in house - tables, chairs, table cloths and napkins, bar, food - and everything was absolutely amazing! The staff - especially Nicole, but everyone I interacted with was great - were incredibly understanding and worked well to put on an amazing night for us and our guests! They were incredibly patient and worked with us on all of our requests. I can also say that if you are someone with a restricted diet, for whatever reason, they are willing to work with you! Everything on the day of went incredibly smoothly, and If I could I would rate them above 5 stars!

We chose Alexandria’s for our wedding venue and it did not disappoint! The whole process was made easy by the wonderful communication with one of the event planners, Nicole! She is so sweet and helpful, she truly made it a stress free wedding. One of the many perks was being able to do a taste test before picking what we wanted. Between the vibes of the Findlay Room and the food, we knew it was the one for us! There are so many great spaces for wedding photos, even the bathroom is fancy enough to get ready in!

We appreciated that the vendor was always quick to answer our questions. Out of all the vendors we hired for our wedding, Alexandria’s was the easiest to coordinate with. Many of our guests also said the food was the best they ever had at a wedding. I would highly recommend Alexandria’s to anyone planning an event in Findlay.

Nicole was so helpful and always available to answer any question and made every accommodation we asked for! Our wedding day went off without a hitch and we would recommend Alexandria’s to anyone wanting a beautiful, effortless, and stress free experience!

We had a really good experience with Alexandria’s for our wedding in March 2022. Including us we had just under 50 people, the Findlay Room was exactly our vibe, exposed wood & built-in bar, brick and a cool wallpaper wall. Nicole, the event coordinator, was organized, responsive, and really good to work with during the planning process. Our guests had a fantastic time and everyone enjoyed the food and drinks.

We had our reception at Alexandria’s in their Findlay room and it turned out amazing! Nicole was wonderful to work with—she was super helpful and responded to emails in a timely manner. No matter how many questions I had, she answered every single one with helpful answers! I gave Nicole and our other vendors our timeline for the night and everything was right on schedule and went very smoothly. We also didn’t feel that we needed to decorate too much as the exposed brick and the chandeliers made the room look really elegant already. The food was also delicious and came out perfect! I would highly recommend using Alexandria’s for your wedding reception!

This is such a cool venue. From the exposed brick to the industrial ceilings and all the low chandeliers, it was probably the most complimented aspect of our wedding. The staff did an amazing job and everything ran so smoothly.
We had invited 300ish guests and had about 220-230 RSVP yes and probably about 200 showed up. I would say this should be your maximum if you're having a wedding here. It was a little cramped with 9 at a table, but we wanted to have space for the dance floor, buffet, gift table, etc.
I'd say our only downside was running out of food/not having seconds for anyone. Also, the venue is attached to a bar so we had some wedding crashers, but that comes with the territory I suppose!

Alexandria's blew away my expectations for a wedding venue. It's a unique venue with brick floor and walls and chandeliers handing from the ceiling. They recently re-did their pricing and now offer packages starting at $35+/person which includes alcohol. I found for the quality of the venue it's an exceptional value. It's beautiful, very unique, the food is good, and my reception went flawlessly.
They were going through some management changes while I was planning which was frustrating because some of my questions weren't answered very quickly or we were given wrong information. But once those changes were made (still months before my wedding) I felt that Toni (the wedding coordinator) and I were on the same page. I assume weddings at Alexandria's will continue to get better and better now that they know what they're doing.
This site really feels like it should be in a big city or cost twice as much. I was really happy with Alexandria's, with Toni, and with the final result.

The beautiful atmosphere of this site gave great character to our reception with minimal decorating. The staff took care of everything from entire set up to tear down. The food was delicious and exactly what we wanted. The entire staff was very friendly and professional.
