I started my wedding planning journey in 2022. At that time there was a lovely sales associate Reann who helped in making my selections for bridal gown shopping. She made my experience so pleasurable that I wanted my entire bridal party to shop at this boutique in the hopes of "shop local" and give smaller businesses the sales. Reann left the business in Feb 2023 and it has only been the owner Cristen and her mother in the shop. The shop is not the same, the service is sub par now and the owner doesn't appear happy to help or even greet you. Unfortunately , when Cristen is in front of the mouse and ordering dresses, mistakes were made. 1st - The Mother of Bride gown came in and I was not with my mother when she picked it up failing to pickup that it was incorrect style that was ordered. There is a no refund or return policy once the dress has left the store so we were left taking home the incorrect gown at over $400. 2nd - My matron of honor was pregnant at the time of her gown shopping and with Reann onsite we had a lengthy discussion on sizing based on due date and birth of the child. Cristen ordered one size to large against what had been discussed and when it came time to make alterations the front of the dress no longer had the overlay details we were trying to achieve since the dress was simply to large and there wasn't enough time to get another dress. Alterations - My suggestion is go elsewhere. Between my mother's dress, matron of honors dress and my dress where we all left quite disappointed for the large sums of money.

I bought my wedding dress and had its alterations done at Aliber's for my November 2021 wedding. Knowing this would be the single most expensive piece of clothing I've ever bought (and probably ever will), I knew I wanted a dress that made me feel beautiful and an experience that made me feel special, all without breaking the bank. Aliber's had a beautiful selection of gowns to choose from, all of which fit into my budget. They also had sample dresses in multiple sizes, which, as a plus size bride, made my shopping experience that much more pleasant. I went to other boutiques before trying them and the only reason I waited was because I didn't want to pay an appointment fee (which they credit if you purchase a dress that day). Overall, every experience I had was positive. Cristen was wonderful. I know she and the team work with hundreds of brides but she always made me feel like I was the only one and even remembered names and stories from one appointment to the next.

Walked into Aliber's, my first time shopping for a wedding dress, all by myself. I tried on about five dresses and fell in love with the last one! I got my alterations done at Aliber's too and they truly made my dress my own turning it into a sweetheart top. Cristen and Nevaeh are so welcoming and cheered along with me as I picked out my dress. The texts and emails were so nice to get so I could stay on track with what I need to do towards the lead up of my wedding. I'm so happy I chose local and Aliber's!

Aliber's Bridal is an amazing place to find your dress and everything else! When I went in to try on dresses, Alexa told me that all she needed was for me to be honest about what I liked and what I didn't. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to pick a dress and I had plenty of time to think about each dress while I had it on (and I tried a couple twice!). I found THE dress that day and I could tell that they were just as excited as I was! I had all of my alterations done by Aliber's and I found my veil and hair comb there as well. Every time I went into Aliber's I felt so welcomed. Cristen, Alexa, and Naveah are so kind and they made sure everything was perfect for me on my special day. My whole experience felt personalized and I couldn't be happier!

Nevaeh and Cristen were so wonderful! They made the whole day fun and not stressful! They kept us laughing and entertained, and had a great assortment of dresses to try. I had fallen in love with one of the dresses online, and they made sure to have it in a size that I would be able to try on in the store, and in a separate color to see the difference. It was a wonderful experience, and I was able to say yes!

Cristen, her mom, and her whole crew were wonderful. I had gone in with an image of what I wanted for a dress and walked away with almost the opposite. They know what they are looking at and can not only combine your intended style with your body type but they yield beautiful results. I picked out my dress a year before we got married and Cristen emailed me religiously to check in and make sure things were good. Picking out my dress with my mom, my future mother in law and future sister in law was so personal and it was very nice to have the whole store to ourselves (quite the opposite of being in a chain store like Davids Bridal). The alteration process was flawless even in the midst of COVID. They are very knowledgeable and supportive, I would highly recommend this cute little shop in Greenfield!

Aliber’s was the best experience ever and they helped me find my dreams dress I went with my entire wedding party and my mom they had dresses already pulled for me and new exactly what I was looking for the first dress I tried on I was In love with until I tried on my second dress and fell on even more move and my wedding party got emotional I knew this was the one I tried on a few more and ended up going back to my second dress I walked out of there store with confidence that I choose the right one everyone was very helpful and nice and helped me make up my mind I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect dress

I had modeled for Aliber's in the past, so I already knew Cristen was a whiz at all things bridal. Seriously, this woman needs to be a wedding planner. From simply asking me a few questions, and glancing over my Pinterest, she knew exactly what dresses to pull for me to try on. I ended up finding my dream dress on my first visit. She had pulled about 20, but assured me I shouldn't be overwhelmed, as she would edit down as I tried them on. I think I had my dress within the first three I tried on. Plus, she suggested accessories that looked amazing with my gown. Her prices are fair, and you won't find the same one-on-one assistance at the chains. She truly made the experience perfect and I was so thrilled with my dress!

3 days before my wedding my dress did not fit me!!! In Panic, I Called The owner Cristen for help and her words were "I am not certain we will be able to help you, if we see it on you we will be able to tell if we can fix it"....that isn't reassuring to a bride who is getting married in 3 days. So I made a plan b an called someone who was able to help me. He fixed it in just 2 days before my wedding. Alibers made the mistake of taking my dress in way too much and emailed me blaming me and my body on it being pregnant and stressed out. How unprofessional and rude. Also I paid $300 for it to get steam cleaned and my dress was full of wrinkles and had dirt all over it. Not to mention they left golf saftey pins everywhere on my dress once they handed it to me to go home. Also the man who fixed my dress told me they did not even make me a bustle. He was disgusted with their work. I will never step foot in their place again and I do not recommend it to anyone. They did not refund me my money back because they weren't the incessant who could "fix" the dress. But with it being 2 days before my wedding. I did not trust my gown to be in their hands with all of those mistakes- and they probably would have charged me for them to fix their mistakes!!!

Best customer service! As a plus sized bride my options are limited, or so I thought! During my first appointment there was no pressure to walk out with a gown. For my second appointment Cristen made sure there were more options for me to try! And I found my gown! All of the ladies in the shop are super sweet. My sister even said she's disappointed we didn't know about this shop when she was getting married. I completely recommend Aliber's!

I cannot say better things about Cristen, her mother and the staff. I went in with a foggy vision of what I wanted as a dress. After knowing me for 5 minutes she had 10 dresses pulled. She put me in the first dress and I fell in love. I tried on about 7 more and I just had to have the first one. She knew I would choose that dress! Alibers is very warm and inviting unlike David's bridal. Highly impressed and I highly recommend going there for your wedding dress needs!! Love love love them!

I looked around for my dress. And I'm talking like....8 shops in the area. As a plus size bride, Aliber's treated me like any other bride. I was so nervous to try on dresses, but Cristen really made me feel at ease. Not only did she help me find my dress, she also paired it with a veil and hairpiece that I love. After my fittings, my dress fit perfectly. The only tiny negative thing was a bit of miscommunication between different people at different fittings, but not in such a way that it affected the dress. I definitely recommend Aliber's. They have a lot of selection and very talented seamstresses.

Christin and her staff were helpful, pleasant, and easy-going. They made dress shopping fun and stress free! The shop was very well run with appointments, if you had one but not necessary, and with timeframes. They were reasonably priced and had everything you could need including shoes, jewelry, and other accessories.

I had a great experience with Aliber's, when it came to my dress. I purchased my dress off the rack, so there was no need to wait for it to be made or shipped to the store, although it did need four rounds of alterations. The problem I experienced was that the bridesmaid dresses we ordered took over 4 months to come in. We ordered them in December and they arrived three weeks before my wedding. The owner of the shop was not very pleasant to my girls when they would call to check on the status of the order and she refused to follow up with the manufacturer until the last week of April. As it turned out, the dresses were ready and a computer glitch had prevented their shipment. As a result, one of my girls had to have last minute alterations done when we went to pick up my dress for the wedding. A situation I felt could have been avoided. The prices were reasonable, the alterations were very affordable, and all of the ladies were very nice to me. It was also nice to be able to try on dresses that actually fit, as Aliber's carries a variety of sizes over the typical sample size 8. And everything was beautiful on the day of the wedding!

I purchased my Bridesmaid dress here for my best friends wedding, while she was shopping for her wedding gown here. The customer attention was spot on and organized. Before my best friend had an opportunity to look around Cristen sat us down and asked very important questions. When's the wedding, where's the wedding and wha its your ideal budget? At the time I thought it was a lot of questions but I quickly realized it was to better suit us. She was able to help us both pick out dresses that were in our budget (who wants to find that perfect gown and be very disappointed when it is out of reach), would work for the venue and tight timeframe we had. The alterations went smoothly and since then I have purchased other, fun party dresses. I highly recommend stoping in if you want that special one on one connection.

When I went into Albier's the day after my engagement, I never expected to find the dress of my dreams. After trying on a few strapless numbers, My Mother discovered the most amazing dress ever. When I put it on in the dressing room, I cried. When I came out in it, she cried. The clerk declared she wouldn't need to bring out any more, because she knew this was the one! This was a dream come true. They have a wonderful layaway program, and I purchased my dress. I soon received a personalized note of congratulations along with discount coupons for other items - shoes, jewelry, guest books, veil etc. I used many of them. I went back for the most beautiful veil in the world - and every interaction with them was professional and quite personal. When it came time for the fitting, the alterationist was an expert. She completed the work - letting out the bodice, which was quite beaded without any tell-tale alteration marks. It fit like a glove. I couldn't be happier to have used this shop.

Initially, the salesperson was also the seamstress and assured me that certain changes to the dress would be easy. It was also close to the wedding site so I wouldn't have to transport the dress since I did not live in the area.;The sales consultant and head seamstress left the store after I ordered and everyone else I dealt with after was not nearly as helpful. They took my dress in too much and then two days before the wedding told me it was my fault and that I had gained weight which I hadn't. They were still making changes two days before the wedding. I had to tell the seamstress how to set up the buttons for the bustle since she had no clue and offered no ideas. They have a small selection of simple dresses.
