We worked with Andi on providing shuttles to and from our wedding venue. She was super helpful in making sure everything was perfect, especially considering our First Look bus stop was complicated for a shuttle. The shuttles were on time, drivers were professional and put up with our lively guests, allowed us to play our own music, and we had no issues!

We wanted shuttles to take our guests from the hotel to our wedding venue. Our wedding venue was outside of town so we thought it was best to have drivers take our guests. Booking was easy and I liked that they have worked at our wedding venue before. They were on time and got our guests to the venue in a timely manner. The problem we had was that I was told on the return the drivers would go back and forth returning our guests at varying times. I asked my sales rep. to confirm this question while booking. Since we had older guests and children attending our wedding we assumed some guests would like to leave earlier than others. The problem was the shuttles did not think they were supposed to return more than once, so my mother-in law had to call at the end of the wedding requesting they come back and take back the rest of the guests. We still had the shuttles for over an hour so it was weird that they didn't think they were still working (the venue was only about 40 minutes away from the venue). I would recommend re-confirming all the details with the drivers the day of your event to make sure everything goes smoothly.
