All About Events has been dedicated to providing the highest quality wedding, tent and event rentals to the entire SLO County and Central Coast since 2008. With our client's needs in mind, we are always expanding inventory to stay a step ahead of the industry trends. All About Events' main goal is to continue to set the new standard for quality event rentals on the Central Coast of California.
Our inventory includes large scale event tents, personal canvas solstice tents, staging, dance floors, tables, chairs and the best tabletop selection on the Central Coast. From china, flatware, glassware to serving ware, ovens, and stoves for caterers. In addition, we source a wide selection of fine linens from several linen companies.
Our showroom can be scheduled for your design appointment to choose everything you need for your wedding day with one of our specialists. We did the majority of our wedding rentals form All About Events and couldn't be happier with the items and the service provided throughout the planning process and the actual event. They worked closely with us and our wedding coordinator to make all of the modifications we requested to both the number of items and made it easy to add of additional things we decided on after the fact. If you're looking for a place to do rentals, definitely look no further!

Every step of the way from our initial contact, to our showroom visit, delivery and pick up, we were treated in a responsive and professional manner. When I needed to add items, our advisor Jamie took care of that immediately. Our questions were addressed quickly and when we arrive at the showroom, Jamie had set up our linen, china and glassware as a place-setting, so we could see how our selections worked together. When we needed some items last minute for our rehearsal dinner and Jamie was busy, another representative was assigned to help us, even working with another local company to ensure we had every thing we needed for our last minute request. Exceptional service and a wide assortment of high quality produced, we will use All About Events again.

We had the pleasure of working with Hannah at All About Events for our multi-day wedding, and she was absolutely amazing! We had a huge rental order for 300 guests, and Hannah made sure we were set up with everything we needed, no matter how complex the order was. Throughout the planning process, we went through so many changes in our inventory count, but Hannah was always on top of it. She handled every adjustment with ease and professionalism, ensuring that the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
The quality of the rentals was fantastic, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The All About Events team did a wonderful job with both the delivery and the pickup—everything was on time and handled efficiently. Hannah’s attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication truly made this event possible. I worked with Hannah from All About Events for my wedding at Higuera Ranch. She was an absolute blast! She was extremely knowledgable about the venue and what was needed, went above and beyond creating layouts for us to give to all other vendors, met on site to walk through everything with me, and helped revise orders when needed. All of the All About Events items were stunning -- Place settings, linens, chairs, etc were all beautiful, great quality, and exactly what I was envisioning! I would recommend Hannah and the All About Events team to anyone needing party rentals!

My son chose our family ranch in California for his wedding reception because of all the happy memories while growing up. All About Events provided the perfect farmhouse table and chairs for our event! They also contract with a special linen supplier that offers an incredible product line (you will be thrilled with the choices). We chose a pretty table runner in ivory with a hint of sparkle. Over the course of the year I made changes, additions, deletions to the order, and they were very accommodating. Delivery and pickup went smoothly, as well. Our guests can't stop gushing about the event, in particular how pretty and "unique" the table settings were. So, this is confirmation that I made the right decision in selecting All About Events!

Rented chairs for our small elopement. I love how everything is detailed and how they are pictures to see of rentals.
It was quick, easy, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and QUICK responses and answered all my questions for anything I had on their rentals! Easy pick up and drop off as well! Would recommend this to people looking for rentals for their events!

As a planner, I know better than anyone how big of a difference quality rentals make on a wedding day. That is why I have each and every one of my clients use All About Events. All About Events in Paso Robles, CA is a one-stop shop for wedding rentals and event planning. We recently had the pleasure of working with them for our wedding in October, and we cannot say enough good things about their team and and the rentals.
Hannah and Brittney were wonderful to work with from the start. They’re personable, understanding, and friendly. They answered all of our questions and allowed us to add/remove items a number of times before finalizing our order.
We even had the opportunity to visit the showroom to do a mock tablescape, which was amazing because it helped us envision what we needed and we were able to make some updates to our contract right then and there. We could see for ourselves the high quality of the flatware, tableware, linens, furniture, etc. that we would be renting. The selection at the showroom and online are also extensive, so there are options for everyone.
On the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a thing when it came to the rentals. Their team took care of everything without a snag.
We highly recommend All About Events to anyone planning a wedding in Paso Robles. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to making your wedding day the best it can be.

We solely went through All About Events for our rentals. This worked in our favor since the wedding venue already sourced a few items included in the wedding package through them. Their website is user friendly, making the process of building your rental list is easy. Plus there are so many great options to choose from to bring your vision together. Jamie was super helpful and very responsive throughout the rental process, adjusting rentals and answering questions as needed. While we did not make use of their showroom, it is nice to know that is an option for those wanting to see everything laid out in person. All about events was awesome for our wedding! Leading up to the wedding they were very easy to work with and communicated clearly. I didn’t find out until later but the night before our wedding, multiple crates of our champagne glasses were knocked over by one of the groomsman and broke. All About events stepped in and got us replacements quickly before the wedding and I had no idea it even happened! They were great.

We used All About Events for our wedding day rentals. They were able to provide everything we needed for our caterers to cook and serve our dinner. They were always prompt and easy to communicate with as we were adjusting our quotes leading up to the wedding, and even allowed us to stop by their location to take a look at some items beforehand. The process to build your rental list is easy and there are a lot of great options, and we were able to find pieces that fit our style and budget. From start to finish, working with All About Events for our wedding was a pleasure! Long-distance wedding planning is not an easy task, but Lindsay was absolutely wonderful in guiding me through our selections and had saint-like patience dealing with the many times I changed my mind and requested various quotes and of course being so understanding while navigating COVID-19 changes/requirements. We used All About Events to book our rentals for our wedding and they were great. They responded quickly and were very informative with their selection of rentals and their pricing. We didn’t want to worry about picking up and dropping off giant wine barrels and umbrellas so we had them deliver them and it was seamless. They contacted us and the venue a couple of days before to confirm where and when they should drop off and pick up and we never even saw them! When we got to the venue the rentals were where they said they would be and then the day after the wedding they came and picked them up. Overall a great experience.

We used All About Events for our glasses, plates and a few other details.
Our caterer dealt with all the details making the whole process really easy.
They managed to help out with even some last minute things we had overlooked like a high chair and some extra sun umbrellas for the cocktail areas so that was wonderful.
The only thing we found was their flatware was a little expensive and they had a lack of styles of flatware. This isn't limited to All About Events as many rental places are the same with only a few to choose from but as we wanted full settings with proportional salad forks and knives and larger dinner forks and knives not just two sets of the dinner versions we ended up purchasing our own from Alibaba which worked out about the same as renting. But meant we got exactly what we wanted.
Overall we were really happy with their service though and would recommend.

The professionalism is horrible. They cost me money and time on my wedding with no compensation. I would never commend them. They dropped off rentals with no follow through of setting up after we discussed all arrangements. Which left my now husband and his groomsmen to do 3 hours of work and my wedding started late. And everything snow balled from there.

hat the office had told me that there was some confusion between the venue and the clients on who was supposed to set up. Our prices do not include set up but that is a service we provide for an additional charge. We do this to keep the cost down for the clients that do not need us to set up. Im not sure who signed the contract but it states it there also. Im sorry for the confusion with that and I wish you would have asked to talk to me directly to figure out how I could have fixed this.
Once again I am sorry for the confusion on the contract and I hope you all have a lifetime of happiness.

The team at AAE was over-the-top accommodating and kind throughout all the changes in my wedding rentals. I must have emailed them 10+ times with edits and changes to my order, and they were so quick to respond and wonderful. Their selection options are stunning and can work with multiple wedding themes and styles. Our order was executed perfectly, and they delivered to my venue on time and picked everything up the day after, so I didn't have to worry about a thing! So easy to work with, and I felt the pricing was fair.

We used All About Events for our vineyard wedding, where we had to create everything from scratch - literally, we had an empty barn. They were extremely helpful in guiding us regarding what and how much of everything we would need, from tables and chairs to kitchen equipment to bar rentals. Everything was delivered on time and (for a small fee) All About Events set everything up in the ceremony and reception spaces. The rentals themselves are high quality and in good condition.

All about events did our DJ, Photobooth, and rentals. They were so easy to work with. Our DJ Conor was great. We had a skype meeting with him a few weeks before our event. Its really important that you fill out all the paper work that needs to be filled out before your meeting. Because we were so prepared, our meeting only took about 30 minutes. Even though we totally forgot to send him a list of music we wanted to be played, he totally nailed it. From fun songs that got everyone dancing, to classics that made my parents and family happy. It was a great experience. We booked our event on a Sunday and got a free photo booth with it! They also did our rentals, our chairs, plates, silverware, cups, dance floor and lighting! The cafe lighting is so so pretty at night. They even left up a beautiful chandelier from a previous wedding for free! It was the cherry on top of an already beautiful event!!

We had All About Events provide all the tables, chairs, table linens, plates, glassware, lights, and dance floor for our rehearsal dinner AND wedding in April 2016. The delivery truck showed up exactly when they were supposed to and the guys unloading were so nice! They politely asked where things should be placed and kept things neat and tidy. The girls in the office were so nice working with us for months leading up to the wedding and helped make sure our quantities were right. The rentals they provide are high quality and the service is top notch! I would highly recommend using them for any event!

Brooke from All About Events was recommended to me by my florist to be my wedding coordinator at Greengate Ranch in SLO and I am so happy she came into my life! When interviewing other coordinators it seemed like they just wanted to take the reigns and run the show for me. Working with Brooke felt more like working with a friend. She was so relaxed and went with my ideas and just added suggestions to improve on them. She was always available for questions, able to accommodate and meet whenever we were in town, able to go to meetings when we weren't, and even did a little craft project with my napkins right before the wedding ! It's so helpful that she works with the rental company, too, because it's so easy for her to find anything you ask for! Brooke is worth every penny - and unlike most coordinators by the book, she doesn't nickel and dime you for every hour spent. She was supposed to be my "month of" coordinator but the moment you sign with her she is available for helping out. My wedding went off without a hitch and I couldn't have been a more relaxed and happier bride - people even commented on how happy and not stressed I was which is very unlike me in a situation like this :) Our rentals from AAE were perfect. They have a great selection and everything looked and worked great! Especially our string lighting in the barn :) I would recommend both Brooke and AAE to anyone!!!

We used All About Events needed for our wedding at The Santa Margarita Ranch. Everything I rented from AAE was wonderful (chairs, china, flatware, glassware, tables) and the prices were very reasonable. The delivery and pick-up were on time. I didn’t get to work with team very much since my coordinator handled most of the rentals but I did meet with one of the team members at their showroom and she was wonderful! My coordinator also mentioned AAE is her favorite rental company on the Central Coast. I am so happy we went with All About Events and you will be too!
