We worked with Stacey and Brianna to plan our wedding at Ballroom at the Ben on August 31, 2024, and they are the reason our wedding day was so perfect. In the months leading up to our wedding, they handled all communication with our vendors, set up meetings, created the timeline, coordinated with our vendors on timing, and made sure we were on track of our to-do list. I trusted them with my wedding vision, and they made it come to life. Throughout the wedding planning process, they were always there for us and supported us. We leaned on them for their expertise, and they caught every detail that I would never think of. They made us feel calm and confident for our day. On our wedding day, they allowed us to be present and soak in every moment. They took care of everything you could imagine on a wedding day. They coordinated with all our vendors, made sure our family members and wedding party were where they needed to be, while also taking care of us. Our families loved Stacey and Brianna and said how kind, caring, and patient they were. We are forever thankful for them for making our wedding day the best day ever.
CANT RECCOMEND AAE ENOUGH!!!! I worked with Bree and Brianna for the final stages of our wedding planning and they are the SOLE and ONLY reason our wedding was the day of our dreams. They eased every stress and worry I had and truly allowed me to be present and enjoy our big day. It rained on our wedding day and Bree and Brianna worked side by side with me and our photographer to rearrange our whole day of timeline site on scene so we could get the photos of our dreams in a new location where we could stay dry. Bree was the last person I was with before I walked down the aisle and it was so fun to share in that excitement with someone I was eternally grateful for. I will DEFINITELY use AAE in the future.

GET THE PLANNER. This is the #1 reason our wedding day went as smoothly as it did, without any stress on the day of. Our planners, Sarah and Brianna, were the A Team. We originally we with this planning group because of the flexibility of their planning packages. They offer a 6 month planning option which was perfect for us. They were always available for questions and to critique or reassure as needed. Having their expertise was an absolute necessity for us, and they provided everything we expected and more. AAE worked with all our vendors to make sure the night went off without a hitch. Sarah has been in the business for close to two decades and it absolutely shows. They are a really wonderful group we can’t recommend enough
Stacey at All About Events was an absolute gem to work with. I had all the major planning/design finished but she expertly consolidated all of the contracts and arranged all of the final steps meetings and setup that would have been incredibly anxiety-provoking and time-consuming. They picked up our cake from the bakery and brought to our wedding venue. Our wedding day was a breeze because of her and Andrea, all we had to do was show up on time at the beginning of the day to get ready and they did the rest!! They also arranged our complicated seating chart/favor table of plants in alphabetical order in such a cute way!! If you are on the fence about getting a month of coordinator, this is your sign to do it!! You will never regret it.
Couldn't recommend AAE enough!! We worked with Stacey six months leading up to our wedding and she was amazing! It took a lot of stress off of the wedding planning process. So easy to work with and the day of the wedding went perfect thanks to Stacey and Nikki!
Using All About Events for our wedding coordination was the best decision we ever made. I cannot say enough nice things about Stacey. She was incredible. From the planning meetings (her timeline doc alone was worth every penny) to the day-of execution, she truly did not miss a beat. She was quick, responsive, professional and sweet as can be! She made the day feel so easy I truly did not have to worry about a thing. I am so grateful to Stacey and her team for making my wedding dreams come true.
Sarah and Nikki went above and beyond to give us the most incredible day of our lives! Frankly, they did the dang thing. Beyond walking us through all of our basic steps, they provided us with the best vendor recommendations they had experience with already but never pushed for anything just guided us and gave feedback! With both of our work schedules being opposite, they were extremely helpful keeping us on a timeline and planning meetings to fit our available times. Amazing communication and always thoughtful with responses - we could truly trust them with anything! They thought of the little things that made everything smoother and helped us keep organized with budgets/bill deadlines as well. They were also so fun, personal and easy to talk to about any of our worries. Our day couldn’t have been better or more comfortable because they were on point with every part from getting ready to photos and transportation to the aisle and even staying until the guests made it back. We can’t say enough good things about working with Stacey and her co-planner Brianna. We utilized their partial wedding planning services and they were a source of comfort and confidence with managing final details, budget, and difficult situations that came up. They were calm and professional, but also very personable and compassionate. On the day of the wedding, we both went into the day feeling very relaxed knowing everything would be handled and we could just take the moment in! They were also so gracious with our family and we received compliments from our other vendors sharing how easy and kind they were to work with. We already know we’d love to work with them again for any future events and have provided them as referrals to our friends.
If you are on the fence about signing on AAE to plan your wedding, think no further and sign the contract, you won’t regret it. We used AAE’s final stages package for our wedding and it was the best money we spent on the weekend. It begins about two months prior, which is perfect (and they were also available to consult as-needed months before). The thing about AAE is that they truly work for you; your other vendors will tell you that they do, they will tell you that your venue has a built in planner and you don’t need another, but everyone has an agenda and competing priorities. And even if you consider yourself an organized person, the amount of logistics your wedding requires is endless, and remember, you have a day job and a life. AAE has your back and thinks of everything, it’s like having a ride-or-die wedding best friend in your corner the whole time; whether coordinating logistics or really just quelling your pre wedding stress and pumping you up, they are amazing. Nothing is too large or small for them to tackle, and the peace of mind they bring cannot be overstated, specifically the week and day-of. They have this uncanny ability to make you feel so special, like your wedding is the only wedding they are planning, and nothing is more important than you. They are also just extremely nice people and lovely to spend time with. Having them as part of our day was truly a gift. Would do it again in a heartbeat. I already miss them!
I would 100% recommend to have your wedding reception at Reading Terminal Market with All About Events. Christina, Stevie, and Louis were fantastic in making our wedding reception a truly special event. From the beginning of venue planning we knew that we wanted Reading Terminal Market. We did not know how amazing and efficient the team at All About Events would make the entire wedding planning process easy. They are extremely knowledgeable, organized, and patient every step of the way. Our guests are trying to convince us to have a yearly anniversary party here so they can all come back again, they keep saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to....and I agree! Thank you to the whole team for making our day perfect.
Sarah and Nikki orchestrated an amazing wedding! They took over with partial planning package 6 months prior to our wedding with excellent communication and organization. They were a pleasure to work with and Nikki did a ton of design work for our wedding (save the dates, invites) which we loved and preferred over some online options like Minted.
On the day of the wedding, we had multiple staffers from All About Events helping to coordinate a full day of events at 2 separate venues including a barath pre-wedding procession, 2 wedding ceremonies (multi-faith families) and a reception which was an amazing time.
We loved All About Events and would gladly recommend them to any of our friends and family!
The team at All About Events was great to work with for our wedding at Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia, PA. The food possibilities were endless, the tasting was very fun and absolutely delicious, and the night of the event both the Groom and I (the Bride) continued to be served food all evening. The team took care of coordination with other vendors, did the transformation of the space elegantly and quickly, and helped to create our dream event. We had two planning meetings with the full team which were both super useful. There was also a specific drop off and pick up day to get all of our items to and from the venue. We just showed up at the loading dock and they took care of the rest. They also packed up all of the extra food very nicely and gave it to us to go. Only point of note is that tips are not included in the wedding estimate so factor a little bit extra into your budget for the day of the event.
AAE is the best in the business - we had the most amazing wedding weekend and it was all because of our AAE planner Bree and her amazing staff!! Bree is super attentive, detail oriented and such an expert in the industry. She helped us find the best deals on our most expensive items (florals/decor, venue, etc) and was super responsive throughout the planning process. I can't recommend AAE enough!!
2020 has been a really tough year. Easily the biggest highlight for us was our wedding which just preceded the onset of the COVID pandemic. To say that we will be eternally grateful to All About Events—and especially to Sarah Zaun—would be a massive understatement. We first met with Sarah almost a year before our wedding and it is not an exaggeration to say that we spoke with her almost every day for that entire year—on weekends, holidays, sometimes even from different continents. Even though we knew Sarah was incredibly busy running an entire company, she managed to make us feel as if we were her only clients. Without her help, we’re not sure we’d have ever gotten to our big day. Sarah covered literally everything—she walked us through finding and choosing every single type of vendor, helped us negotiate contracts and made sure we were getting the absolute best value. And her advice was always spot on. Not a single detail was missed and by the time we got to our wedding day, the All About Events operations team was a small army ready to execute about a million tiny little steps and moving parts into one seamless event. Every second of the day was planned out. It was honestly amazing. And let’s not forget that working with All About Events lets you have your reception or event at the single best space in Philadelphia—Reading Terminal Market! How could you have a better party than one where your guests get to walk around eating DiNic's, Beilers and tons of other food from the best vendors in the city? And wait until you see the Market transformed from its hustle and bustle into the most unique and best event space you’ve ever seen—it’s like magic.
We could go on pretty much endlessly about how grateful we are to Sarah for putting up with all of our crazy questions and anxieties, for keeping us calm and making our day so perfect. Suffice it to say we could not be more grateful and cannot imagine going through that process with anyone else.
Thank you so much Sarah and the whole amazing All About Events team. We miss you guys and can’t wait to see you all at some RTM events when life gets back to normal.

We had our wedding at Reading Terminal Market on August 3rd, and we cannot recommend the team at All About Events enough. They made the planning process stress-free, and our wedding day was even better than we could have imagined. We worked with Christina the most throughout the planning process, and she, Stevie, Louis, and Demitra were all so wonderful. They were always quick to respond to any questions, organized and detail-oriented, and just all-around lovely people.
So many of our guests were amazed at how quickly the AAE team could change the ambiance of the space and work seamlessly with our vendors to set everything up in just about an hour, since the Market closes at 6:00 and our ceremony started at 7:00. And I keep getting compliments about how attentive the AAE staff was to our guests who needed anything (e.g., one of our guests has a nut allergy, and we let AAE know in advance, so they made sure to bring him over food that was prepared just for him). We wanted for nothing the whole night, and multiple guests came up to us after to rave about the team (and a special shout out to Louis here, because he made a few of our family members feel pretty special).
If you're looking for a venue that is a bit less traditional (in the best possible way - imagine getting the entire Market to yourself with no crowds!), but will still get guests excited to eat, drink, and dance all night, I can't say enough about Reading Terminal Market. Just a sidenote to mention the food was excellent (since you can choose essentially any item that any vendor at the Market serves) and working with Molly Malloy's was also a breeze (and AAE helps to facilitate that introduction since Molly Malloy's handles the bar packages for events). We are so glad we chose Reading Terminal Market as our wedding venue and had the opportunity to work with All About Events!
When we tell people we were having our wedding reception at Reading Terminal Market, they were always a little surprised and their next reaction was "that is going to be SO COOL!" And after we had our wedding, our guest did nothing but rave about how fun, unique and perfect the reception was.
But just having a reception at RTM is not what I'd recommend it. It was so much more. It was having the incredible variety of foods - we had cheesesteaks, DiNic's roast pork, Chinese food, a salad bar, poutine and corn dogs, grilled cheese from Meltkraft, the list goes on. It was having a historic and unique setting that was transformed into a beautiful evening even with string lights, candles, table clothes, decorations and provided an ambiance it'd be impossible to replicate anywhere else. It was the servers who attended to our guests every need, kept the party going, the room clean and the people happy. It was every little touch that the planning team executed perfectly for us, that all happened without us realizing it, without any reminders or questions.
The planning team at All About Events were the true heroes of the night - and in fact, the whole planning process. We met with them about 15 months before our wedding, and Christina, Stevie and Liam made sure that everything was easy, fun and exciting. Christina's emails to us were always clear and thorough, addressing every little question I had asked, and pointing out tiny things I never would have thought of. Stevie's communication with our vendors was so appreciated, including our Mummers and DJ! And every time we met with them, the meetings were exciting, joyful. Their personalities and kindness and caring for us and our events just SHONE.
We could not recommend RTM and AAE more. They are a truly wonderful team, and a gem in the Philadelphia wedding scene. I hope that we get to go to another event at the market soon, and we will certainly keep them in mind for our 10th anniversary vow renewal!!!!
I got married on June 2, 2018 and it probably wouldn't have been as incredible if it wasn't for Bree and Bridgette. My parents and I decided to do the "final stages" package and it was perfect. Our wedding was rather larger and having these ladies there to review all my contracts, coordinate with all my vendors and create a master day of timeline was actually priceless. Everyone knew exactly when and where to be, which was crucial considering we were fighting 100% chance of rain. The whole day played out exactly as they outlined and it was perfection (the rain even held off!). Having Bree and Bridgette there allowed me to focus on the special moments and not have to stress about timeline details, paying vendors, or being the point of contact for questions. I would HIGHLY recommend AAE to anyone planning any event but especially a wedding!
I wish that I could give Bree and Sarah from AAE 10 stars. I cannot express just how much we are thankful to have had them on board for our wedding day at Normandy Farms. We did the Final Stages package and it was probably one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. You don't realize how many decisions, small details, and how much needs to be coordinated the day of so having Bree and Sarah was incredible and I am not sure how we would have done it without them. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Sarah for the absolutely unbelievable job that she did putting together our cookie table that we had after dinner. We had over a hundred dozen cookies made for our wedding guests and she created the most amazing showcase of them and it was a true highlight of the wedding!! Bree kept me calm all day long and made sure everything was absolutely the way we wanted it to be. I truly feel like I got to experience my wedding instead of just letting the day get away from me because of these lovely ladies. Would absolutely HIGHLY recommend them for any event but especially for your wedding day!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
After hearing about family friends feeling stressed with all of the details on their wedding day, we decided to hire a day-of planner to deal with everything. Sarah was recommended to us by a photographer, and once we sat down for an introduction, we hired her on the spot! We ended up utilizing Sarah significantly during the planning process as well--she is intimately familiar with many local vendors and played an integral part by coordinating everything from contracts and timelines, to setting up and participating in meetings. She is very professional with tons of experience and creative ideas that made my wedding truly the best day ever! Courtney was able to help out on the day of without missing a beat as well.
Sarah was a blessing! She was tremendously friendly, helpful, organized, hardworking, and relaxing. Sarah made sure everything went as planned. If anyone was stressed, she was there to calm us. She set up our vendor meetings and made sure they were all where they needed to be. Sarah managed our schedule throughout the wedding day. Everything ran smoothly. No one in the wedding had to worry about a thing. Because of Sarah, I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding week and celebrations.
Sarah Morrison was our event planner for our wedding at Please Touch Museum. I wasn't sure at first whether or not I needed the services of a wedding planner (since I am in the event planning industry myself) but I'm so glad that I did! I was able to relax and enjoy myself at the wedding and Sarah, who had the most unbelievable timing, was able to step in and assist me when I needed her. I would highly recommend her services!

Sarah and her team at All About Events were the best investment that we made for our wedding day. Her Final Stages Package was perfect for us. We had already selected our vendors and had a plan for how we wanted our wedding to happen. She came in during the last several weeks and finalized all plans with our vendors and was irreplaceable on the day of our wedding. Our family and friends were so happy to have her around so that they could enjoy our day as well and not worry about the little details. As soon as I got engaged I told my now husband that we need a wedding planner. And about two weeks after we were engaged we found Sarah. Our first meeting went really well and Sarah seemed to understand my vision and my bride type. She was resonably priced and worked to keep us within our budget. She introduced us to some of our best vendors and helped make our wedding day run extremely smooth. It was the best decison we made for the wedding process and for our wedding day. If you want a stress free wedding day you're going to want Sarah on your side.
I was married on May 15, 2010. Sarah did an amazing job helping me plan everything. Any questions I had or problems I faced she was there ready to help. I would defenitly recommend her services to any of my friends. She is very professional and personal and makes you feel like a friend, not a client, which I loved. She is a wonderful planner.

She is energetic and made the process stress free which allowed everything to flow smoothly. Ultimately,everything was perfect on my wedding day. I highly recommend her.
